Sir, I have purchased one asus Tablet from Flipkart paying 13999INR the detal is given bellow.
Product code is [protected]
THE NO[protected] dated 12/05/2015.
invoice no. del[protected].
After purchase it is observed that the tablet is not working and its charging port is defective and charger is not working. The tablet is given to asus center at Bhubaneswar for correction but after two month they return the tablet telling it is corrected, but after 4 days o[censored]se the same problem persists and again the tablet is given in the service center. After two month again they told it can not be repaired. You take it and repair any where else. I have given complain in consumer forum against ASUS but no action. Hence I have complain again against FlipKart as I purchase it from Flipkart.

    I ordered Diana chapple size 40 which is equivalent to size 7 UK, and to my surprise received size 4, which is much lover in size and hence cost as well.l paid Rs 459/- to the delivery person as per order but the cost of the chapple stamped is only Rs 210/-
    This l feel is a deliberate attempt to cheat the customer.
    Now l request you to immediately get the chapple replaced or return the money paid.Meanwhile it is imperative that the seller is taken to task so that other customers also do not suffer as l have.

    Much lower sized chapple received instead of the ordered size.Surprising &frustrating as well.The item be immediately replaced with the size ordered.

        I bought a moto g (3rd generation) from flipkart on 23rd october 2015.
        Within 10 days it showed heating problems. So i went to moto lucknow service center (On flipkart's recommendation) on 21st november, 2015.

        On 23rd november, 2015 i got my phone back but my problem was not solved.So i resubmitted my phone on 5th december, 2015 at moto service center.This time they took over a month and gave me my phone on 12th of january, 2016.

        Even then my phone showed some problem related to notifications light.Further the phone i received had manipulative repair work.There was no imei number written on the received phone.
        I asked flipkart for help but they always repeating to go to service center.And service center on the hand told me to contact flipkart.

        On 20th february, 2016 my phone went dead. This time when i called flipkart on 21st february, they told me to visit moto service center again. But when i went to service centre they denied to repair my phone saying my phone has no imei number written on it.I talked to flipkart executive who then consulted with moto service centre and then told me to return my phone to flipkart.

        But few days later i got a call from flipkart saying my phone has manufacturing defect and hence moto should take responsibility.When i approached moto service they said they would discuss it with flipkart.This conversation was around 25th february, 2016.

        Since then i am trying to contact both motorola and flipkart but got no positive reply.Motorola won't reply me and even if they did their mails won't make any sense (For e.G. They would ask me to collect my phone from my service center even though they haven't submitted my phone ).
        Flipkart on the other hand would give a deadline till they solve this issue.But they have crossed every deadline they had given.Flipkart customer won't reply me easily and even when they did they restart my case from beginning.Further they would give me wrong information saying that the moto service center i visited earlier was not authorized.

        So on their suggestion when i went to their given authorized moto service center, i got the same reply that i got a month back from moto's earlier service center.

        Its been 40 days and none of the two parties is taking responsibility of my phone.My dead phone is still with me.

        I am attaching the all available documents i have related to this issue.

        Desirable resolution to my complaint are :
        1. I want complete refund for my phone
        2. I want compensation for loss of time and money in addition to the mental harassment i suffered in last five months.
        3. I want some legal action taken against flipkart so that they do not repeat such unethical behavior with any other customer.

          Worst, Worst, , Worst service from Flipkart Worst, Worst, , Worst service from Flipkart, got defective product from Flipkart but due to heavy travelling I informed Flipkart after 45 days and they asked me to go to service center. I was facing a low battery backup issue, then I went to service 4 time and everytime they just replaced the battery and gave it to me, and in the last round they damaged the speaker as well. Its very frustrating experience overall and now I am asking flipkart to refund or replace because the service center guys are useless, but flipkart refused and send funny mail and ask me to go again to service center which I did 4 time. I will not go anywhere and have scrap this mobile and will definatley stop buying from flipkart due their pathetic service.

              I ordered lenovo k3 note through flipkart on 19th March 2016. They provide 30 days replacement waranty. The audio of the phone is faulty. I complained about it on 29th march 2016 i.e 10 days after. Still the seller i.e WS retail is denying return. On the contrary they are sending me the following message without even resolving the concern they are saying that the concern has been resolved. They have sent the follwing message 3 times:
              We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo ... in the order OD[protected] . Please check your email for more details or click here: http://fkrt.it/5FDuQuuuuN . Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification.

