I had buyed mobile moto g 16 gb from flipkart costing 13999 but the price get down 11999 so the cash 2000 was refunded to my wallet but when i want to take it to my account they are not transferring it to my account .. i had submitted every required documents but they are telling lie that they dont recieved .. when they found it they are saying its wrong product id when again i called other costumer care executive has checked it right ..when i want that costumer exexcutive ms kavita to tell that costumer exexutive name who had told lie she refused, , they are taking dates to refund 2000.. they are not at all supporting and telling lies .. i want to make complain against that lier costumer care exexutive and against flipkart .

    Sir, This is in connection to my purchase of mobile phone through Flipkart vide Order No.OD[protected] for which the order was place on[protected] and the phone was delivered to me on[protected]. I ordered for MOTO G 16 GB phone but the same is not functional properly, as the phone is getting hang and I am not able to download any attachment from internet. On[protected] lodged a complaint on your toll free number against the phone, and it was told to me that the problem will be resolved by[protected] and either the technical person will resolve the issue on phone or else the instrument will be replaced. I didnt get any call till[protected] and i received an e-mail stating that the problem will be resolved by[protected]. It is disappointing that Flipkart does not fulfill its commitment and extended the time period for resolving the problem.     Dear sir, I got an email from flipkart on 5th Sep 2014 against Order no. OD[protected], in which the instructions are given for resolving the technical issue which I am phasing in my MOTO G 16GB mobile set. Further this is to inform you that, as per the given instructions I had applied the steps to upgrade the software, but still the problem in my mobile set has not resolved.

    Therefore i request you to take further actions at the earliest for replacing the mobile set or refund the money back

    This is shameful that it is been more than one week and still the problem told to Flipkart's officials against Order no. OD[protected] have not been resolved. It was assured that the problem will be solved by 08.09.2014 but as usual again next date has been given till 10.09.2014.

    Now i do not need the replacement of MOTO G 16GB mobile set and request you to refund my money back and take back your defective phone within 24 hours from now or else i have no other option but to go to consumer court against the mental harassment which i am phasing because of Flipkart.

      Hi sir I bought Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG (Black, with 8 GB) Order no OD[protected] On 1st sep 2014 which showed in stocks and I paid through my card After my purchase also It stayed in stock for 6 hours . But till this second there is no status update for that order when I contact their Toll free number they told that product ready only courier partner problem so required another 6 day for dispatch Once asked few question they told stocks not available . we can refund after 8 days. So it seems that without stock filpkart posting an ad and collecting money from public keeping it dragging time For refunding also it required 8 working days so around 15- 20 days you will hold my money I need my product in time please do the need full Thanks R BALAJI [protected]

        Sir, I Bijay Agarwal, ordered a Moto E mobile on flipkart on 18/07/2014 with order ID OD[protected]. The handset was not working properly, so i contacted flipkart within 15- 20 days & i was assured a replacement within a week. I was given a tracking ID WSRP[protected] & a sms to affirm its delivery within 21/08/2014. Since 21/08/2014 daily a new sms would come affirming delivery & pickup with a new date & time. I duly waited all these day at my home leaving all my works aside, but it was of no use. As on today 05/09/2014 the product is not yet delivered to me instead of my repeated call to customer care executives. This has now become a harrassment for me as everyday the courier vendor calls me and ask me to wait at home for the pickup of the default handset. During all these days i had to miss my office & regular Work. They should be made liable to pay for damages & loss caused to me for not replacing the default handset & the unwanted harrassment suffered by me due to the same.           Hello People reading there, I ordered Xiaomi Redmi 1S Phone on 2-Sept-2014, Lucky caught two quantity in my Cart, 1 for me and other I wanted to gift my Bro as his Birthday was approaching.But Flopkart...Sorry Flipkart Cancelled my order which I saw early morning 5-Sept-2014 for no good reason, There excuse was"Sir one Login can Puchase only One Phone"...Then Why the hell did you allow me to add 2 in cart?????? and If it was some Not Bad Selling Phone then 1 One Login could purchase as many...Fraudkart you are sick and unprofessional, if some is lucky to get 2 phones in your Online Monopoly Phone Selling scandal you should accept defeat of your system instead of wiping Mess you created...!!!               My name is Sanjay Saha, mobile number [protected]. I had ordered an Asus Zenfone 4 8 GB from Flipkart.com on Aug 21. Flipkart has a policy of delivering the orders by 5-6 days. First of all my order got delayed by more than 10 days because of a wrong address. Then when I received the order on 4th September, instead of a mobile phone inside, I received a brick. I want to register a complaint against Flipkart.com for this.

                    I placed an order on Flipkart (OD[protected]) for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. The merchant was selling it at 10499 though the phone is priced at 9999 at Flipkart itself. I placed an order for the same and a cover for the phone. I received the cover but I am yet to receive the phone. Their tracking system says that "Your order has been placed" When contacting their customer care service, they are unable to respond properly and are saying that your problem will resolve in the 7 days. I have already paid my hard earned money to this "gang of cheaters" and am waiting for a response from this company. When contacted, they are always buying time. Is it the behaviour shown from a renowned company to their consumers??? I hope to get a better response from Flipkart soon and my product delivered ASAP.

                      I had ordered a Cenizas Printed Embellished Georgette Sari on 29 August 2014. My order number is OD[protected].The order reached at my place on 3/9/2014. The price of the order is Rs.630 but now the price changed to Rs. 830(as in fig) and hence they returned the product without any information of delivery to me. When i asked them they are telling some fake policies of delivery and now the order is cancelled. They are asking me to order again at Rs.830 to earn them more money. Please take necessary action and help me to get the product.

