• On 22-Jan-16, I had placed online order on Flipkart for ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube which costs Rs.2, 500/- and was offered at 78% discounted price of Rs.550/- + Rs.100/- delivery charges.
• On 27-Jan-16, I received a local product not worth more than Rs.150/-, wrapped in a plastic sheet placed in a 21 X 16 X 15 cm box (product size is 63 mm) without company packing or MoYu logo on the cube.
• This cube described by Flipkart as ‘strong fault tolerance and anti-pop’ gave away (pieces popped out) within 48 hours.
• The product return was initiated immediately and the replacement delivery was expected by 5-Feb-16.
• Then I was informed by Flipkart that the product will be delivered by 15-Feb-16.
• Then again I was informed by Flipkart that due to unforeseen circumstances the product will be delivered by 24-Feb-16.
• On my objection, I was informed that the product will be delivered soon and surprisingly I received a similar local product not worth more than Rs.150/- on 20-Feb-16, wrapped similarly in a plastic sheet placed in a 21 X 16 X 15 cm box (product size is 63 mm) without company packing or MoYu logo.
• I immediately reported the matter to Flipkart but Flipkart is trying to convince me to initiate refund instead of delivering genuine / original product.
• I have exchanged lot of mails and firmly told them that I don’t want refund and I want them to deliver genuine / original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube.
• Flipkart is very keen on initiating refund and not delivering original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube… just trying to sweep the matter under the carpet.
My simple calculation –
• Flipkart posts ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube @ 79% discounted price of Rs.550/- + Rs.100/- delivery charges (normally delivery is free for purchase above Rs.500/- or normal charge is Rs.30/-).
• Sells 1000 units during this Sale period and delivers a local product not worth Rs.150/- and coolly makes a profit of Rs.4, 00, 000/- on product and @ Rs.70, 000/- on delivery charges.
• Many customers are ignorant about cubes and are happy with this local product, assuming to have got a great deal of 78% discount on Flipkart.
• Few face some issues such as pieces popping out within few days, asks for replacement and they are once again delivered a similar local product not worth Rs.150/-.
• Some customers are fed-up and accept the product as anyway their kids have been impatiently waiting for this cube for nearly a month.
• Very few customers who refuse to accept the local product are given their refund stating that Flipkart does not have the product in stock.
So very coolly these e-commerce companies are making huge profits by selling fake / bogus products.
MY REQUEST – I don’t want refund… I want Flipkart to deliver original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’

    My brand visit haven't done. If I didn't get any solution soon i will register a fir against Flipkart and court case also and all the money of court fee and my lawyer fee will pay Flipkart.

        Dear Sir,

        I am giving hereunder details of Motorola phone, which stops working during guarantee period:-

        i) Handsets/ VL92476 /Motorola [“[protected]”, “[protected]”]

        iii) While other party calls me, they receive always “ENGAGE TONE’. Its all other functions are working properly. i.e. Incoming facility is not working.


        Your service dealer M/s.Sampark Systems, UG - 22, Kartar Arcade, Raisen Road, Near Capital Petrol Pump, Bhopal(M.P.) ( Phone No. 4078556) refused to repair it on free of cost.

        You are requested to take appropriate action to repair it within a week. Else, I shall file case in Hon’ble consumer forum, Bhopal.

              I have purchased a microwave ovens make WHIRLPOOL through Flipkart Marketing Organisation vid invoice No-#MUM_BHI_01L[protected] OrderId-OD[protected] &Order DATE-16/10/2015 & Invoice Date-19/10/2015. I have Making Payment Through DEBIT CARD of vide Amount Rs-5399/-, but Flipkart Marketing organisation Deducted Amount Two times From my A/c. which is Totally illegal and fraud- less nature of Flipkart marketing organisation. I have also give complained to the organisation more than 10 times, But no response has been carried out by him till date, We have also collected the Bank Statement From SBI and SBI has mentioned the payment details and Flipkart Has been deduct the same amount two times From my A/C by SBI Branch.when i complain flipkart they told me” we received your money only once. So you contact to your bank” . And when i complain in SBI bank they told me” your two transactions are successful “ so contact to flipkart. But After given more Complain to flipkart no payment has been released by him to me till date So, Therefore Request to your Honour kindly Take necessary action Against above said matter and released the Excess payment From Flipkart marketing organisation with interest As per government Norms and given Punishment To Said Organisation As soon as possible.

