i have ordered two ASUS 5 16 GB phone in flipkart one for me and another for my friend - Seller name is WSRetail on 14th august 2014. They have cancelled the order by them self and saying that we have cancelled the order due to some server issues... even though they dn't have any call record of ours asking them to cancel the order. After that today (17th Aug) received email stating that your information is not enough.. have submitted all the details as usual and also I am a regular customer..They are cheating the customer and keeping our fund in bank for 15 days.. Misusing the customer trust on products and service and this will be start for bad impression for flip kart service.. I will not recommend this site to anyone.

    I brought moto e 2 months back mail id : muralinarayana.[protected]@gmail.com. from the 2nd week am having this problem I didn't took it seriously now it became very seviour not able to insert Sim in sim2 slot. Aotometically it is ejecting from the slot immediately after insert. Coming to sim1 slot it is also having the same prob but it is ejecting the Sim for every 30min. What can I do now. It had 1 year manufacturer warranty for Phone and 6 months warranty for in the box accessories Micromax India Warranty.But one side of my earphone has stopped working.         Sir, Maine Flipkart se 4th Aug 2014 ko .Net Interview Questions ki 2 Book order ki thi. But mujhe 8th Aug 2014 ko call aayi ki mera order deliver ho gya.Main us time office se ghar jaa rha tha. Mere brother ne order receive kiya. Maine jb ghar phuch kr order open kiya to us pack me 1 hi book thi. Maine immediately courier boy ko call ki. he said ki customer care pr baat kr lo. Maine forun customer care to call ki and 1 mail b daali. Then unhe apne aap order return request daal di or they told me that i have to wait till 11th Aug.Then unki 10th ko mail aayi ki they want 2 more working days. Maine unko 12th ko fir call kiya. then they said i will get response by 14 Aug, 8:30 PM. But still i didnot get any resonse. Today also i tried to contact them. They give the same response that i have to wait for more 4 days. Maine customer care walo se bola ki please apne senior se meri baat kraiye, then he told me to hold the call. meko half an hour already ho gya h, maine phone hold pr rakha hua h but unki taraf se koi answer nhi aaya. Abhi b mine hold kiya hua h. Sir, i request you to please solve my problem asap. Book na milne ki vajah se already mere 2 interviews miss ho gye h. What can i do sir plz help me.

          i bought quantitative apptitude book by RS AGGARWAL . but, its all the pages are copied, the book i got is fake one. they just gave me the book with xerox pages and cover. sp pls take this into consideration. help me out this problem, beacuse all i spend is 357/- INR. thanking you

            1) I purchased Skullcandy S2IKDY-010 Ink'd Headset from Flipkart (bill attached) on 03/06/2014.
            2) After some days the ear phones were not working properly. So I complaint to Skulll Candy Customer Service, Noida. (The only service Centre for online purchase). & I was shocked when they told me that the device was Duplicate.
            3) So I immediately requested flipkart to take it back and refund my money (approx. 27/06/2014)
            4) After On 7/8/2014(Aug) the earphones were collected by flipkart and they assured that my money will be refunded within 5 days.
            5) But its been 10 days I have not been refunded yet & there is no correspondence on the same from flipkart so far. On making repeated calls to customer service I have been just given assurance that the money will be credited to my account that very day.
            6) But money has not been credited yet. I also have the messages confirming that the product has been returned back. (Screenshot of the same attached).
            7) It has been extremely tedious & time consuming process. I want to get my money refunded as soon as possible & also want to get compensated for the inconvenience caused to me & my family.
            8) I would request you to take strict action against Flipkart As soon as possible.

                I have purchased a mobile Xiaomi mi3 on flipkart.com through COD on 12th August. Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] (1 Item) Seller: WS Retail Order Date: 12 August, 2014. On Thursday[protected] It’s not Delivered.. I directly went to the WS Retail Hub at Coimbatore.. There Executive Officer (Kannan) said Your Product is Missed.. He Asked me to wait for one day.. So I Waited then on 16th I received a call from Flipkart executive he said Your order is canceled because we lost the mobile.. He can cant to anything for it u again register and get another one. In customer care too I called they saying your order canceled. Flipkart can’t do anything than this.. so register and get it.. The Thing is am wasted more time regards this Visited twice to the Ws Retail and also been in online to book this phone for more than 8 hours tried it for 2 times and got it by 3rd time only.. used 8 mails to get the product… but you simply lost and saying we can’t do anything… See am not asking any weaver or anything I need that product. But poor response from you Flipkart and Ws Retail.. I am not understood what kind of customer care flipkart is running.

