Dear Sir, As i am regular customer of flipkart as usual i had ordered oxford dictionary ( Order no. OD[protected]. Today i experienced strange behavior from flipkart team. Mr. Deep Sardar (flip kart delivery boy) called me at 1.45 PM and told your item in door step. As in my office it was lunch time i was having lunch outside i requested him to wait for further 20 min. Strangely he ordered me to take the item tomorrow or cancel the order. I told him i would complaint about you he neglect the same. Around 3 PM once again i called customer care(i dont remember the name) and told that i need item by today itself. And customer care assured the same. At 6.30 PM i called customer care (Mr. Guru Prasad) he told me to wait for further 45 min and also assured it would delivered by before 7 PM. I waited for further 1 hour and called at 7.30 to customer care. Customer care told me that your order had been cancelled. I was surprised to hear. Even i didnt cancel the order and also i was waiting for more than 1 hour. Finally i came to know that delivery boy itself cancel the order. It was worst experience i wasted my time as well as lack of commitment from flipkart, rude behvior from flipkart team. Flipkart losing its quality. Please sir take some against mistrust & false commitment & rude behaviour Thanking you

    hi iam ravi ramakrishnan, my mobile no is [protected], my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com, i have ordered, one ambran707 tablet online from flipkart, on 3rd july 2014, i got a message from them that the product will be delivered by wednesday, yesterday on 7th july morning, one persorn from e kartl, courier company of flipkart, came with my product which i have ordered, i told him to deliver the product on wednesday, as it was someone birthday, he started abusing me, telling me i[censored] don, t want the product why do you order, i told him to deliver the product on wednesday, he told me i am cancelling ur order, you want to complain do it, after that i wrote to flipkart a mail regarding this issue, they told me that my order will not be cancelled, today they sent me a mail saying thate courier person has cancel the order, we cant do anything, you have to reorder the product, when i have not cancell the order why should i reorder, , last time previously they sold me afaulty tablet, this time also they are again harassing me, i am fed up, they have put me in mess, i wanted to gift the product to someone look what they have done plz help me regards ravi r

      Had posted this earlier on facebook, copying it here What the hell is goin on Flipkart? My fourth order has been cancelled and refunded in just 2 days!OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected] was even shipped, it reached Pune and was then cancelled. I'm a flpkart first customer...what sort of third class customer service is this?? One of the other orders was for a moto that I placed over the phone, even that was cancelled. If you've noticed, I haven't placed these orders for myself but they are for office colleagues and relatives who do not shop online. This has been extremely frustrating and I demand an explanation for this stupid behaviour. Update 1- ordered a hard drive and a moto e which got delivered. But after that another pen drive order was cancelled- OD[protected]

        i have order for Maxxlite PBK0021 Power bank of 4000 mAh and i have received totally different product which capacity is 2600 mAh when i asked for the replacement on customer care as per them the product is not in stock and when i checked the same on their website it is available. flipkart is cheating customer like us and given fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action.

        I have ordered Apple MD761HN/B MacBook Air (Ci5/ 4GB/ 256GB Flash/ Mac OS X Mavericks) but I have received Apple MD760HN/B MacBook Air (Ci5/ 4GB/ 128GB Flash/ Mac OS X Mavericks).
        1. On 28th of August I raised return request,
        2. The request got rejected within a min without having the discussion with me.
        3. The seller called me on the same day and asks me to send the photograph of the invoice and product box and I sent the same on 28th August Evening.
        4. The seller accepted his mistake over the phone and asked me to talk with Flipkart customer care people to initiate the return process.
        5. I called Flipkart executive and raised the compliant against this case
        6. The Flipkart executive asked me to wait till 13th of September to resolve the case.
        7. I called multiple time to Flipkart customer care to know the status of the case but every time they simply mentioned you have to wait till 13th September to resovel the case.
        8. On 13th September, I got an email from "SMS"Team saying "we have send same product which buyer orders, hence reject the return request".
        9. Again, I did multiple follow up with Flipkart executive, they keep up pushing the date and saying seller is denying to refund you since they have delivered the same product.
        10. I directly contacted the seller for know the reason then I was so surprised that Flipkart people doesn't contact seller for the same case. Without contacting the seller, they themselves denying to refund my money.

        First of all, they have delivered the wrong product. Moreover, the way Flipkart response is the worst. I am in kind of depression that I haven't get the same product which I ordered online. Usually, I do online training. Due to this delay and reckless response I lost my 45k INR business. I am in the frustration corner.

