I had ordered IphoneSE by making an online payment of Rs.14398 on 11th Oct 2018. On 13th Oct 2018, I received the delivery. I got only the charger and the USB cable in the box but did not receive the IphoneSE and the earphones in the box at the time of delivery.
I raised replacement request 5 times and each time, they are cancelling the replacement request without my notification after 1 or 2 days after placing the request. When i called them and asked as to why the replacement has been cancelled, they tell they do not know the reason behind it and they raise a new replacement request. I have raised 5 return requests till now. And even after a month after ordering, I have neither received the IphoneSE nor received the refund of my amount.
I have called the flipkart customer support around 20 times but have not received the resolution yet. The amount is not a small amount too and till date I have not received the product. Moreover, the customer care people tell that raising the replacement request is all they can do. They cannot help me further on this.
