Hi, I registered for Xiaomi mi3 on 23rd July and today at the time of buying that product i was not able to buy. As it is available to only registered buyers i registered earlier but when i clicked 'buy now' i showed that i am not registered though i was logged in at that moment.And after again i reloaded that page and it showed there was some error and just after a few seconds it was out of stock! Though i was registered and clicked right at the seconds when the sell started till i was not able to get that. I dont think any legitimate people have got one and understands this as a kin d of business policy by fooling people. So i request to take adequate measure to it.Thank you Yours sincerely, Sushanta Haldar

I registered for Xiaomi mi3 on 20th July before and Last week sales day try to purchase while payment section not taking payments it has happened two three times after few minutes "Out of stock", Again yesterday at the time of buying that product I was not able to buy. As it is available to only registered buyers I registered earlier but when I clicked 'buy now' I showed that I am not registered though I was logged in at that moment.And after again I reloaded that page and it showed there was some error and just after a few seconds it was out of stock! Though I was registered and clicked right at the seconds when the sell started till I was not able to get that. I don't think any legitimate people have got one and understands this as a kin d of business policy by fooling people.

One more point yesterday morning I got a mail saying that "if I want purchase the phone I have login 2 and 3 hours before I can login then I will reserve my phone but I logged more then 3 hoarse before but no use .

Why should I login before 2 and 3 hours and why your company creating huge traffic to your web site and finally saying lot of responses so we are not able to delivered the product.

If you got more then one lakhs registrations flipkart to prepare to sale more then one lakhs but really only 20000 units sold and again asking to register next sales this is one kind of creating artificial traffic and fooling the customers.

What I mean by remediation is obviously something more than a 'sorry'. There is no place for 'sorry' in the professional world. It is some kind of cruel joke that Flipkart has pulled on the customers looking to buy Xiaomi's Mi3 phone

Please keep it in mind Customer are god to company.

This marketing strategy continues you will loose customers

    Hi, I am a current user of flipkart.com and on 28th July I registered for Xiaomi Mi3 mobile sale started on 29th July. I've received the successful registration email from flipkart.com for the same. Today on 29th July, I was waiting from 1:00 PM to finish the countdown counter at 2:00 PM for buying the phone. As soon as the counter finished, I clicked the Buy Now button on the next second however when i clicked it shows "Out of stock". I understand that there is a rush for buying Xiaomi Mi3 mobile but in a half or one second the stock cannot get out of stock. In my opinion they fooled people like us who are desperately waiting for the mobile to buy on flipkart.com

    I have also faced the same problem. They have created a bogus sale. This is just marketing startegy to promote Xiaomi Mi3 by creating bogus sale.

    I am also a register customer of Flipkart, Registered well in advance to buy Mi3 online.

    I was also waiting since more than one hour before 2 PM

    As soon as the countdown over Immediately within fraction of seconds I clicked BUY NOW link,

    But there is error / OUT OF STOCK

    How come true

    Flipkart should declare the NUMBER O[censored]NITS Available to buying online ...

    Or otherwise they are making fools to their customers.

    There are so many uncovered / hidden issues or reasons Flipkart should clarify and also should be more transparent to the customers.

    Somebody should take a stand and show them that a consumer is not someone who can be cheated by this bogus tectics.

    I feel humiliated only because I was waiting for an hour or so and within a friction of second it shows "Out of stock!". The mobile didn't matter, the only thing which matter is, they shold've restricted the registered users as per the available mobile stock, so that everybody can get one each and all get satisfied.

    Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal needs to get through all the user complaints against Flipkart or else websites like amazon.in is already there to takeover the online consumer market.

    logging in an hour early and waiting till 2 pm to buy doesn't guarantee you a phone. Stop blaming Flipkart for this, what can a store do when there is no supply and demand is so high. I guess your internet connection is [censored]ed up, I logged in at 1:40, was doing my work, reloaded at 1:59:56, waited till buy now button appears and pressed it, wow a Mi3 in my cart and by the way this was my "FIRST TRY". So stop complaining about Flipkart and get a decent Internet connection if you want one not the connection which takes 10 seconds to send click to Flipkart.

