    we have ordered a mobile phone ( REDMI 10 (Midnight Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) to flipkart on 13 Dec'22 (against order id-OD[protected], but when we received a box from delivery boy 15 dec'22 found that it was not ordered product another mobile which was badly damaged and charging cable was missing, only one adaptor ( new ) in the box only .

    and i have recorded video while the open box .

    please check and take action on this . asap

    for such a reputed brand don't expect such blunders..

        Sir,

        Iam a regular customer ordering necessary items through flipkart platform.

        This is regarding my purchase of a samsung mobile s21fe.

        The product is very poor in performance, following facts i would like to notify,

        a. First of all i would like to notify you that there are better products available in market at this price range.

        You are cheeting clients projecting discounts. Its not even worth for a 10000 rupees.

        b. Battery require 2 hours to get 100 % charge. Screen shot attached

        c. Some snapps attached, which are taken in morning light, all are with dark shades no picture clarity.

        d. Finger print senaor require hard punch to login, very pathetic.

        e. My bsnl & geo sims are not getting enough signals in this phone. Where as my redmi 7 pro gets full signals with same sims.

        f. 32 mega pixal cam not showing clarity of at least 10 mega pixal cams.

        g. While sliding finger through Back camera glas, we can hear tik tik voice - iam not sure whether this phone is a water proof one.

        h.Horrible heating issue.

        i. Please enable me flipkart review option i am unable to give a feedback in kart.

        Several times i had discussed the same with ur executives nobody responded positively all are compelling me to continue with a replacement product in same batch.

        I request you to intervene to upgrade my request for a purchse upgrade to samsung ultra iam ready to bear cost differance or arrange to refund my money.

        Hope you will understand the facts.

          I have ordered for pigeon non stick cookware set on 9th December 2022 worth rupees 1304/- and it was delivered on 11th December in which it was a empty box that product is missing for me so suddenly i have raised complaint to the company and from their grievance team they told me to wait for 24 hours and after then no one is contacted me and i have raised complaint again and again and i have written to their grievance team again and they contacted me on the call they told me they requested seller to provide refund and the seller also accepted to provide refund but after that the call got disconnected so again i tried to contact them then I can see that they blocked my Flipkart account without intimating me and not provided the refund for the missing product. Please help me to get my refund money for the missing product. They Sent me empty box and blocked my account please do help me to get refund money.

              I recently ordered an electronic device but it turned out to be defective. It is eligible for return but when I place a refund request it shows that there is unusually high return from my side even though I have not placed any refunds from a long time. The item I ordered was also expensive so I can't just sit here and watch to get robbed. Please look into the issue and kindly please grant me a refund.

                Sir/ma'am,
                I ordered a pant of 30 size but it's getting lost to me so I want to return the product.
                But the return option is not showing to me and I'm returning it before 10 days of delivery as it comes for 10 days return policy.
                It cost 2500/- .
                Please understand my problem and set it resolve.
                Please tell them to create the return request so that I can return the product.

                      Sadly, the rsposes from your customer service is very poor. They don't have the courtesy to reply to my chats.

                        Dear sir/mam
                        I want to say that I have ordered one black and one blue jeans of ₹701 each. But by mistake I received two blue jeans and two black jeans and I also paid for that.

                        I don't like the quality of jeans so i returned them but only 2 jeans were returned. The extra two jeans are with me which I also want to return but as these jeans are delivered by mistake, it is not shown in my Flipkart account but I don't want them. I want to return them.

                        Below is the attached bill of those extra items which I didn't order but received by mistake and also paid for them.

                        Please guide me how I can return them.

                                I ordered IQOO 9T 5G (ALPHA, 128 GB) amounting to Rs.48, 990 from Flipkart on December 9, 2022 6:43 pm. On December 19, 2022. the order was delivered. The outer package was intact but when I opened the inner package, I found that I was delivered a different smartphone of the same brand IQOO z6 lite!

                                Immediately I raise a return request. With multiple back and forth conversations the return request is still not approved, despite me contacting them multiple times. So, I was asked to share my Aadhar card on a chat i had with one customer service agent but, when I try to confirm it through verbal communication the Flipkart customer service agent told me “your personal verification is not required and do not have to share your adhaar or PAN”. They have also asked me to sign a Consent form which states 'Lodging of FIR for the missing Laptop/mobile’.

                                Personal documents like adhaar, voter ID, Drivers License etc. does not always match your present address or the delivery address of the order. I do not want to share such confidential documents to Flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered wrong product, they shouldn’t ask for confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request.

                                Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting days for them to resolve this issue, but in vain.

                                I want Flipkart to -
                                1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
                                2. Send a refund the amount paid (Rs. 48, 990)

                                Kindly help me out. All the images are attached for verification.

                                Tho the time it took was pretty long, finally returned the product today 3.1.2022 and got my funds back shortly after around 3:25 pm.

                                  On 16/12/2022 at 8.40 PM i got a message from flipkart that my flipkart account's registered mobile number has changed from my number to [protected] which is not my number or done by me. Later i gor message that 2 purchases of Rs 3038 and Rs 3758 has done through my account using paylatter option. The same was also not done by me . i immediattly reported this to flipkart coustumer care and registered complaint. I also registered a complaint at cyber cell. i tried to contact the flipkart coustemer care several times but they refuse to communicate with me regarding my complaint. till now my account is not recovered. this is causing me great tension. For enabiling flipkart paylatter option i shared my aadhar details and PAN card details so im scared that something worse will happen. when ever i contacted flipkart they are not paying attention to my complaint and qurries. i was informed that hackers has payed bill so i need to pay the same or otherwise i will face legal actions fromthe company. i need to recover my account as soon as possible. Flipkart porovides very poor cyber security.

                                    I have created Flipkart account few years back with a mobile number and i lost my phone and the number.

                                    When I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                                      I ordered IFB 23 L Convection Microwave Oven on 21st Dec, 2022 from flipkart. The amount is deducted from my bank account but on flipkart site it is showing that my order is not confirmed & status is mentioned as order pending
