[Resolved] Flipkart — buy mobile but delivery done another person

I have brought redmi note 4 on 15th oct and its deliver unknown person and in my application that person address and all details now show.

As per my observation my number & that person mobile number last digit only change i was explained to flipkart team they are accepting his problem but still dont provide solution.

I have call recording also of flipkart banglore team who accepting this all thing and replying we will give money back or mobile handset.

i have raised complain by 19th AUG'17 and i got called from this number 4067958000 by 25th and his accepting problem and still not resolved.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Flipkart has deducted Rs. 196 from my flipkart wallet without any information to me. I have tried calling them multiple times. However, the automatic call operators cuts the phone - saying that executives are busy.

Please check on this and revert.
