      1. I had booked 2 * vu 43"led tv (Order id od[protected].) on 24th of september on flipkart. I was promised the delivery 3rd october.
      On 3rd i received email stating delay in delivery by 3 days. Again i received email on 7th october stating daley in delivery by and it will done on 11th october.

      2. On 11/12th october i called flipkart customer care to check about the delivery, the customer care executive says that he can't track the order and he is raising the issue and it will be solved in 48hrs.

      3 after 48 hrs flipkart says they can't deliver the product due to some difficulty so cancel the order. I ask them to give me this in writing as it's their fault for so much delay and cancellation. Flipkart refused to do so and continued to say that they are not aware about the product status.

      4. On 21st october i recieved email stating"your order for 2* vu 109 cm led tv has been cancelled"
      I had not cancelled the order. It was cancelled by flipkart itself. When i called to confirm they say yes sir we have received your return request where in i had not given any such request. Yet i was fine with is that ok i will atleast get my refund.

      5. On 24th october i recieved 1 tv. Inspite on cancellation by flipkart itself i recieved 1 tv. I called flipkart they are blissfully denying saying not possible as we have cancelled the order. After i tell them they check update the system and send me the invoice.

      6. I recieved invoice on 25th and as promised in that i called flipkart again for the installation of tv. The promised timeline for installation of tv is within 72 hrs of delivery of product. After even 4 days no communication from flipkart.

      7. After calling flipkart i kept on getting false promises and textbook answers but no solution or no installation.
      Even backend team promised me installation by 3rd november. But today is 4th and i have received no communication from flipkart in this regard.

      8. Tvs which were ordered on 24th september.
      Delivery promised on 3rd october.
      Twice delayed by 3 days.
      Flipkart askes me to cancel the order.
      Without my permission they cancel it in 21st.
      Yet i receive 1 tv on 24.
      That is exactly a month delayed from date of order.
      And inspite calling them every single day till date no installation has taken place.

      9. I am being mentally harrassed by making false promises and textbook answers. Only issues have been raised no solution yet given. For delivery of tv we were not able to move out the house fearing someone will come delivery and we won't be home... Now same thing about installation.. It's like being in house arrest.

      10. Utter unprofessionalism and pathetic service by flipkart have been mentally harrasing me since 3rd october. It's 4th november today and still the issue is not resolved. We have paid for dth connection last month we are paying unnecessary as connection s installed but tv which was delivered after 1 month of delay is still lying in packed box as no one has come for installation yet.

      My humble request to you to look into the matter at urgent. I am mentally harrassed and tired of all this charades and false promises by flipkart.

      As per your commitment TV was supposed to be installed within 3 days of delivery. Inspite of calling everyday all I am getting is "You will get update in 24 hrs"... No resolution given nor the TV installation done.

      After raising a complaint again and again latest Deadline (it's funny you call it deadline as it never meets a the end) given was 7th November and still I am getting same answers from Flipkart.

      It's not only a mental harassment but it's a financial loss to me as I have already paid not only for TV but also for the DTH connection which is lying unused.

      We are not even able to go out of house for longer duration fearing someone would be coming for installation. It's like a house arrest for us.

      I am fed up of this nonsense. Suggest me what should I do should I go for "LEGEL ACTION"?

      We have interacted with customer, customer told issue has been solved as product delivered and Installation done. Customer also looking for compensation as Installation delayed so informed customer we don't have such provision however feedback noted.Hence, closing form our end.

