It's been 10 days since I received my product and the time I saw the product I immediately requested for return because it was very old product which had girty sole and seems very used.
I am requested for return for more than 10 times but all the time seller rejected my request and every time flipkart asked any documents to submit I submitted it.
I tried to return the product in every possible reason available on their platform.my complaints get rejected everytime.
The product was worth 2200, but they only ask for 72 hours time to see my request and it's been 13 days since I got any solution.
If the product is not returned I will go and throw the product at the nearest flipkart office.

I had ordered for realme 9(Surburst Gold, 128GB) on 6th august 2022 and had paid the amount of rupees 12, 028(order ID-OD[protected].The amount got deducted from my account but the status is still order pending since 4 days. There is no proper response from flipkart support regarding this issue. I request you to kindly confirm the order or refund my money as soon as possible.

I placed an order on flipkart for grocery and i tried calling many times to delivery guy on Phone#[protected] he was not answering and after delivery marked he was busy i tried 15 times to call him. Very poor service this time
Disappointed.

I ordered a nothing phone one and got it delivered on 3rd August. After using the device, I noticed a green tint on the bottom area of the display panel. After researching online, I found it is a hardware issue. So I raised a replacement request with Flipkart, After struggling with the support team for days. On 8th august, They registered a replacement order. But also, a technician visit to confirm the defect on the device I received. The support also said, Only if the technician approves the defect. The replacement order will be accepted by Flipkart support.

The next day, the technician was assigned from Jeeves. I met the person in the evening. I explained to him the issue. He agreed there is an issue. Then he said he needed approval from his manager. So he took a picture of the issue and shared it with his manager and called him on a loudspeaker. Also, requesting me to listen to the conversation. He explained the issue to his manager. After a moment of silence, the manager said something which was not clear and ended the call. Next the technician said this will not be approved by us. I will have to contact Flipkart support to get the replacement approved. Also, he shared his phone number and said he can make a fake report and get this replacement approved with some exchange of money, then he took off.

After a while, I received a notification that the replacement request was canceled.

Then I reached Flipkart support, Explaining my experience and concern. They raised a ticket saying a senior person will reach out to me for resolution, The next day morning, I got a call from the support, the support person convinced me to go through the technician visit once again.

Later that evening, A new technician came to check the device, and I explained the issue again. This person also confirmed there is an issue. Finally, he said this issue cannot be diagnosed through the diagnostics app. so he cannot approve the defect. I asked him to tell the same to the Flipkart support but he denied it by cursing Flipkart and their return system. again this person also told me indirectly that he can help with this process positively in exchange for money.

At this point, I understood flipkart and Jeeves and are scams who played me. As my return period has expired, There is no point in contacting Flipkart support.

I feel so bad and stressed by how Flipkart treated me.

Sir I ordered a product trough flipkart but Product is missing from Package and when I complaint in flipkart my account is blocked by costomer care and no any help provide by flipkart if flipkart not help I transfer this case on consumer court my lawyer mr manish Singh (Delhi consumer court) if you help me before 12/08/22 I close this matter order I'd is od[protected] please help because costomer care not help me every day I call 30-35 times in flipkart but no any resolution receive please help me

I have ordered sofa on 09th July on Flipkart with Oder ID- OD[protected] and they have promised to deliver on 25th and they marked it delivered, however I still did not get the product or nor any call or msg from delivery person and even since then I am calling everyday Flipkart and they are just ignoring my concern I paid 14534 Rs and its more then a month now everyday this people just give fake promise 24hr to 48hr for resolution and till date i have nothing, my money is with them and no product no service nothing they just doing cheat.

One more issue with Oder ID-OD[protected] they charged for coffee table and same trouble no product no money refund everyday calling and wasting my time on top mental pressure no one is taking accountable for the issue and helping I paid 10500 for this product .

Overall I paid 25000 with no product and service just cheat going on online.

