I purchased one HP Laptop from Flipkart, which was delivered on 21st December 2013, while connected to power and installing software battery drained which never charged again. Same day return requested was registered with Flipkart which they rejected and told me to contact HP customer care. After a lot of email communications and almost 25 days after delivery, HP finally declared laptop DOA (I suppose Defective on arrival). Again unlimited...

I have 10 vouches worth 1000 each and I want to buy food processor worth approx 8000. As per your site I cannot use more than 3 evouchers in one go. I have ordered the shoes from flipkart for my marriage. I have ordered the shoes by calling there executive so that I can confirm that I get the delivery on time. Received a product without invoice, when asked for invoice they took 3 weeks but did not arrange then told me that they'll make an arrangement for pick-up the phone and return the money. I had ordered an mobile case from flipkart and it was delivered today and for the first time ever it is really a bad experience with flipkart.

Case has faded colour and fitting not up to the mark.

Not expected from such a good brand.
