    I have purchased a daikin 1.5 ton invertor ac from flipkart last march 15 and is into issues from then . I had been complaining to the customer care and the respective service centers but is of no use, flipkart says get it fixed from outside and they will reimburse it back, daikin says any product purchased online is without warranty. The ac does not operate anymore from last 3 months, had called local vendors so many times but now its all dead. Does''not cool now, temperature never falls below 26, spend almost 17-18k on that ac from my pocket . Had sent a mail to flipkart ceo and the respective folks as well but is of no use people just call but there is no resolution to it . Really frustrated and moving ahead to handle it legally. Customers from these giants are taken for-granted and lets get in to and tell them time has changed and customer are not for-granted anymore.

      I ordered the sonilex mp16 player order number ( OD[protected] from flipkart on 6 April 2016 and I got the delivery of the product on 10 April 2016 . when I just received the product, one of the earplug was not working . As i am a regular customer of flipkart .I am very dissapointed by their services kindly take a step towards it and I hope my request would be taken into consideration .

        On 8th of april, i have ordered for three shorts, a trouser and one formal shirt in flipkart website. And the orders were confirmed and a delivery date was informed to me through emails. On the next day i.e, 9th april all the orders were cancelled automatically without proper intimation. when i enquired about it the customer care employee said that the price was kept at low price than the original cost of it, but that is completely un-acceptable how can they cancel the order and increase the price of the product once i have received the confirmation emails about the order, now they ask me to place the order again at higher price for the same product.
        for ex: if i order a shirt today worth 2000 and the price of it has decreased to 1500 the next day will they refund me the difference, obviously no. So, how can they ask me to place an order again by cancelling my previous orders and that too for a higher price.

        Desirable solution: i want those products which i have ordered in the first instance for the price agreed at the time of my order.

              16.03.2015 . The said item has stopped wrking and as i m regular customer
              of Flipkart.. u can check the records... i m totally disappointed with the
              electronic item which has been supplied to me. There is no proper service
              center for the product as of if items are purchased online no warranty is
              considered.. by service station which i have to travel 40 km away frm my

                  I purhased a moto g(3rd gen) on[protected]. After a month o[censored]se, its sensor stopped working. During the call, sometimes it works sometimes not. After the call is disconnected the screen goes black and the phone is switched off, nothing is displayed in the screen.
                  The ringer also stopped working.So when someone calls, sometimes it rings and sometimes not (And its not on silent mode also). Despite telling the issue to flipkart they refused to exchanged the product .And for the same issue i have visited ambedkar road service centre of ghaziabad .To my amuse the team there is too dumb and dont know any technical stuff. When the problem is with hardware they keep updating and reinstalling the softwares and updates. It has been done around 5 times. Despite so many failed attempts, he didnt accepted that he can't repair it or device is beyond repair .Another day he took the phone and told he will change the motherboard, he returned the phone after a week and there was no mention of changing the mother board on service sheet nor the problem was resolved, which meant that he completely lied. Again it was just the software update. Still the same problem exists, that of motion sensor and ringer. And on contacting him again, he said that leave the device with him for around 15-20 days and he will observe(Just observe and wont repair it) .Earlier also called to motorola customer care and flipkart care but no reply and resolution at all. This is the worst service i have ever seen provided by such a established company, other times it was just the verbal communication with the service centre as he was not ready to submit the phone and repair it so he didnt provided with any service sheet nor he was ready to send the product to the company. Hope, you will be providing me with some solution, not just another trip to customer service center or calls and mails.

                    I brought a honor holly2 plus mobile from online store flipkart.com, they offer for unlimited internet mobile data for 3 months, when i not got the data then ask to store then they inform me some clauses, i ful-fills all the requirement but stil not started services than again complained to flipkart many times, everytime they mail me to wait for 24-48 hour, there team working on the issue, some time they told - contact to reliance, but reliance rejected such offer. When i try to contact through call, flipkart customer care, there representatives put my call on hold untill i disconnected.
                    After a long time they sent me a mail with new term and condition in which they written that they have power to cancel given offers without any notice and stop reply of my mails. Before that they committed to provide solution in 24 to 48 hour many times.
                    Kindly do the needful.

