Sold defective laptop, neither replacing nor making refund.

I purchased one HP Laptop from Flipkart, which was delivered on 21st December 2013, while connected to power and installing software battery drained which never charged again. Same day return requested was registered with Flipkart which they rejected and told me to contact HP customer care. received a product without invoice

Received a product without invoice, when asked for invoice they took 3 weeks but did not arrange then told me that they'll make an arrangement for pick-up the phone and return the money. charged twice for the single delivery

Gizmo Bazar - mobile case faded and uneven