                          there is no sound at all while making outgoing calls. but the call is made. i checked to my own landline, my landline phone rings. but there is no sound in moto E mobile. if I restart the mobile then one or two calls made correctly; but in emergency cases it won't work.

                            I have placed an order at Flipkart which they are supposed to deliver before or on 4th sept'2014. My order has not been shipped yet, i called to Flipkart customer care, & they are saying flipkart doubt if i m the fraud customer. Flipkart will get my background checked. Sir, I am very very mentally disturbed. Flipkart is doing like this because i returned their one of the item as per Flipkart policy because the item was defective.

                              I ordered a micromax canvas win w121 on September 1st with the "in-a-day guarantee" which said that the product will be delivered on September 3rd. On 2nd, I saw that the product reached the nearest hub (Tambaram in Chennai), and was happy. On 3rd, I didn't check the status up to 5pm because I was pretty sure I would be getting it any second. So, after 5pm, I started losing hope and checked the tracking site only to realise that it had been taken back to the Chennai sort facility (that is where it went before it came to Tambaram). This made me a bit unsatisfied. So, I sent a mail to flipkart stating the situation. I waited till 8pm and I neither got the reply nor the product. So, I started sending mails continuously from them and until now, I've sent 16 mails to flipkart and still didn't get any reply. By 6:41pm, I even tried calling the number, "[protected]" to get some details about my order status. In the call, an automated voice guided till a point where i said that their executive will be calling me. I still didn't get a call from anyone, from flipkart. *totally off* Adharsh.G

                                Order Id: OD[protected] Ordered a Nokia Lumia 1320 cellphone on 21 Aug 2014, and the expected delivery was scheduled for 25 August but it has been 2 weeks and neither the product has been received nor am I getting any replies to my queries.
                                I have ordered a Mobile Phone and sent to Kerala and found that the delivery date was 30 Oct as the Birthday of my Loved one was on 2nd November. I always have had plesent service from Flipkart especially WS Retail. Though my family members informed me to order from Amazon, still I sticked with Flipkart, just because of Service. I raised a complaint and received an email stating that the issue would resolved by November 6th, which is utter non sense. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I need a suitable answer for the error from you as the gift has not reached on the date which I had to send. If you blame on a courier, its not my mistake. If you still need me and my friends as a customer, I would require a compensation from you. I am attaching the status of the shipment as it on Flipkart website.

                                I ordered 2 items(Pressure cooker(600+200(deliver charges) and tawa(645Rs))by using credit card and the amount of 1445Rs also transffered.
                                But wile receiving the item i received tawa normally and pressure cooker came as COD.So we return pressure cooker..
                                But upto now did not received any amount(800Rs/-) of that pressure cooker to my wallet.

                                  I placed an order on 27th of August 2014 and because of ganesh chaturthi delivery date was 2nd Sept, that means after 6-7 days.That was okay with me but problem was they didn't delivered the same within prescribed time period. I want to give suggestion to all those who want their product to be delivered to them within 3-4 days then don't go for flipkart, as there are chances you may not be able to receive your product within that time period.                                   This is with reference to order no *OD[protected]* for DAIKIN SPLIT AC 1.5 T Invertor. I have called Daikin customer care for the installation of AC. During registration of my request for installation, the representative from Daikin told me that this product will not carry any warranty on machine and compressor as I have purchased online from
                                  Flipkart.

                                  The very same day, I called at flipkart customer care n discussed this issue.
                                  The flipkart representative told me that the warranty is applicable and for written
                                  confirmation I need to drop a mail [protected]@flipkart.com.

                                  I have dropped them a mail with numerous reminders for 15 days (starting from 6 june). I have not received any resolution from flipkart. I have received sms (es) from flipkart on 16th June stating the issue would be resolved by 19th June. Till today it has not been resolved and I have received 3 to 4 sms from flipkart with revised date of resolution but no resolution till date.

                                  I have been sending mails but no response. Also, i have explained the issue to flipkart customer care for more than 15 times during the calls I have received from customer care department. I have invested significant amount of time and energy behind explaining this issue to customer care representative.

                                  Lastly I have requested for return of order on flipkart website (on 24th June) and also dropped a mail requesting the refund of my money (Rs. 40, 490). But till date no response from flipkart is received.

                                  Now, I am completely fed up with the way flipkart is behaving. Even though I am a regular shopper at flipkart, But now I believe that i should stop shopping from flipkart as they have harrassed me a lot in last 20 days.

                                      Sir / Madam, after long waiting and lot of efforts, I am one of the luckiest fellow we has got 1 xiaomi redmi handset from flipkart Lucky draw held on 2.9.2014 at 14.00 hrs. Please see my kart image of same. To avoid heavy rush on flipkart web, flipkart allows their customer to complete formality of payment before 11.59pm of 3.9.2014. Accordingly I have tried to process my Kart for necessary payment of Xiaomi redmi mobile at 5.30 pm, 7.30pm, 9.30 pm, 11.30pm of 2.9.2014 and on 0.30 am, 1.30 am, 10.30 am, 11.30 am, 1.15 pm on 3.9.2014, but every time I got error message from Flipkart site that 'something went wrong, please try again' close window " (photo attached). As such I could not complete the necessary payment process and therefore there is chances of dropping out my name from the beneficiary. As such it is requested to kindly help me to complete my payment option and obtain this handset being technical problem from Flipkart site. Thanking in
