      Dear Sir,
      For the occasion of rakhi behalf of my daughter, I booked a rakhi by the order I'd no.-OD[protected] from my Flipkart account for her brother, who is studying in IISER (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Tirupati), which is as famous as IIT, Tirupati, and situated opposite of that institute itself. And which has to be delivered yesterday(07/08/22). As per tracking it was reached to the nearest location also at Tirupati. I use to send lot of merchandise to him regularly in that same address through Amazon and others. This time I might be did the mistake through the Flipkart. Now today at 08/08 the order made cancelled without informing to the respective customer in his given mobile number also. Now there is no time even to send another RAKHI to him. Don't treat this as a simple order, this is the emotions of a sister towards her beloved brother who stays far from her.
      This is my request to take this matter seriously.

      Got a mail from Flipkart by asking the contact mobile number, which has provided immediately by me on 09/08/22. But no further activities has happened and not even delivered the Rakhi yet. Whereas the Rakhi ceremony has passed yesterday on 11/08/22. Company not even bother to take a call .

          Hi,

          This is regarding Order
          ID [OD[protected]] from Flipkart.com for product Samsung Galaxy Buds Live for which the invoice / bill I have received does not have product serial number on it. Also warranty card is not filled-up with any info ( Blank). As without product serial number being specified on bill / invoice service centre is not going to entertain warranty claim I had contact Flipkart customer care via mail and Call. They asked me to submit snap of product showing serial number which I had submitted. they replied me that they will be sending me updated invoice with product serial number but I am doing continuous follow-up now no one from customer care is responding to my mails.

          This is really un-ethical trade practise to sale product without proper warranty & bill. Also from legal stand point one should not sale product without specifying product serial number on bill for electronic products as brand warranty terms & condition states that without serial number warranty stands void.

          I am a regular buyer from Flipkart, Always I have purchased from them.

          This level of support is highly frustrating. I must say Amzone is way better in term of transparency and billing details. I have ordered several large appliances from Amzone never faced these issues.

          Now I have to chase these folks by wasting my time. If resolution is not provided in next 2 working days I will be forced to take legal steps by producing these bogus bills before authorities which is provided to me by flipkart.

            I did verify with the code from my email id, but unable to put the code sent to my old lost number, so the new number update is not getting completed.

              I’ve ordered 3 products, 2 got delivered successfully and 1 got cancelled by seller without any consent. When I see in the status it is mentioned as pin code mismatch.

              How pin code mismatch happened to only one product?

              When I call Flipkart, they simply saying place a new order and they too don’t know the reason for the cancellation.

              This is not for the first time happening to me and everyone I need to call customer support and they say it won’t happen next time. But unfortunately that next time never come.

                I ordered set of five sarees in flipkart order ID is (OD[protected]yesterday it got delivered but only 2 sarees were there inside the package, so we want to cancel the order but the delivery agent asked for an OTP at the time of delivery which we couldn't say because the person who has this otp wasn't not picking up the call, so the delivery agent told that he ll call after some time for the OTP.. But no call came from him... Hence the order status in flipkart app still shows arriving tomorrow... Because of not providing the otp... Not we want to return the order and want the refund... Only 2 sarees got delivered, if the status shows delivered only we can cancel and raise return request and claim for refund please do the needful

