My flipkart account is hacked.They were changed my mobile number to their mobile number. Now my flipkart account is totally under their control. Now they are using my flipkart paylater account. I want to block my paylater account. Iam really tired to contacting flipkart customer support team. Kindly help me in this regard.

    I had ordered a screen guard for my Samsung M10 mobile. Seller says that the screen guard fits my mobile model. On receiving it I fout that it is bigger than my mobile. When contacyex, Flipkart refuses to return or refund saying that it is not returnable. When I said that it is actually the mistake from the seller to say that it is compatible with my mobile when actually it is not. They are not ready to support their customer even if seller has mentioned wrong info on website. This is so different from their competition Amazon who support their customers so much.

      I tried ordering a front load washing machine on 4th December 2022 at 1:11 PM using the Debit Card EMI option. The bank transaction was successful but the order was in pending state. Even after multiple attempts I have not got a proper response from Flipkart. They just said that the transaction was successful and contact your bank. But if the transaction was successful why was my order not placed? There is no response for that from them. My DC EMI loan is now active for a product that was never booked successfully.

        I had ordered 2 IFB microwaves but the order is showing as pending. Whereas the bank confirmed that the payment was made to flipkart. But the customer service are saying they can't help as they have not received the payment from the bank.

                  Order item - Hometown Premier Engineered Wood four door.
                  Item cost Rs 20, 239.
                  Order confirmation - 25th Sep' 2022.
                  Order shipped - 26th Sep'2022.
                  The item was supposed to be delivered by 18th of Oct and today it is 8th of Dec 2022 and the item has not been delivered yet. The dates are being pushed on every failed delivery. Record says item has not reached nearest hub. Customer care people promises help and case escalation to no outcome. Helpless and tierd trying out different means to get an outcome. Item cannot be cancelled and I had already prepaid. I had ordered bigger items before as well but for the 1st time facing this type of issue. Never trusting Flipkart again.

                    I have received a whatsapp message that my account deactivated due to mobile number is not varified to reactivate reply with 1, or contact with our customer executive reply with 2 . I replied 2 but no one call me. but next day means yesterday my account has been logged out. Then I replied to that message for reactivate my account, they asked me the OTP share OTP for reactivate my account, i got mail and message that my Flipkart account mobile number has been changed . Sharing OTP is the biggest mistake which I have done.
                    The accused has hacked my account and has used my Flipkart paylater option and has ordered almost worth of Rs 9894 from my Flipkart later account. Request you to cancel the payment done by the hacker.
                    I am sharing all the required screenshots regarding this. Thank you.

                      I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

                          Flipkart has blocked my account. Whenever I contact customer support team always say our backend team will contact team after 3-4months one of their executive told us that our backend team send a message that your has been blocked due to high number of returns and cancellation but they didn't tell how much there is no fixed landmark. I want to just say that if they are claiming 7-15 days return policy then how can they suspend any account for product return if anyone getting third grade product or missing product.
                          Please help me sir in resolving this issue.

                              I placed an order to buy Attic Solid Wood Study Table (Order OD[protected] online from Flipkart on 13.10.2022. I paid ₹14, 399.00 for this. But this product is not delivered till date. I complained many times about the delivery of this product on Flipkart site. Every time their team asked for delivery within two or three days and last site showed delivery of product on 30.11.2022. But the product has not yet been delivered.
                              I have not only suffered financial loss but also wasted precious time due to this purchase.

                                Order ID - OD[protected] from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my HDFC bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 2 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after 48 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                                  I have ordered grocery on flipkart via cash on delivery, and at the time of delivery I paid the amount to merchant (Flipkart) QR code via UPI and it went to processing so the delivery agent made delivery by cash and took cash from me, and it was successful but after some time the processing transaction was also successful, and in the end i have paid double amount for one order .When I checked with flipkart customer service they told me that the order was completed with cash on delivery method. So please refund the doubled amount which i paid. Order ID-OD[protected]

                                      I ordered a katha stich saree from Flipkart on 23rd November 2022. The order no. is OD[protected]. I received a different design of saree on 29th November 2022. On 29th November 2022itself I have placed a replacement request which was approved. But on 5th December 2022 Flipkart automatically cancelled my replacement. Then on 5th December itself i placed a return request but on 6th December 2022 the seller again rejected my return request. This is mental harrasment which i m facing from Flipkart. I want my refund asap.
