I ordered an item through flipkart using Zest money emi as the payment option. Zest Money has approved the loan and the loan amount has been disbursed to the flipkart. But the order is still pending. I ordered the item on 5th August it's been now 11 Days and the status of the order is still pending. When I raised issue with the flipkart they told that the issue will get resolved by 72hrs. After 72hrs the flipkart automatically shows that the issue is resolved, whereas the original issue is not getting resolved. The flipkart isn't properly taking this issue as serious. Some of their representatives calls daily and will tell that "their team is looking into the issue" . After 10days also the issue doesn't get resolved.

Yes At last after 14days of the transaction the money has got refunded back .And my active loan got closed by today. After tremendous calls to flipkart and zestmoney the issue stands resolved..

    Flipkart orders not delivered - Order No. OD[protected] & OD[protected]

    My two Flipkart orders No. OD[protected] & OD[protected] still not delivered. Payment done.

    Flipkart keep extending the delivery dates.

    Request to kindly look into this and refund me my amount as delivery is not done so I purchased item locally.

    Pls cancel the order and send me refund.

      I ordered a top and a dress from flipkart, the order was prepaid.
      on the day of delivery, I was not available, so my mother took the packet. the delivery guy gave her only one packet and I received only 1 code which was shared with the delivery guy at the time of delivery, when I opened the packet, it had the top only, however the my order section in my flipkart account showed both the items delivered, I am trying to reach out flipkart to resolve this but no help.
      I am definitely not going to shop from this stupid website ever again and would request everyone if you want to order something from flipkart, order cash on delivery only.

        I purchased 1000 rs swiggy gift card from flipkart at 18% off @820 rs. On 3rd August but i haven't received gift card yet. Almost 2 weeks gone but they are not responding kindly take action against flipkart.

          Dear Team,

          This is to bring to your attention that I had ordered a Grey Color JBL Flip speaker,

          After delivery when I opened it I saw a blue color and did not open it fully and packed it to send it back for replacement, and then my replacement was rejected without any reason
          To which I have even filed a complaint at the consumer complaint redress al

          How ever today as I spoke to Avinash at customer care he informed me to open the package and take photos to upload the same

          On opening the package I realised another thing that its not even a JBL product and its something fake in blue color

          Request you to look into the same and send me the JBL Flip Grey Colour that I have ordered for

          Looking forward for your help asap

              I ordered a phone from Flipkart. It was not delivered and customer care kept on assuring us that it will be delivered today, tomorrow. But suddenly after 10 days, they cancelled the order.

              I again placed another order, but again they did not deliver the phone on the delivery date. The customer care kept on saying it will be delivered by 7 pm. Then when it wasn't delivered, they asked to wait till 11 pm. It wasn't delivered. Then they extended the delivery date to the next day and kept on doing it everytime. So finally after 5 days, i had to cancel the order after getting no resolution from the customer care after multiple calls i made to them.

              I then made 2 more orders of mobile phones, where delivery was mentioned as 14 August. They did not get delivered. The customer care said it will be delivered by 7 pm, and requested us to wait. None of the phones got delivered. Then the delivery date was postponed to 15 August. But again it has not been delivered.
              Again they will keep extending the dates and one fine day, will cancel my order as they did the first time.
              Why are you not delivering mobile phones if you are taking orders and money from customers?

                  I purchased laxmipati saree but I received some other brand saree which is completely different so I placed a return request on which was within the return period because what I ordered and what I received were completely different saree in terms of brand, quality and price but my request was rejected 3 times and also I called Flipkart customer care nearly 30-40times in last week, till date I was told that I will get full assistance & support but got NO support from Flipkarts team & I also requested to talk to senior but my request was rejected every time, I requested for REFUND / REPLACEMENT because the problem is from Flipkart as they sent different brand saree ‘INDER’ INSTEAD OF ‘LAXMIPATI SAREE’ as well as rejected my return request is this a way of treating customers by providing fake product for worth Rs 1700 and not taking any responsibility and not responding or providing any solutions

                    I had placed an order of Rs.1704/- on 2nd Aug 2022, and the products are about to deliver on 10th Aug2022. On 6th we have got an sms that the product will be delivered on 8th, respectively we have received call on the given no [protected] for delivery. But it yet to deliver and in the app it is showing delivered. On 10th we have registered a complain on flipkart call center and they have assured us the issue to be resolved by 13th Aug2022. On 13th Aug against I have connected to flip cart call center and complain about the issue was not resolved. On 13th evening we have received an sms again for the issue to be resolved by 15th Aug2022. But it is yet to be resolved and now when I spoke to the flip cart representative over phone they are still asking 14hours time to resolve the issue.

                    Please help us to resolve the issue as I have completely lost faith on flipkart.

                      I have ordered a wall clock of kardio from Flipkart on 14 aug and paid money through wallet when product was out for delivery and it successfully debited 200rs but when delivery boy reached he told to give cash and said that the money will be refunded which got debited through wallet. BUT TILL NOW I DIDN'T GOT ANY AMOUNT ON MY FLIPKART WALLET

                        I bought a new 4 door wardrobe with The order I'd is OD[protected]. The order was delivered on 07.08.2022. since then, two attempts of installation has failed due to space constraints and finally the item remains uninstalled. But now Flipkart is not accepting the return request and rejected it. When I tried to reach the customer care executives they also tried to escape and did not raise the refund request when I formally told them to do it on my behalf since I was unable to do so through my app.
                        I talked to the customer care executives 3times but none helped. Then in tried to reach Flipkart through Twitter but to my surprise it also didn't work out.
                        I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter since they are trying to escape till 17.08.2022 and they will say that according the company policy 10 days has crossed for return and refund. I am attaching the screenshots of my app

                              I ordered the device in Flipkart app since my uncle lost his and I wanted to gift him. I chose the Quick delivery option and made payment using inbuilt Zest Money EMI option. My order no. is OD[protected].
                              My EMI was started immediately but the product was put on hold by Flipkart. I immediately tried reaching out to support and they were of no help. I kept trying and even reported to Zest money and Flipkart over Chat, phone, email as well as Twitter. They are not cancelling my EMI and making fake promises of resolving my issue. I kept waiting. Now its more than 4 fays and after reviewing the reviews by other people on playstore for the Flipkart app. I see that they are not even solving for 2 or 3 month. They have the worst customer support service. Need help.

                                My friend ordered a mobile phone for me on 8th august 2022. It was expected to receive on 13th august 2022 but not received till 15th august 2022. I contacted customer care. Now they are saying that it will be expected to resolve by 18th august 2022. I was very dissatisfied by the way they are providing service. Kindly request you to deliver my product at the earliest.

                                  I got my phone delivered on 10 th august, and there was an issue of screen flickering, they cancelled the replacement, again I was facing an issue with the speaker, but still they are not accepting my request. My order id isOD[protected] phone number [protected]. Please and the return window will close. I am using this as my primary device, and because of the issue, I am not able to buy a cover or a screen guard, as I have to return and get a replacement.

                                    It's been a lot of month i m using Flipkart as well.. even i m a plus member of Flipkart .. but 6 days ago i recieved a item from Flipkart that was different colour from what I order.. i ask for replacement that item and then after some time my account was blocked..
