I got my mia1 64 gb mobile phone on 26 october 2017 after that i noticed that it has camera issue. Then i called to flipkart for replacement. I received some messages and e-mail they said that your mobile pick up on 9th november and today on 9th november they did not respond me after that i called again to flipkart com. And they told me that your item will pick up tomorrow. What is it. At, last i say that pls pick up my phone urgently and give me another one. Or if you never do that then pls refund my money.

    I purchased following item from flipkart

    Item description: hercules turner 21 speed 26 t 21 speed road cycle

    Order date: thu, oct 19th '17 9:16 pm
    Order expected delivery date: sun, oct 27th '17

    Online status shows the order is delivered on sun, oct 29th '17, however i have never received the order.

    Since then i have made multiple calls to flipkart customer care number raised complaints, some of the complaint (Incident) numbers are listed below

    Even after repeated complains and calls, i have not received the delivery of the item, nor i have got any answers from the flipkart customer care.

      I got this product on 16/10/17, it was not working properly, as per flipkart replacement/ refund policy, i requested to replace the product on 21/10/17 and got a resulation date for 25th.

      I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint on 25 and got another date for 29th.

      29th came, no call no resulation, once again contacted the and escalated and got another date for 2nd of nov.

      2nd gone, same thing repeated for 6th nov and to 9th nov, now it's gone to 13th nov.

      Now i simply ask them to take back the product, no need of replacement, refund or any escalation.

          As per call received from escalation team on 4th nov, i was ready for tech visit which was done on 6th nov, at 3.45 pm, technician arman (Contact no – [protected]) was checked all setting and accepted for dull display and dull camera quality. He promise that he will update the same report to flipkart and company will take decision of refund or replacement as per policy.

          Today surprise to see the updation that issue resolved and return rejected.

          It’s surprised bcos not understand who is mischief – technician or flipkart or service team
          Earlier 2 tech visit was done that time same technician was visited twice and he updated fake report in front of me. But in 3rd tech visit, technician arman was checked all setting and confirmed that mobile is having problem then how he updated as resolved??? Who has resolved - techician or flipkart??

          I have recording of technician call which is attached herewith for your reference which is helpful in taking quick and correct decision.
          .

          Requested to investigate as who is lyre and updating wrong report.

          Mr kalyan krishnamurty - requeted to improve service as flipkart is loosing customers bcos not getting proper solution. We will not expected such kind of service and mischief from flipkart team. I have purchase 2 red mi note 4 on 16th oct in which one mobile is faulty and not getting solution from last 15 days!!!

          Such bad experience this time as i am regular customer of flipkart but difficult to continue bcos not getting solution.

          Expected favourable replay or else i have to take help from consumer court / media or political party.

            I got a moto e4plus phone on october 19th 2017. And within two days i requested flipkart for a return (21st october 2017).in between i got a call from flipkart stating that the return request has been cancelled and they have put a new request. After waiting engineer came today for technical visit (9th november 2017) and also approved this phone is faulty. So i missed the confirmation call because i was on a meeting. Within minutes i got a mail from flipkart stating that my return request has been rejected. I was waiting for a replacement right from 21st october and now since i was not able to attend the call they rejected my replacement. When spoke with customer care they told the complaint has been forwarded to concerned team. So only one thing i want to know - whether i will have to use this faulty product lifelong or will i be getting a replacement?

            I dont know whats wrong with the technician who is visiting us. A technician visited me, approved the phone is faulty and took my signature. But when I got a text message stating that Technician visit has been scheduled again, I spoke with customer care. Sorry to say that the answer which CC gave was disgusting. "Technician visit has not been done". In between flipkart CC and their technicians I am suffering here. And also if things are going like this I wont be able to attend the confirmation call because If this faulty phone hangs when you are calling What will I do. ? Gave alternate number but I dont have alternate phone use my number.

            How come flipkart cancel my return before technician who visited me and found the phone faulty without contacting him. ? I think this issue is not going to get solved and Flipkart is just doing according to their wishes.

              Order i'd od[protected] i have ordered nikon camera on 16-10-17 with my credit card. And flipkart have sent me and empty box (Full of him bars) on 20-11-17 l. At the time of delivery at our doorstep my father received the opened box from their's courier partner. When my dad complaint about the open box, that courier boy said they also received box as opened for more details call to flipkart. So after 2-3 hours when i reached home nd i found case of camera's box is also opened from the bottom and it was full of vim bars, there was no camera inside. Through 20th october to till now i have reached to flipkart several times. But they have always send me the same text about "we are working on it, you will receive a call very shortly" in between 21 days i have only received two times call but they also kept me waiting for more 10 days which has been expired yesterday. Please help us into this. This was not expected from flipkart.

