I have purchased le tv 1s mobile from flipkart in its first flash sale. 1 month later my phones screen got physically damaged. I tried contacting flipkart customer care for service center but they provided the fake address of one shop in navi mumbai, which is not dealing with le tv mobile phones. Later on when i contacted them they provide other service center details which far away from my place. I called up all the service centers for my phones screen replacement but i got single answer from all of then that give your old phone and deposit rs. 5000 and take new phone after 10 days. My phone actual cost is rs. 10, 999 and they are asking to pay rs. 5000 for replacement instead of repairing the phone.

Is this justifies that for mere rs 10, 999 you have to pay half the amount for screen replacement.

My phones touch pad is in working, it got cracks on screen in single fall from 4 feet.

    On 21th march 2016 ordered a phone letv 1s worth rs 10999/-.But they cancelled my order due to address mistake and initiated refund on 24th march.Here comes the trouble, till now[protected] i didnt get back my money.I have been waiting for that money abuot a month.They ask me to send my bank details and i did.FLIPKART says that refund is compleated on 24th and check my bank/card.I checked it lots of time and now am fed up with this . Bank says there is no any refund transaction happening regarding my order.

      Multiple issue as last month my mobile display gone hence i contacted lenovo service center then i visited there and they told me that the issue with mobile motherboard and replaced the motherboard the same day after Hanover the mobile i found there is no signal on mobile again the have done something and informed it will work fine then after 1 hour i tested there still the problem persist then i have informed the service agent to re-check and give me in working condition then they worked for 20 min and given back to me stating there is no issue but since that day my issue is not resolved and i am not able to use my mobile normally the people calling me as saying your phone is always in unreachable mode hence request you to please get this fixed permanently or get me a replacement.

        I've placed an order in flipkart for woopecker adams sofa set on 21st jan 2016 and its order id was od[protected].

        It was delivered to me on 8th feb'16 but in damaged condition. At first i received a call from seller which is woodpecker based out of chennai and they promised to fix it soon. I've send them the photos of the damaged product.

        Till date i've not received any resolution from flipkart or seller regarding the servicing . Its been more than 2 months and upon contacting they are just keep forwarding the resolution date further.

        I'm really frustrated with this kind of service and want to lodge a complaint on flipkart for this kind of pathetic after sale service which they are offering to consumers.
        By using this platform i want to address my concern to flipkart team so that it can be addressed asap.

        Many thanks to Flipkart Social media team for followups and providing end to end solution to me. It was a 2.5 months old escalated issue and service desk was of no use until i contacted social media team. I'm pretty satisfied with the servicing of sofa set. Once again Kudos to them.

          This is the order id: OD[protected] and the product is V-guard crystal plus voltage stabilizer. I have ordered this item in Flipkart on 1st April 2016 and bought it from the seller named ' Alpha Shopee' . It is delivered on 8th April 2016. The derlivered product is damaged very much. The plastic enclosure of the stabilizer is broken entirely. Hence I requested for a replacement of this product. The request was initiated on April 9th 2016 and the Replacement(return) ID is[protected]. It was mentioned that the delivery of the replacement product will be done within 19th April '16. So I waited till 19th April, and today while tracking the Replacement product I come to know I got cancelled without mentioning any reason. I adhered to the return policy, I requested the return/replacement the next day I received the damaged piece. Then

          Why the return has been cancelled?

          Why flipkart is not taking responisibility to replace the defect item?

          Is that any of the fault from Customer side to receive such failure item?

              The touch of the mobile is not working properly and letters especially "m" "o" "k"
              Fluentness of the touch is not working as good as previous it was used to be so i wanna repair or service it soon and i have one year warranty too. Please give any response as soon as possible from your company. The letters i should tap tap again and again at once it was so fluent to just touch now i used to press hard on the right side key board and touch is also not working properly now i have to press instead of touch a little make sure that i wanna reply soon it is very difficult to use me please reply to me soon thank you

                I had ordered a semi-stitch dress from flipkart few days ago. Order got placed & payment got confirmed .Before 2 days od delivery date I got notification from flipkart that my order is returned as product is out of stock even though my payment was approved in first place as I paid through e gift card.is this the way you satisfy your customer

                  This is to inform and complaint about my purchase of mobile LeTv Le 1S on 9 Feb 2016 under an sale .As per the condition of the sale – if any customer buy LeTv Le 1S on 9th Feb 2016 using the Axis bank debit/credit card - would be eligible for additional 10% of cash back; that will be credited in April 2016 by date 10th.
                  I had participated in the sale along with my office collogues to purchase the mobile on 9th Feb and used the Axis bank debit card to make the payment for the mobile and order number was - OD[protected].
                  And one of my collogue - Gurpreet Sing Nagi (M# - [protected]) also purchased the same mobile using the AXIS bank debit card at same time with Order number - OD[protected].
                  On 22nd of March - he got amount credited Rs. 1099 on behalf of the cash back for the sale of mobile - LeTv Le 1S.
                  On 14th April 2016 – I had contacted the Flipkart customer care (Reference number - IN[protected]) and they inform me that I was not eligible for the sale/cashback so no amount transferred.
                  It is really embarrassing that if in the same date sale under same condition (fulfilling all terms as per the sale) two customers purchased the same thing then – how would one eligible for cash back another person not ?