        Please help me to get my money back.

        i ordered for a cuff earing worth Rs.135 and when i received the product it came out to be a completely local one that i could have got for Rs.50 or so. Moreover that was not the same product that i saw and ordered for. Dissapointed by the service!
        I have ordered a back cover for LG mobile model optimus
        L5 ii e450. however i hav received cover for e460 and its no
        fitting to my cell. when trying to contact to exchange the wrong
        product they are asking to log on to filpkart account and aftet
        logging on the system is showing i have not purchased anything
        in last six months.wherein i have a bill which mentions the
        correct model number but i have received wrong product.
        I have order DIR-816l, however, the experiance from flip kart is very bad:-

        (a) They have delivered DIR-816 instead of DIR-816.
        (b) Order status on the website is not updated regularly.
        (c) Customer care executive does not understand anything. Infact not competent to handle any request.
        i priyanka have ordered NAYASA NY-Blue6 1000ml Bottle, but you delivered me the NAYASA Orange Bottle.
        i request the packing and dispatch department to delivered the ordered product only because customers select that one which they like not the one which you have delivered.
        I[censored] don't have the product then remove it from the website so we cannot ordered.

            Hi, my name is Abhinav and my friend ordered a hand blender from Flipkart. The registered number with the order is [protected] and her name is Manmeen Bakshi. I was not aware that my friend had ordered a hand blender and when my friend was not at home, the delivery guy came. I informed him that as my friend was not at home, could you please deliver the hand blender at a later time or tomorrow (which other online shopping websites do) to which he said that 'WE ARE NOT THE SERVANTS OF YOUR FATHER' (HUM TUMHARE BAAP KE NAUKAR NAHI HAIN) and rejected my order.
            His name was Vikram and on asking his number, he again said that 'I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE, DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO'. Is this what Flipkart is?? Is this the kind of customer service you provide to your customers?? This was my first time with Flipkart and will be my last. I am also going to share this experience with my friends and family so that they should also be aware about the customer service that Flipkart delivers. I am really disappointed and not a happy customer at all.

              the screen of the moto g mobile is already gone without any physical damage it is just 35days old o[censored]sage. flipkart is in no option to help the customers to proceed further. they are junk to core customer services and just faking the ppl and just doing profits by selling the damaged products.

                Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo K900 Mobile from flipkart.The seller of the mobile is WS retailer. My Order No: OD[protected].After some days I found some more technical problem & requested for the replacement.But the seller provided me an used mobile. So I returned that through courier to the seller immediately & informed to flipkart. I already mailed many times regarding this problem. but still there is no response from the seller as well as from flipkart.As I ve requested for a replacement of the Lenovo K900 mobile as I am facing problem in battery Backup. It sad to say today I received the parcel from the courier & opened it infront of the courier boy. I found that the product was a second hand mobile. WS retailer is providing the worst products, & second hand products.To day morning I contacted the customer care regarding the problem, buts there was no response & previously also I complained regarding the WS retailer but still there is no action taken against WS retailer.The seller is harassing the customers.                   Dear Sir, As per my record I purchased the product on 7/5/2014. After some day I was having some software problem. So I applied for replacement on 20/5/2014. Then I received the product on 25/5/2014. Then I was having the battery problem in the 2nd mobile. So once again I complained & applied for replacement on 22/6/2014. So how now you just define me that how 30 days replacement guarantee has been crossed? Even if Flipkart has arranged a 2nd replacement also & the product also was in old condition . But today I received a mail from Flipkart That my seller’s 30 day replacement guarantee has been crossed. I am also asking for refund but they are not refunding my amount. This is the way you are harassing the costumers. It seems that you are providing such type of poor service to the customers. Proper action should be taken against this so that this type of nonsense matter should not take place in future.


                  As I ve complained many times to the Complaints forms, but still there is no response & no action is taken against this. Its my kind request to provide me a brand new mobile or pls refund my amount.

                  Its my humble request to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    I ordered a pendrive with Order Id:- OD[protected] and this Order has been cancelled by Flipkart Members without asking me and they are informing me a night before the day the product had to be delivered. I wanted this pendrive urgent by monday but by placing a fresh order the Flipkart Members are not able to deliver it. So i would like to register this complaint against The Flipkart Authority for the inconvenience provided to me and i will not be satisifed by any type of apologies from Flipkart for this complaint.                         I have ordered Galaxy grand2 on[protected]. I received the device on[protected] when I checked the basic functionality, I got issue with it's brightness. Whenever I set the brightness bar to minimum the device screen goes black after which I could not do any operation further. Minimizing the brightness bar to minimum make the screen go completely black. I had great difficulty in bring the brightness back to normal. I have registered the complaint against this issue. Next day the seller called me and asked me about the problem and accepted that it is a genuine problem. But I got message and mail from Flipkart that “We regret to inform that seller has disapproved you return request for Samsung… in the order OD[protected]. Please check your email for more detail…..” I was surprised when I came to know that Flipkart’s seller has disapproved the request even though seller person has accepted that problem is genuine he assured me that device will be replaced with new one. When I approached Flipkart again and again then only the problem got solved. Device got replaced on[protected] I got disappointed when I checked the device on the next day. the device has new major issues, first one is communication issue not getting proper and stable signal on the device. GPRS internet connectivity is too slow compared to earlier device I am using Idea 2G connection for using internet GPRS data on previous device it was working fine but on this device it is not working. I also tried Vodafone 2G SIM for checking the same issue, but nothing happened. I approached my service provider (Idea/Vodafone) to confirm if there is any issue with their network they replied that there is no issue with their network they advised check or change you device. Another issue is display issue whenever I rotated the device into horizontally the keypad area is flickering some times. I have called Flipkart many time regarding this issue but Flipkart is not able to resolve the issue accept giving assurance that they will resolve the issue, even not calling me back. Yesterday day before Yesterday and today Flipkart's customer care execute told that technical team will call me but they did not call. I have purchased the device for use but due to Flipkart's seller's faulty device I am not able to use it. I requested to Flipkart that please replace faulty device with new one or refund the money back. They are not listening anymore. Please do the needful ... Regards Birendra Singh

