Flipkart has blocked my ID. As I was returning a product, suddenly my ID got logout and when I was login again my ID was not login. It was showing that Your Flipkart account has been blocked. I tried many times to unblock my ID but I was unable. I lose my 1000Rs. Please help me to unblock my ID.

    I have placed Wonder-chef non-stick pan set order in flipkart on 23rd July 2022. I was promised, it will be delivered by 24th July 2022. Due to some issue they couldn't do it on 24th, so they postponed the delivery date to 26th July 2022.
    Still now I haven't received the product nor response flipkart.
    I had contacted the customer care and the response was not good. Either they make me wait on the call and disconnect or asks me to wait for some more days.

    Its been 14 days and there is no response from Flipkart.

    Still no response from anyone. ### service. People are just robbed by this nonsense company.
    Amazon is so much better when it comes to CUSTOMER service. Shopping in Flipkart anymore.
    I'm completely shifting to Amazon. No more Flipkart. Shame on you Flipkart, learn something from amazon

      I ordered 5 vouchers of BPCL on Wednesday 3rd Aug 2022. The order was placed and i paid Rs.4100 through credit card. The voucher was not delivered instantly however I discussed with customer care 4 times and each time they told that the same is approved and will be provided shortly to you on email.

      Further the order was Cancelled by the seller without citing any reason. Now this is a complete breach of buyer-seller Contract...

      Hi, i purchased myntra gift voucher from flipkart.com and after two days when i steps further to redeem it. It is showing "card has been deactivated". My card value is 1000*2. When i called myntra.com customer support, they were telling we can't help go to flipkart.com.
      When i asked to flipkart.com, they were telling go to myntra.com and no one is taking responsibility. They are cheater. Flipkart and Myntra both does not care about customer money which he earns after a hard work.
      Worst experience and very bad services. Seriously very disappointed with both. They both lose me as their valuable customer.

        Flipkart seller provided wrong serial number in second laptop there was almost 3 months over my grievance is not solved they were telling over concern team will call in 24 hours but now also not contact to me please help me . I am already raised grievance but not solved. they think i changed laptop if I changed laptop please send your technical team to check then also your not respond means you are the scammer. I have all the proof to prove your mistake.

          My older order not delivered after 2 two promise date given and then canceled the by flipkart without informing me

          According to flipkart customer care they will placed a new order and the product will delivered timely and not phases any issues in future order delivery but they donot deliver my phone after placing 2nd time ordered
          What's they want to do
          Very bad service 😒 😑
          They are only lies
          I haved flipkart membership but not any profit but also loss they donot give refund of previous order

            I ordered usmle first aid on 24 July 2022
            And paid 150 as advance after 4 days they cancelled my order without my consent and credited only 100rs and deducted 50 rs claiming cancellation charges...
            The order was never cancelled from my side still I have been charged 50 rs for that
            I have repeatedly tried to contact them over chat and call...for 10 days they kept on assuring me for problem resolution, wait for 24 hrs ...48 hrs...etc...
            And now they telling they can't do anything in this ...and won't pay my remaining amount ie 50rs

              Hi I ordered Timex analog Women's watch in Flipkart website on 25th July i received different product instead of receiving women's watch and i received men's watch ... i raised return request but i didn't receive any confirmation for return request so I reach to customer support team ... they said to update my mail id in my Flipkart account but it is not able to update in my account it is showing invalid login details.. it's already more than 10 days still i didn't receive any confirmation call or mail from Flipkart about returning and replacement request

                I have purchased many items with flipkart and using flipkart paylater emi . but my flipkart Account is blocked by flipkart team due to high no. of return and thats why i am not able close running emi and even not able to pay . that affect my civil score and i am ble to take another loan from any bank .. i am facing this issue from last 8 months and nobody is helping to me .. kindly help

