I bought a top and paid through a giftcard and upi.my giftcard is refunded but not UPI money but ist shows on app and customer care number that it is refunded.
It is so frustrating there is not even a customer care executive to talk to

    I had ordered a stream gift card[protected] worth 500x2 after i tried to place the order its says that the payment was not confirmed from the bank
    the money was deducted
    im posting this a few hours after i tried to place the order i still havent got a refund

        I ordered my product worth rs 3101 with id FMPC[protected] from Flipkart which was delivered to me by one of your executive the item I received were used torn shoes completely different from what I ordered, the delivery person took 3101rs in his account and did not mark the delivery as done now my money is gone I don’t have the product too Flipkart is not issuing any satisfactory resolution the item I received is completely forged and this is a violation of your company ethics, the delivery person has blocked my contact number your company called me to reschedule or cancel my order I rescheduled it but again the message I am getting is customer not available kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible, attaching screenshot of the same

          Someone hack my Flipkart account and used my IDFC pay later credit amount to buy iPhone12. And hacker updated the fraudulent Gmail address to enter into my Flipkart account. I reported to police cyber cell and IDFC first bank and Flipkart customer care also but no one take my concern and help me to waive the amount the hacker buy the 63000 thousand iphone 12 using my Flipkart IDFC pay later credit amount. Now unfortunately credit amount was lies on my head please help me to waive the amount. I'm in big trouble 😐

            Purchased Titan NQ9710SM01 Raga Analog Watch - For WomenFrom Seller: RetailNet .And received different brand product I.e. ADAMO.Raised a request for refund multiple times but Refund request is getting cancelled again and again. It's a mental harassment.

            Last time customer care assured that delivered will be picked up before 19th December but again refund request got cancelled.
            Even I received mail like seller has approved your refund request.Still it is keep happening.
            Please take strict action on this issue and refund my money back.

              I had purchased a product of roadster denim which I would like to return now. I made 3 attempts to return it but within 2-3 days they cancel it. They don't allow me to talk to consumer care. The order was placed on 4th of December and received it on 8th of December. The return is valid till 17th of December. They are cancelling without mentioning sufficient reason. My reason for return falls within there return policy but still they have cancelled it. If you can help me with it I would be thankful

                            I have Purchased one Washing machine from FlipKart. After return they show its already been refunded by the seller on 5th Dec but i have not yet received that money on my bank account yet.
                            I have tried contacting flipkart customer care as well as my bank branch.
                            I have send the Bank statement screenshots to flipkart and all but I am still waiting no resolution yet.
                            I am scared I will lose my money and get scammed.

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I have tried to connect with Flipkart Call Centre Team thrice on 12.12.2022 to get updated information about my order id OD[protected] but could not get the same because as per their information no order is associated with my registered mobile number [protected].

                              Well, in you application also nothing is being shown in the tracking details since 8th Dec. 2022 that is why I am in totally dilemma that the order has been placed or not.

                              Said order was supposed to be delivered on 13.12.2022 but has yet not been delivered and no any further update has been supplied by Flipkart Team after emailing them many times.

                              I hope, you shall be getting back to me immediately with complete update about the matter.

                                I ordered steam wallet code from Flipkart and haven't recieved them since last week. It is supposed to be delivered on same day . After contacting customer care, they keep saying we have escalated and wait for so and so time . They have not provided any resolution to yet and not even refunding my amount.

                                  I have ordered one Smart phone and got that on 9th Dec. But in the back side it was opened. I would like to replace. Yesterday I had talked to your colleague Mr. Sahid and he told me that he is referred to replace. And now i am seeing here in my Order that the replacement is reject.                                   The seller is like very dishonest. The set was covered by back case in the box. The delivery boy opened the box and shown the set as usual without open the back case and left the place. Later when I open the back case to insert the SIM, i had seen the back side of the phone was opened and damaged.

                                    I placed an order for a top load washing machine through flipkart on 7th December. While placing the order, The money got deducted from my bank account however order was not placed. Neither the money was refunded nor the item delivered. I approached flipkart customer care several times however no action was taken so far and they just keep delaying the resolution timelines . Please help me in getting this resolved

                                      Flipkart has blocked my account without telling me any reason I have been calling them since last one month but they can not give any response Every time I call customer care number they take three days time but do not give any response after 3 days or 5 days I also have 4200 rupees in my account, they have kept it very troubling, they don't even give any reason why they have done it.