                    I received your product before 2-3 days . When i opened it there was oil in car jack box . I ignored that and today"s morning i used it to lift my car but it fails. One more thing i received email from your side one day before getting this product that "thanks for payment your product is delivered " .I didn't pay till that.

                      I placed an order with flipkart by paying inr 8490 through emi using credit card. The product was arrived on destination city within 3 days on tracking but never delivered. On dropping a mail, i get a response asking me to wait for 12 more days. Well, i did. There has been no update in the tracking system until the end of 12 days. After waiting for 15 days, i get a mail from flipkart saying that the product is cancelled and the refund shall be initiated.
                      I get no good reason for the cancellation. Now the tracking system says that the refund will be initiated once the product is picked up from me whereas the product was never really delivered to me.
                      Apart from the pathetic service and annoyance of following up without benefit, below are the losses incurred.
                      1.) i paid via emi and the refund will be made after my billing and i need to pay the interest and emi cancellation charges for no fault of mine.
                      2.) i followed up with flipkart and logistics via mails and calls several times and each time i get unsatisfactory responses and finally did not reap any benefit. All i needed was the product i ordered.
                      3.) i explicitly mentioned in the mail saying i do understand that these kind of exceptions happen in the business. All i need is proper update either via mails or the tracking system in their website (Which even now is showing wrong details).
                      After putting forward all these points, i get a response from flipkart saying it shall not bear any losses happened due to credit billing or emi which i am least concerned as it was my mistake trusting flipkart and i am paying for it.
                      All i need now is the refund of my originally paid amount of inr 8490.

                        I bought the product from flipkart lenovo a6000 plus, I raised the issue with that replacement period but they told me to do the factory data reset, I done that it's worked fine for two days then it's started draining fastly. Poor response from the team

                            As i purchased Moto x style phone from flipkart just using for 10 days i was unsatisfied, as the battery drains faster and wen used in 3g mode for 5 minutes phone become too hot so i switch back to wifi, even i dont use o play games in phone, , but also phon gets heated and battery drains faster, so gvn complaint for so they trouble shooted and followed wat they for next days, after that also i faced same problem, then i called again tech support told me to reset the phone and everything after that also my problem dint solved even they agreed that if still problem persists they replace the phone, so wen i requested the replacement soonly they cancelled my request, so wat is the point of keeping defect phone wit me wen i spent 29999...cheated me

                              I bought motorola g3 from flipkart on august 2015, since the first day i recieved it the wifi and bluetooth is not working. I've complaint about it several times but your service has not fixed my problem. I need you to solve it asap or replace my phone, since last year i am facing many problems due to this.                                   I (Sekar) ordered moto x play mobile in flipkart on[protected].But i received faulty product on[protected] .So i returned that fault product[protected]
                                  And i request to refund my money (Rs:15999)through my bank account number.But they are refunded money to some another person bank account in the same name of sekar. I am not yet received my money[protected]. I ordered from chennai circle and address also chennai only.Then how they refund the money to maharastra circle.Flipkart providing very very bad services to customer.I already complaint so many times.They are still not respond.They need more time to resolve this issue.Whenever i called to complaint means they need only more time.I called more than 10 to 15 times.

                                    I had ordered this combo pack of three things, usb car charger, micro usb cable and apple ear phones on 11th feb.
                                    When my order came, the earphones were damaged, so i replaced the product and the new one came on 2nd march. Again, this one was also damaged, so i called flipkart 2-3 times and they said that i'll get my refund soon.
                                    It's been a month, still they haven't done anything about it.
                                    And flipkart claims that they sell 100% original products! When i had ordered, it said "apple earphones", but the earphones which they delivered were not even looking like 1st copy of apple earphones. The wire was broken, the sound wasn't clear at all. I even compared those with original ones! Apple logo was also not there on earphones.
                                    And now, when i call customer care, it says" we were unable to find the refund request for this product".

                                      I had ordered for sony 7000mah power bank priced rs1150 but they delivered a faulty product and then rejected my return request, then i contacted flipkart customer care 7 8 times but they didn't do anything instead they blocked my number and now i am not able to contact customer care.I have suffered lot of harrasement at the hands of flipkart .Please forward my complaint to flipkart and provide a solution to my problem, i dont want to lose my hard earned money...

                                        While paying for the product that I purchased, the first transaction through Debit card got failed and I received a message on the page that you have to pay the amount again because of the failed transaction.
                                        The amount was not deducted at that time, so I did another transaction through online banking and it was successful. But then the money is deducted twice(for both transactions). When I reached out to both Flipkart and HDFC bank, I received response from Flipkart stating the details of the transactions that occured. But they had sent a document to bank stating the transactions in reverse i.e. successful as unsuccessful and vice-versa. I think this proves that they are trying to cheat me here. I just want to state that it could be HDFC bank as well which is wrong here but the kind of communication sent by Flipkart goes entirely against Flipkart.