                  My self Somyaranjan Paramanik, do hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice:
                  1. I am being loyal to you.
                  2. That my concern purchased a Refurbished Apple iphone SE ( Rose Gold, 32 GB ) For Rs 11, 000/- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Only )from you.
                  3. It would be pertinent to add here that on third day it had a blast and charger point had bit smoke around it.
                  4. i want invoice of poco x3pro to be given as warranty is going to be over and i the phone is switch of from jun.
                  Details for flipkart reference are: account blocked no-[protected]; Email: [protected]@gmail.com, alt no - [protected];
                  5. That due to this incident my concern got much frightened and was very dissatisfied by your false insurance which you gave before purchasing.
                  6. After taking this matter escalated his case remained unresolved and wasn’t taken into considerations even after being a serious issue which could have led to serious health conditions.
                  7. After getting unresolved it from your end my client had to use phone for his work purpose as he had already lost lakhs of rupees due to many work appointments which got failed as he wasnt carrying phone so couldn’t knew about deadlines.
                  8. Due to the mentioned reasons he had no options then to make it repaired by his own money Rs 4000/- ( Rupees Four Thousand Only ).
                  9. That he purchased a Poco x3 pro phone on oct before whose invoice was not with me and you have blocked my account too for high number of returns.
                  10. Due to the previous mentioned phone i had to send it for replacement many times and because of such deficient items which he had to send for returns also he was blocked from your concern stating he did too much returns which is simply unjustifiable.
                  11. Due to your deficiency in services and damaged products, you blocked my concern without even giving him the invoice which was his need.
                  12. Upon umpteen follow-up’s, your concern didnot respond properly for which there were no options left then to go for legal ways.
                  13. i immediately wants either the reversal of the charges after not been getting responded by any of his calls and messages.
                  14. Now in the most deliberate manner your concern is trying not to fulfill your duties and liabilities towards me.
                  15. That i have kept the transaction, screenshots, proofs of payment, along with all details as an evidence if you want any further to verify.
                  16. That i approached your concern for a proper response and explanation but your reply was most unfortunate and you tried to bypass your liability.
                  17. That it would be pertinent to add here that i am facing much problems and cannot be led liable.
                  18. That due to these incidents and undesirable conduct from your end i am going through huge mental agony and has become fully depressed. Such harassment of my said client from your concern is now continuing in nature and without any permanent solution.
                  19. Thus, in order to resolve the difficulties of mine, I, therefore call upon you to handle the matter with utmost importance to look into the matter at the earliest and Refund Rs 11, 000/- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Only ) which might have been a serious accident, along with this he wants his account unblocked (as soon as possible before oct cause of the warranty )with my invoice of poco x3pro you are further directed to offer the unconditional apology towards me for the mental agony suffered by my client and pay Rs 15, 000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) for the act, false promises, inconvenience; delay till date which caused my client a lot of issues and conduct for which i have suffered a tremendous noetic agony.
                  Otherwise, i shall have no other alternatives except approaching the appropriate Legal Forum/ Court/ Tribunal praying for the grievances to be redressed according to the available legal remedies.

                        1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week.
                        2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                        3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                        4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                        5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                        6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                        7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                        8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                        9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
                        10. I have booked above mentioned 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week. Then order deliver date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug i will call delivery boy and delivery boy said i am coming 5 pm. Then i am ready to wait. Then i am see 4pm order was cancel without any reason and without my permission Then i call customer care then customer care said order cancel as per your request But i am not request to any cancelation. Then 2 customer person said order cancelled by logistic team because order was damage. Then 3 customer person said order cancel by flipchart because customer not response. All customer person are lie and also not respond for any complain. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response and also consumer complaints are also not respond.
                        11. And also all Flipkart customer care are lie and wrong information passes to customer.
                        12. And your company is responsible then call me immediately.
                        13. No one was helping in my case, only called customer care but did not
                        solve my problem and also said please wait for 24 hrs. The first call will
                        be coming on 3 Aug at 4 pm then senior decks person said please wait for
                        24hrs But not solve my problem. Call me as soon as possible.

