I have ordered for a puma shoes around on the first weak of July and got delivered on the same week itself. But when I opened up the package, I was terrified to see that the shoes was missing from the package. The package was all perfectly sealed. The brand box was alse there inside the package. But inside the brand box the shoes was not seen. I contacted Flipkart customer service for the same, since they told me that no replacement is available...

I purchased boat earphones from flipkart with order OD[protected] in July-2021 and
Recently i noticed that the left side is not working. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

I have been using shopsy to sell products to my neighbours and family members and relatives to earn some side income and succesful got 100+ orders but from 14th July i have not received my Margins which i waa receiving usually till 13th July. please look into this matter and help to resolve this issue....

Even after multiple attempts reaching i still can not get my account unblocked by customer care of flipkart ( [protected]@yahoo.com ), they dont even tell me the reason and there was some money in that account which I could not use because of this mess.
I hope this portal teach them a lesson about the consequences of looting innocent customers....

Hi defective product has been given and service engineer is not visiting dispite if many follow up, it is more than 15 days...

I am trying to buy goods from Flipkart, but suddenly all the products are not deliverable to my both pincodes(360004 & 360005). So I raised complaint in chat box and customer support executive named Ankit Chauhan suggested me to use different pin code. I tried other city's pincode and same issues with that.
I tried for Mumbai same issue.
