Hi,
I ordered Hook book cover for iPad Air 16 April 2016 (OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 1349). But on 26th April instead of what I ordered, an iPhone cover was delivered to me. On 28th April I submitted a return request and received an assurence that return of the product and refund would happen in 10 days. Yet after waiting for 21 days the return and refund did not happen. So on 17th May I called flipkart customer care[protected] and was given an assurence that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But nothing happend and again on evening of 18th may I called again and again I was given assurence that I would be called a flipkart agent in 24 hours but even after waiting for 6 more days nothing has happened. So I called flipkart again today asking for reason for not happening of pick pick up of product and giving me the reufund. I am given yet another assurence that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Please help.

    I ordered onne fridge from flipkart. It was not good as there was no automatic door closing system and there was a dent in the heat dispenser.
    O i applied for replacement. They said they will send pick up guys to take it back. But they didnt reach on time and asked me to wait for 2 extra days. So unhappy with this i applied for refund. They said they will pick the fridge on 24th may 2016 before 7pm. No one called till 7 pm and when i called customer service they said pickup date has been extended byy 1 day i. E. 25th may 2016 by 5.30 pm. Now the problem is i am writing my semester exams for srm university daily without any gap.
    O should i wait for flipkart guys or study for my exams.
    This is very bad flipkart. U guys are dissappointing ur customers.
    U guys are making us file complaint againstt you. Please make it up fast.
    Provide a better service.

      We purchased this phone( LeEco ) with order id OD[protected] from flipkart with this assumption that if we get any issue with the product flipkart will support us through refund and replacement policy. But strangely, flipkart did not support at all. This phone has overheating problem, and it gets heated up while using internet/hotspot/wifi. Even in long calls(30 minutes) and while changing also it is getting heated up. When the temperature reaches 46 then phone starts giving warning, and after that we normally switch off the phone for safety. flipkart Customer care listened to us, provided the support of support engineer also, but issue was not fixed. Strangely they said, 46 is very normal temperature, and if it is going beyond 48 only then they can work on fixing the issue. I told them clearly, we are not satisfied with this performance, so please replace or refund it. however no action has been taken.
      We have raised return request 5 times, but they did not return/replaced it. Please help.

        My friend ordered "Signoraware 501 3 Containers Lunch Box" using my flipkart account. Since she was unhappy with the product, she had returned it, now they the amount is stuck with Flipkart people. As they say that the Bank details are incorrect and the website is not letting me to update it. I also sent the Bank details through Email and tried to update over the phone. But still it is not been refunded though the details are correct. My friend is really upset with Flipkart and they cant do this for a new customer like her.

        I hope this gets resolved ASAP :(

          Hi i had placed order for kent ace+ 7 l ro + uf water purifier on 21-may-2016 with order no. Od[protected] and i had completed the payment through credit card by paying 7999/- under emi option. The same was shipped on same day and i had received confirmation mail and msg confirming me the dispatch of the product and expected date of delivery as 25-may-2016. But on the same day that is on 21-may-2016 in the evening i received another msg confirming cancellation of product and refund initiation. For your information i have not cancelled my product and requested for refund and the same is informed to your customer care with complaint id - in[protected] but i have not received satisfactory reply from the customer care. I request you to please deliver the product to me as promised by flipkart earlier and as per my old order no. And payment.

            Yesterday 23/05/2016 i received mobile which was used by somebody and the inner package is opened but the outerpack is fully covered and main thing is the mobile is switched on when i received and in phone gallary lot of personal photos are there which was taken 10 days before ... i received 23/05/2016 but the galllery photos and whatsapp videoes are taken 12/05/2016 and this phone old owner photo images are there which i was seen at photo details i am very upset now and tommorow i am planning to go local police station for compliant against this issue after that i plan to go district consumer court against this issue ...thank you ...i loose my trust on flipkart...

            cheating ... cheating ... cheating ... from flipkart used goods are delivered to customer...[protected]
            I purchased a Lenovo K6 Power mobile. I used it for three months and started having problem with the MIC. I contacted flipkart as it is under warranty. I was told to take it to near by Lenovo service center. For my surprise they opened the phone and showed me that the screws are missing and seal was broken. They denied to do servicing.
            The phone is not even re-furbished but it was used by some one and returned and sold to the customers as new.

              I have given 3 products order 10 days before in flipkart.
              1 - I have given light yellow shirt cotton but the color was little bit dark and the size was 40 as per my size it should for but it is coming small.

              2 - I have given order for kurta for girls dark blue color cotton but the cloth is not cotton it is of nylon.

              3 - I have given one more dress material that is of cotton but it is not cotton and the product I got is printing but the actual product should be embroidered.

              When I called flipkart they are telling take refund but they are not giving guaranty that in replace they will give embroidery material and in the ad they show that the product which flipkart gives its original.

              Now I want justice.

                I had ordered an Acer Laptop from flipkart on 11th May and was delivered the next day as promised but the product was faulty and hence i raised an issue with Acer Contact Centre and was informed to visit a service centre as they were unable to resolve the issue.

                I visited the service centre on 17th May and was informed that there is an hardware issue with the laptop. They gave me a call report for same
                The keyboard when connected to the tab switches off, i can use the product as tablet but not a laptop.

                As a faulty product raised refund request from flipkart. I got a call from flipkart customer care executive who then told me that engineer from there end will visit my place check the product then further procedure will be informed. I told the executive that I have a call report from the engineer I visited please see that you can use that, she said it would be an engineer from there end.
                Now its been almost a week and I havent received any call from engineer and moreover they mail saying that they have contacted me multiple times but I dont have any miss call alert. I understand multiple times will be atleast 2 or more times.
                I have escalated the issue to their escalation department and have been assured by Ms. Dolly Jain that te issue will be resolved by today that ie 23/05/2016 eod.

