I purchased a nova hair dryer online by flipkart. When I put 'ON' the hair dryer for checking it was started burning. By God's grace nothing happened to me and I immediately switched off ad the hair dryer was burning, I immediately put water.

            I have ordered a curtain rod (Order numbers:od[protected], od[protected] from your site. I waited for 10 days now i got a sms stating that your order has cancelled from sellers side due to non availability of stock. When i ordered, the product was in stock. How it has been disappeared suddenly. I don't accept this kind of answer from flip-kart. If the product was not in stock i wouldn't get an option to order it. Do flip-kart have answers for this. Please arrange to get the product which i have paid for.

                1)the delivery is not done even after the revised eta.
                2)the cancellation has been done without prior information
                3)the delivery has been approved by flipkart customer care executive even before the day of eta.
                4)the amount has been refunded but why they did not know there is stock even after they confirmed and fixed the delivery date.
                5) taking a sum of 11k from 100 people like me and keeping it in their bank account and getting the interest for that .
                6)we here has been told at the last moment that we dont have stock and will return your money by 15 working days.
                7)kindly take necessary action regarding this.
                8)the order should not be confirmed before having the stock list in hand.

                  Spoke with the customer and as he is saying that he had changed the mother board 4 th times but still the issue is not resolved so again he visited to the service center and they said that there is a liquid damage in a phone so it needs to be get replaced which will cost . As customer was asking for the replacement so informed to customer as per the policy post 30 days we would not be able to do anything we kindly request you to check with the Brand. So closing the case.

                      I placed samsung on5 mobile with my flipkart id [protected]@gmail.com, i placed 3 times and every time order has been canceled and refund money in 2 days totally one week of my money was furnished, i call to the customer care of flipkart they advised me to order with another user id then i tried with [protected]@gmail.com then also issue is the same again i called them advised book again with cash on delivery but no use again order was cancelled. please do the need full.

                                Here is the issue in detail

                                I ordered mi4i pay though the debit card. picked up date by flipkart on 26th of march but still not getting my refund. the expected day of refund was 7 to 8 Business days.

                                I cleared may times during the telefonica call. i still not get any amount.
                                I have been Mentally Harassed as every time i have to explain my issue to these people, and get the same monotnous reply. and no help whatsoever, the same answer every time that "I can understand your concern and we will work on it", but no work actually happens backstage.
                                I have been talking to managers who promised that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours. BUT Still nothing is happened.
                                I tried multiple times. they cut the call in the middle and never called back. and every one tell different think as a different type.

                                i never complain about the theos product i purchased from flipkart also got many mails regarding other products.

                                I really Mentally Harassed Flipkart with your Service and talk (like u can open the bank etc).

                                  Hi all,

                                  My name is vikram jagtap from pune, maharashatra and i am regular customer of flipkart.com.
                                  I have ordered one letv 1s(Version : dhxosop[protected]s) mobile with od[protected] orderid in last week only.

                                  I am facing mobile heating issue when use wi-fi, charger, long call, playing games and more than 5 min time use of mobile and heating minimizing the battery performance. Even i am unable to hold the phone after 5 mins.

                                  I have applied return request for 2 times as below,

                                  1st return request : i have did factory reset and configuration setting as per executives suggestion but it did not worked.

                                  2nd return request : taken the version number and said about the configuration setting but its no o[censored]se. Executive said i will get call from technician but till the time i did not get any call.

                                  I have to return this phone with money refund and have to purchase new phone from flipkart.com because i am unable to use this mobile in so much heating and battery down issue.

                                    The worst service ever . even snapdeal dont cut calls . first i order for a battery . it took 10 days . and great u send me the wrong battery amazing . next i call up to get this rectified and its your mistake and the first agent(chitra) from pune she cant answer my questions she cuts my call . i send a request again this time fuming second agent (sandeep) again cuts my call . super same pune branch . no wonder you are losing the market share in india . and third call i dial the 1800 .. surprise it got connected and now i am talking to a supervisor and he says i cant update on ur system please call back after 7.00 pm amazing ...my order number #od[protected] my phone number [protected].. people need to know what bad service u guys provide so that it dose not happen to them too.

                                      I have purchased dell make 3542 inspiration notebook laptop having specification - core i3 4th gen/4gb/1tb/win8.1, 15.6 inch black. (Imei no. 5t0z932), online from flipkart, after 1-2 month, preinstalled operating system was deactivated, so i contacted to flipkart costomer care but they told to contact to dell & windows, but dell and windows service person told me this problem to be solved by seller. Seller is flipkart. But flipkart's seller is rucha enterprises gwalher. After huge communications, flipkart suggested me to return this product and amount will be refunded. I disagreed, because my laptop is busy and i have installed some software and also installed antivirus, now i unable to return this product so i requested to flipkart to provide windows 8.1 fresh software or to provide product key of windows. But flipkart is not giving key or software. So i requested to refund amount for purchasing windows, but rejected by flipkart. I know that windows8.1 is specified in invoice, but flipkart has cheated me, windows installed by flipkart, is got deactivated after purchase. I want complete product as per specified in the invoice.In market i checked that laptop without windows activated sell price is approx 10, 000/- more so i received laptop without windows activation key, so it is overcharged from me, i request to flipkart to return overcharged amount and the cost incurred for getting overcharge amount. I got cheated by flipkart and asking for return and refund which is not possible so flipkart should pay money against this cheating. I am having phone recordings of flipkart costumer care, windows service person and dell service persons voice. Please help me to get the justice.
                                      Flipkart continuously saying to refund & return. I unable to return, i want replacement with complete specification as per invoice.

                                      flipkart not solved this issue. I wants proper solution. And solution is to replace my product with same specification or provide windows 8.1 product key or refund of amount for windows.
