The following is the details of first flight courier sent from
Porbandar to Panvel, Mumbai on 16.11.2017, but the consignment as is
showing in tracking details has been returned without any information
to the receiver or sender. No phone calls made and it is not confirmed
whether the person came for delivery or not. Two phone numbers were
written, but no phone calls made during delivery or for pick up before returning. The courier contains some urgent and important documents needed at the earliest.This neglience on the part of esteemed company like Firstflight is not expected.

Kindly resolve the matter.

      Rajapalayam first flight courier office update like delivered without delivering the parcel, by customer toll free i make a call to chennai first flight tracking service and asked about this package they speak like arraogant and irresponsible, this is the way you treat customer, worst experiance. Customer service means to assist the customer not to tell like "i dont know" "i dont have that facility" "who give this num". And if deliver not possible you people shoud make a call and inform to customer about delayed delivery, you work for money not provide a free service, without customer you people dont have a business.

        Have sent a parcel containing sarees and dresses from pune to hanumakonda (Telangana) on the 07th of november. Tracking #m991a0096710. It was delivered on the 16th which is late as per what was promised. However there was a blue colour saree missing from the lot. I have proof (Pic) of the piece being packed in-front of the pick up guy. Request you to resolve the matter.

            Till the date I have not recived the same.,
            Docs in the name of -Gorachand Bandhyopadhyay.

            As Per Bank-
            "Client has requeste the Bank to close and send the payorder to his communication address.As per the client request Bank has closeed the account and send the payorder to the client communication address on 9/10/2017.But til the date it is undelivered.First Flight courier nor responding nither they are giving back the same to bank.They are just keeping the same in their hands and not updatating any status."

            Please resolved the same at the earliest

                  If your company is not capable to deliver on address then why you accept the packages and why are wasting time and money.

                    My pancard is sent by nsdl trough first flight courier and expected delivery date was 20/11/2017 i have provided valid and accurate corresponding address and when i have tracked my consignment the status from first flight courier shows that invalid address provided and returned to the origin that is nsdl.                       It is the every time story of first flight courier parcel. We keep running after locating the parcel and have to keep one staff person running after the parcel every time. Online status remains nil every time with no specific information on the same. It is such a pain full and time wasting experience every time with first flight courier service.

                            This is to bring to your notice that i booked a parcel from mumbai to deoghar on 13th november. Today is 17th and i have not received it yet. No one picks phone in their customer care, i needed those things urgent that's why i preferred paying more to first flight as compared to other services.                             Booked a parcel bearing no. U[protected] from Anisabad Branch Patna to Guwahati on 31.10.2017 for which they charged Rs 400/-. On status trackking it is showing at Guwahati hub on 06.11.2017 but till date i.e. 13.11.2017 the consignment is not delivered.

                              One of my friend sent a photoframe by using the mentioned courier company but i have received the damage product.
                              I need the solution for the same

                              Here is the docket number - e991b1802209 (Sent from kolkata to gurgaon on 15/11/2017)

                              Photoframe was there is that courier and while receiving it is okay but the glass of the frame has been severely damaged so please look into the matter and get it resolve or provide me support for the same

                                I sent a consignment of the documents with consignment no: a991b3538844 from hyderabad to kolkata and i can track online that this consignment is reached to kolkata on 11 november. However this is not yet delivered.

                                I am not able to understand this what is the issue. I have given my number as well as recipient number for contact. I never thought that first flight is having this type of bad service in kolkata.

                                I tried many ways to contact them but failed.
                                Please help me on this regard.

                                  I have courier one parcel on 11th nov 2017 and today is 16th nov but yet not delivered. It is from jaipur to bangalore.

                                  If i am tracking my parcel with id: r991a0119902 than this is saying address insufficient. But i have used pincode all are okay in address. Even i have given my contact number but no one called me. So it means no one went to my address.

                                  Now i am trying to contact with jaipur vendor but he is also not responding.

                                  Please try to solve this issue.