                          I recently purchased an Asus Vivobook K15 OLED laptop from Flipkart. The product was highly faulty as whenever I tried to watch a video, the laptop would get stuck in the middle itself. Also, I would get this, Crackling sound every time I binge watched. I bought the laptop primarily for binge watching and this ruined my experience. I requested a return and when the technician visited, he fooled me into believing it was a software issue. The crackling sound never went and I am stuck with this fake product from TBL online. I once again contacted Flipkart service and the customer agent was very helpful and he initiated a return request quickly saying that Flipkart doesn't require to go for the seller's permission or job sheet when the complaint has been raised for the second time. I got a sigh of relief. But soon after 5 mins, I got another call from a Flipkart customer agent. That lady cancelled my return request and said that she just got a confirmation from the seller/brand that the issue was resolved through software updates. What a fool she was, I have all the proofs in the world that the crackling sound issue is still there. I have uploaded videos on Twitter tagging @Flipkart. But it's been a week and I haven't gotten any relief. What more should I do to return the laptop? I have spent 50k+ on this laptop. The more serious part is that this laptop is my third laptop bought from TBL online (seller). The merrygo round of return/replacement has been going as none of the laptops I got from TBL online through Flipkart works fine. All the Asus laptops have turned out to be faulty. Asus and Flipkart must look into this shady TBL online seller who is fooling customers by sending fake products. My laptop supposedly has a Harmon Kardon speaker which is a highly reputable brand. There is no way I would get that bad of audio quality if the laptop had Harmon Kardon speakers. I suspect TBL online put in some fake and local quality speakers to further their profits. But all I care about is for the laptop to be returned and my refund initiated.

                                I ordered pixel 6a on 4th of Aug and the product was supposed to be delivered on 5th and today is 9th and I still don't have any update about the delay.. The phone was available for purchase when I ordered it and now the CUSTOMER service says there is a shortage of phones.. I paid Rs. 40028/- upfront during the purchase post axis debit card offer was applied. The CUSTOMER service support is phatetic, as it is very difficult to get hold off a representative and even If I did after multiple attempts it is of no use because they have no knowledge of whats going on with the delivery and they simply read out the comment that is readily available in their system and never try to dig deep to understand the delays, when asked for escalation of the issue they put you on hold and disconnect the call after few mins.. I then had to call back again(on 5th) to raise escalation and this team now needs a week's time (until 11th) to find out the reasons for the delays.. I mean they are not even promising that product will be delivered by 11th but just need time for them to understand the delay reason.. how pathetic is this?? I stopped shopping with Flipkart long long time ago as I had bitter exp with them in the past too and now even after ages they still didn't improve their service. Just coz of this phone I'm stuck with these ### once again else I would have never ever done any business with these looser's.. We spend our hard earned money and on top of it face such unnecessary troubles. Can someone please bring justice to me and to all the people suffering with such Merchants like Flipkart.. Anyone, please look into this matter and kindly advise what can be done here ...

                                  I am very disappointed to inform you that service offered by Flipkart grocery is very poor. I have recently placed my Flipkart grocery Order ID - OD[protected].
                                  The delivery boy come to deliver the item with missing items. I refused to accept the order that I want complete order items or refund of amount for missing items.

                                  The delivery boys was very rude and he took the items and placed the order as delivered.

                                  I kept contating your support executive over call but they did not provided me resolution yet. The executive promised to provide me resolution bu today but now i am not able to connect with them neither they call me yet from their end.

                                  I would like your involvement here and assist me with refund of my money for the order placed under Order ID - OD[protected]

                                  I would appreciate your prompt response on this email with resolution.

                                    And at same time i had canceled that order
                                    Order has been canceled but i had not got refund till august 7

                                      Few days ago i came to notice that someone has requested cancelled/returned from my order section of my flipkart account. But i ignored it considering it was flipkart mistake bciz i have nevervrequested returned. But now i am trying to log in the same account, it says that your account has been blocked and contact customer care.
                                      Sir please let me know the issue that why my account has been blocked?

                                        Duplicate product recieved.It is not a Himalaya face wash it is just a duplicate bottle of Himalaya filled with some laundry detergent or a cheap handwash.It smells awful we can't use it has a handwash also. I tried to take some product and used it as a handwash my hand became very ichy full rashes and dry .The packaging was damaged and product was spilled all over the cover.The colour of the product is very dark.I raised this issue to customer care they told me since it comes under no return/refund policy they cannot process or raise refund even i received damaged product.When I asked customer can how they allow selling of duplicate product they just told me they can't do anything.I told them there are so many negetive reviews then also why they can't contact the seller and do something about it they just kept saying they can't do anything.

                                        The customer service does not really understand the issue they raised return request for different product intead of the himalaya face wash.I spoke to customer executive for half an hour but still no resolution.
