Flashstar Commerce — i cancelled a order of redmi note 7 pro and i do, not get my refund till now they show me the message that refund was completed.

Cancelled my order of redmi note 7pro on1st october, then flipkart show me that my refund of 6569₹ completed form the sellers side and it will credited by 11 of october. But till now i don not get the money, i try to contact flipkart and they told m that refund was completed. When i go to my bank and ask for the transaction they said to me that no money credited to my account. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Do not cheat people in this way.
