I ordered realme wireless buds for Rs 2500 from Flipkart and it got delivered on 6th August. But I received the defective product and since the day of delivery I am contacting Flipkart that I have received a defective product, please help me to return it as I am not able to place a return or replacement on it. The app shows that the product was open box delivery but at the time of delivery it was not being opened so I am not able to place a return on it.

Flipkart executives are just telling me to wait for 48 hours and 24 hours since 9 August and today is 14 August. My policy for return has been ended as it was valid only till 13 August. This is the pathetic experience of Flipkart the customer care just makes the people to wait and they are not returning my order. For this Amazon is much better than Flipkart. I have enclosed the images of my buds. Kindly resolve my complaint. It's a humble request

    I have recently purchased a dining table seeing the "Quality verified" tag by flipkart. I placed the order on 26th Aug 2022, i received the product on 8th Aug 2022. I unpacked the product the next day and found that the quality of the product is bad, really bad!!! There were cracks at multiple places on the chairs and on the table and there were holes in the table which was filled by wood scrap, if you just sit on the chair it shakes. I don't understand the significance of "Quality varified" tag here, maybe Flipkart is trying to make fool of customers, if you just sit on the chair you would know the quality is so poor, guess flipkart after all didn't check the quality and fooling people with the tag.

    I immediately placed the replacement request and the technician visited on 10th Aug and he packed the table and told "you would be getting someone to pick up the product today or tomorrow", it's 14th of Aug no one visited to pick up neither there is any update from flipkart. The customer support is NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. The expected pick up date on the app is 11th Aug.

    I want a resolution immediatly.

      I have ordered Inno3D Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 X3 OC LHR on 3rd August, 2022 for 49, 998/- prepaid using Kotak bank and it is confirmed by the Flipkart with order ID: OD[protected]

      The status on my Flipkart account is showing the order has been order has been picked up at 3:17 PM 3rd August, 2022 and also showing it has been delivered at 11:59 PM 4th Aug, 2022 which is midnight. The delivery is not being done and when I check the status page, there were no courier company details & tracking ID. When we reached out to Flipkart customer care, they are conveying that order is not even dispatched yet.

      After series of calls with customer care they have given that issue will be resolved by August 8, 2022 and then August 10, 2022 and again by August 14, 2022. Now, its been 10 days since they haven't resolved our issue. I want full refund from Flipkart as they are unable to deliver the product.

        I ordered my product on 4th August consisting of product whiskas cat dry food, temptation creamy, and a dairy whitener. Delivery was supposed to be on Sunday 7th August. Since then they have been continuously rescheduling the delivery and customer service are also of no help they just say to wait for few days and now i has been more than a week. It is a prepaid order as well they took my money and it's like they do not want to deliver the product, also there is no option to cancel those orders under some policy of theirs.
        So, i need to be compensated for the false delivery date and this worse service both from online store as well as customer service.

            Hello,

            We are getting fooled by online flipkart company

            i order as a see a product on screen and got delivered different color

            though they have written multicolor in product description

            but what i am buying is as per showing on screen color..
            if they have not same color than why to show for order
            now they are claiming that its not returnable item and not accepting my complaint

                I have ordered livepure mattress and wakefit pillows set of 4 & cushions set of 3 on 5th august 2022 at 12:57AM. After 4 days without an intimation the livepure mattress was cancelled from flipkart end. the remaining two products were not delivered till toady (i.e., 14th august 2022) and shipping information is provided for these product still it is in ready to ship status. for this i had a conversation with customer support team name indraja, she is least bothered about the concern, her behavior is unethical and she didn't have respect towards the coustomers

                  There was offer ongoing 10% discount on kotak mahindra bank debit and credit card but i didn't get any discount before placing order i did ask customer care about this and he told me to place order cashback will be credited after that but after placing order now Flipkart customer executive are saying that discount offer are given by bank so contact them.i did purchase my product from your site not from any bank.I did contact my bank and they are not helping either got scammed by Flipkart.

                    I had ordered voltas 1.5 ton 3 star split inverter ac White from Flipkart account on 17th July 2022, which was delivered on 28th July 2022 when I opened the delivery. I found that the main part of voltas ac was missing and in its place.and in its place was iron rod and thermocol and huge amount tools 🔧 when i sent its video photos and unboxing video to customer care they rejected the return and later they accept the return and tell their customer care that we refend you in 24- 48 hours , but the refund has not come yet and the call speaks on every call again and again wait 48 hour . I'm flipkart plus members but flipkart customer wait ... before 17 days I WANT
                    Refunded asap.