        I have purchased Nokia Lumia 920 from flipkart. When I went to the Nokia service center for a repair, they said that the piece is warranty void because the piece that was delivered to me was tampered. I conveyed this to flipkart and requested them to replace it with another one. They said it was not possible. I requested for a refund and they agreed. Flipkart has initially credited the money to the flipkart wallet. I requested them to credit the money to my bank account and asked them NOT to credit the money back to the credit card that I have used for purchasing. They agreed but however I did not receive any money till date. I do not get any satisfactory answer when I ask flipkart about my money back. They say they have credited the amount back to the CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I am no longer able to get my money back from the credit card holder. Flipkart clearly disregarded my request and finally did the same thing which I was asking them not to do. I have returned the piece to flipkart and the money has not been refunded to me till date.

Its already above the time limit and they don't know where my product is. How careless they are and inspite of paying more for 1 day delivery, I have not received my product. FRAUDS they are.

                I made an order for a shoe. The first time, it got cancelled, and on query was told that it was because I did not answer their confirmation call. I always order using my net-banking or debit card, so the need for confirmation call itself seemed not fair. Yet, without making any further complaints, I proceeded with a second order of the same product as per their advice and after a day, I contact the support to know the progress only to hear that it has been cancelled yet again because my account failed a credibility check. I have been surprisingly blacklisted, for ordering 3 mobile phones of the same brand at different times. Now tell me if am I the only one who seems to think that' a totally ridiculous reason? I am blacklisted for being a good customer. The worst part is that I was never notified. And to make it even more worse, the product is now out of stock and marked at a price Rs. 2000 above its previous tag. I have written 2 mails to the company through my product order window and to customer service mail ID. I am almost sure the reply will be an apology. If that's the case, then it will be my last ever association with Flipkart. Else I will make sure to delete this complaint.                 Problem seems to resolved, as the second order has now passed the processing stage and have been shipped. Although blacklisting an account on the basis of rigorous online shopping still doesnt make sense. Thanks to flipkart for listening to my complaint.
                sir i have same problem i booked many orders but all orders cancelled they didn't give any clear reason for cancelling and tommorow they are saying that your account is blacklisted even i paid full payment of order which i book but still they cancel in my wallet balance their is 4700 rs and now they are saying that you cant use this when ever i book any order they cancel ..
                What was my fault if they are cancelling my order continously without giving any reason..

                I had ordered intrl core i7 7700k processor from flipkart and was eagerly waiting to assemble my very first gaming pc.. And my dream destroyed when i saw an AMD processor insted of intel i7 yes im not kidding I received AMD processor. I called customer care they did not create return for me but asked me to wait for 2 days.. Why the hell should I wait for 2 day?? This is so silly i paid 35k for AMD processor which almost cost around 3k.. Did NOTexpected this from flipkart

                  Hi Team,

                  I haven’t yet received the EGV despite multiple follow-ups and calls!!!?????????????????????? WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE!!!

                  Multiple things were promised to me (listed below) but none have been fulfilled:

                  • The customer support rep promised that the EGV will be dispatched before 24th Jul’14 EOD – DIDN’T HAPPEN
                  • The customer support manager said that he will reach out to me before 23rd Jul’14 EOD with an update – DIDN’T HAPPEN
                  • The person who placed the order (Ram Ganesh R) received an email stating that the EGV will be delivered before 26th Jul’14 EOD (which is contradicting to the earlier promises!!!) – DIDN’T HAPPEN

                  For a Rs. 600/- worth EGV, I don’t understand what your problem is.
                  • You are neither letting me know what the issue is nor providing me a work-around to solve this
                  • You neither call me with an update nor attempt to solve the issue by getting in touch with me!!!

                  THIS IS SERIOUSLY PATHETIC SERVICE!!! THE WORST EVER!!! I REALLY DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO EVEN ESCALATE THIS!!!

                  ARE THERE ANYONE WHO IS TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER ISSUES @ FLIPKART??????????????

                  PLS PLS. RESPOND AT LEAST NOW!!!???

                    M/S Flikcart When you are selling anything to customer . Please inform them about customer services available in the respective city. I purchased the Moto G from Flipkcart dated 01.10.2014 (Order ID No. OD[protected]). In the last week it gave problem, then I find the service centre in Aurangabad (MS) from NET. The service centre available in this city is not responding. The contact no he mentioned is not in working condition. You are selling the product from other manufacturer hence you are responsible to provide the services to your valuable customers.Only selling the things shall not be a aim of marketing.                       I had Ordered 5 Tshirts from Flipkart and they cancelled saying these are bulk orders.(I had also received shipping email). Is seems very strange that 5 is a bulk order. I thought customer decides about the quantity of products he wants to buy not the seller. I only Thing is suspect why flipkart(cheaters) might have cancelled the order was there was a issue in there system and I had got lots of discount on the products. Couple of my friends who had placed similar orders had there orders cancelled with the same reason. Also the customer care people blamed me for placing bulk order instead of acknowledging there mistake. The Order numbers OD[protected], OD[protected]

