I ordered mobile oppo f3 plus on exchange offer on 16/10/2017 and my delivery date was 23/10/2017. I didn't get my product yet & so many times i talked with your customer supporter, they gave me assurity that my product wil get in next two or three days all the times. Now i am loosing my patient and i am going to cancelled my order and i will also complaint in a consumer form that flipkart didn;t comlete their promised.
I am giving you last warning. If my product wil not deliverd till 29/10/2017, i'll cancelled it. My roder details are given below :-

Spoke to the customer father on [protected] as registered mob no is not reachable regarding this order cancellation issue. Apologized, informed him, customer did not get any proper update about the shipment status when it will get delivered, also we have taken so much of time to deliver this order, however we have failed to deliver this order, hence he has decided to cancel the order, after this cancellation seller has refunded the same amount which has paid by him for this order, however we have taken this feedback, we will ensure you that going further such things won't be repeated which is impacting our customer experience. hence we are closing the case.
my rating will be negative infinite(minus ka infinite)...

    Below is my last mail to flipkart yesterday but no reply yet

    Hi customer support

    At below trail mail you added 1 statement.

    We're sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled due to an unexpected courier related issue and the shipment was returned to the seller by 'ekart logistics'.

    If above stated is a fact then why your executive @ fb messenger is stating that we are working on your concern, we will get back to you over phone (Attached are some of yesterday's & today's screenshot of chat between me & flipkart fb messenger). That means either you people from customer support or guy from fb messenger is understanding me fool.

    Now you all wants me to utilise my skills to spoil name of flipkart by highlighting ur tag flipkart in spoiling way @ facebook & twitter, then you just wait. Kindly keep one thing in mind if customer can keep you one step ahead then he can again stressed you at bottom level also & you as a flipkart company wants me to do the same.

    I would be expecting now coming last favourable mail from flipkart otherwise now i will come in action for what i stated above.

      Respected sir/madam

      I've ordered 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and sandisk ixpand 128 gb pen drive which cost 1499 rs each and i did paid the money online and on the day of delivery flipkart seller cancelled my order in diwali festival.
      I ordered it on sat, oct 7th '17 11:14 pm and my delivery expected by fri, oct 13th '17 and the status of order didn't change till fri, oct 13th '17 and than they cancelled my order and refunded my money.
      And the refunded me 2798 and my remaining 200 rs was locked in phonepay.
      When i called there customer care they told me that there was price error. If there was price error that they should have figured it out on the next day of the order placed that is on oct 8th '17. But they didn't, they used my money for 7 days and canceled my order.
      I want that 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and at same price. It is wrong to fool people and use there money for some day. I don't how many more people they have cheated. I guess they are fooling people and using there money and giving them back after there work is finished. I also think that they might be fooling people and taking there money and investing it, gaining the profit on that money and then returning the money back.
      I want that ixpand drives and at that rate (I. E. 2998).

      They didn't do anything, they simply marked as resolved. They just apologized and did nothing. This complain was not resolved from my side..

      You should have figured out the price error as soon as the order is placed, but you figured that out on delivery date.
      I've seen many cases like this that they have ordered the product, paid the money and the order is canceled on the day of delivery.
      I don't want the refund, I want the product. How can you do this to anybody. It is your responsibility to keep customers out of problems and keep them happy.
      I was very happy for 7 days that finally I will get that product, but after the cancellation of order I felt really very bad. That was the most depressing moment in my life.
      You should give that product, at least 1 sandisk 128gb mini flash drive.

        I have ordered samsung on max mobile on 9 no cost emi but flipkart had converted it to the standard emi for which i have pay 1300 aproximately more which i have not able to pay more. I have followed the my complaint from last 20 days but no resolution and when i had call everytime said next day our executive called you, but no any call not any sms or email. So please issue my problem at your level.

