Product - Nexus 6P
I received a Nexus 6P mobile with a Faulty Screen having yellow/pink tint. Making it worse, the yellow color is only at certain angles, which is irritating while using.
I requested for a Return and Refund.

Your team inspected my mobile using Smart Check App and you customer service representative said that they couldn't find any errors with the software installed in the mobile (nice finding though !!!). So, they cannot accept the request for refund. Instead, he sent me a huge list of Huawei Service centers and asked me to give the phone for a repair to Huawei service center (Are you serious??)
Purchased a brand new premium phone for Rs.39, 999 and without being able to use that for even a single day, I should give it for repair??
From you customer reviews page and other similar pages, it is clear that the Yellow/Pink tint issue is a very common defect/complaint with Nexus 6P devices. But, trusting on your "30 Days Return Policy" only, I purchased it without any hesitation. If I can trust you this much, why can't you keep up your word???
I made so many calls, loads of emails to your customer service team. They are simply extending the time giving me fake promises about solution to the issue. You must understand that this is not my only job. But, I am trying to get back my hardly earned money.
As far as my knowledge, this yellow tint is a common problem faced by many Nexus 6P users and they all got replacements or refund from Flipkart. But, this is my second worst experience with Nexus 6P and I don't want to give it a try again unless I am sure that it is fully resolved. Also, I am working abroad
Smart Check App couldn't find an issue doesn't mean that the defective product is not defective. If required, your technical personnel can directly come and inspect my device for the faulty screen defect it has got. The address and contact number are already given to you so many times.
I need to get the full refund for the defective product which was delivered by flipkart in either of the two ways mentioned below:
1. As a refund to my bank account
2. As a credit to my Flipkart Wallet account so that I can do the purchase at a later stage.
Please let me know your decision on this at the earliest.
Still if your not understanding my problem means, I have to try for other ways to get back my money.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is very shameful that Flipkart is plying with customer's emotions... But this time Flipkart has to pay for this...