                      I had ordered dji osmo pocket of mouth kit alone with it but it's not compatible with my device and not working without it .. Flipkart doesn't responding for return and refund issue and ordered product amount is of ₹32990
                      It's huze loss for me so i am complaining against it please concern my request and do the need

                        Sir,
                        1. I have booked above mentioned Realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that
                        item will be delivered in a week.
                        2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he
                        is coming to deliver the item at night. I am astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                        3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                        4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly
                        waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                        5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                        6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                        7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                        8. Earlier also my Realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                        9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
                        10. I have booked the 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got a message that the item will be delivered in a week. Then order delivery date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug I will call the delivery boy and the delivery boy said I am coming at 5 pm. Then I am ready to wait. Then I saw that the 4pm order was cancelled without any reason and without my permission. Then I called customer care then customer care said order to cancel as per your request But i am not requesting not request to any cancellation. Then 2 customers said the order was cancelled by the logistics team because the order was damaged. Then 3 customers said orders were cancelled by Flipkart because customers did not respond. All customer people lie and are also not responsible for any complaints. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response.
                        11. And also all Flipkart customer care lies and wrong information passes to the customer.
                        12. And your company is responsible then call me immediately.
                        13. No one was helping in my case, only called customer care but did not solve my problem and also said please wait for 24 hrs. The first call will be coming on 3 Aug at 4 pm then senior dex person said please wait for 24hrs But not solve my problem. Call me as soon as possible.
                        14. Today the same case order id OD[protected]. Without any information, the order was canceled. Call me as soon as possible.

                          The delivery agent had come to deliver a new phone exchange of an old one .At the time of checking the old phone he added the double amount for a single fault and I told him this is wrong then he started misbehaving . He doesn't even know about the rules and regulations regarding the exchange of the phone. so I request you to take action against him, and next time please send someone who has all the knowledge about the field in which he is working.

                              The serial number of my Apple Pencil 2nd generation on the invoice doesn't match the serial number provided on the box of the product.
                              I have sent the pictures of the box with the serial number to [protected]@flipkart.com too.
                              I was promised that the issue will be resolved by 13th August. But it was not. Now the issue is still getting delayed to 17th.
                              How can the someone print a different serial number? Maybe the seller doesn't care and just writes down a random number as Apple products always have Alphanumeric serial numbers.
                              Maybe I was given a refurbished product that's why they didn't provide me with the real serial number.
                              I just want the invoice with the serial number of my actual product as is my right.

                                Hi Team,

                                Writing you to express disappointment in delay in order delivery of Order # OD[protected] and OD[protected] ordered on 10th Aug and 11th Aug respectively. Since it was showing the delivery on very next day of placing the order, it has not been delivered till date.

                                This is a clear example of poor service at Flipkart's end and false promises that Flipkart made to their customers and not able to fulfill what's being promised.

                                And, to the fact that this is not the first instance of late delivery, there are multiple cases happened already which make me compelled to file a case against you for mental harassment.

                                If you cant keep up with your promises and keeping your customers cheated in one way or the other then better to shut your operations down.

                                  I bought a Samsung 4k TV from flipkart and got delivere on August 10 2022 and installation amd demo scheduled on 11 August 2022 . On 11 august nothing happened. I waited for another day and on 12 August iraised a complient in flipkart . On 13 August 13 My installation and Demo got cancelled . Knowing this i contacted flipkart and they tell me that please wait for 5 days . So that they can study the issue . But nothing is going to happen they just fooling Customers . My return policy will end soon . If there any complaint they will reject my return because date expired

                                      I ordered a Realme Pad X - 4 GB RAM 64 GB ROM 11 inch with Wi-Fi Only Tablet (Glacier Blue) (Order ID- OD[protected] from Flipkart on 6th of August, 2022 at 3.48 pm and the Scheduled time of arrival given by them was 9th of August, 2022.

                                      I paid the order with my DEBIT CARD. Amount is India rupees 17, 999.

                                      Order was processed on 7th of August, 2022 by the Seller. But soon the order was abandoned by the courier company and Flipkart remained struck-dumb about this situation.

                                      I felt agitated and called the customer care service of them on 9th of August, 2022. They took the call and lodged a complaint about the shipment procedures and gave me a stipulated time of 13th of August, 2022. Already the delivery got late by 4 days.

                                      Till 11th of August, 2022 I noticed no shipment procedure was initiated. By getting displeased by this, I called the customer care again on that day. They again gave me a excuse of shipment failure and lodged a complaint. Date got shifted to 15th of August, 2022.

                                      Agitated and worried I took a decision to cancel the order on 11th of August, 2022 at 3.51 pm. They processed the canceled order and gave me 2 days of refund process.

                                      After all turmoil and hurdles, I noticed that refund process is also getting delayed. I once more yelled at the customer care service. Again they gave me a date of 21st of August, 2022.

                                      Till now I am feeling hard-pressed and irritated. This stony hearted attitude by the company (Flipkart) is sad.

                                      Now I want my money refunded as soon as possible with monetary compensation due to set back in delivery and worst customer service.

                                        Reviews neither getting live not showing in the my reviews section

                                        I have purchased a lot of products from Flipkart and reviewed the same. But recently after purchasing the product when it gets delivered and I try to review it it neither shows in the "My Reviews" section nor gets live although it says reviews submitted successfully. I have even requested a call and complained to the customer care. They said they would resolve the problem but they didn't. I want my reviews to show. Please fix this problem...
