    I have Flipkart account with register number- [protected], also i have completed my Flipkart KYC. Every Month I use Flipkart pay later Facility. But in November I lost my sim and i am not able to access my old number OTP to change new number.
    I want to change my old number - [protected] to new number - [protected] .
    Please help me to change my Flipkart account number so i can regularly access my Flipkart account.

        I ordered a blanket on 18 dec and its delivery date is 23 dec but due to some problem facing by company the oder is not delivered and customer exicutive tell me your product is delivered on 30 dec but the product is not delivered on 30 dec also then the repromiss to give the product on 4 th jan. But on 4 th jan they are not delivered the oder and again repromiss date given to me that is 6 th jan but till now i am not getting my product and customer executive dont let me talk to their back team member

        I ordered a blanket form Flipkart on 18 dec its delivery date is 23 dec but I can't receive the product on 23 dec they give me a promise date 24 dec but on 24 dec on official website of Flipkart shows my order is delivered but i can't receive it so i complaint against it on website so they promise me to give resolution and my blanket on 30 dec and on 30 dec they give me a new date that is 4 th jan but on 4 th jan i can't get my product but on 4 th jan they give me a new date that is 6 th jan but on 6th i can't receive my product now a new date is shown that is 11 th jan and the promise that there back up team or seniors contact me soon but till there is no call from that side

          Flipkart india blocked my account without informing and with unsolved questions with wallet balance also and more then 100 of follow up with Flipkart by using registered email, - phone -tweet and using all the possible ways to contact Flipkart but THICK SKIN PEOPLE OF FLIPKART JUST READYMADE ROBOTIC REPLY AND CHEW MY WALLET BALNCE.

            I have ordered Boat airpods and i have not received it till now. Flipkart says that it is delivered. TH courier person asked me the OTP and vanished somewhere. He is not picking my call also . Either give my parcel or refund my money back. This is worst ever expected from flipkart

              Hi, I am trying to return my order from flipkart, i have raised rquests 6 7 times but wishmaster is not showing up. I checked with wishmaster today, he said he didn't recieve any request so far, maybe someone else did.

              On the day of pickup i get a message that they are trying to reach me but could not, which is absurd coz all wish masters comes here regulary for delivery and i have not reciceved any single call from them

              secondly, after the first message, i get ROBO call, asking to press 1 for retry pickup and 2 to keep the product. Even after pressing to retry return, by evening i get message again that return is cancelled becase i decided to keep the product.

              trying to call your customer care but seems all numbers are invalid.

                I ordered one baby go ball pool on 16 dec, i made debit card payment for the sane
                cancelled it on 18 dec because i wanted to order another model
                they showed in flipkart refund my amount on 20 dec 2022 abd will be credited in my account on or before 26 dec 2022
                but still now i dod not receive it
                whenever i contact flipkart customer service. they ask me to contact bank
                i spoke with the bank manager itself, he told me, the reference number is not traceable because no payment is made. i share my bank statement with flipkart also
                please help

                    Hi My name is Bhaskar Kandari.

                    I ordered DR PHYSICO (USA) Model 1023 Supervolt Portable Handheld Deep Tissue Full Body Muscle Pain Relief Massage Machine Gun Electric Massagers with vibration neck, shoulder, leg, back, for men and women massger (black) on 30th December 2022 and it was delivered on 31st December 2022.

                    But product quality is not good and not working. So I request to replace the product and its seller accepted my return. You give me 5th Jan 2023 to pick up the returned product.

                    But now you sms me that you don't have the workforce to pick it up and changed the date to 12th Jan 2023.

                    This is the worst service I have ever seen by Flipkart. Why do I wait for 7 days more for your crappy service?

                    I'm social media marketer and I share this issue on social media, Rohit Sharma the brand ambassador of this product, the product brand, and your company

                    I'll give you hard time for this horrible service and experience.

                    I never buy again anything from Flipkart again. You lost your old customer.

                    I kindly request you to pickup and return the product within 2-3 days.

                    Quickly send your delivery boy to pick up the product today otherwise refund my money.

                    I don't wait for too long.

                            I have ordered a hp pavilion laptop (cost: ₹62158) from flikart and I received it in damaged condition. There was a bend near touchpad. Which malfunctioned the touchpad and not working properly. I have raised complaint within 6days but no resolution happened yet. They postpone resolution date again and again. Now they are saying my return date is expired so I can’t get replacement. I have shared 3times required documents and images they have asked within hours.

