I ordered a solar pedestal fan ORDER No: OD[protected], the same was delivered on Tuesday 22nd March 2106.
The contents were not only damaged but were knowingly resent from another customer. This was evident as:
1. The contents were not packed in the original box.
2. The original box was folded and kept inside.
3.1 No Fan blade was broken and another one missing.
4. The solar panel missing.
5. The box contained the RETURN LETTER FROM THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER stating the piece was defective and hence returned.
6.The box contained the DELIVERY NOTES of the previous customer.
7. The box contained PACKING TAPES and evidence of beinf shipped previously by "SNAPDEAL".

    I purchased Oneplus Power Bank on 6th march 2016 from flipkart for 750 rupees which is a lot cheaper than 1, 800.So I grabbed the deal.
    When the package arrived at nearest hub the delivery do not bothered to deliver my product on time and took 3 days additionally.After receiving the product I came to know that the product is fake used lenovo power bank.I takes 7-8 hours to charge sometimes even 2-3 days to charge. and delivers only 10% battery backup.I asked flipkart to replace it, after 4-5 days they automatically cancelled my replacement order and made a new refund order, which I didnt liked.

    So, I want to say I do not want a refund, I want replacement product and that also genuine. Flipkart, Stop posting fake cheap prices if you don't want to sell cheap.

      I bought a digiflip tab on flipkart on the month of August, 2015. The tablet faced a poor battery performance by october. The battery performance was so poor so it went to 0 from 100 not more than in 15 minutes. When i contacted flipkart customer service to fix my issue since that tablet was made by their company, they were not giving any proper answer. They asked me to visit the authorised service center. But they gave no proper address of the service center. I had to travel to the address they said and had to return empty as there was no such place like that. I thought that flipkart would have great care on digiflip as it is their brand. But i was totally wrong at this. Please help me to get my tablet repaired or replaced.

        I order the asus zenfone go mobile on 19.01.2016 after using 1 month my mobile got hanged & reset again and again so i went to local service center, service person got my mobile to service and put the job sheet i said what nonsense is this i bought the mobile before just few days how is it acceptable to open my new mobile for service i fight with local executive after some conversation i agree to service my mobile before 2 days i got the mobile after service after next mobile again got completely vibrate on normal time and also camera is automatically on when i got the call this service really sucks i dont wanna use the faulty product again & again so just refund my amount.
        i am not a mad to pay the money for the faulty and worst products.

          I have placed an order on flipkart, my order id od[protected]. They would agreed to deliver the item on 22.03.2016.But the same is received till date.Today (24.03.2016) we have contacted to their costumer care executive for asking the undue delay happened in the delivery of the product.They will agree to deliver the item on 26.03.2016.After that another customer care executive made a call to me and he told me that order is canceled and the payment to be refunded.

              then they delivery the product on 28 th feb,
              while receive the product its problem with the battery daring issue,
              so plan to return the product and get the money from the flip-kart,
              then put refund request to them they reject the request, raise the complaint against to flipkart, they they contact me, then dicussed the problem with customer care (tech support), then accept the request, then they collect the part on 21 st march, still now the money didn't been refund.

                Today i.e. 23/03/2016 delivery boy call me at around 10:30AM and due to busy in meeting i did't pick the call. And when i get free i call him back on same number he told me "Mera dimag khrab mt kro or mujhe call mt krna ab se koi item deliver nhi hoga vha.
                These types of boys u have and this is your service. Ridiculous i never recommod flipkart in future.

                    I have purchased Samsung J7 with flipkart on fast delivery & paid rs 15140 in cash. But the very first time flipkart has just send charger with the phone box & the mobile phone is missing there. I became so worried as I am very new to online purchase. But any how I was able to pull out the customer support number and after i call the executive apologises and explained it may explain it may happens some times in fast delivery & conveyed that we will look into the issue and will give you better resolution. So on the next day I was told that I will get the New phone as a replacement but after 3 or 4 days. please memorize I have ordered the phone on fast delivery. But anyhow I thought just let the phone come. And on Monday 21 march 2016 the courier guy reached at my office and called me. on the day have 2 courier, one of replaced phone & other is cover of phone I ordered before. I took both courier & opened at the time because I was worried for my phone. But again there was no phone inside and immediately I called customer support executive. They told me that we will escalate the situation. And after that I consistently writing email, calling customer support but get no resolution at all. After writing end number of mails and calls I get a call from flipkart and executive was telling that we cannot process your request. please look into it..

                        I purchased air conditioner - 2 no's thru flipkart. Flipkart is charging huge money for installation. I am using 3rd part installation. In such cases, flipkart is not assuring the replacement in case of product defect or product warrenty.

                        Spoken to so many executives and managers in Bangalore and no one to make decision or reply to the customer question.

                        There is no justification from flipkart for the huge money for installation of air conditioners.

                        I used 3rd part installation. But flipkart told warrenty service not available. Now it is 3 years no issue. By this it is clear that Flipkar is not a customer supportive company. It is always better to buy from shops and warrenty and other support will be available. Even installation is free. But Flip kart is not functionally supportive company. Amazan is better.

                            I have ordered samsung galaxy s7 edge (Order # od[protected] part of the prelaunch, now after using the phone for couple of days the phone started to hang and reboot. After initiating a complaint, one of the engineers called me and asked me to factory reset the phone and promised to call back yesterday around 12 noon. I didnt get the call at all, when i complained they said that they are looking into this and requested 24hrs for resolution.

                            Today morning they have closed the complaint and declined to refund the money of 57000 inr. I dont want this crappy product. Please help in getting my money back.

                                I ordered an ASUS X205TA netbook (Order ID OD[protected] from flipkart and it was delivered on 19th Feb 2016. After a few days o[censored]se, I started observing problems with the laptop. Touchpad would become non responsive in between, facing problem of screen flicker in internet explorer, something like some key is getting stuck/pressed. I requested return within 30 days (ID:[protected]. Received a call from flipkart and they advised me to reset and reinstall the windows via windows recovery. I did the same but problem was again observed. Again, I put in a return request (ID:[protected]. Then an ASUS technician visited my home. He while checking my problem at my home found some issue and took my laptop to the service center on 15th mar 2016 and returned the laptop on 21st mar 2016. Now again i am facing the same problems. Now i cannot even request return as i cannot see the return option (I think 30 days have already passed). This is a faulty piece and i want itreplaced or my money back. Now i am frustrated need help. Hope flipkart listens to this and help me in this regards at the earliest.

                                  I ordered a lehenga choli at 15 February 2016. Order Number is OD[protected]. I ordered a cream colour lehenga choli but I recieved Green colour saree. The product wasn't functioning properly and i requested for a replacement but that turned out to be defective too. So i requested for a refund.                                         This case is with reference to two books recently purchased by me. in both the cases the MRP listed on the site was much higher than the actual MRP of the books.

                                        Case no 1- Book-Reforming Vaishno Devi and a case for reformed ... by Jagmohan. MRP Listed on site- 495/- discount offered 21% (Listed Price 391), but actually the MRP was Rs 395/-,

                                        Case no 2- Book- Soul and Structure of governance in India- by Jagmohan. MRP 550/- discount offered 10% (Listed Price 495), but actually the MRP was Rs 475/-. In this case the price charged in even Rs 20/ higher than the actual MRP.

                                        When in filed the complaint, your executive Mr Jatinder Nath Jha, was reluctant to listen and replied, that we are only concerned about the listed price and not about the actual MRP of the product
