Very First This is very worst experience with Flipkart customer support team, Im looking for strong disciplinary action against Abhieshek (Sr. Customer care executive) and Aman executive-Customer care.
They both hangup my call by putting me on mute and wasted my official time without resolving my issue.
Second i need compensation against my order for Ikon watch as flipkart cancel my order without taking my consent.Both guys kept me on long waiting for this order as i ordered this watch dated 25/08/22 and commited to deliver by 27-07-22 but till 05/08/22 they were giving next date fir delivery and in last they cancel order without taking my consent, also they mark my complaint as resolved from thier end without giving me proper closure.
Very very worst experience with flipkart very first time.
Looking for compensation for this harassment and want immediate strict action aginst above mentioned unprofessional poor customer care executive.