                I had returned a product on 22nd feb and the refund was to be initiated by 10 days but there was no response from them. They told that they will look up to the issue but did not do anything about this. I have sent request thrice but they only gave deadlines for solving the issue but nothing was taken care of.

                  My credit card was debited by Flipkart with Rs.745 without my knowledge. As per my discussion with the Flipkart customer care their is no transaction ID for that particular amount.But i am not getting any further response from Flipkart about my complaint and they are saying my number is not reachable so they are closing the call.I have written to them but they are not replying to me they just need to make call to close this issue.

                  I don't understand how come the amount will get detected without my knowledge from my credit card with no otp, no mail or message conformation.

                  I am frustrated. kindly help me to get my money back.

                      On 27th feb 2016 flipkart's home page was showing 5% off on payment from credit/debit card on purchase of laptops, so i booked a laptop of Hp model no. Hp 15-ac122tu but didn't get any discount after making payment by my SBI card. I immediately made a call to their customer care no. and said is there any discount running or should i cancel my product and their executive too responded that there is an offer running and filed my complaint and asked me to wait for next day. on next day when i call them again they asked me to wait for another next day. i kept them calling from 27 feb to 3rd mar and there was only on response from them to wait for next day. on 3rd mar i again called them if they are giving me my refund or i would cancel my product they asked me to wait for 5th mar and said not to cancel the product as delivery date is 5th mar and i can cancel it on the same day if i don't get the refund. But on the same day (3rd mar) they delivered the product at my home when i asked for my refund they said they are looking at the matter. On 8th mar when i called them again they said you will not get the refund because there was no such scheme of 5% discount on card on that day and asked me to show the snap shot of that page if i have and when i asked them to take their product back they said they don't take the product back once product is delivered.

                      On the whole they are saying that all the executives who received my calls on the all these days were not that knowledgeable or their eyesight was not correct or were mentally ill so they can't see or understand whether their was a discount or not and filed my complaint without looking at their home page and all their recordings are also not correct.

                      All that means if you ever see a discount on flipkart before booking any product please take a snapshot because you never know whether they will give you discount or not after booking the product and if you still do it without snapshot, they will take 10 days to response only on seeing there homepage whether there is a discount running or not and after delivery they will say they neither give refund and nor take there product back too as it is delivered.

                          My name is wasim ahammed. Am from chikmaglur (pin:577102), karnataka. I had purchased a cargo shorts and a running shoes from flipkart. The cargo shorts (Tracking ID [protected]) was delivered on 17th february and i requested for the return of the product on the same day. According to flipkart the return item will be collected from the customer in 5 days. According to that the last date for collecting my item was 22nd. They didnt collect it. On 19th i got running shoes delivered (Tracking ID [protected]). I requested for the return of that too on the same day of delivery. When the cargo shorts which had to be collected atleast on 22nd wasnt collected i kept complaining to flipkart about it and they made sure it will be defenitely collected on 23rd by bluedart (courier partners of flipkart in chikmaglur) representative. That was assured to me by a phone call from flipkart upon my complaint. So i asked the same guy that i had totally 2 products for return and whether i shall return both the items or just the first one. He said me i can return both. The last date for the collection of my first item was on 22nd and the second item was on 24th. But on 23rd it was not collected. I was promised again that the item will be collected on 24th between 5pm-7pm. Nobody came. I again complained to flipkart and upon my contineous complaints, a representative from bluedart called me and came at night at around 9.30 and collected both the items from me. And soon after that i messaged to flipkart through facebook and informed them that the pickup had been done. On february 25th flipkart messaged me that my refund had been initiated and it will reflect in my bank account in 5 business days. On 25th i had also spoke with flipkart representative on phone to whom also i said about the pickup. At night i received a message from flipkart saying that the pickup of my products was cancelled and i asked about it to flipkart and from then on until today (8th march) the only thing they have been doing is just promising me of solving the problem. After lots of highly tempered conversations with them they said me they had contacted with bluedart and bluedart has replied to them that the item is not collected from me which is not true. When i speak with bluedart representatives they never deny me the product is with them. They instead said me one item is send to flipkart (on around 30th february) whose refund is still not processed and the other item is with them but they didnt receive any message from flipkart asking them to collect that item from me. Flipkart on the other hand is asking from me an acknowledgement slip which will be given to me upon collecting the return item from me. But never had flipkart asked me to collect an acknowledgement slip upon the return of the product. Even before this issue i had returned another product to flipkart. That time too no acknowledgement slip was given to me when the return item was collected. I have only handed over my return item to bluedart upon the confimation from flipkart. Now flipkart tells me that bluedart has confirmed to them that the item isnt collected from me. But bluedart representatives tells me that they have send one item to flipkart and the other item is remaining with them but they have not received any return request from flipkart.
                          Why did flipkart representative tell me to hand over both goods to bluedart?
                          Why is now bluedart telling me they havent received any mail from flipkart asking them to collect one of the items which is the running shoes?
                          If bluedart didnt receive any mail from flipkart even after i requested flipkart for the return of the item on 19th february then flipkart didnt process my return request. But still they asked me to hand over both goods to bluedart when i asked them.
                          And on 25th february they had messaged me that my refund had been initiated and will reflect in my bank account in 5 business days.

