I placed an order as birthday gift for my sister for hp laptop on 15th dec 22 with order id : OD[protected] and promised date of delivery was 20 dec 22 and i waited patiently till the date but on the said date neither delivery executive visited my home nor he called me. When i called in the afternoon him then he said he will come in the evening. When i called him in the evening then he said he will come tomorrow but that also passed. Next day he didn't picked up the call. Then i called customer care and then they said i will get product by the endo f the day and raised the issue. but all in vain and fast forward to 24th dec . morning i received message that order is cancelled and refund is issued.
On 23rd i received call from delivery hub which is 20km away from my home to visit their warehouse and collect the order as their executive don't know how to do laptop exchange.
So in these 9 days, customer placed order, waited and paid money via credit card so cc will charge processing fee, EMI charges which customer will pay to bank without any mistake.
Moral of story: Flipkart does not care about customer time, money and losses. They will harass you mentally and financially. They will come with discount during sale and will cancel the order. This will boost their website traffic and no. of sales and transaction. In the end, customer has to suffer. This is Flipkart dirty trick to lure gullible customers in the name of discount and sales.
So guys please be aware from Flipkart. Better move to amazon if you want peace of mind and good shopping experience. Don't fall in their trap i.e. Rattrap

Hi, I have purchased a bed from
Flipkart and didn’t receive installation service till now. It’s been 5 business days. I Ordered the bed on 18th December by seeing delivery and installation will get completed within 2 days, the bed got delivered on 19th December and today's date is 24th December and I haven't got any update on installation. And also the delivery team instead of delivering the product to 1st floor kept the product in ground floor corridor which is directly exposed to sunlight and may get damaged if rain comes and delivery team also mentioned delivery will be done in one day so its not going to have any problem.
And also customer care team is also not responding properly. I got contact information from Flipkart for installation person but he will never pickup the call.
I am complaining flipkart to give us installation asap.

Hi i had recieved a delivery incorrect, missing item order recently in Flipkart, upon raising complaint on the Flipkart customer support my account has been blocked because the seller is trying to scam and the seller had blocked all retur requests automatically so that none of the requests go through and eventually my account got blocked today because of that. I need my account back, it's too valuable for me I have been using it for many years now and this happens to people like us

Recently flipkart started to charge an amount in cash on delivery (COD) in the name of handing fee, whenever i order anything together the so called fee increases. I want you to please stop this, this is a extra charge that flipkart charges to us, first is delivery charges and second is this handling charges. If you can't able to stop this charge then you have to make a rule that every customer that pay online their bills they get extra discount. Just like COD extra charge then online payment extra discount.

Samsung s21 fe 5g-a worst product available in market with huge discounts and huge price range
Sir,
Iam a regular customer ordering necessary items through flipkart platform.
This is regarding my purchase of a samsung mobile s21fe.
The product is very poor in performance, following facts i would like to notify,
a. First of all i would like to notify you that there are better products available in market at this price range.
You are cheeting clients projecting discounts. Its not even worth for a 10000 rupees.
b. Battery require 2 hours to get 100 % charge. Screen shot attached
c. Some snapps attached, which are taken in morning light, all are with dark shades no picture clarity.
d. Finger print senaor require hard punch to login, very pathetic.
e. My bsnl & geo sims are not getting enough signals in this phone. Where as my redmi 7 pro gets full signals with same sims.
f. 32 mega pixal cam not showing clarity of at least 10 mega pixal cams.
g. While sliding finger through Back camera glas, we can hear tik tik voice - iam not sure whether this phone is a water proof one.
h.Horrible heating issue.
i. Please enable me flipkart review option i am unable to give a feedback in kart.
Several times i had discussed the same with ur executives nobody responded positively all are compelling me to continue with a replacement product in same batch.
I request you to intervene to upgrade my request for a purchse upgrade to samsung ultra iam ready to bear cost differance or arrange to refund my money.