          I had ordered a dining set on 24th september 2017, which was to be delivered on 17th oct, 2017. Still now there is no response from flipkart about the status of the product. They are mentally harrasing customers all the time when i called them. I have already paid through online banking. Now flipkart is not cancelling the order and not giving my money back. They are just fooling by making new promises with new delivery date.in what way we can file a police complaint against flipkart, please help

                This is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of providing all the information regarding the shipping of the item which includes the soft copy of consignment number, screen shot of dtdc courier status and photo of the item send by the courier, my problem which is promised to be solved by 26th oct 17 has not yet solved for no fault of mine.

                I have been awaiting for the past one week for the replacement which is still under process and the resolving dates get changed from 23rd oct 17, 24th oct 17 to 26th oct 17, now it is 30th oct 17 which is so frustrating.

                It is requested to kindly solve the problem by today i. E on 27th oct 17 and send the replaced item as soon as possible by this weekend or otherwise reimburse me back the money.

                Hopping for a positive response in solving my issue as soon as possible.

                  I am last 5 yrs shopping in flipkart. I place the order 07/10/17 of redmi mi 4 mobile and i received 11/10/2017 parcel. And when i open it then i show it is a mi power bank.

                  I was shocked. That time i immeditaly call flipkart customer care and till date regulary i called but not response from flipkart.

                  I already paid money 10999/-. Right now they people blocked my account and
                  No body answer to me and my account i bloked. Because i am daily call again and again. They are cheater. And they take my money and not given right product.

                    This was the complaint i sent to flipkart but they are denying it and their attitude is like i am lying and trying to do fraud with them. I am a regular customer of flipkart and have ordered dozens of products from them and this is the first time i am facing this.

                    Dear flipkart,

                    Get in touch with me as soon as possible. I have received your shipment. The bag was there in the package but instead of camera what i have found is two pack of detergents. May be the reason to send the most expensive detergents to me was so that i could wash of the dirt of embarrassment that i have faced in front of my family. The camera that i bought was to gift it to my wife on diwali. When she opened it what we saw was in the pics attached with this mail. I found this camera on amazon too and that too cheaper than flipkart but still i bought it from flipkart because i trust you guys. I am a corporate lawyer and have send you a legal notice or have gone to consumer court but i chose to right a mail to you because i know this thing has been certainly done on the lower level. I didn't want to to defame the name of your company thats why i didn't chose the social media way too unlike others. You are therefore requested to get in touch with me as soon as possible and make necessary arrangements for refund and compensation too.

                      Hello flipkart,

                      I recently bought vu 39 inch full hd tv which has 2 hdmi and 2 usb ports. Per the description, the usb port is compatible with usb devices.
                      But i'm unable to use this with my phone. This is not per the specification/feature mentioned.

                      The tv was delivered on 8th oct, installed on 11th oct. The installation technician confirmed that this usb port is not compatible with phones.

                      I have raised a request for return that the product is not per description on the 12th.

                      Flipkart sales executives are not understanding the problem i explain. They are not accepting my request. When i asked them to escalate the issue to seniors, an incident in[protected] was raised on 12th oct at 1:45 pm and was expected to be resolved by 17th oct 2017.

                      An executive finally on 12th confirmed that if vu technician confirms usb ports are not compatible with phones they will accept the return and refund.

                      Vu technician is supposed to visit me. It was simple for your team to call up vu technician and confirm the feature.

                      I received email stating they are not able to reach on my mobile while my mobile phone is active. I replied to the email to call me back, called your center back and asked them to connect back and also gave an alternate number. But i did not receive the call back

                      On tuesday 17, i received an email / msg stating they need additional 2 days and my issue will be rectified on / by 19th oct 2017 10:30 am, i had called up your center again on 19th, but was asked to wait for a call till 9pm. Its 4 days since 19th oct. I haven't received call or any resolution for your team.

                      Then when i put a complaint on this forum, i got a call and the technician visited. Confirmed it is not compatible and uninstalled the tv to raise a return. Technician has made a update to return the product.

                      The tv is now uninstalled and is in the box. Nobody came to pick it up.

                      Even after technician visited and confirmed that tv is not compatible with usb devices, my return request is not accepted. Now tv is also not being replaced. They delete the request and say seller has deleted. Without seller approval no action can be taken. Each time they open a new incident instead of following up on the existing issue. Every day they tell me new date for resolution and our concerned team will call up.