                          1.Flipkart didnt collect my item in 5 days from the requested date.
                          2.Flipkart messaged me they had initiated my refund on 25th february and will reflect in my account in 5 days which still hasnt happened.
                          3. Flipkart representative asked me to rerurn both goods to bluedart representative but they havent still forwarded the return confirmation to bluedart even till today.
                          4. Bluedart confirmed to me that one item had been send already (approximately on 30th february) to flipkart and even its refund isnt still processed.
                          5. Flipkart hasnt solved my issue even after 100's of complains. They are asking me to collect the item back from bluedart and request for a return again which i dont have to. I handed over my items to bluedart only after confirmation from flipkart.
                          6. I communicated with Mr.shasi (in charge of bluedart in few districts including chikmaglur) and Mr.Raju (Head of bluedart chikmaglur) and both havent denied to me that they have the item with them. But flipkart tells me bluedart informed them the item hasnt been still collected by them. If not these two guys then i dont know with whom flipkart has communicated with. I asked flipkart to send their representative to chikmaglur and i was willing to recollect the item from bluedart but only infront of the flipkart representative which flipkart have not been willing to do.
                          7. Flipkart keeps repeating to me that bluedart hasnt collected the item from me which is questioning my honesty in the issue and when i have been asking to send a representative from their side to show the truth they are not willing. So flipkart has insulted me in the whole issue casting me as a liar.
                          Upon all these happenings and indirectly accusing me as a liar i request to take severe actions against flipkart and help me get my refund processed and a also a compensation of atleast 5 lakhs for the troubles and anger they have caused me for many days and also for accusations on me as a liar.
                          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          No reply even from flipkart. I dont understand whats the use of posting our complaint here

                            I here by bought lenovo A6000 plus mobile . my order no is OD[protected]. the phone has enocountered a problem of not detecting the sim card.
                            i tried for solving this issue from service centre by visiting them thrice but they were unable to resolve it. unfortunately my retruning date has also been expired by a week. The phone has not been put down or anything else was done with phone . the sim card alone is not functioning. other apps and features are working well and good.
                            While verifying with service centre we were told that there is a issue already while buying the phone. kindly please replace me with another lenovo A6000 mobile.
                            Even service centre was not able to resolve the problem please help with replacing another A6000 plus mobile. its a kind request please do take a neccessary steps soon for replacing.

                              Hi,

                              I ordered a product on Flipkart from their sale promotion, the product is a bluetooth selfie stick whereas i have received a completely damaged product which some random china brand which is doesn't even has a bluetooth. The product was given in a bad shape with very bad packaging (images for the issue has been attached below on the same).

