My relatives in bhopal couriered me a big photo frame with 4 frames joined.
They sent it via first flight courier ltd.
I received the parcel and heard some noise in it of something being broke from within.
So i took the pics of the courier before opening and after being opened.
The frame came out to be completely broken and all the glasses to were broken out.
I need a compensation from first flight side since it was their mistake couriering such a fragile item with no care at all.
Had they not been capable of couriering fragile items, they should have refused my relative in bhopal before taking the order.

I couriered it on 4th dec from mumbai to baroda. Shipment tracking says reached baroda on 5th dec but shows delivery status"open"

It's my nephews birthday gift. Im very disappointed with the service and none of the customer service no. Is reachable.

I want my package to be delivered asap.

I have not recieved my courier which is out for delivery on 22/11/17. I have called the customer care and regional number several times but no response. They are giving fake numbers on sivakasi branch. A man attended and told me it is not first flight couriers and asked me from where i got his number. My ref num:B903Z2977059

Its been more then 10 years now and i till date i have not received a single delivery to my house, even though their executive deliver couriers to place which is around 2km far from my house, either i have to go to their office or have to stay and get leave from work just so that that i can travel when their executive will be coming to the area near my house.

What is the point of running courier services if you can't deliver couriers to your client.

I didn't received parcel which is sent from indore on 28/11/2017 to lacchmangarh (Raj.) it is still showing in transit. It is an important parcel, and it shows that you are so careless, that parcel contains medicines in it and it is important for me. From your jaipur office i came to know that it has been sent to lacchmangarh on 30/11/2017 and it is not received in lacchmangarh office. Do you really care for your customers. I am facing lot of problem because of you people. Please find my parcel where it is and send it to me as early as possible.
The parcel has been send on the name of neha sharma, sharma girls hostel, opp. Mody university, lacchmangarh.

These # doesn't care the value for time that the consignment should be delivered
All the contact number given is fake
All the mail id's are fake
The local address they mention on website is also fake
They are playing with our valuable goods
These # doesn't care to deliver the consignment
If we ask the delivery boys about the detail of their office they get irritated and start abusing you with bad languages.
Why do we pay to get abused
Please don't give the delivery address for your home, be conscious handling with first flight

Consignment b903z1601077 is a pan card delivered in the name of kolla ananta raj, jamshedpur has not yet delivered to us.
Ffcl, kadma branch is a fraud agency. They have called me collect the consignment on 30.10.2017. I have gone to their office to collect it on 31.10.2017. They were unable to trace the consignment and told me that consignment lost.
I keep on chasing for 15 days. Finally, they were unable to deliver my consignment.
In the tracking history details there are 2 statements
1. Not delivered - insufficient adress
2. Delivered to m. Kumar. Who is he???
Please understand that consignment not yet delivered to us.
Please take action to deliver my consignment.

Consignment no.: e991q2618248 has been picked up from kolkata on 28th november 2017 and was to be delivered to coochbehar.

I have still not yet received my product and i couldnot even contact any customercare for complaints. It does not take much time to come across from kolkata to coochbehar as both are in the same state and are not remote place.

Look into this matter as soon as possible and i am also looking forward to complain to any higher authority for this delay and harassment of customers in daily life.

We had submitted a very urgent document for apply visa on dt-30.11.17 to kolkata but till date the person has not been received the document. We know that the first flight courier is very fast courier but now we are very sorry to say that there is no number to contact and after dialing a number and talked with him about the courier tracking but the person said that this is not the collection counter we cant help you the phone number is [protected] and i asked that what is your collection counter contact number the person said the all contact numbers of the collection center is reliance but the reliance number are not running.

I received from letter from chennai to bhubaneswar with tracking id no. C[protected]. The letter received in bhubaneswar office on 27th as per the tracking reference, i thought of receiving on 27th but didn't so waited for 28th nov i didn't receive my letter, i tied tracing the number of buhubaneswar hub all are not reachable. Some how with help of one of the colleague he was having the number of chandrasekharpur branch. I called him he said due to non availability of courier boy we couldn't dispatch. I said okay deliver on next day because i need to submit those documents to some other firm. He said okay i didn't receive on 29th nov. Finally i personally went to office on 1st dec and got the letter.
Person who is sitting is saying due to non availability of courier boy we couldn't submit the same in an unethical way.

My question is why the customer is preferring private agency to sent our letters and parcel etc. We are liable to receive those documents at our door step but first flight has failed the same. Has this is the way of first flight and person who is sitting in office responses.

Request if the team can take necessary improvements and explanation on the subject will be great full.

Not delivered till 02 dec 2017.
Delivery man contacted and asked me to come and collect the courier irefused to go and collect.
He told he not come for delivering the main.
You can understand the gravity of business and customer dealing so i am writing to regional office to please look into the matter.
At the same time he writen address is in sufficient though i explained full address on telecon
What ever writen on letter that address is much sufficient for delivery and at same address indiapost and other courier delivering the materials to me.

When i had track my package on 17th nov, it was said that pparcel is out for delivery, i didn't got any call also from your courier boys and now if i track it is showing parcel is being returned to it's origin. With in one day how you can returned my parcel, as being told that i will receive my order by 20 th nov but i dint received my order yet. It's 1st december today

Deep regret i wish to point out that your services are really bad and i will really think in future before continuing with your services.. The consignee to whom the envelope was addressed is a very big company and according to first flight website itis showing customer not found which is beyond any explanation since it is a very big organisation. Documents which was sent were highly urgent and need urgent action. Request you to kindly take action as soon as possible.

I am really sorry to say this but this is worst services & experience of mine with your company.

Package booked on 13/11/17 still undelivered. There is no status after 15/11/17 after being received at mumbai.

I have been constantly following up on e mail with some mr. Manjrekar who never responds.

This shows insensitivity from the said courier company who does not care for customers important and critical package.

Such companies should be barred from doing business and playing with customers time and money.

Hope this complaint reaches the right person who can help me and resolve my issue.

F991B3126730 courier send it from bangalore to Chennai on 24th November, till now it has not reached

Tried reaching them so many times but they didn't pick a call to response, . Always busy... If ring going also no one is answering... This is the worst experience in first flight courier.

Its been 15 days since i have couriered a cloth sample and it has not been delivered yet, all the compliant contact nos are incorrect and few are unreachable. The cloth is branded and is way too expensive, as well as it needs to reach the destination which it has not, your services are highly unsatisfactory . Please resolve the matter

I was sent my amazon product by first flight courier (Doc m991b6392008) but it was received me today itself when i was opened it at first flight courier office hinganghat in front o[censored]r associate but i was shocked because there was only empty box which i received so i kindly request you please ensure it where is my product and what next to do? Hope u will solve it as early as possible.

I am not able to track on your website

Consignment no. A991b3570627 was booked for me in hyderabad on 20.11.2017. This has not reached me in kolkata till date. Status enquiry system on line says the parcel reached kolkata 0n 22.11.2017. I tried to contact their ho mumbai no. But no one answers that phone. The kolkata no is out of order. Even i could not reach them on so many nos given in this site. I am at a loss why the parcel is stuck in kolkata undelivered for last 5 days. Even most of their local kolkata booking offices do not attend telephones.
