I bought tv30 wheel chair from flipkart on 20th sept, after i received the faulty chair i asked for replacement on 29th sept. Meanwhile i changed my address on flipkart website and changed by calling customer care as well. After getting call from delivery guy of flipkart i asked him to deliver in my new address, but there were lot of issues occured there also. The delivery guy told me to deliver only in my old address, so i asked flipkart to notify me before 30 mins so that i can reach at my old address to receive the product, which never get happened. This way lot of confusions happened. Then again i asked flipkart guys to update my new address in flipkart site and redliever the product again, but i got message issue resolved. Then i called on 1st nov to exchange again and got response by 4th nov i will get response, but till today, 8th nov no one called me from flipkart. I am very disappointed with such service from flipkart. The wheel chair was supposed to use by patient and after around 1 month i could not the working wheel chair.
