hi iam ravi ramakrishnan, my mobile no is [protected], my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com, i have ordered, one ambran707 tablet online from flipkart, on 3rd july 2014, i got a message from them that the product will be delivered by wednesday, yesterday on 7th july morning, one persorn from e kartl, courier company of flipkart, came with my product which i have ordered, i told him to deliver the product on wednesday, as it was someone birthday, he started abusing me, telling me i[censored] don, t want the product why do you order, i told him to deliver the product on wednesday, he told me i am cancelling ur order, you want to complain do it, after that i wrote to flipkart a mail regarding this issue, they told me that my order will not be cancelled, today they sent me a mail saying thate courier person has cancel the order, we cant do anything, you have to reorder the product, when i have not cancell the order why should i reorder, , last time previously they sold me afaulty tablet, this time also they are again harassing me, i am fed up, they have put me in mess, i wanted to gift the product to someone look what they have done plz help me regards ravi r

1. On 28th of August I raised return request,
2. The request got rejected within a min without having the discussion with me.
3. The seller called me on the same day and asks me to send the photograph of the invoice and product box and I sent the same on 28th August Evening.
4. The seller accepted his mistake over the phone and asked me to talk with Flipkart customer care people to initiate the return process.
5. I called Flipkart executive and raised the compliant against this case
6. The Flipkart executive asked me to wait till 13th of September to resolve the case.
7. I called multiple time to Flipkart customer care to know the status of the case but every time they simply mentioned you have to wait till 13th September to resovel the case.
8. On 13th September, I got an email from "SMS"Team saying "we have send same product which buyer orders, hence reject the return request".
9. Again, I did multiple follow up with Flipkart executive, they keep up pushing the date and saying seller is denying to refund you since they have delivered the same product.
10. I directly contacted the seller for know the reason then I was so surprised that Flipkart people doesn't contact seller for the same case. Without contacting the seller, they themselves denying to refund my money.
First of all, they have delivered the wrong product. Moreover, the way Flipkart response is the worst. I am in kind of depression that I haven't get the same product which I ordered online. Usually, I do online training. Due to this delay and reckless response I lost my 45k INR business. I am in the frustration corner.
Please help me to get my money back.