                Item details - Sansui 102cm (40) Full HD LED TV

                Incident details:
                1. Before placing the order, one of the Flipkart customer care executive confirmed on phone that the stock with the retailer is latest i.e. of the year 2016. However, the product that was attempted to be delivered today carried a manufacture date of Oct, 2015, which is very old stock. I refused to accept the product delivery, and spoke to Flipkart customer care, which did not solve the issue anyway.

                2. Flipkart assured delivery of the item in 2 days and they met the time line. Thanks for that. This fetched me a product carrying a bill/invoice dated as 30-Mar-2016, which is what I wanted. The bill/invoice date is very important given that if the TV is bought before 31-Mar-2016, the manufacturer (Sansui) is giving 4 years of extended warranty on top of their usual warranty of 1 year (i.e. total 5 years of warranty). This is one of the prime reason I chose to order this particular product.

                Expected solution from Flipkart:
                1. Ship a product carrying a manufacture date of 2016. The company is responsible for every commitment they make.

                2. The delivered product must carry a bill/invoice with sell date mentioned as 30-Mar-2016.

                This issue requires immediate attention of Flipkart as it is very much time bound.

                  I ordered Dell Venue 8 pro 5000 series on 23rd march, 2016.
                  Order No: OD[protected]

                  I paid amt of 12000 INR with Internet banking at the time of placing order.

                  after 7 days I received different product (Dell venue 8 pro 3000 series) Which contains only 1 gb of RAM and price of this product in much much less compared to my tablet.

                  Now they are giving me option for refund only...but I dont want refund I want replacement...because of following reasons

                  1) It is fact that I cannot buy another tablet at the same price which i paid in advance.
                  2) Total fault is of seller and not mine.
                  3) If Flipkart will not take serious steps against this I'll go to consumer court without hesitation.

                          Recently i watch advertise on TV of Flipkart. It is saying that Flipkart means Original. But i have got cheated by flipkart.
                          I purchased a Giordano watch from flip kart few months ago. I accepts that flipkart allow easy exchange or return policy of products but we couldn't check it in Wrist watch. Recently i come to know that flip kart delivered me a watch which is not more then 100 rs. But they charged me 1600 rs. for it by saying that it's MRP is 5500. I am shocked by this.                             I ordered Sparx flipflops for my mother and a pair of shoes for myself. I was said that they will be delivered in 4-5 days. But at the end of 4th day, when I tracked the details of shipment, I came to know that both the products were "UNDELIVERED DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS".

                            If the address is incomplete, how could they confirm the order at the first place?

                              I have purchased air glo purifier on 22 feb from flipkart. After 15 days, it started blinking. I loggeg complaint to eureka forbes but no response received. I also contacted flipkart and they have provided url to esclate issue. After escalation, i got a call from eureka and they asked to visit service center located in vasundara, ghaziabad but they refused to replace it as it was purchased online.Same has been informed to flipkart customer care but no response received. Although got a call from eureka guy again named ateek and asked for invoice copy to further escalation, but no positive response received. They also told the same story, i need to contact seller.
                              I have spent rs. 1200 for this product who will provide service to customers.

                                  I have bought the Mobile Phone Lenovo K3 Note in August 2015. It was working fine for a couple of months. It started hanging in between during Jan 2016 and after a reset it was working fine.. Suddenly during the end of Feb 2016, the camera stopped working giving a blank screen with controls. I could not use the camera even after soft reset, hard reset etc.. After seeing the help available, I deleted/ uninstalled all the applications related to camera but in vain.                                     This is a formal complaint against flipkart and i am on the verge of filing a lawsuit against this firm. I have been tortured a lot by this company and i cannot stand it any longer.

                                    Story starts on february 14, v-day, when i thought of ordering this treadmill as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law dipjyoti bora for their wedding anniversary on feb 27. I ordered this product on sun, feb 14, 2016 (Od[protected].

                                    I kept on receiving messages till march 5 that the delivery has been delayed but i came to know from my sister that the box had been delivered on feb 26.

                                    I took the courtesy of informing flipkart customer care that the product has already been delivered and should have been installed by feb 29 as per the timelines.

                                    The saga began from that day and i keep on receiving messages and emails of apology stating that the installation has been delayed and shoul be done by the next day which started as mar 15, 18, 21, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30, .31 and then apr 1, 6... Wow! Are you guys nuts? I don't want this thing anymore and demand flipkart to refund the money and take back the product. I also demand a compensation for all the headache i have gone through! I want a formal apology from the head of flipkart or this thing goes on the air!