                          I ordered a product(Door curtain) on flipkart with order no. Od[protected] dated with flipkart one day guarantee delivery, i got a message that this product was out for delivery on 08 april 2016. But now i received a message that ekart executive was not able to reach me. I haven't received any call from executive and nobody came to my home to deliver the product. I have checked that the product was out of delivery from ekar uttam nagar hub. Ekart uttam nagar hub is always doing these fake updates and then they returned the product back to flipkart. This is not first time i am facing issue with flipkart and ekart. Today when i complaint the same on flipkart, i received a call from ms. Sarita from telephone no. [protected] and she also told me that flipkart was unable to deliver the product. So, now i need this or not. Flipkart and ekart both cheating people.

                            I am highly disappointed with the flipkart and ws retail seller as there was a offer given on the flipkart on date 07-apr-2015 so i booked the goods and the order was also got approved. But later on they have cancelled my booking and rejected the shipment by saying that the offer was given by mistake. This is like we people are fooling around by the flipkart and ws retail seller.

                              Yesterday night, 7 april '16, we found clothing deal @ rs.55 (Plus shipping rs 40. So total rs 95 per product). We, hostlers, ordered 9 t-shirts and 2 jeans. And we got the confirmation msg from the flipkart that our orders were successfully placed. By evening i got a notification that some of the orders were shipped and will will be delivered by saturday. Just now, i received a msg that their courier partner is unable to deliver the products. So all the order were cancelled. We are staying in coimbatore, a major city in the indian state of tamil nadu. If they cant deliver the order in coimbatore, then where could they deliver? Since we made all the payments through cash on delivery, we didn't loss any money. But this is cheating. Simply taking orders, then cancelling it without our knowledge.

                                It mentioned in the specifications that these are polarised sunglasses. I am enclosing a photograph of the same.
                                However, upon testing meticulously it was revealed that these are NOT POLARISED.
                                This has caused a lot of harassment to me as I have waited a long time for these to arrive. Had I known that your website was capable of supporting such FRAUD, I would never have ordered.
                                Please replace these with any polarised sunglasses (men).

                                    Flipkart — Huawei Nexus 6P Faulty Screen - Not Accepting Refund Request (OD[protected]

                                    I received a Nexus 6P mobile with a Faulty Screen having yellow/pink tint. Making it worse, the yellow color is only at certain angles, which is irritating while using.

                                    I requested for a Return and Refund.
                                    Incident: IN[protected]

                                    Your team inspected my mobile using Smart Check App and you customer service representative said that they couldn't find any errors with the software installed in the mobile !! So, they cannot accept the request for refund. Instead, he sent me a huge list of Huawei Service centers and asked me to give the phone for a repair to Huawei service center !!

                                    Purchased a brand new premium phone for Rs.39, 999 and without being able to use that for even a single day, I should give it for repair?? No way !

                                    From you customer reviews page and other similar pages, it is clear that the Yellow/Pink tint issue is a very common defect/complaint with Nexus 6P devices. But, trusting on your "30 Days Return Policy" only, I purchased it without any hesitation. If I can trust you this much, why can't you keep up your word???

                                    I made so many calls, loads of emails to your customer service team. They are simply extending the time giving me fake promises about solution to the issue. You must understand that this is not my only job. But, I am trying to get back my hardly earned money.

                                    As far as my knowledge, this yellow tint is a common problem faced by many Nexus 6P users and they all got replacements or refund from Flipkart. But, this is my second worst experience with Nexus 6P and I don't want to give it a try again unless I am sure that it is fully resolved. Also, I am working abroad
                                    Smart Check App couldn't find an issue doesn't mean that the defective product is not defective. If required, your technical personnel can directly come and inspect my device for the faulty screen defect it has got. The address and contact number are already given to you so many times.

                                    I need to get the full refund for the defective product which was delivered by flipkart in either of the two ways mentioned below:

                                    1. As a refund to my bank account
                                    2. As a credit to my Flipkart Wallet account so that I can do the purchase at a later stage.

                                    Please let me know your decision on this at the earliest.
                                    Still if your not understanding my problem means, I have no other choice. But, to approach the Consumer Forum.
