The 10% cashback for state bank credit and debit cardholders running from 12-18th August, 2014 is full of false promotions. One of their statements is as follows: **All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days and all State Bank Debit Cardholders are covered under this Program. Under this Program, cardholder can avail 10% cash back during the Offer Period on ALL purchases of Rs. 10000/- or more made/effected using SBI Credit and State Bank Debit Card on www.flipkart.com. The maximum cash back permitted/allowed on a card (including all add-on-card transactions in case of SBI Credit Cards) during the Offer Period is Rs. 3000/-.However a customer can avail the offer separately on two different primary cards** I tried to make a purchase of Xiaomi Mi3 mobile on 12th August. When I was directed toward payment options I clicked on debit card payment. But it was only applicable for Visa/Mastercard cards. Since I have a Maestro card and it doesnt have a CVV number I had to opt for SBI net banking. Now they say I am not eligible for the cashback. Flipkart is cheating its customers in the name of false promotions. When I mailed to the customer care, they are saying that they can't do anything about it and it is applicable for credit cards only (Incident:[protected]. They are turning the tables now and saying that it's applicable for credit card only. This is utterly ridiculous. These people are toying with the customers' money and time. I want my cashback money and proper action to be taken against flipkart for this. I can provide the e-mail details of the conversation with the customer care if necessary.

    That was very unfortunate that I made purchase of Physics
    book from flipkart.

    I was assured that the books will be delivered on 11th
    Aug, 2014 on Monday. In anticipation of that my daughter being ‘Head Girl’ in
    11 Science Stream in her School scheduled a programme of ‘Physics Fundamental –
    A fun to learn’.

    On 11th Aug 2014 we
    waited whole day but the deliver didn’t come. On 6.40 pm When I called Customer
    Care on[protected], a girl name Deepa with a confident said that, that still
    more 15 minutes left to be 7 PM and I may rest assure that the deliver will be
    made by 7.00 pm on[protected]. I appreciated her confidence but in vain. Noting
    was delivered on[protected] and when I called back at 8.30 pm I was assured
    that the deliver will be made by 12th Aug, 2014 morning only.

    I said the same to my daughter
    with an instruction to our building watchman to rush with books to My daughter’s
    school as soon as they are delivered.

    Again a bad luck. Nothing was
    delivered on 12th Aug, 2014.

    The Scheduled programme,
    scheduled by my daughter in her has been vanished. She has been scolded by the
    Sister-Principal. When she came home, my little baby cried and didn’t had
    lunch, straight way went to tuition. She stopped speaking to me by the grace of
    lethargy of Flipkart.

    I was cursing myself that why I didn’t
    went to the market to buy those books in person.

    Even on[protected] whole day
    Custer Care Agent and Senior Agents kept me waiting by playing, repeating the
    same tune that it will be delivered soon, it will be delivered soon.

    Nothing was delivered.

    After all the books were
    delivered on 13th Aug, 2014 in dilapidated condition. My wife has
    accepted it and asked me to not to cancel the order.

    What experience I have gained out
    of this is that Never make purchase from Flipkart. Even though money is paid in
    advance, Flipkart didn’t to check, assure the deliver.

    REALLY VERY BAD OF YOUR FLIPKART.

        Hi. . date- 4.7.14 time 3pm something i ordered 3 pair of shoes which is all come up to Rs.1438/- i paid that amount through my state bank atm card. . then in next 30 minutes i canceled my order bcoz of some reason . .so i recived email from them that they are goingt to refund my money till the date of 10.7.14. .but still they didnot refund my money my brother called them toll free number which is[protected] they said we already deposit money in your account but in my a/c there is no deposit so they said that they want my bank passbook statement or entry . . i already send them that things throug mail.. now they even dont respond my emails and i cant call on number of them..when we r trying to call its just disconnected automatically i hope now only u can help me. .

