Refer order no od[protected] and od[protected] dated 12 mar delivered on 16 mar regarding home blendz floral cushion covers which was under 10 day replacement. The material of the product as per specification was leather.The product when delivered seemed to be ok. However after 20 days i was shocked to see that the rexine started to wither away and the cushion cover got torn from all over. When i contacted flipkart they said sorry but cannot do anything about it. I want to take them to court if they fail to provide me refund/ replacement within 10 days.

    Description:
    Bought onida washing machine online from flipkart on 14th january, 2016. After installation the machine not working properly, so i called customer care technician came and said there is no problem. But again when i was washing clothes it stooped working. I raised a complain the technician didn't turn up again i called customer care again he didn't turn up. Now every time when i am calling to customer support they always said that they are working on that issues and most of the time they put call on hold for long period.
    Finally i raised request for refund money on 19th feb, 2016. Everyday i was getting mail, they schedule reverse pick up. But no body came to pick the product. So i called so many time to customer support then finally they pick product on 31st march, 2016 via gati. Still they did not imitate my refund amount and always sending mail to increase day by day.
    It's been more that 3 months still have not received amount.

    Desirable resolution of my complaint:
    Please refund my amount against mental harassment and item cost.

        My order for 1 sphere casual shirt order no.[protected] has been pending for refund or replacement since 16th of march. I hv time n again ctcd cust.exe n always they hv askd for 2 to 3 days to resolve my complaint. I had even waited for 33 mins on hold just to hear abv mentioned excuse.since last 5 days u people hv even stopped calling let alone resolving my prob. Is this how u treat yr customers ? I[censored] can cheat us gor a petty amt of rs 500 how can v trust u with a costlier order. I feel utterly cheated n disgusted with flipkart.

            Hi all,

            My name is kartikey mudgal i ordered one product asus zenwatch 2 from your mobile app i paid the amount through my debit card. I received the courier today morning when i opened it i saw it was an empty box i was shocked. I immediately called to your customer care & informed the same to miss renu(Executive) but till now i didn't received any response from your side. I want my product or else process my full refund back to my bank account. I will seriously escalate this issue to consumer court & with my local police station as well.

                  Had ordered Adidas Football, order no OD[protected]. I received a duplicate football with no Adidas logo, noṭ any other company mentioned. I was given only the option of returning the product and not replacing it. Didn't expect to receive a duplicate from flipkart after so much promotion done as a site delivering only original product.

                      Hello sir, i have bought moto x style on 22nd march 2016 order id- od[protected]. On 11th april i was playing game on my phone and it suddenly stopped when i tried to restart it, it shown only motorola logo and stuck off. On 12th march i complained about it and flipkart said to resolve my issue before 15th april 2:00 pm. On 13th march their engineer visited and checked my phone and he got it dead. After trying a lot it was not connected with laptop of the engineer and he said to consult with flipkart regarding this. On 15th march after 2:00 pm their executive called me and said sorry sir we have talked with motorola department and they are saying it is out of warranty and we can't process your request. Sir i am a student who can't afford the loss of 27000 rupees. Please take the reasonable step as soon as possible.

                          The winner of mahindra kuv100 for purchases of le eco day dated 25th feb 2016 bearing my order id as per winner list. The order id is most important in the declaration of winner. I am sure that there is foul play during declaration of winner. Please expedite on priority. If i am not getting satisfactory reply at your end then i have no option than filing the sue in the consumer form.

                          I would like to give you 0 star from my side as you are giving worst service. Work on your customer support and delivery team they will make you to lose your customers. My order is delayed by one week, nobody contacted me and when I filed complaint your support team said I am not reachable from last one week "EVEN WITHOUT TRYING TO CONTACT ME". When I asked for delivery person's number they gave me wrong number. For this I complained twice and both of the time I got same response. I don't know about you people but for me time is precious. Definitely you are going to lose clients as other e-commerce services like amazon etc are giving much much much better service than you. and after all this I would never like to shop with flipkart and definitely I would never suggest anyone to go with it.

                            We have purchased xiaomi mi4i handset from flipkart on 26th may 2015 (Order id: od[protected], invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected]). Initially we were filled heating & display issue and contacted flipkart to replace the handset but their technical engineer refuse for replacement and suggest to upgrade new patches. Then handset heating issue was resolved but intermittently we were faced issue of display abnormal behaviour (Automatically home page come from where we are working and then task cancel window then handheld mode. This process happens 5 to 10 times automatically and we can not do anything till this process completion which takes 1 to 2 minutes). This issue frequency slowly increase and we decided to submit phone at xiomi service center. We have submitted handset at new tech solution-211, varfhaman market, sector-17, opp. Andhra bank vashi, mumbai, maharashtra.
                            [protected]/41002117 and they have kept phone for 1 and half month (Work order number-3544 and 3762). They have accepted it is screen issue and replaced screen two times as per their statement. Again issue was started after one month so we have removed all softwares and did factory reset but issue was not resolved. Again we have shown handset at mi exclusive service center, tvs electronics ltd, #69/a/1, g6 to g10, sukun
                            Plaza, l g corner, maninagar, ahmedabad - 380008,[protected] and they said it is os issue so they have refreshed the os and again issue started from next day. So we have called on xiaomi india tall free number[protected] and provide all information to replace the handset but customer executive said we have to visit again service center or to use pick up service. We told him we have submitted device 3 times at service centers and issue is not resolved so replace handset but he denied the same. We have raised case with flipkart (Incident: in[protected] on 2nd april 2016 and they have arranged call with xiaomi engineer and he said he can do replacement based on information by service center visit so he said he will call us back once he got all information from service center (Within 2 days) but after 1 week we did not get any answer from him. We again contacted to flipkart but they are also said you have to again visit service center.