                              I have ordered 3 mobile for friends he not know how to order online . And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for Ministry of Defence. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You

                                My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusually high Returns in my account to which the account is blocked.

                                It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of a mistake on the part of the seller or Flipkart. My reason for the return was only due to incorrect products, expiry products, damaged products and similar. Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require a photo of items, also their investigation team does the investigation related to return which after being satisfied by the team was returned. I have been using my Flipkart account for more than three years. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblocked with all the benefits.

                                  I have already called Flipkart more than 40 times but still issue is not resolved.

                                  I had ordered Black Color Louis Philippe blazer on Flipkart but Green color blazer was delivered instead of black color.

                                  I had requested for the return but multiple time return request got rejected without any valid reason, images were also shared 3-4 times but still neither product is picked up nor Return is processed.

                                  After multiple return requests, logistic team came to pick up the product but pick up was rejected saying RSP SLIP is missing which i am not aware of at all and there was no such slip delivered along with product. I have been using Flipkart for last 10-15 years and not sure what RSP SLIP is, Product is in same condition along with Brand Tag/ Brand Box like it was delivered.

                                  After this I called Flipkart and spoken senior escalation desk but they were also not aware of RSP SLIP and multiple new return requests were being raised but every time return request got cancelled mentioning Image Validation failed which is completely false statement.

                                  Finally i have written to Flipkart CEO Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy on twitter but still no resolution, this shows how professional Flipkart is.

                                  There should a clause to file a legal complaint for such mental harassment and such companies should be immediately banned by Court for harassing customers.

                                    It has happened many times that many Flipkart orders have been delayed, many orders have not been delivered on time, even after a couple of days delay. And all the help line agents are talking irrelevant i.e. understand, sorry and don't worry.
                                    I ordered Vivo T1 5G on 27/12/2022 and it showed an expected delivery date of 30 dec 2022.
                                    The date of delivery was kept as 30th December, due to some reason the delivery could not be done, the reason for this and the contact details of the delivery person were also not given. And without doing anything, when I ask for an update of the order in the evening or the next day, on calling, they say that I have selected the delivery date ahead.
                                    While I have not received any mail or message regarding this.
                                    The second thing is that they are not trying to deliver the next day and the next day. They directly choose a Random date like 4 January 2023. But on 4th Jan 2023 I didn't get any type of mail, message and call. And when I contact on customer care number, they repeat the same thing i.e. Sorry, we understand and we note your query or complaint.
                                    All EKart helpline numbers are switched off and calls get disconnected automatically. Sometimes the dialer says the number dialed is wrong (mentioned below):

                                    And today is 5th January 2023, there is no update or contact provided from ekart or flipkart team. Both are irresponsible about the importance of the product. How important is the product to the customer?

                                      I have ordered for Flipkart Combo Of 400 Security bags And 100 Paper Bags Recycled Security Bag with Paper Bag (White, Brown, Pack of 500) on 15th december 2022 with OD[protected]. The delivery date shown by you was on 20th december 2022 and on 20th december 2022 flipkart updated that delivery will be made by 28th december 2022. No such delivery attempts were made till 28th december 2022 so i contacted customer care via messages and call. In that conversation the customer service executive assured me that my consignment will be delivered on or before 31 december 2022. That too was also a false promise. And again they have extended the delivery date to 7th of january 2023.

                                      So today[protected] i again contacted customer care and I received a very bad response from the customer care executive. Then he himself disconnected the call without giving a proper response.

                                      It has been 20 days since I placed this order . i have ordered tapes and security bags on 15th december 2022. Tapes were delivered through DTDC courier on 26 december 2022 but security bags were not delivered till now.

                                      I have no belief in flipkart customer care executives as they are only good for giving fake promises. if your intention was to deliver the product, you could have done it within these 20 days. so i am sure that you won't deliver the product again. Only thing you can do is to extend the delivery date to 7 or 10 days on expiry of the current delivery date/dates.

                                      So kindly refund the amount to me.

                                        Good afternoon,
                                        I order the mattress from Flipkart, when I got the mattress it was a blanket type(gaadi) and there was clearly mentioned as mattress 5 inch thickness king size etc, the seller is a scamer in Flipkart it's price was 1800 rs when I contact Flipkart customer care executive for return they sended a technician to my home to verify the product after verifying he said OK it will be returned but after another day I come to know my return was rejected after that I contact it the customer care and they said OK your return is been initiated after that no delivery boy contracted me for product and after 2 days I can't when I contact it the customer care they said your product will not be returned as its out of date we are sorry please see to it as the seller are really a camel and its a big fraud to me .