                      Nobody calls up. When we call up this a new issue.
                      Why are we consumers being fooled like this.

                      Every time i call up, i have to start the story again.

                      I need a resolution. My money is with flipkart and i'm unable to use the tv.

                      I have invested rs.20, 000 unable to utilize the tv and also return and buy a new one with enhanced features.

                      I request you to initiate the return immediately and refund the money so that i can buy a tv with enhanced features from you or any other vendor.

                      Its almost 17 days. You have a policy of 10 days for the customer to comeback. But when complained on the 1st day. My issue is not resolved for 17 days, what's your policy to resolve customer issues.

                      Its been very difficult dealing with your team.

                      Kindly address this asap.

                        I have booked lenovo k8, and recived defective product. And when replaced it was not only defective but it was used product, there was not at all shining on the body and looking very used... Wat kind of service is this and also the technicain who comes is hopeless without any knowledge of product.. Very poor service through flipkart.. Hopless.. And customer care are also not responding...

                          I have purchased "panasonic er-gy10-k44b trimmer for men" while diwali festival at 999 rs. On sun, oct 8th '17 1:05 am and my delivery expected by fri, oct 13th '17 but till 13th oct order status was not changed after asking customer care they said will forward your concern to our backend team. But on 14th oct at 5:34 am my order gets cancelled by reseller saying he does not have quantity available now.

                          My question is if he don't have quantity then why he not cancelled my order between 8th oct to 10th oct as he gets notification that how many peoples purchase this product and how much quantity he has left at that time, after using 6-7 days money from all peoples saying that we don't have quantity available its frustrating and harasment i need justification against this

                              I purchased vu 55 inch uhd tv from flipkar on 15 october 2017 via credit card on emi after 10 days delivery agent come with empty box. When i call worst custer service of flipkart they told me that wait untill concerned department will call you and they will cal you on 6 nov 2017 and the scenario is that my bank send me bill of emi while i did not receive my product while flipkart customer support guys saying that your emi will not registerd untill your product delivered to you.

                              The hell service and support from flipkart.

                                I have ordered a saree from flipkart. Since i wanted to return the product, have raised a return request. However, the product pick up is just not happening. Everytime i raise a request, i am just being given a new date. It is very irritating to take time. Out, raise. Complaint and just being given a new date in return. Please help resolve the issue.

                                  2 weeks back i. E. On 8th oct 2017 i ordered a fossil q marshal watch from flipkart of rs 9995. I received the order on 10th oct 2017. As i opened the parcel, the product was found missing in the box, i received an empty box for rs 9995. Immediately i lodged a complaint of missing product on flipkart's customer care and they assured me of resolving the issue by 22nd oct. I requested replacement / refund from flipkart. Flipkart didnt contacted themselves i have to call them everytime. And after long 13 days they said that your request cant be completed as the courier partner has assured that the parcel was properly packed and the product remain intact in it. Again i called flipkart and they saud your issue will be resolved by 26 oct. But in the meantime i received a mail that seller has rejected the request of replacement. Now they are not helping me in this matter. Plz help me in this matter, i have spend a big amount to get that watch. Plz guide me.

Os[protected] this product was ordered on tuesday 17th oct 2017 with a delivery time frame between oct 30 2017. Ok! That's fine considering the diwali rush.. Now i'm checking my order status, the item will be returned. I don't get any information or call from your seller, so how to get my order. I need solution for this...

                                    My order id: od[protected]. Order date: fri, sep 22nd '17 9:21 am. The order comprised of whirlpool washig machine. Prepaid payment through credit card. Now these jokers never delivered my orders since one month after order. There courier partner, customer service was clueless about order. They cancelled the order finally and then now have exceeded the refund time limit by 7 days. Also they dont reply nor they help in call. Also call option is not coming in my app now. Return my order. You are pissing me off. Its been two months now. Return my money i promise i wont be troubling you jokers anymore. Nver ever will but from these #.