                            Now warranty is getting expire in 26th may 2016 and they are not replacing our device with genuine issue and we already wasted around 3000 rupees to visit service center as service center is not available in our city (Bhanvangar, gujarat, india).

                              Order was placed on 2nd April 2016 for a Apple iPod Shuffle 2 GB.
                              The delivery date provide was 9th April 2016. I had also dropped a mail stating that the expected delivery date had already past.

                              I received mails saying that they are trying to fix the issue and asked me to wait until 12th April 2016. Later I received a mail asking me to wait until 13th April 2016. And today I receive an order cancellation notification. I wanted to gift this article. The delay and cancellation has truly dropped the standards of delivery set by flipkart previously. I really regret my purchase rather order from flipkart. Niether did Flipkart take any efforts in resolving the delay in the order.

                              The order cancellation has no reason attached with it. This has been the most embarrassing thing for me since I had order the item as a gift for someone close.

                                  I am rahul, a reident of kolkata. I had purchased ucb sneakers (Casual shoes fsn: shoebezpwhdyd9j6 wid: vo52689) from flipkart vide invoice no. # bil[protected] raised by ws retail services pvt. Ltd. On 28-dec-2015. I had worn the shoes in 3 to 4 occasions. I did notice some discomfort on the last occasion but thought it was just in my mind. But to my surprise, when i decided to wear my shoes the last day i found the sole completely crumbled and torn apart. Due to size constraints i am not sharing the invoices and the pictures of the shoes. It is beyond contemplation as to how branded shoes whose original cost is supposed to be rs. 3000/- can wear out in just 4 months. Thus, it appears that the products being sold on the portal are in genuine. Flipkart projects itself as a e-commerce portal only selling original products - "bilkulpakka" to say so. However on raising the issue they refer to their cancellation/return policy to say that the period of 30 days have lapsed and hence no refund. Flipkart expects that the customers should ascertain whether the products are genuine or not within a period of 30 days and if they cannot do so within the said period, they cannot have any claims against the company. Can i have any recourse against the company for furnishing incorrect advertisements and supplying in genuine products.

                                  The phone became hanging and than turned off itself. It is not only at once in a day infect it is 10 to 15 times in a day.and every time company say phone is good and don't reolve this product and don't refund and don't change the mobile any condition.

                                    I purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus from Flipkart portal. After receiving the product I thought of checking the camera quality without inserting sim card or memory card. When switched on the camera for 5 mins the phone got over heated. Immediately I decided to return the product from portal. After selecting return the product on portal, received call from Flipkart regarding the return of mobile. They said that overheating of this model is quite common and it can reach upto 48 Degrees. As per the Lenovo & Flipkart agreement customers cant return this product as it will work upto 48 Degrees.
                                    Customer care executive suggested to update the software and to reset the factory settings. still Mobile is overheated.
                                    I request Flipkart should think about the reality of over heat problem and to recall the work product which they have sold to customers by hiding the 48 Degrees permissible limit between Flipkart & Lenovo.

                                    Hi, I bought Lenovo vibe k5 plus in last week of Aug 2016, since then it keeps on overheating and now in just two months the battery is getting drained so quickly that it can't stay for three hours once fully charged. I am feeling cheated and want my money back. If possible I can opt another successful model of Lenovo but will not resume with vibe k5 plus...

                                      I purchase Le 1s phone from Flipkart and its not giving any battery back up and called up and raised the request for replacement and refund,

                                      Courier person called and i was not at my place to return the product and asked him to come later he said he will cancel the service and said call Flipkart again and raise the request as their

                                      service level is hampering for business.

                                      Then next day called Flipkart and raised the complain for the same and their executive informed me they 3 days return policy and he raised the request again,

                                      then informed the Customer Service rep that their Courier Partners are calling 7.30am in the morning for the shipments and also night 10pm,

                                      then informed them to please contact me before they come so i can give the available timings and he agreed for the same,

                                      then next day courier person called up 8am in the morning for the return pick up and informed him to come by 12pm as i will be going out of city for my job purpose and he said he will come and

                                      later i found sms that the service is cancelled again without any information,

                                      then called the Flipkart Customer Service and informed him the same about the service that i was getting and they assured me it will be picked up because i will leaving the city for 3 weeks for my

                                      job purpose,

                                      then next day courier person called up 8.30am in the morning for the return pick up and informed him to come by 12-2pm as i will be going out of city for my job purpose and he said he will come and

                                      later i found sms that the service is cancelled again without any information,

                                      Now i came back from my tour and contacted Flipkart and informed them to arrange the Pick up on saturday as i will be available whole day but they arranged for the same day and then asked the

                                      courier guy come on saturday and he said he will cancel the service and asked us the contact Flipkart.

                                      Again i have to start the story from the starting...
                                      Its the same eveytime that i have to do when ever i contact Flipkart Customer Service...
                                      I am Frustrated with it...
                                      Please help me to process legaly and help me to get the right support and Compensation for the same...

                                        I ravi chopra purchase a letv 1s on 21st march, after used few days when i look a major problem is that, my phone has no signal when i am in my home and rest of all mobiles are working inside my home both sim are no network shows dont know why...
                                        When i am come outside network shows, this is not done every time when i call to someone i go outside then call, so i raise a complaint & after 3/4 days a person come to my home and they also seen but in his report what they written i dont know...
                                        Flipcart said u go to the service center & they checked the fone i said the problem is in my home & how they check that in service center but called person has always same words, sir aapkk service center hi jaana padega, finally i said i dont go anyware weather u do it or not ...

                                        We have received your order od[protected] amounting to rs.10999 and it is being processed. You can expect delivery by tue 22, mar 2016 .