Problem: Power. Hence computer is not getting ON. This problem had been made by me so many times by now and this were the responses which I had received; 1. My phone was switched off, when called by the technical services department ( though my phone is never off) 2. The date of first complaint was falsely stated 3. Customer service centre address is provided. 4. Solution had been sent to the email address. (Nothing as such happened. Only customer feedback emails were received. )

                            I have ordered a Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Ubuntu) (Grey) in flipkart, and it got cancelled by the company without any prior notice and this is happening for 3 rd time with the same item.when i contacted the customer care, got a worst reply that vendor cannot deliver the product in my address.I am seeing lot of products delivered in the same address by flipkart and the same vendor.

                            This is the worst experience i have faced with flipkart and my doubt here is, if they dont have the capability to deliver the product in the given address, why they want to take my payment and process it and later refund?

                            I was so much worried with this, from flipkart as im very much in need of a laptop now.

                                We have bought a webcam of Mosaer bear and it does not meet the features as given on the site flipkart .Order no is OD[protected] and we have registered a complaint for the replacement of the Webcam but they haven't sent anyone for the replacement of the webcam .We have registered the complaint on 18/01/2014 .Flipkart has sent the message but they haven't sent anyone for the replacement .We want someone to replace it and for further details you can contact MUKESH SHARMA, Phone No -[protected].                                   I bought grip cover for moto-g from flipkart, it claimed to be of very good quality, but it has hardly been a month since i am using the cover and the rubber on the sides have already come off from the back case. Flipkart charged INR900 for that cover so i expected it to be an original product and therefore of good quality. I am very dissatisfied from performance of the cover. Hoping the company will look into it.

                                    Hi... I am Birendra. I have ordered Galaxy grand2 on[protected]. I received the device on[protected] but when I checked the basic functionality, I got issue with it's brightness. Whenever I set the brightness bar to minimum the device screen goes black after which I could not do any operation further. Minimizing the brightness bar to minimum make the screen go completely black. I had great difficulty in bring the brightness back to normal. I have registered the complaint against this issue. Next day the seller called me and asked me about the problem and accepted that it is a genuine problem. But I got message and mail from Flipkart that “We regret to inform that seller has disapproved you return request for Samsung… in the order OD[protected]. Please check your email for more detail…..” I was surprised when I came to know that Flipkart’s seller has disapproved the request even though seller person has accepted that problem is genuine he assured me that device will be replaced with new one. When I approached Flipkart again and again then only the problem got solved. Device got replaced on[protected] I got disappointed when I checked the device on the next day. device has new major issues, first one is communication issue not getting proper and stable signal on the device. GPRS internet connectivity is too slow compared to earlier device I am using Idea 2G connection for using internet GPRS data on previous device it was working fine but on this device it is not working. I also tried Vodafone 2G SIM for checking the same issue, but nothing happened. I approached my service provider (Idea/Vodafone) to confirm if there is any issue with their network they replied that there is no issue with their network they advised check or change you device. Another issue is display issue whenever I rotated the device into horizontally the keypad area is flickering some times. I have called Flipkart many time regarding this issue but Flipkart is not able to resolve the issue accept giving assurance that they will resolve the issue, even not calling me back. Yesterday day before Yesterday and today Flipkart's customer care execute told that technical team will call me but they did not call. I kept this device as I received it. I have purchased the device for using but due to Flipkart's seller's fault I am not able to use it. Now I trying to approach Flipkart to get resolution customer care person is replying we will get back to you soon. But they are just giving assurance doing nothing. I request to Flipkart that please replace it with new one device or refund my money on my wallet I will purchase the device from some other seller. I will be thankful to you.

                                      i have bought one mobile phone from flipkart but while trying to check the product from inside the box they wont allow us and after that taking away that product with them. this is such an unethical behaviour from your courier service. seller- ws retail services pvt. ltd

                                        I have booked two Moto E mobiles yesterday. Today I have booked another mobile with my same account the amount has been taken but the order has been cancelled. I understood that everyone has to get equal opportunities. If that is the case u should not taken the amount. The order should not be taken it should have indicated that you could not place the same product more than two. Here the order has been cancelled after the amount has been taken . We understood amount will be refunded as per banking regulation. But why we should wait 7-10 days. This is not really fair. Highly disappinted.
