I have bought a cellphone from flipkart of the company called brillion earlier and got the product delivery on 2nd May 2016. But when I started using it, on the very first day I started to get mic problems in the phone and hence the person to whom I make a call could never hear whatever I am saying over the phone. I had requested replacement of the product after 4 days of delivery I.e. on 6th May, butthere was no response from you guys. Then again I made a call to you on your helpline number on around a week ago from now, then again on the day before yesterday and also yesterday. But all I got from your customer service staff is their indifferent attitude and unwillingness to help me. All they said is that they get back to me soon which they never did and kept ignoring me.
So what should I do now to get a solution? Should I file complaint with Consumer Forum now against flipkart?

i have order this phone and now iam facing some charging fault in the phonephone automaticaly disconnect while charging and automaticaly switch off while using it this things happens almost 3 to 4 times a day i have requested return and replacment for it each time when i call to the custumer care they al talk differently one has said me that we are providing some trouble shoot steps if it didnt solve your problem then we will replace it when i do that and observe it for one day same problem are reapeating and i call flipkart custumer service and now they are saying that we have told that to satisfy you that time as you dosent want to listen they says me to take job sheet from service center . visiting a service center is very time consuming process right now iam a collage going student and i go at 9 AM to my universty and come back at 6:45.service centers gets closed at seven itis impossible for me to visit it.i have requested for technition one cs exicutive says to me that we have arranged it for you while another supervisor have denied it saying that we have raised complaint against that exicutive he has says you wrong .ii am in very big trouble sir please help me out with these stuffs all of your cs exicutive talks very differently and take very time and also they dont have manners to talk.from today morning i am reciving messeage from your side that your request for od[protected] has been approved but when i open my id i found that my request has been rejected .and when i call to the custumer care they says our software is not showing this thing this happens in evening also between 5pm-7pm i have atteched the screen shot in mail.one cs says that wait for 20 may another says that wait fo tommorow sir tell me what should i dothey always tell me different things now iam irritated with it iam a new custumer and iam having worst expirence with you how can i get trust on you and buy futher products in future if you do like this type of things.about one hour ago i called cs exicutive to say him that plzz arrange the call today between 9-10pm he refuce to do so that he can not arrange the call.kindly chek futher detail and voice recording of mine and talks with cs exicutive and forward it to the conncern department .and also sir please arrange call between these time as i am a collage student and i will not able to pik the phone between my classes .

and lastly sir please solve this things as soon as possible as i dont have any mobile to use and this phone is giving me this kind of proble.i dont have time thats why i have opted for flipkart as flipkart is an indian company and very good one i dont go for amazon.but sir belive me if you do this type of things with your new custumer than what image will it create in custumers mind.please i humbbley request you to forward it to your consern department and solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have order on flipkart on 10th may 2016. My order no are od[protected] and od[protected] today 18th may was the actual delivery date but i dont get any call from currier than i contact with flipkart. Then they replied me that your order is cancel due to non service area. Then i asked them if my area is non serviceable then how can i placed my order and you give me my order confirmation then the executive said sorry sir. But my question is that particular product a am waiting 8 days and specially canon dslr (Od[protected] am not doing my work properly unnecessarily i am waiting 8 days. Flipkart dont give me any cancel mail or sms.

Hi sir,

I have purchased d link tablet on 10th may'16, its not working peroperly touch issue, while playing games its hanging & automatically restart, volume very low & and haed phones not working. Ii raisd replacement request on 11th may, i called to flipkart customer care 5+ times & sent email 5+ times. Every day they given false promise wait 3 days our customer care people will be coming to your house for repair still no one is called. Please help me in this regard.
As per flipkart replacement terms within 10 days replace or refund.

How can i replace or refund? Please help me

I heard about you a lot where in you protect the rights of consumer and help in getting proper resolution.
I have seen many cases solved in favor of consumers the reason i turned up to you for help.

I bought the moto x play phone from flipkart on cash on delivery basis for rs 16999/ against order no od[protected]. I received the handset on 8th may 2016. To my surprise i opened the phone it had signs o[censored]sage and i complained to flipkart that i received a used product in stead of brand new. I submitted them pics for the same and they agreed to replace the product.

I received the replacement on 13th may 2016 to my surprise the new hand set i received had again the signs o[censored]sage. I raised a complaint immediately of receipt of handset.
 the screen guard had bubbles and dust in it.
 there were stickers on top of other which generally does not happen in new handset.
 the box seal was not intact.

I have submitted the pics of the same to flipkart too. After repeated experience of getting used handset i asked for refund. For which the flipkart has taken my bank details 2 times.

After that flipkart remained mum and kept giving me new deadlines for resolution. After calling them 2 times a day every day and after and numerous mails yesterday i received a mail that my complaint for refund has been rejected by seller.

I feel cheated and look forward for your help.

I have bought lenovo vibe k5 plus from flipkart d ated on 7th may 2016,
From the day first its getting overheated, the temperature is constantly over 40 degree, when i raised a request to change it they refused by saying that they will not change it until temperature is not getting over 48.

Another problem with product is imei number is not getting validated on lenovo official website and still they are not changing it. I am under impression that this product is not genuine and its a fake one.

I had ordered mi pad and paid rs. 10, 999/- in advance to flipkart, however the flipkart sent stone in the mi box instead mi pad against my hard earned money. The delivery boy delivered the packet-box to a child, took his signature and ran away immediately. I reached home in the evening and opened the packet-box and i was shocked as i found a stone in the box instead of product. Photo attached. I made complaints to flipkart but no avail of it rather flipkart sending fake assurance emails and sms since 6.5.2016. This is very ridiculous thing that such a big company is sending stones to its customers against their hard earn money. The flipkart is a fraud company and cheating the innocent people by grabbing their hard earn money. I have also attached the page of flipkart-facebook, where the other customers have also made complaints stating therein that they have found empty box and the stone in the box instead of product. The flipkart have also blocked my account and misappropriated my money rs.2000/- which is still lying in my wallet of flipkart.

Self has ordered for an electronic product i. E. Cordless calling bell cona make vide order no od[protected] on 1st may2016 where th etentative date of delivery has shown as 9th may16. Item not delivered and after enquiry it has told that it will be delivered by 15th may16. Again failed, during enquiry with cc it assured that within 48 hrs. It will delivered. Again failed.
Today during enquiry cc narrating some new reason of strike and assuring next 48 hrs.

Very ridiculous delivery plan & assurances being provided by representative of customer care.
Not good sign for brand flipcart feeling very uncomfortable.

Sir. With due respect. I will done the online shopping from e. Kart. On the may. I purchase a mobile gionee l 800. Worth rs 2199. And today deleivered. But i selected coffee colour mobile. But flipkart send me silver colour. And sir mobile box ke uper bhi cofee colour mention hai. But ander silver colour ka mobile nikla. Sir i think u r some defeated employe will defeat the customer. So i want justice. I need coffee colour they send me silver. Its the dhokha. Sir plz kuch karia jaldi. My contact number. [protected], [protected]