                I have ordered this phone on my home address (Port blair) last month but the phone was dead on arrival and when i requested for a return/ replacement. Flipkart asked me to ship it back to the seller for a refund. Which i did with the blue dart. (Tracking id:[protected]).. But the seller 'true net commerce ' refused to accept the shipment... And after several days of calling up the customer service (Horrible experience) flipkart ppl said to take the shipment back from blue dart and they will arrange for a fresh return req and pick up by them... Now they are telling that the issue will be resolved after 13th.. Please help

                    Firstly i ordered the phone on 7th nov 2017 and the delivery boy came on 8th nov 2017 and he raised some issues.
                    The offer was for 3 days i. E. 6th 7th and 8th
                    So i decided to order again on 8th nov 2017 and get my screen replaced quickly. I got screen replacement on the morning of 9th nov 2017 and they notified me at around 1:00 pm that your order is cancelled without any action done by me. My phone was working very well though i spent 12, 000/- on my screen to upgrade my phone from samsung galaxy s6 edge to samsung galaxy s7. They just cancelled my order. This flipkart and truecomretail just think that their customer are dogs (As i don't want to sound vulgar). I just want to know what they think their customer are? My email id:- [protected]@gmail.com

                      I had purchased an item on flipkart which said 100% secure and easy returns. On getting the delivery of the product, due to quality and usability issues with the product i had put it for return, however its been more than one month, flipkart is not willing to return and refund the amount.

                      Incident: flipkart denies stating there is only replacement of the product, and the seller is only willing to replace the missing part/damaged product.

                      From customer perspective, the design of the product itself is faulty with either missing item/wrong description/fake product. I do not want to get replacement of an item which is not working.

                      Kindly request you to resolve this at the earliest.

                            Placed order for washing machine under exchange on Sep 26th (OD[protected]. The old washing machine was described as Fully automatic top load Godrej <=6Kg machine in echange for a new Godrej machine of 6.2 kg.
                            But the dleivery person refused to give the new product since he was instructed to pick up 6kg machine.
                            By Oct 22nd, Flipkart seller cancelled the order on their own and refunded the money 2 days later. They took whole 1 month better order placement and cancellation.

                            I place the same order again on 31st Oct - OD[protected] after getting assurance from Flipkart that this problem will not be repeated. But today 3rd Nov the delivery was not done and the dleivery person said he was supposed to pick up a 6.2 kg machine.

                            Flipkart is fleecing people and not taking care of its back end supply vendor.

                                Yesterday night when i was asleep there were many transaction on my debit card - axisbank debit card - which were fraudulent and not done by me.

                                2 of the transaction shows the amount debited towards flipkart apin.

                                The exact name towards which the transaction happened is :
                                Ecom pur/flipkart apin/chennai/091117/00

                                Date of transactions : 09-november-2017

                                Please help me to revert those transaction amount.

                                Hi,

                                Flipkart customer care does not have any options for people who did not order recently, especially who are fraud victims. You should have options to talk to Customer care executives directly or else gimme a number which I can call and talk to them directly. You have no options in your IVR to talk to your people.

                                  I have ordered a sofaset and it resembles completely different from the picture. It is looking like a gunny bag with jute filled and is very hard too. Request you to replace the product or return the money back and i am very disappointed with the product delivered by flipkart. The product is damaged and want for the immediate cash to be returned back to my account.

                                  Initially the flipkart is initiated return and after 1 month they rejected it. in the website in order status it is showing technician visited completed. but till now no one has visited my home. wrong information is updated and this guys are not taking any action till now.

                                  hey flipkart, what the hell is going on. every time you call you have different answers. I want solution.
                                  You guys said if technician visit is not done before 18-nov-2017, you will refund my amount. I have audio clip for the proof which I have shared with you guys already about this. Till now no technician visit happened and also no refund initiated.

                                  also today you're saying technician visit done on 21st nov, I was really shocked when I heard this.
                                  How come technician had made a report when I was not there at home. This is how flipkart cheating.

                                  Please refund my amount otherwise ill file a case on you, I have each and every proof.

                                    I ordered an oven on 8th october 2017 and it was shipped on 9th october 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to me, by 16th october 2017 but i haven't received it so far and today is 9th november. I receive a text message and an email every week, telling me that delivery has got delayed by another one week. Now, this time around, i have received a communication of delay till 18th november. Moreover, whenever i call support center, they keep me waiting for more than half an hour and then what all they have to say is "they can't help anything in this matter". This has become pathetic now, that a brand like flipkart is not able to deliver a product in more than 30 days and that too after multiple follow-ups and complaints.

                                    Yesterday, I received a reply that I will receive a call from Flipkart CC but it never came indeed, neither yesterday nor today.
                                    I have returned the tv as the flipkart offered me for refund but the refund was not done yet and prolonging time day by day please the issue My order id OD[protected]

                                        Sir i purchased a led kodak led tv 40 inch worth rs, 20, 000 through flip kart.
                                        Firstly they send me a faulty item which was delivered on 17th oct.
                                        Then there installation technician said that the product is having some panel problem and needs to b exchanged.
                                        From that day the product is there as such we had informed these flip kart personal so many times. But with no response or assurance