                              I spoke to the Flipkart customer care as soon as i opened the parcel, where they said the order product is no more available in their store and therefore cannot help. so as confirmed by them the only option left which they suggested is to give the product back and take the refund money.

                              I bought this product at sale price and now the customer care representative is trying to sell me the product at the current price offered for the product which is higher and as a consumer i would never like to opt for that option. When several times i told them that i not interested in money, i want my product back which i ordered for which they kept on saying that its not available in their stores and hence cannot be replaced. Also on their website the only option for return is the option available of my money back.

                              Request you to please help me on the same at the earliest.

                                  My order id is OD[protected] i orderd a phone named LETV LE1S through flipkart on 16 Feb 2016 and got the delivery of product on 20 Feb 2016..and for some issues I returned the product under flipkart 30dayz replacement/return policy and I ship my product on 1st March 2016 through overnight express courier service my tracking no is [protected] and my product reached in chennai address given by flipkart on 4march.and when I called to flipkart they also confirmed that my product reached their given address but still they are not credited my money in my ac and flipkart keep talking for patience..plz take some action in this matter..thanks your sincerely RAHUL KUMAR SINGH

                                  They are only telling that they are not confirmed abt my product through their flipkart warehouses and sellers and I also question to him if my product is rejected by your warehouse due to wrong address or anything then why are you not returning my product they are silent when I told this to him

                                    It has been a miserable experience with Flipkart and Ekart in the recent times. Seems all bosses have made their dough and would like to move on with other ventures. Recently, when Freedom251 made big announcements and could not stand by it (atleast till i write this review), I see Flipkart going the same way.

                                    My order which was accepted and product dispatched on same day. Ekart responded telling incomplete address and i clarified on the address, which is same for my previous orders. After a long delay and couple of compliants to Flipkart, EKart updated the status as Order Rejected by customer. SURPRISE, as i never rejected nor got a call from EKart or Flipkart on my rejection. Seems the Bansals and Flipkart team just does not want to consider our suggestions on last-leg communication in their logistics. EKart has been miserable and Flipkart has been deceiving people like me, who are patiently waiting for their products.

                                    Time to move on Flipkart !!! You are threading the same road what Snap Deal had ventured. All the Best. Hope you realign and listen to customers and value their experience, rather than turn your ears to blind logistics team. Very Disastrous.

                                    I have already moved on to Amazon and AliExpress.

                                    My view Point:
                                    Amazon has an excellent end to end logistics process, well integrated and well communicated to the last leg delivery. Customer service is second to none, as every executive in Amazon support, is aware of customer distress in case of a call, and also have necessary provisions to re-route the order for exigency. This is Customer Experience.

                                    AliExpress is an excellent portal which is direct from manufacturer, hence no need to wait for Discounts from indian players like Flipkart. Only regret is it would 15-30 days for order being delivered. But i feel it is worth a wait as there is 100% payment protection.

                                      I order cello fresca 1000 ml two bottles with multi colour.but i recieved two same colours.not the colour which i order.i.e i order blue and voilet colour but i recieved two rose colour bottles. i requested a replacement but till now it is not replaced .i call care they told that product is out of stock.i.e already 10 days over .but till no response from flipkart .now a days flipkart become very bad .so many complaints are coming on flipkart please take necessary actions


                                      one more thing happened.i order cell aqua cool 1000ml bottle rose colour .but i recieved miton 1000ml voilet colour.see what is flipkart doing .they are just blaming the customers.simply .flipkart is very bad

                                        I placed an order on 4th feb and received completely broken item on 10 feb which was returned that day itself. I have the return slip for the same. The product was returned on 17th Feb and since then dealing with flipkart customer service has been a nightmare. they keep saying they will 'update' me with the status of the refund. this means they keep calling every two days to tell me to give them 24-48 hours more to resolve the issue. Its been over two weeks. I am being mentally harassed by flipkart this way. Its a simple refund procedure and they keep giving excuses. Its a small amount of refund Rs. 549 and if they cant refund this small amount I am grateful I didn't order something expensive from them. Its ridiculous that this company takes people's hard earned money and then refuses to return them their money if they didn't deliver the product. this is plain and simple cheating and I am moving to consumer court if the issue isn't resolved within this week.
