I have sent a packet of consignment no. J991Z1039995 from bandhan bank ltd kanpur to bandhan bank bank ltd patna on 17 oct 2017 . But said consignment not delivered yet . Kindly done delivery of this as soon as possible.

I booked the courier service to courier nokia mobile from gurgaon to kohima on 27-09-17. Still after one month the parcel is not delivered and seems to be lost. I have filed the claim to reimburse the total amount rs. 15750 to the dealer. But now they are also not giving any proper response. So, i am writing this complain to look into the issue and refund my total claim amount. The consignment receipt, mobile invoice is attached with the mail.

I have couriered a packet from Paradeep, Odisha to Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha through First Flight Courier vide docket No. U[protected] on 21/10/2017. Till now it has not reached destination. On tracking of the docket in internet it shows it has reached Sambalpur on 26/10/2017 but not reaching BURLA, the destination, which is 11 Kms from Sambalpur.

Issue : updated pan card not received.
Status as shown on nsdl website : your pan card has been delivered on 12-may-2017 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. Bxxxxxxxxx85.
Status as shown on first flight courier's website : delivered on[protected]:00:00

Please help in arranging the delivery of the updated pan card.

Till date 29th october 2017 i have not received my courier. When i have tried to track then it is showing that my courier is in jam telco & they have not delivered my courier because of address insufficient. But my address is perfect & all the couriers i use to get on this address only. However i am sending you the complete address again please courier my parcel as soon as possible. I received a courier which comprises of a chocolate box and a book..
When i received it was just a book, some one has torn the packet n took it away.
E[protected] is the consignment number.. I mailed to them on 25th oct 2017 but since then no revert.
Planning to put a case in consumer forum.
The courier was done on 16th oct bad reached on 25th..
The worth of chocolate was inr700/-.

Please help.

This is regards to my consignment m99im087842, from goa to bangalore, an impt document was being sent on 18/10/2017, i have not recieved it till date. Multiple enquiries about the tracking by my mother and me, the goa centre is not responding appropriately and not responding to calls too. Online tracking shows its in transit. But i havent recieved it. When i was promised a delivery by 23/10/17 at the latest.
Everytime the reply is we will get back, but no one responds.

I need to retrive my document at the earliest possible.

Very poor service.packet was torn from one side and the deliever has stolen 3000rs from the purse in the packet.Also he ran away as soon as he got to know that i have noticed the torn packet.after that when i tried to call him he didn't pick up the phone.

I have paid 180 rs. For my courier which has to be delivered from shyam nagar, jaipur to uttam nagar, new delhi on 17 oct.2017.
But the delivery is not done till date.

Though this is brand name and famous for delivery on time, but this is the day nothing delivered on time.

I tried contacting on their numbers which is mentioned on receipt but numbers are bot in working conditions"[protected].

I don't have any idea if i need to keep chasing to them again and again

The parcel containing a document with refrence no. J[protected] was booked from allahabad to dehradun on 17/10/2017. This parcel contains a very important document and till the date i dont recieve that document, i ll have to pay a fine of rs 80/- everyday to the organisation where i have to place this document. Please get this delivered. Nobody picks up the call, they are very very irresponsible. I am going to ask all my mates to never trust them.

Courier o991b4228043 is not delivered and there is no update in status. Courier was dispatched on 13 oct but almost 10 days and there is no change in status. I am trying to call since many days but as usual no one pick the call. Could you please provide status immediately and deliver the item. I want this item as soon as possible. I am thinking that i have taken wrong decision to take first flight courier service. These days service of first flight is worst.

I received a document from parsavnath developers. This document reached to me on 6th october 2017. The pod number of the same is d[protected]. This document was very important to me because it was highly time sensitive and time bound. However, when i verified the delivery date through your tracking option it shows that the same document was delivered to a person named "amit" on 23 september 2017. Clarify this matter as soon as possible.

Courier was booked on 17.10.2017 and given commitment that it will be delivered by 20.10.2017, and its very important document for submission, as the branch manager of habsiguda, given commitment and now it was postponed and after making so many follow-ups he is giving explanations that there are holidays and delivery was late, and thereafter on 23.10.17, enquired the status of delivery, again a new story,

The worst part is tracking is not available and service is worst, i never recommend to anyone
