I ordered a phone on 31st Jan 2016. and delivery type as "In-a-day" delivery.
It was not delivered on 1st Feb 2016. I raised a complaint to customer care and the response as follows.

We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Feb, 2:00 PM.

I have Purchased Lenovo Vibe p1m from flipkart on 18th November with Order number : OD[protected] and we found some mic issues after 20 dyas from the data of purchase. So I have raised the return request for 3 times with in 30 days of purchase, as of last return request Flipkart executive installed smart application and not able to find the root cause and said show the mobile to service center and if they provided job sheet then we...

I bought a phone Moto X Play from flipkart on 22nd Oct and received it on 3rd Nov. There was an operation of my brother in Tirupati and sim was a micr sim so i was not able to us the phone for a month.Now when i started using the phone it was not reading the sim. So i went to the service center, and they said that they need to change the mother board as the sim slot is attached with mother board.
The total cost of the Phone is Rs.18500...

I had ordered two slippers from Flipkart.com on January 3rd 2016. Then on January 7th I cancelled one Order and then returned the other order upon receiving on 14th Of January. It delivered but only one Qty. and i pay whole price of two qty.
how can i get other pair of shoes.?

I ordered an Aastha 3 In 1 Vaporizer Order no OD[protected]
on 24th January 2016, and my Delivery date was 5th February 2016, I got the message for pick up on 2nd February 2016 and in that particular message they have asked for either pick up or door step delivery, I opt for door step delivery .
Neither they replied nor they called to confirm about the product delivery . I got the same message for pick up till 6th February...

I ordered "Expedite digital 8gb mp3 player'(oredr no:OD[protected] on 31 jan 2016 but I received the different product with different specifications. After requesting for the replacement they accepted the request and committed to send the right product. But again I received the the wrong product and now I am requesting for money back and there is no reply from there side....

I ordered for batman case and i've got superman ..i think you guys dont know what are those the pic in website is tat important the matter is the delivered product should be alike in the pic...By ordering this i got after 2 weeks and now again to replace i think it takes another two weeks ...so delivering a simple product flip-kart take 1 month ****...why you people are like this...your silly mistakes makes your ecom company go down......

I brought an mobile Moto 3rd Gen vide order number OD[protected] dated 21-Aug-15 through Flipkart. I have not opened box in next 5 months because of trust on Flipkart and I was out of Town.
But when i opened that box I was very sad to note that accessories availble with Handset was not working at all. The Charger is not working at all. The earphone quality is 3rd class. Now i am going to recommend everybody...

even they makes excuses to solve it and makes fake promises, but they didn't solve my problem till now.,

I order the product(mobile) and then the delivery man don't even try call me and after that i called to customer care the executive will misbehaved and cancelled my order without any information....

Ordered a Philips LED TV on 20th Jan 2016 from flipkart. The order was delivered on next day. After 3 days of delivery technician came for the installation.
When he unpacked the product received he told some of the screws were missed to the wall mount installation. After that he said he will come back in two days with necessary items to the wall mount fix. He did not even turn up. I got the email from flipkart saying that installation...

my order id is OD[protected] i order moto x play from flipkart on 20 jan and they deliver me cheap samsung guru 1200 model . when i called cc on 24 jan 2016 they said they will exmine the problem and pickup that particular mobile received by me and they And they assign a refund request for same but courier partner did not come as expected on 25 jan 26 jan &27 jan because I recved message from them that they will pickup...

We have ordered one cloth through flipkart, we have not satisfied the quality, more than 3 to 4 items we have complaint the same. till now no one as arrived to collect the material. ordered one material received one material, worst service. we are keep on waiting for the return and refund. We need our refund within EOD.