I have order Huggies BABY DRY TAPE DIAPERS, SIZE LARGE-L (52 pieces) from Flipkart with order ID- OD[protected] but unexpectedly i received MamyPoko pants-XL 2 pants today i.e 10th August 2022 which is not expected from Flipkart.
I have raised an issue with flipkart but they said these items has no return policy, so i am helpless now and in need of your help so that i will received the exact product i ordered and I would like to request to take action against Flipkart and the seller company so that common people like me will not suffer in future.

I have ordered Nokia 215 4g DS 2020 on 24 July. Flipkart shows it should be delivered to us by 28 July. It is not delivered by time and it is automatically shows it will be delivered by 4th August. We have waited for the order and system is showing order is out for delivery since 28 July. I called customer service number and representatives are not giving us details for the order. I tried to cancel the order but it is not possible from my side or company side. They are just giving us 24 hrs waiting time every time.
Please make them to fulfill my order or make them to cancel and get me full refund.

My order number is OD[protected]. It has been 2 days and order has not been shipped.
Please assist.

मेरे द्वारा किए गए ऑर्डर की आर्डर आईडी OD[protected] है। जिसकी डिलीवरी अभी तक नहीं हुई है, डिलीवरी की डेट 7 तारीख बता रही थी लेकिन उसको आगे बढ़ाकर 9 तारीख किया गया था 9 तारीख भी निकल चुकी है अभी तक डिलीवरी नहीं हुई। श्रीमान से निवेदन है मेरे द्वारा किए गए ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी जल्द से जल्द करवाई जाए।

My order showing cancelled but i didn't cancelled it.

Dear Sir,
I have received above order on 01.08.2022 containing curtains in name of Panipat Textile Hub... Length of curtains was short at my place, so i requested for return of the product on 02.08.2022. Return request was cancelled at your end on 03.08.2022. Customer care officials advised that return request was cancelled due to some technical reason; you may place a fresh request. I again requested for return on 06.08.2022.


Surprisingly again return was cancelled on 09.08.2022 at 7:17 PM & no pick was arranged by the flipkart. On contacting to customer care on 10.08.2022 at 11:00 AM, now they are asking that seller return policy for the said product is over. I am very shocked on that. Despite repetitive requests of return, no pick up has arranged by the flipkart and on the last day, they are saying that return policy is over. This is the cheating with the buyers. I request you to please arrange the return of above product, otherwise i will be forced to approach consumer forum for making complaint against the flipkart.

I am purchase smart tv from flipkart dated 18.07.2022 and flipkar delivered tv dated 28.07.2022 and installtion promise date 29.07.2022 but tv not intalled till date i am try to contact flipkart helpline center but not positive responce by flipkart Ordered Id OD[protected].

I purchased a Whilpool Triple Door Refrigerator from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 01/08/2022 worth INR 35, 890.The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 02/08/2022.

At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 03/08/2022. I have mentioned to the Flipkart delivery that the product is damage and requested for Replacement. They were suppose to take the product...

I am unable to get my order because your delivery boy say i am delivered your order, because you are not connected but actually I am connected with him and he say i am far away for you and that's not my area thats why he can't deliver now what can I doo.

Please deliver my order today or tomorrow,
And I have one more issue, i am unable to get my refund amount in credit card of my last order, so please resolved my issue.

I ordered a asus rog zeyphyrus g15 laptop on 6th of August 2022 and today is 10th August 2022 and it's still not processed by the seller and i paid all the money 1.25lakh
Through credit card now im scared will you guys ever ship my order or not . please check this issue ASAP.

I ordered for PASEO smart int. Tissue paper 5 packs from Flipkart on 03rd August and to surprise Flipkart had delivered cheap and road side quality by name nice tissues with instructions product is not returnable nor refundable. I called thier support team and they said this is not refundable/ no return and simply rejected my claim.
I was regular customer for Flipkart and such fraud, cheating is beyond anybody expectations and their arrogant ADAMENT behaviour is to be noted. There are so many complaints on website and YouTube advising people to be careful with this fraud company. I had cancelled my pending orders and will not deal with this rough company