          I had purchased Jaipan Little Master Mixer through Flipkart Invoice no OD[protected] DATED 16/10/13, within 03 months it got breakdown, then i sent it to Jaipan Service center after lot of follow ups they send after three months with lot of dent marks and dirt marks just like used one damage condition, now again it has breakdown, twice in a year

          So i have lost faith now, Flipkart should blacklist such supplier we buy online to get the products frequent breakdowns,

          Kindly take this matter seriously and solve my Grievance

            hi, please help me in this issue, few days back i ordered moto g 16 gb from flipkart.com as this mobile since it launch in India is only available on flipkart, we cant physically experience its performance, we only have to trust online review, on flipkart they say if we dont like the product they will replace of refund the product and also talk about buyer protection, i received a mobile with scrath on it on 8 aug which i asked for replacement also the quality of earphone was very bad. on flipkart website earphone shown with moto g is different from which i received, when i asked about it from customer care executive they told me that we will not provide that earphone, so why are they showing that earphone. i have cancelled my order online from flipkart.com for which i received an email shown below and an sms which is in attachment with this email, for further confirmation i just dialed the tollfree no of flipkart but the customer care executive told me i would not get refund. so what kind of buyer protection do i get.please help me to get my refund done.thanks and regard.

              OD[protected] - This order has been delivered to the location OD[protected] - This order has been rejected saying courier partner will not service at that location. This was happened because I have reported about the courier partner to one of the Customer Care official Mr.Sathish Kumar I am disappointed about this behaviour. I have purchased more products in flipkart in different address but this time I am dissapointed a lot

                Hello, Ref Order Num: [OD[protected]] I had ordered 2 perfumes on Flipkart - One men's and one women's. Both were ordered on August 4th and I got an email saying that both have been dispatched but 2 different delivery dates. The first one was delivered on the said date. The 2nd one was to be delivered on 14th Aug. On 12th August, I get an email saying that we have accepted your request for cancellation of order. I had not cancelled the order, but I still got an email saying this. When I contacted customer care, they agreed that it has not been cancelled by me, but the product will still not be delivered. If I want, I have to order the product again. Flipkart - Just making yourself a big brand and being sold for billions does not make you a trustworthy brand. You need to have professionalism. The customer service guys were not helpful at all. In this case the company should re-order for me. If I want the product, I have to go and do the ordering procedure again or if I want to cancel I have to wait for 12 working days to get back my money. Utterly Useless. Ambrish

                  The Flipkart.com makes the sales of Xiaomi mi3 Smart phones on there site- They make up the Hype as they Registered More than 2.5 lakh Registrations but Made Available only[protected] smart phones, Its NOT that they Xiaomi Don't have Stocks, We Can see Stocks are available in Xiaomi's site and phone is available for 309 $, But they are NOT making it for Flipkart.com. Second, the Flipkart.com makes people to Login for more then 3 Hours of Wait on there Site, and as the Timer Stops to Allow for booking, THEN in less then a fraction of second it Displays OUT OF STOCK... how 20000 products could have been SOLD OUT immediately. Some people Was been able to BUY it 5 minutes after Sales starts... and they ARE Creating Just HYPE...WHY NOT THEY MAKE STOCKS FULL ... why they are playing dirty game... FLIPKART is Fraud...

                    Dear Sir, The mi3 was purchased a week back and it is faulty.The phone's imei serial no is [protected] and the FSN:MOBDXSVH7HHHNK8J WID:S52980. When a call is made the display completely goes blank, the call cannot be cut or the phone could be switched off and after the call is over only the display starts working. In 5 days i have charged the phone about 8 times and i feel the battery to be weak. This is a serious problem which has to be attended because the phone is new into Indian market. I was about to buy an iphone but decision changed due to mi3 so please replace the phone as early as possible. Hoping for the best from Flipcart at all times. Thanking you, S.kalanithi.                       Indeed really a pathetic delivery service from your end.

                      You people made my daughter cry.

                      In anticipation of having delivery on 11-Aug-2014, of the Physics Books, she has scheduled her Physics programme in her school.

                      Today is 12th August, 2014 nothing is delivered.