                  1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week.
                  2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                  3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                  4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                  5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                  6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                  7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                  8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                  9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
                  10. I have booked above mentioned 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week. Then order deliver date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug i will call delivery boy and delivery boy said i am coming 5 pm. Then i am ready to wait. Then i am see 4pm order was cancel without any reason and without my permission Then i call customer care then customer care said order cancel as per your request But i am not request to any cancelation. Then 2 customer person said order cancelled by logistic team because order was damage. Then 3 customer person said order cancel by flipkart because customer not response. All customer person are lie and also not respond for any complain. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response and also consumer complaints are also not respond.
                  11. And also all Flipkart customer care are lie and wrong information passes to customer.
                  12. And your company is responsible then call me immediately.
                  13. No one was helping in my case, only called customer care but did not
                  solve my problem and also said please wait for 24 hrs. The first call will
                  be coming on 3 Aug at 4 pm then senior dex person said please wait for
                  24hrs But not solve my problem. Call me as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered this product and it was delivered on 25th July 2022. Since, I didn't liked the product I have initiated the returned and it got picked up for return on 26th July 2022. But since, then I didn't got my refund nor the status of the product is updated to be picked. When I connect to customer care, they only say to wait for 24 or 48 hours but never gives any resolution.

                      Please help me asap.

                          Hello I placed an order with flipkart on 23/05/2022 Order number- OD[protected] for Infinix Zero 5g mobile. My order delivered successfully on 27/05/2022. Now after some days flipkart cancelled my order. Now I am unable to download the invoice for the product. I continuously calling their customer care but they are unable to provide me the invoice. How can I get my phone serviced without the invoice? I also forwarded them the phone company box images with the IMEI number mentioned to prove them my phone has been delivered to me.
                          Please help me to get the bill/invoice ASAP.

                            That gift card is of Make my trip and it is not working and showing deactivated,
                            I have called 2 times to flipkart to take a look to the issue and open up my card but they wont provide any solution,
                            And now there site is showing that the issue is resolved, without providing any solution.

                              Hi, I ordered this Motul oil for my bike from flipkart, the information given on the website is 10W 40, but I received another grade, which is 10W 50, also it leaks (damaged), so I can not use it and I would like to return it.                                 My self is Pavan Kumar Gupta, I have flipkart plus membership on my registered mobile number [protected].
                                as on 21 July, 2022, I open flipkart app in my phone and i was shocked because it was logged out, when I tried to login it's showing that your account is blocked please contact to customer care to fix it.

                                I contact with Flipkart customer care but they did not solve my problem yet. they told concert team will contact you within 48 hours but no phone call or e-mail done by them. I complained 4 times but there is no solution.

                                I sent an e-mail to flipkart regarding this case complaint ID IN[protected].

                                I want to ask why am I facing this issue? While I am flipkart plus member. Please mention all reasons to block my account.

                                All Purchased items details is stored in flipkart app, I want to download invoices of electronic gadgets but due to blocked my account I am unable to download the invoices. Supercoins, coupons and other benefits are available on my account. kindly unblock the flipkart account or give me compensation instead of my available credits.

                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                It's disgusting behaviour with flipkart plus members by flipkart team.

                                  This is the third time I am facing the same problem. My order id is OD[protected]. (Swikon star Printed Double Dohar for AC Room ). I have attached the video for your reference in my previous mail. Please assist and refund my whole amount as soon as possible. I have ordered again 4 blanket but received only 1 that too wrong product. The product is totally different, I haven't opened the parcel at first go but as suggested by one of the executive, i have opened it in front of their delivery executive who came for pick up only one product. After sending so many video and pictures proof they are not accepting my return request and not returning my money. I think either the seller or logistics team is do some kind of scam. Please help me get my money back.

                                    I ordered A Laptop Acer Aspire 7 on 4th Aug. Order Id OD[protected].
                                    And did online payment through Sbi Bank Account, After sometime i changed my mind and canceled the order but after canceling they didn't refund my money but on app it shows that refund completed.
                                    I talk to their customer support but they are saying that talk to your bank and bank says that their is no problem in your bank account.
                                    For preventing my self to such kind of problem i bought Digital Suraksha for Rs 50, 000 by Bajaj Allianz But still I'm facing this kind of issues.
                                    I'm a student who got money to my dad to buy a laptop and i didn't say to my parents now i hope you can understand my situation so please
                                    Help me to get back my money.