Then i told the delivery boy to take it back but he told that i have to complain for it online. So where is my product which i had ordered??? U may plz return it or u may can give my money back.

                  I had ordered an ear and nose plug from flipkart. But when i got it on the delivered address i saw a default in it. There was only a box and nothing inside it. After seeing this i call the delivery man and showed him the empty box then he told me to complain online in flipkart and so m doing this. So where is my product?? I didn't had ordered a box, i had ordered the product inside it which is not here. So u may deliver a new again and take this default set back.

                    I ordered for yonex gr 303 g4 strung badminton racquet worth rs - 585 of silver color from flipkart on dated - 11/05/16 they delivered the product on 17/05/16 of different color, there is silver color printed on the bill, then i replace the product, they delivered the product on 23/05/16 of same color and of different model number yonex gr 303 g3. Not expect from this kind of thing from flipkart first they delivered product 5-6 days after long time of waiting they doing such rubbish things.

                      I have purchased lenovo laptop on flipkart.
                      Lenovo g50-80 80e5038pin intel core i5 (5th gen) - (8 gb ddr3/1 tb hdd/windows 10/2 gb graphics) notebook
                      It is product with flipkart advantage and 30 days replacement guarantee
                      There is a small, white spot (About 1 to 2 mm diameter) on screen, clearly visible on the screen.
                      It is manufacturing defect.
                      I have already talked to flipkart customer service ([protected]) for replacement on 12th may
                      I have talked with flipkart technician about my problem on 14th may
                      He had scheduled personal meeting with technician for this problem on 17th may.
                      On 17th may i have not received any call from flipkart, lenovo and no technician came. This is very worst service from flipkart.
                      On 17 may, i called again to customer care, again they gave me message wait till 20th may
                      On 20th may, no call from flipkart then i again called customer care, again they gave me message "wait till 22th may"
                      On 22th may, again there is no call from flipkart, i called them, again they gave me message "wait till 25th may"
                      I also talked with lenovo team. It is very worst customer service
                      There is no coordination between flipkart and lenovo. Flipkart just wasting my time.
                      Flipkart is making delay in replacement. I have talked customer care, technician, lenovo technician 6-8 times.
                      Please give me replacement or refund

                              I have ordermicromax canvas p480 tabletorder id:od[protected] i had use this tablet but after 6 day its creating some softwear issued. Heating so much on the site of ear i applied for refund.
                              And your customer care suggest about download smartchek app, i down load it. Than i talk your customer so they told me. I got your request we doing investigation within 24 hr. After 24hr they say our technical team call you but no one call me. For a last 5 day i call your customer care daily basis but they give me same answer next 24hr our team call you but no one call me they also provided me some false compliant number in[protected]. I really frustrated about that wrong think. Please try to understand and arrange me a call & refund me as soon as possible.

                                Sir / madam,

                                I had recently purchased a fridge from flipkart for rs. 8000. But when the product was delivered, it was not as per my expectation. Hence the next day i applied for a return of the product. I did not even use the product once as it had manual defrost but i wanted automatic defrost. I maintained fridge packaging as told by the delivery man and did not use the fridge at all.
                                They called after 3 days saying that they won't take it back (Which is completely opposite to what they claim in advertisements).
                                My mother and sister must have talked to them 10 times atleast and after a lot of request they told my sister that they will take the fridge back after a technician visit. Now, they are not sending the technician and sending email that "we hope the technician visit has been completed' (This happened 3 times). And they are not taking the product back and not refunding the money. It has been 2 weeks now and they call everyday saying that they will not take it.
                                Kindly help us

                                  I purchased track pant from Flipkart. Just after 2 wash i noticed that there are too many holes in the track pant. When they are taking money for the
                                  product then why they are not giving the product of that level. They give very bad quality materials. Flipkart is just doing fraud with their customer's. They do advertise that they assure for the quality of the products. " flipkart matlab bilkul pakka". I think they want to sayflipkart matlab bilkul pakka you will find holes and all in the product after few time use.
                                  Kindly request you to look in to this and take a quick action against them.

I ordered one reebok sunglass from flipkart about one week ago order number-od[protected] but when the product i received i found it duplicate and i called flipkart customer care they said they will return my money and will collect the product from me they do not want to take responsibility for duplicate product they want me to verify product before purchase and that is not possible for online purchase. I want online retail companies must take responsibility for such issues as we order products through their website. Please take necessary action. Thank you in advance.

                                      I have placed order with rs.7999 on 21st may 2016 at 10.26am, its confirmed by flipkart, packed and dispatched from seller by 12.35pm. But price updated to rs.11999 on 21st may 2016 at 5pm. So that my order was cancelled and they returned the shipment by 5.48pm. I requested the flipkart to deliver the product which i have ordered to the same price which i have already paid... But they are cancelling the order and returning the product..
                                      . Can anyone recommend me a better solution..?

                                      They got to know about the wrong prices after dispatched...!!! And without intimating they cancelled and returned the product...!!!

                                      They are giving different reasons one person to another...

                                      1st They sent mail & sms as "our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address"

                                      So i thought to revise the delivery address, Then they come up and tell the price was wrong, which is system error.

                                      Then how can we believe any price in flipkart??

                                      How we can refer to any other persons?

                                      Anyway this is issue from flipkart and the seller (WS RETAIL), So that I am looking for receiving the product without any extra efforts...

                                        Had purchased the le1s on feb 9th, which had a 10% cash back offer on axis bank debit card, the cash was to be credited by the middle on april 2016, and since till date nothing has happened,

                                        Filled a complain with flipkart customer care and this is what they replied