                      My baby literally cried as her scheduled programme has been vanished just because of the lethargy of flipkart.

                      Disgusting. I will never make any other purchase in future and even urge others also to not to buy any damn thing from flipkart.

                        I was purchased moto e last week on flipkart.but two days before only I start to use that mobile .. Today I had noticed a micro dot in the display it is purely a product damage so kindly solve this issue .                           Hello Forum, I was interested in buying a XIOMI Mi 3 phone from the Flipkart website as it is available only in Flipkart. I had already registered to buy that phone for the sale on august 12th 2014. There was a countdown timer which was in their website which showed how many days hours and minutes remaining for the sale. Immediately when the timer was at zero seconds and i clicked buy now option, the page said that the phone is out of stock... How is it possible that the phone can go out of stock in a matter of few fraction of seconds. A bank transaction takes at least a minute for the transaction to take place. I really wonder that they are trying to fool people and creating a hype. I then immediately contacted the customer care and first they told me its is a server problem. And the second time I called they said I am late . How can they say that I am late when immediately the timer struck Zero. I had clicked the buy option and the page said its out of stock I humbly request the Consumer Complaints Forum, Government of India to probe into this matter and give a proper solution

                                i am sending my concern from the e-mail i used for purchase.

                                I did 3 payment transactions(14089, 13999, 13999) to get MI-3 mobile during MI-3 sale. Only the third payment of 13999 from my friends ICICI account was a success other two transactions failed.

                                1st Payment of 14, 089(Express delivery) - HDFC my account - Failed
                                2nd Payment of 13999 - used my friends ICICI account-Failed
                                3rd Payment of 13999 - used my friends ICICI account- Success

                                I lost 28, 000 rs and these debited amount is not yet returned to my bank A/C and my friends.

                                Please find the attached screenshot of the transactions.
                                I am really upset with Flipkart online shopping.

                                  This is latha.v from Bangalore, I order for the omega deluxe build your kitchen set2 quantity on 18 july. I received the product of one quantity but they taken the money for 2 set that is 40198.00Rs on 21st july. 22nd july I called the customer care and i told i received only one product, they told ok madam we will resolve this problem. 0n 23rd the flip kart person came and took it back the one quantity of the product also. Again I called the customer care they told that they refund the money. but I have received only one quantity amount only. Other quantity amount ie, 2099rs I have not yet received. so many times i called to customer care they will tell we resolve the problem. After that I received a mail on 31 july that we will refund your money to your account with in 5-7 business days.                                     Flipkart is making dubious sale announcements about Mi3 phone sale. Though the registrant does not stand to lose monetarily, they adopt dubious practices to advertise the Mi3 phone through their portal. Here are the details: 1. they demand that the customer should specially register for the product on their website. 2. they claim every week that they have Up to (?) 15k / 20k Mi3 phones for sale 3. they claim every week that they have Up to (?) 150, 000 registrations for the phone. 4. they announce that the sale would begin at 2 PM on every Tuesday and also run a count down timer. 5. repeatedly, week after week, when the count down timer hits 2 PM, immediately they announce that the mobile is out of stock. Please do not waste your time and effort on this non-existent sale by Flipkart.

                                      I have ordered two packs (56pcs+30pcs) of Huggies Dry Diaper - Large. My order no. OD[protected]. The shipment was sent through Ekart Logistics and should have delivered by Saturday 9th August. From 9th Aug to till yesterday 12th August I received SMS everyday that "Your item will be delivered today before 7 pm" but at the end of the day nothing has come. Now I have decided to cancel my order. Please do the same immediately. If anybody will come with my items from Ekart I will return that person.

                                        flipkart is the worst online shopping site i have ever used, on 2nd august i ordered moto g, 16 gb. the date of the delivery was 7th august. today is 11th august and i have still not received my product. every time when i call them they ask for 2-3 days dont know why. even the tracking of shipment is showing that it has reached jaipur on 8th august but still they have not delivered it to me. i dont know how can they do to a customer like this, i want some action against them as they wasted my time and just making a fool of the customer.
