Flashstar Commerce — seller refuses to take my old redmi 5a due to slightly discolored | |
My old phone is everything good, courier agent deny to take it due to slightly discolour side of headphone point. He deny & tell to pay? 1400 more for get new redmi 8. This kind of harassment not acceptable. Flipkart give me exchange value of redmi 5a 2 gb ram & 16 gb memory. But my phone is 3 gb ram & 32 gb memory. So i get less amount as my phone specification. I want my new phone redmi 8 without any more extra payment, if you not process it then i will lodge a complain in national consumer forum & social media. This harassment not acceptable. I bought an phone from Flipkart seller Flashstar Commerce. I received defective product. I contacted flipkart not taking correct action against the seller. Also seller not refunding or replacing the phone. I spend 10000 rupees to buy this phone. Could you please help me to refund my money back. Thank you so much.
I ordered Mi note7 pro by exchange galaxy on max mobile. My mobile is fully in good condition but At the time of delivery they denied to take phone to see the back side of mobile and want the exchange amount. They said this is damage so i complain against with the seller. I attach th photo of back side please see & justify
