I have purchased dell make 3542 inspiration notebook laptop having specification - core i3 4th gen/4gb/1tb/win8.1, 15.6 inch black. (Imei no. 5t0z932), online from flipkart, after 1-2 month, preinstalled operating system was deactivated, so i contacted to flipkart costomer care but they told to contact to dell & windows, but dell and windows service person told me this problem to be solved by seller. Seller is flipkart. But flipkart's seller is rucha enterprises gwalher. After huge communications, flipkart suggested me to return this product and amount will be refunded. I disagreed, because my laptop is busy and i have installed some software and also installed antivirus, now i unable to return this product so i requested to flipkart to provide windows 8.1 fresh software or to provide product key of windows. But flipkart is not giving key or software. So i requested to refund amount for purchasing windows, but rejected by flipkart. I know that windows8.1 is specified in invoice, but flipkart has cheated me, windows installed by flipkart, is got deactivated after purchase. I want complete product as per specified in the invoice.In market i checked that laptop without windows activated sell price is approx 10, 000/- more so i received laptop without windows activation key, so it is overcharged from me, i request to flipkart to return overcharged amount and the cost incurred for getting overcharge amount. I got cheated by flipkart and asking for return and refund which is not possible so flipkart should pay money against this cheating. I am having phone recordings of flipkart costumer care, windows service person and dell service persons voice. Please help me to get the justice.
Flipkart continuously saying to refund & return. I unable to return, i want replacement with complete specification as per invoice.
