I ordered one kids learning product around 19th Dec. The product came after about 10 days and that too with broken corner. I immediately informed customer care using call me back functionality from mobile app.

A return was placed. 19th Jan again replacement came to my door step but a smaller size and cheaper product was sent. We declined to accept.

Again customer care and escalation team contacted me. They apologized...

I have applied from amazon cash on delivery items but they has not deliveried in properly and they also not communication to me in time . In this reason i have suffered to get product in time from amazon ....

Motorola phone purchase on 08 Nov 15 gone faulty within 02 months. Flipkart is not replacing since the 30 days replacement period is over.

Motorola service center Pune has also fooled me and returned the phone without repairing it.

I bought this saree with rs 629. I received it on 26 oct 2015. Order no od[protected]. This product's maximum price should be rs. 150. The colour is not perfect and it is a silk saree instead of a cotton. I shall request return for this product. And my request for return was approved on 29/10/2015. Return id 33840455. But after 3 months pick up is not done and i have not received the ammount. I had no idea of such a cheating on flipkart....

Bought on 21.6.2015. In oct. 2015, charge drained very fast and did not stay even for 5 hours.Given for service to authorised service centtre: tanishik service, armenian street, chennai 600 001, after continous perusation got the handset after one & half month same conditions prevail within ten days of working. The handset may be taken back and i may be paid for the loss....

Flipkart is harassing me mentally. I have been calling them from 3 months for my refund. And always customer care was gave me some date or time, but they never solve my issue.

on 31st Dec 2015 I have ordered a bag ' Meridian Shoulder Bag", and an amount of Rs.599 has been deducted by my account online from SBI to flipkart account.But I didn't receive the bag nor the amount is credited back to my account.Pl look into this.

This is the second time in past one week that my delivery was late and this time i need compensation or the website should pay fine.

On 3rd jan i am order one buca buci shoes that color was brown as like an image i saw but it's delivered olive color shoes i don't want that color & again on 13th jan i request them to exchange that color by brown all things are mention in my comments but it's again delivered the same color i don't want that color i only want brown color as like image i saw....

MRP shown on website was 2599/- with a discounted price of 999/- after 60% discount. Actual product had a stitched-on tag with MRP showing as 499/-

Fraud escalated MRP has been quoted . Even the discounted price charge is twice the price of the actual MRP.