                  Team, I purchased this Bag from flipkart online . this got delivered to me in JUNE . This is not upto the marks all the BLUE colur fabric start rupturing and it got removed from maximum place. is ythis what flipkart is selling, this is worst bag i had ever purchased and lost all my money . Now in just 2 months i have a plain white color bag . I wasted my 3500 rupees for purchasing this bag and it alll got wasted. Please let me know how can i get it replaced asap . Thanks, Nishi Vats

                      i have ordered being human trousers through flipkart, they have cancelled the order by them self and saying that we have cancelled the order. even though they dn't have any call record of ours asking them to cancel the order. above all 3 days back it was showing branch misrouted for the same order. i dn't understand how can they say branch misrouted when they have delivered a courier on the same address through same courier service a week back.
                      flipkart has the worst customer service. i thought of buying a laptop through them, but now i feel blessed that i have not ordered it through them. otherwise they'll do the same thing for the laptop also.

                        I am completely disappointed on the latest product - Medium Size " Vega off Road Helmet" which I bought through flipkart - Seller WS Retail. I ordered for a Medium size Bega Off Road helmet which doesn't fit my head and to my surprise I have no option to return of replace with a Larger size helmet and there is no option for refund of my money too. Even though the Large size is available in store there is no option for replacement of the same helmet type. I am ready to pay the extra charges for the replacement of a larger size of the same helmet type. Can any one help me. What am I supposed to do with the Medium size helmet which I bought for 1844 if its doesnt suit me ?                           Moto E - Not delivered -But flipkart sending invoice as sucessfully delivered. Hi, I ordered for Moto E Black in flipkart by 8th August 2014 (Order Id - OD[protected]). Till date it is yet to be delivered. Today i was shocked to get amail from flipkart saying that the item is delivered. I have already filed a complaint on the same. I am a regular customer for flipkart and have done a lot a purchases but never faced this kind of a response. Totally dissapointed with flipkart. See the below screenshots, The delivery address i have clearly mentioned in flipkart that the item needs to be delivered in Tindivanam But the FirstFlight courier company has mentioned in their tracking details as the item sucessfully delivered in Villupuram Utterly dissapointed with flipkart.                               I purchased Karbonn sound wave few days back. The order id is OD[protected] and the phone is still sealed packed. I asked the customer care that i want to replace it with different model to which they refused saying "there is no exchange policy for electronic devices" . I would like to know if a device is sealed pack then why flipkart cannot replace the model ? This is my first experience with flipkart and i am very disappointed. I buy online products from different organizations and i was happy but some of my friends suggested me to go with flipkart and i am really very dissapointed with flipkart.

                                  Hi this is Rajeshwar, I bought a Moto G mobile on flipkart.com Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] Fake products delivered by FLIPKART online shopping websit. I observed that my friends MotoG and mine are differing because of battery consumption. my phone is not getting charged while using wifi connection. and my screen is taking more than 60% of the battery consumption(but in my friends mobile its not more that 30% if we use any kind of apps). I kept for the return request on date Aug7 then on Aug 9 then again on Aug 12 now its 15thAug tomorrow.. If i call to customer care they are telling stories that for every call they will be registering a new complaint n they will tell that i will get call within 48hrs. So plz make My MotoG is replaced or make my money refunded..

                                    At 2.30, the courier agent phoned me when I was at the classroom teaching my students. The said person harassed me by saying that I had to receive the parcel at the very moment leaving my important task. But I told him that I must receive the parcel by 4 p.m. finishing my job. But he was so inhuman to me that he threateningly told me that if I receive the parcel at once then it is good otherwise it will be returned to the company. However I pleaded repeatedly but without any result. If this goes on everybody will lose faith over flipkart. It will be very embarassing to all o[censored]s. Please take care of it to get a solution. I am from Berhampore, Murshidabad. The courier person's mobile no. is [protected]

                                      Hi i have purchased XT1022(moto e) smartphone on 24th june through online with imei no: [protected]. Problems that are facing me are: 1. I am not getting incoming call and also that icon which is used receive cal its not working properly 2. I am not able to do outgoing cal also even for customer care also i am not able to cal 3. Every time my phone is restarted automaticall 4. Its hangs while rejecting the call. Please take some action within one and half month i am facing these problems.
