I ordered 2 ac(whirlpool and Voltas ) by flipkart. but i got problem in voltas ac which was not cooling. i complained for voltas ac to flipkart. a guy came and checked and uninstalled for the replacement. after that no one came at my place.
I complained 4 time for the replacement. and today i got a email that the return request for this order has been cancelled as the pickup was unsuccessful. every time happening the same thing. hamesha expected pick time milta hai. or fir cancel ho jata. fir complaint raise krni padti. pata nahi yah kab tak chalta rahega. I am very fed-up with flipkart services.

    Maine Flipkart se ek Rs 27000 Phone khareeda 25 June ko, Us phone pe ye Rs6000 ka instant discount de rahe the prepaid transaction karne me. Yaani jo payment honi thi wo[protected]= 21000 honi thi but inhone mere account se 27000 Kaat liye jab maine inko complaint kiya to pehle 1 month tak aaj - kal aaj -kal karte rahe, 1 month baad mere flipkart wallet me Rs2500 daal diya ye boltey huye ki next 24 hours me hum balanced amount daal denge, iss baat ko huye aaj 1 week ho gya hai now they are saying ki hum 2500 se jyda nahi de sakte.
    inke wajh se maine jis credit card se payment kiya tha uska amount bounce ho gya, mera cibil khraab ho gya.

        Dear Sir/Madam
        initially i ordered an item from flipkart on 27 th july and the expected delivery promised date is on Aug 6, 2022. but the delivery didn't happen .
        when i contacted the flipkart team they've said that due to technical glitch your order was unable to deliver an kindly please cancel the order make new order.

        as per them, i have placed new order on Aug 7, 2022 and promised date was Aug 9, 2022. suprisingly they have said that change the date of delivery so that you could except earlier.

              I fossil the carlyle smartwatch worth rs 14995.it was open box order so when deliver boy came he was in hurry so he open the box shipping box was good but product box was tear and stick with tape and the product box was open not sealed so i thought it was open box so it doesn’t have seal then i got watch and try to switch on but its doesn’t have battery so deliver boy say its doesn’t have battery he doesn’t have time that i can tell him to wait until charge he said charge it then i come and see the charger was differnt as i show it online then i charge it its show some light then off it doesn’t start at all and then i saw there is no badge of company on back side of watch and on writs belt and there is no slot pf changing the belt i buy the watch that have changing belt facility its doesn’t have it was totally fake product and i complain on flipkart app they rejected the call me and get my confirmation they cut the call or silent it i need help its my money i badly need help.please help me

                      As I purchased Hindware Acero Neo 15L geyser on 30/07/2022 and product was delivered on 01/08/2022. But still now any of your agent contacted me for installation and demo. I have contacted for customer care several times, and they also missed promised dates so many times. so what was the solution for this problem. This product has only replacement request and no refund policy. So what should I do with this product without installation? I have spent Rs.4999/- for this product. and your customer care executives are also very irresponsible. so please look into this matter. Thank You

                        Since 2 months i am try to get my order from Flipkart but they don't help, now they say take your money back but what about my time 2 months

                        Yes true. We should never place prepaid orders. Just place COD and play with them. Then they will know the customer's pain.

                          I got this Fire Boltt Bluetooth calling Smart Watch on 3th august and after seeing that on fire boltt website it shows that this watch is having swimming mode available on this watch . But when I see in watch activity section this swimming mode is Not Available inside the watch .
                          ON 4th august I placed RETURN REQUEST on flipkart to Return the product
                          and then I got the mail from the flipkart that please provide some pictures of packing and box to confirm the return request this mail was sent on 6th August and I Provide the Pictures to them on 6th August . After that I got another mail from flipkart THAT we are looking into the concern and will resolve it by 8th august . now today they mailed my that your concern is forwarded to team and will be resolved it by 12 august 2022. flipkart is not looking to matter responsibly . I have contacted them more than 5times they tell me to wait for 72 hours on 6th august so that they can resolve the problem and NOW today the sent a mail to me to wait for 12 AUGUST .
                          They are not serious about the Matter and Problem .
                          As the specification on the website of the watch and the specification on the watch are different it is waste for me . OD[protected] this is my order id . they are not proceeding the refund to me.

                            I M. Sai Chandra Kumar, ordered some of medicines.. ( Order I D is #[protected]) on 11th. July 2022, they delivered the same on 13th. July . But they delivered one medicine with less quantity. On the same day I made complaint regarding the issue. They arranged for return of the order. And picked up the same. After that they initiated for refund. But as on today there is no refund made to my account or in my Flipkart health+ wallet. Almost daily I sent emails and called to their customers support team.
                            Please make the refund amount either in Flipkart health wallet or in my bank account ( Bank account details already given to them)

                              I had ordered 2 recliners (Rs. 13050 each after offer) on flipkart. Flipkart didn't pickup the item from the seller's place. I had been on call with them for a week from Aug 1 2022 to 9th Aug 2022. They suddenly willfully cancelled my order without even consulting with me. I try to contact their seniors but they just tactically disconnect my call and act aloof. Now my offer price is gone, the item is unavailable. I bought the item after waiting for months for its price to reduce. They just keep telling me about unforeseen circumstances, which they are not revealing. Now Flipkart is not taking any responsibility and is treating me like I am dirt. I have been a flipkart customer since 2008 and this is the thanks I get. I did so much research into the item and I liked this one for the material, price and the type. It is already very hard for people to shop with so many bad products flooding the market. Now flipkart has ruined my purchase and not even compensating for my effort and time.

                                  At first place Flipkart sent a wrong product that is rakhi set and instead of taking it back, giving force replacement. Replacement will take atleast 5 days but rakhi festival is day after tomorrow, what will I do with the replacement once the rakhi festival is over.

                                  Have called them many times and insisted for refund (669 rps) but they are refusing for refund.
                                  Please help me as customer always suffers.

                                    I ordered few items from flipkart and they delivered wrong products. after too much of discussion they accepted return for 2 and exchange for 1 item. but after exchange also they gave same old quantity.

                                    I faced issue with multiple items in the same order.

                                    problem1 . Order was for aluminum laptop stand but i received plastic stand, i asked about the same initially they were saying no return policy but finally they returned it but did not replace it.

                                    problem2. Order was for a cream of (15 * 2) gm pack i.e 30gm but the one i received was for 12*2 i.e. 24gm after complaining the ask for exchange and in exchange they gave 12*2 gm again.

                                    problem3. bluetooth speaker was not of good quality and asked for return, after doing lots of discussion they agreed for refund that too they cancelled refund once and placed 2nd attempt

                                    in doing all these i got frustreted with asking customer support and finally i lost the bank offer also which i had applied as instatnt discount but they provided wrong products and did not give right replacement hence finally order amount got reduced by around 30 rupees and offer got revoked. they gave only 324rs refund in place of 617rs saying adjustment of offer amount because now it's not qualifying for the card offer.

                                    so, it's like they are do false promise on the website and selling wrong products to customers and customer is loosing money in terms for offer discount or wrong product acceptance.

                                    Very disappointed with flipkart sevices.

                                      My account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked and after reaching them so many times, yesterday I received a mail saying, "We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                                      The customer care executives have a static answer, "We are sorry but we can raise your complaint."
                                      The exercise is useless and nonresponsive.

                                      I think I am getting the issue as I have recently bought a faulty mobile phone with order id OD[protected]. The return request was accepted and the technical team visit has done twice but the technicians couldn't resolve the issue and hence suggested the return. Now as the account has been blocked I don't know the status of the return.

                                      I am thinking of legal action over it, so if anyone is there to help me out please reach me at [protected]@gmail.com
