I have prepaid ordered a gym product from fitness world dated on 15.08.2015. The same day I received the order no. After 5 days of order I tried to contact regarding delivery of product as in the a/c site it is shown as processing, but with disappointment I was not responded till date. Please help me in this regard....

I had ordered some weight plates (gym equipments) from Fitness World (http://fitnessworld.in) on 05/05/2015 (Order no- 8696, Fedex track no[protected]. My shipment was placed with Fedex after that. But after tracking Fedex for almost a month, I have been told (By Fedex) that my shipment can not be delivered due to some unknown problems and it has been returned back to the sender (Fitness world) on 20th May, 2015. I recently brought a Orbitrack from Fitness world The brand was Pro bodyline ,

The seller cheated me saying that the product is 6 months warranty . The foot rest broke on the 8th day of my purchase

When i requested for replacement of broke foot rest Fitness world reported me that i have to pay for the foot rest as service is free

The build quality of these products are pathetic...