        I am extremely disappointed with the services of flipkart. I ordered a 6 seater dining set online through flipkart on 15th oct 2017 by online payment. My order id is od[protected]. It was delivered on 22nd oct 2017 at my home in packed disassembled condition although the wooden cover over the glass top was not at its place where it should have been. We asked the delivery boy regarding it, but he told us that we should not be bother about it. On 23rd oct 2017, a person from flipkart came for installation. He installed all the chairs and when he opened the cover of glass top, it was found in cracked condition. So we asked him to request for replacement. He took the photographs of the broken part and sent it to flipkart. Even i also make a request on flipkart for replacement. Now the scheduled delivery of my new dining table was expected on 2nd november 2017 between 8am to 10pm. From 23rd oct 2017 to 27th oct 2017, i waited for flipkart representative to come and disassemble and repack the broken received dining table. But nobody come. So i called the customer care of flipkart and made a complaint regarding it. To my utmost surprise, i was told that repacking would be done by 31st oct 2017 and my new dining table would be delivered by 2nd november 2017. But i am still waiting it to be delivered. I have taken almost around 7 days off from my office just to get the delivery and repacking and all. I have called flipkart customer care so many times wasting my crucial time. Once or twice, even i received call from flipkart side also when i was attending important meetings. Even after all this, i could not receive my dining table. I got completely disappointed with flipkart and now i am want my money back with the delivery of my dining table. I have recorded all the conversations which i had with the flipkart customer care representatives. While enquiring them about the last date by which i would receive my dining table, they told me that i would receive it by 2nd november 2017. I warned them that i would use those conversation against flipkart in consumer court, if i wont receive my dining table by 2nd november 2017. Now i am going to file the petition against flipkart as i didn’t receive my dining table.
        Today ie on 03.1117, i received a call from flipkart. A person named michael was speaking from other side. He told me that i will receive my product by 19th november 2017. He also told me not to contact customer care of flipkart as i have taken this issue to social media, so i would get help through social media only. They will reply me on social media. This is something like somebody eve-tease someone and warned her not to tell anybody, but when she tell everybody about it, this eve-teaser murdered her. Here i am feeling like flipkart has teased me and when i update it on social media, flipkart murdered me by not even wanting to help me in this matter. Now the limit of tolerance is crossed, i want my money return back into my account.

          Not raising my 2nd complaint due to issue was not resolved by 3rd november date provided by them. So on 4th november i am asking for why not today i am ready to solve any time.3rd is gone also 4th november no resolution. Immediately refund my money u r wasting my time. I don't have to call again for resolution. Close matter today only refund back you r not provided resolution as per you commitment in given time period. Only sending msg trying to get touch with u but not to do so. My answer is don't contact me come to directly on address where u delivered i[censored] want to resolve then resolved otherwise refund my. I don't want any relationship with flipkart.

            Dear flipcart team,

            This is to inform you that recently i purchased an samsung galaxy j3 pro i had have concern with my product so i lodged complaint against this with complaint id od[protected] later i got a call from product specialist and i briefed him what i have issue he told me our technician will visit to you.
            But till date nobody visit on my place to rectify my issue since last 3 days i have been speaking with your representative with negative findings today again i spoke to your representative mr. Chandan and he has re-update my complaint and he has also informed that our staff were giving you wrong information your complaint ha already cancel and i have re-update this again.
            My question is why were they (Ms. Ankita) giving me wrong information??
            Were they new staff??
            If they don’t know about sop so kindly trained them..
            Request to you kindly intervene and do the needful.
            Hoping for positive reply from your side.

              I have received damaged product (Eye shadow colours are mixed up) and they are not giving any resolution since 15 days. I have called multiple times to customer care support but no help. Wish master denied to accept the product saying we should mention the reason as used and not damaged. And after that when i called support they just say sorry and don't provide any resolution. Neither they are returning nor replacing the product. I am very much disappointed with this attitude.

                I have placed return order twice for a same product.. Both times product not picked up by local courier.. Wen i called them they told me that they don't have supervisor at present and they will not pick my product..
                Getting too harassed by this kind of service.. When i call ecom call centre, they tell me everyday that product will b picked today for sure..
                Finally, flipkart too is responsible for this..
                I didn't got my refund and already have got totally different product.
                Now they told me that they will not pick up my order till flipkart instruct them to pickup different product..

                    Taken red mi note 4 on 26/9/2017, it is not working from past 2 weeks complained telling need to change mother board etc due to liquid damage.
                    Checked with redmi sevice center telling as liquid damage from charger point. I have never misused or done with liquid damage. Both flipkart and redmi are not supporting. Just for 15 days i have to pay 9500 rs twice.

                      Flipkart suddenly block my id on end of may 2017. When i try to login then its saying login unsuccessful. I contact to customer care they are saying we did not know the reason of blocking. Back end team know the reason. They send me mail and i give reply to that mails but no solution they are providing me. Whenever i contact they are just saying back end team know the reason. I ask to tell reason but they say "we can not help sorry sir"

                      They are ripping my rs.7000 without any reason. May be any flipkart employee use my voucher and block my id so i can not raise any complaint. I trust flipkart 100% but i think this is done by a flipkart internal team member.

                        I bought pigeon mixer on 27 sep. And the quality of packing is to worst and the size of mixer actually and in pictures is totally different. I had returned request on 2 oct still no response from flipkart customer service and the return was cancelled by retailers and the reson no same products available. The mixer is not working it run for 2 min then automatically stop. What i have to do please tell me and give proper way for me.