                        Order Number - OD[protected]

                        I had ordered a Dell Vostro 15, 3446 Notebook (with Windows 8.1), from Flipkart for INR 39, 990. Flipkart delivered me a wrong laptop, Dell Vostro 14 Notebook (with Windows 8) this Monday. I raised this to the concerned team and they told me that I would receive a call back within 24 hours which I did not. The next day, I called back, and again was promised that I would get a call back within the next 24 hours, which again, I did not. A senior Manager Mr. Tarun, from Flipkart, failed to deliver his promise yet again. The next day, I again called up Flipkart, this time talking to 1 of the TLs named Mr. Gopal Krishnan. He told me that a wrong laptop has indeed been delivered to me and that I would get a replacement i.e. a Dell Vostro 15, 3446 Notebook, which I had originally ordered within 5 days. The next thing that happened left me dumbstruck. As soon as the call ended with the TL, I got an email saying that My Dell Vostro 14, Notebook would be replaced by a a Dell Vostro 14, Notebook. I still am, not able to digest the stupidity of this email. Firstly, delivering a wrong laptop worth 40k is such a grave issue in itself. Next, sending an official email saying that the wrong laptop delivered would be replaced by the same wrong laptop is highly shocking as well as stupid. The next day I raised yet another complaint with Flipkart, telling them about the stupid email that I received. Yet again, as expected, I was told to wait for 24 hours and that my issue has been escalated. No call received from them again, as again expected. I called them up yet again. They again said that my issue was under escalation. Yesterday, they replaced my Laptop with the same wrong laptop that they took away. This left me completely flabbergasted. I called up Flipkart again today, to ask, why is this being done to me. Now, the customer executive tells me that the laptop that I had originally ordered i.e. Dell Vostro 15, does not even exist and it was a printing mistake on Flipkart's Website. Somehow Flipkart managed to try and sell a Dell's Laptop that has not even been manufactured yet . Some more point I would like to mention are- 1) I've been calling Flipkart twice a day, since Monday- A total of 14 Telephone Calls. 2) Each and every time, the call duration was of more than 40 minutes, with me being on hold for 25+ minutes. Twice, they did not even care to connect me to their supervisor and hung up on me. 3) Each time, I was told that my issue has been escalated further i.e. a total of 12 times my issue has been escalated according to Flipkart. Even today, they said the same thing. 4) Each time, I received sincere apologies from Flipkart, so I have 12 apologies collected in my bank from them now. 5) Each time, I was told that I would get a call back from Flipkart within the next 24hrs, never did. 6) Each time, I was made sure that my problem would be resolves, it still has not. I have created an album, containing snapshots of- 1) My call Logs that I made to Flipkart since past 5 days. 2) Dell Vostro 15 Notebook being sold on Flipkart.com which was my original order. 3) Invoice received from Flipkart for Dell Vostro 15 Notebook. 4) The emails that I wrote to Flipkart and the responses I got back. 5) The configuration and model number of the Laptopa I received. I feel harassed. I have not received, after 8 days, what I ordered and they tell me to get a refund. I said that I do not want a refund since I want the laptop that was promised to me. I have all the snapshots, the invoices as well as the Call Logs with me. Flipkart, trying to sell a Dell Laptop which has not even been manufactured by Dell yet, is utterly shocking as well as deeply grave issue. Kindly look into this at the earliest.