                          Sir,
                          I had ordered a kuber industries pan 25 cm diameter from flipcart against tracking id fmpc[protected] for rs 699.00. When i opened the delivery on 02 nov 2017 i found that a needhi pan without any company packing supplied. The product is inferior in quality and is available for very cheap price 300/- in local market. On complaining online [protected]@flipcartpromotions.com replied saying your question has been rejected as it contains non-english text. What a shameful response.
                          Flipkart management needs to be hauled up and penalised for the service and shameful redressal of grievance of a customer.

                            21 nov 17 received apple iphone 32 gb dead - apple logo stuck since then i also visited service center they also advised to replace or refund the phone no proper feedback received from flipkart only false promises dates in emails are provided nothin else every day when i call they tell pls wait for 24 to 48 hrs our back end team will call back but since 12 days we have not received even one call...                               Washing machine delivered on 15oct17 and then...
                              1st installation date was passed on 19oct17 then
                              2nd installation date was passed on 25oct17 then
                              3rd installation date was passed on 02nov17 then
                              4th installation date expected after 05nov17 means may be 08-10november ridiculus.

                              Customer care support team is very poor, worst, of no use...

                              Can they please do one thing and send me full detail of above number so that i can contact him directly if above number is working and reachable.

                                Sir, after 15 days of waiting you delivery partner called me to take your order from there office because they do not having any vendor to deliver and the parcel was very heavy, but due to not availability of my family members, i could not able to collect it, i have told them, that i will collect it tomorrow morning, then on next morning, i have got massage from flipkart, your order has been cancelled, what is this, such a bad experience, then i ordered it from amazon. Kindly do not do it again, as we are waiting for the same for 15 days..

                                    I placed online order for samsung-galaxy-s7 product (https://www.flipkart.com/samsung-galaxy-s7-black-onyx-32-gb/p/itmeuyda4qgqetc6?...

                                    The product which i received having region locked (Product mentioned with "indian sim card only"). I raised refund request as soon as got the delivery as i didn't received the product, which i ordered for. Product details page and product picture doesn't explicitly mention this limitation - "region locked" or "indian sim card only". Having this limitation, this product is not usable as per my need.

                                    Flipkart denied to refund my money ₹29, 990. Please find attached details for product i ordered and the one i received.

                                      I have a order Redmi note on 7 Oct from Flipkart and I have received mobile on 10 Oct. I have purchase mobile for my caligue .I have given to my caligue 11 Oct. He set finger print and lock pattern .
                                      But after 3 for haur finger lock is not working & lock screen lock pattern also not working .mobile have locked 2 hour's. I have wait for two hours and try to open mobile open by finger lock and again mobile is lock for 120 minutes. It is waste for two hours .
                                      Than I have wait again 2 hour's and try to open by set lock pattern but have locked again.i have raised replacement by online and written problem is that mobile lock pattern is not working properly. I have got call from Flipkart after 2 -3 days .he was speaking about trouble shooting procedures.
                                      I have follow trouble shooting procedures according to customer care.he said to me reboot the mobile and call customer care.
                                      Mobile issue not solve as suggestions by customer .
                                      I have call again customer care and tell about in detail so that what happen.
                                      He said to me again trouble shooting procedures press down volume with power button and. Call me again .issue not solve . I have call again customer care request for replacement . I am telling about mobile problem everytime to customer carein detail like finger print lock not working and screen not working .finely my request accepted and he said to me replacement mobile will dispatch before 18 oct.flipcard person come 17 Oct on my room I am give defective mobile box but he said he can change mobile when mobile is open .he gone .I have call again customer care and told customer care told again my mobile issue I detail .he talked with me like I have come initial stage.he say again trouble shooting procedures.he said to me factory reset.i am try again .but no positive result. I have told my mobile issue in detail again .he said concern will call me before 23 Oct
                                      But no call no status message Flipkart customer side.i have called 23 Oct customer care about issue.he said to me so that my issue update and concern will call me before 26 Oct.
                                      But no call .
                                      I have called again customer care. He said to me he update my issue and replace before 31 Oct.
                                      Flipkart person come on my house for replacement .but he said to me he cannot change because mobile lock not open.he gone again.i have called again customer care.he said to me that he update my issue and concern peron will call me before 2 Nov 2017.
                                      But no call
                                      Again I have call customer care and told again my mobile issue.
                                      He talked with me same.concern person will call me before 4 Nov 2017.
                                      No problem solve
                                      Mentally harassment.
                                      11000 loss.11000 is more for medium scale people.