                            SACHIN BANSAL: PROVIDING STUDENT SUBSCRIPTION OR STUDENT HARASSMENT? FLIPKART.com presently the online mega store is providing a special privilege called STUDENT SUBCSRIPTION. It is that privileged that it has ended up as a harassment. The deal is that you provide them with your time and they will provide you with special discounts! As per written records the subscription requires 3 working days to get activated but reality is that after giving each colleague 2 days time I have lost time that is can never be equivalent to the discounts being provided. The following are the series of events that I have had to face with so called FLIPKART.com’s Special Customer Support! 13th July’14: Sent a request for subscription by sending a scanned copy of my college id and received an email asking for 3 business days for verification and activation. 17th July’14: NO RESPONSE! Wrote to Mr. /Mrs. Supriyo of the Chat assistance complaining about the same where I got a reply”I have already escalated the issue to my concern team, you will get an update regarding the same.” And gave me an reference ID as OD[protected] 18th July’14: : Received an email from Asif Niyaz( Customer Support) who asked me for 2 to 3 business days of time and they would be back with an exact solution. Gave me a Reference Number:[protected] 20th July: NO RESPONSE! I wrote to the customer care again summarizing about all the previous problems and hoped for a solution. 21st July’14: To my surprise I was sent the same reply from students subscription email id that asked me to wait for 3 business days. I got fed up and wrote a complain on consumercomplaints.in, a received a phone call within 5 minutes where the person named Mr. Surender Kumar called himself the manager of Flipkart tried to resolve my problem by refunding me money. When I told him that student subscription involved no transactions he disconnected the call. 24th July’14: In the mean time the 3 days of waiting had again crossed and again I dint receive any response from the so called online STORE. In the evening I called up the customer support and spoke to a representative named Mr. Sharad Raju who heard my grievance I promised me a call back within a day’s time. I received an email from Mr. Ravi Kumar K who asked for 1-2 business days to come to an exact solution. 26th July: The wait was again over, this time the call was answered my Mr. Rohit Prabhakar who after hearing everything had nothing to say. He transferred the call to his team leader, the call was answered by Ms Sudha who dint turn out to be any leader of any sort and was just another customer consultant. The solution that she could provide me was she needed just a day’s time and my complain was on the top priority. On asking her efficient team leaders name she was numb and just kept asking for time. The reason given was an internal error! IS THIS SUPPORT YOU ARE PROVIDING MR. BANSAL? P.S: Even after my account had my name feeded all the emails I received where on different names.                                 Dear sir/madam We received MOTO G mobile on 23rd July 14 ( Order number: OD[protected]), I was having the problem in the mobile ( Mobile continually booting, not getting start), so I made request to toll free number on 24th morning at 11 AM to replace the mobile. They committee that, our Technical team will solve the issue with in 24 hrs. ( i.e, max 25th July at 11AM), but now it’s more than 50 hrs completed, still they are telling they will call today. I am not happy with Flipkart service, I need the replacement today itself or return the money which I gave to purchase the same.

                                    I am a very old flipkart customer and have placed many orders till date.

                                    I bought Acer E1-471 Notebook from Flipkart on 26th June 2014(delivered on 28 june 2014).

                                    Order No. - OD[protected]

                                    When I purchased this laptop, it was clearly mentioned as "3 Year acer India warranty" and I confirmed same with your executive before purchasing. (Track down your call records .. if you really have that data).All acer laptops at that time were showing as 3 year warranty.

                                    Yesterday I just went to same product page to see what's the price now... I was shocked to see Flipkart showing 1 year warranty.

                                    I thought Flipkart wont fool its customers .. I was sure that warranty for my product would be 3 years (as mentioned when I purchased.
                                    I called your customer support, they said it was never like that. Product has 1 year warranty only(you are literally making me fool... I checked and confirmed it before ordering..).
                                    Updating site information is in your hands... you can update that anytime...suppose you make it "6 months" tomorrow on your site..., the users who bought today with 1 year will be in trouble..

                                    After that I called Acer India customer support. They confirmed that warranty is till 27th May 2014 (thats 11 months only...not even 1 year... Remember It got delivered on 28 june)..Wtf it is...

                                    I would make the issue viral and make all customers call you who purchased acer laptops with 3 year warranty from your site.

                                    I want the resolution of the issue - either provide me the promised 3 year warranty (by coordinating with acer) or provide me full refund.


                                    This incident made me lose all my hope with Flipkart. I will never buy from flipkart and wont recomment it to anyone. Your company is getting more and more ethical as you grow more.

                                    I want a CALLBACK on [protected] / [protected] positively by today night. Call me after 5:30 PM only.

                                      Hi there, I am a steady customer of Flipkart and buy vouchers regularly to gift it to my friends. I notice that the vouchers are only available for WS Retail which limits me from buying desired articles from the wide repository of yours. Recently I purchased Rs.2500 worth vouchers which is lying waste for my friend as he could use it only for one voucher.                                         I ordered for the orginal Acer's battery which was bit expensive that the other compatible batteries that we see as other options And when the delivery was made I found out the company delivered the fake product inspite of paying more for a genuine stuff And the worst part is company assured me that, they will look into this matters and will take strict actions against the sellers Nothing is been done yet One of the worst online seller I have ever come across with And their services sucks big time I personally would not recomend anyone to buy any product from this online store, as they are big time cheats Regards Sijin
