    I have ordered moto c plus on 21st october 2017 from flipkart on pincode 370465. Which was showing deliverable at the time of placing order.
    After 5 days without any intimation it got cancelled and reason given to me that product is not deliverable in my place.

    When spoke to customer care executive he asked me to reorder same product on same pincode and product will get deliver next time.

    I ordered product again and after 4 days again showing pin code mismatch and when i spoke to customer care executive mr. Jay informed me that product wont be deliver at my place.

    When i asked him to transfer call to his incharge, he denied to do so.

    Please solve this issue urgently.

    And if it is not deliverable to any pincode why site is accepting the order.

      I am vigneshwaran. Last year december 5th 2016 i perchased redmi note 3 mobile gold color. But recently i am face in so many problems on that mobile. Bcaz that mobile have internal damage issue is there, batteries are so hot and melted. Batteries size are increasing. Any time that mobile was blasting. I am suffer from this issue.. I am expected lot on mobile but i am so disappointed. I send u on current mobile photos and videos below on message. So please help me. And i need exchange mobile or refund my money. Please i am waiting for responceble replay. (Warranty is available till december 2017)

          My mobile for exchange was rejected by flipkart though it fulfill the two conditions mentioned on their story site https://stories.flipkart.com/smartphone-exchange-deals/

          Below is what written on their site:
          Flipkart looks at two basic checks on your old phone before approving the product exchange. First, your old smartphone must be in working condition. The second check is on the display and screen of your old smartphone. As long as it is intact and functional, nothing can stop you from exchanging your old phone for a new one.

          The delivery boy rejected mobile saying "battery ful (Swell) gaya hai iska" though redmi note 3 have non-removable battery.
          Worst experience with flipkart, amazon is far better.

            I bought the a. C on 21st sep and finally received this on 17th oct after 27 days.

            Though a normal delivery of such product takes anywhere between 3 days to a week, mine shockingly took 27 days. Not to mention about innumerable follow-ups and hassle of liasioning almost daily for the same thing.
            I had purchased this a. C to gift this as a birthday present to my elder brother on 30th sep, but instead of that, i was embarrassed due to such humongous delay from flipkart.
            Flipkart should have taken step to compensate appropriately, but now avoiding emails by ignoring the same and not replying to the same.

              I ordered whirlpool 1.5 ton 5 star split ac (Order id od[protected]. Order placed on sep 30 2017 in flipkart. But till now item was not received. On 16th oct 2017 status changed to item delivered. But item not delivered. I contact customer service so many times. Every time they told within 24 to 48 hours it will be solved. But still i didn't get my item or money. I paid pre payment with credit card. I have to pay interest for 33, 300 rupees per month. I inform so many times regarding this. But no action from flipkart. I want my ac or my money to be refund.

                      I order mi a1 on flipkart with 10% cashback on hdfc credit card. Then flipkart cancelled that order when offer expire. Now they said you have to place order without bank offer. This happen twice with me. Fraud seller and flipkart.

                          I have purchased a Shoes of Rs 488 from flipkart which returned by me on 16th october 2017 and they told me you got your refund before 25th october but I did not get my refund so again I call their customer care and they take my complain give me the deadline of 48 hours for resolved that issue i.e. upto 28th october before 9 am but when i did not received any update from their side then I call them again and again they take my complain and told me wait for another 48 hours ie upto 30th october 10 am, but again they did not contact me or resolved my issue they I have contact them again and again they take my another complain and told me wait upto 3rd November.

                          So flipkart harresed me last 15 days and does not returned my amount only they take my complaints

                              I ordered lenovo k8 plus phones 15 days back. They had to be delivered by oct. 23, 2017. The delivery man came one day before, i. E. Oct 22 and as i was not at home so he was told to come on oct 23. He did not turned up to deliver the product. I called him many times but there was no response.
                              I called up customer care, they told me that it will be delivered by oct 28, 2017, but it still remained undeliverd.
                              I called up customer care again on oct 29, but still no action is taken.
                              I want my order as soon as possible or i think i have to cancel it.
                              This was really bad experience with flipkart.

                              Kindly get my product delivered on time or i may have to cancel it.

                                Such a pathetic experience ever because of rubbish customer care response. We are constant online buyers and we as customers knows how online business works and their rules and regulations but to all who buys from flipkart never expect a customer care agent to solve ur problem. Instead they increase it for you. 28/10/17 was our delivery date we ordered od[protected] a mi a1 mobile (Rs.14999/- prepaid order and a bdae present it was) since it was business address and a 4th saturday we called the customer care to confirm if the parcel is going to be delivered the ivr machine gave us the time 7pm and to my surprise the agent also said it will be delivered by 7pm on 28/10/17. We were on leave but went to office waited on the gate for him to arrive until 6pm the delivery boy dint not come. We called the customer care 4 times may be more than that and we got mr. Pulkit untrained cse on the phone arguing with us to wait as he cannot help us to get the parcel delivered. We asked for the manager he argued saying that there was no senior person on floor and will not pass the line to anyone. He did not know how to speak in english dint understand the urgency of the occasion. We kept the phone going on for an hour or so but he dint budge i kept saying to do something out of the box and help a needy customer and he kept repeating ur parcel will be delivered by 7 pm its on his way. Than i said wat if it dint arrive today will it come tomorrow at my residence he said yes it will come home and he changed our delivery date and disconnected the line without taking the address our dint even wait for me to say yes change the date. We called again mr. Yash was online and he repeated the same thing and disconnected the line. Than we called again and spoke to a lady sushma she on spot gave us the details spoke the truth that the delivery date was changed and will not be delivered today. She gave us the sellers number and asked to contact him for the address for self collection of the parcel as it was urgent. We were surprised why the earlier agent failed to do this and wasted our time. We immediately contacted the seller and got the address, the next day we went to kalina and collected the parcel early in the morning. And to my another surprise the order details on the website of flipkart shows delay in delivery this actually shows how efficiently the company works. Unprofessional = flipkart

                                  I had ordered iphone 7 plus 128gb from flipkart and received empty box however, i recorded video in front of the delivery guy but it's been 2 days and i am still not assured that i will get my money back/iphone.                                     I have ordered an tv in flipkart for mars 32000, the tv was delivered in a week and the installation was done in next day the tv quality and many issue was there so the tech also visited and checked he accepted and gave a request for refund, but 1 month has over still the product is not picked up and each day when i call they are saying some other things and keep on extending the date and now they are saying the return request is cancelled, c how they cheat the people like this please go through the screenshots and please take an action on this

                                      I asked for replacement for this product for the smaller size 36, as this product size 38 was quite large to my waist, but there was no exchange option provided to me even though it was in 30 days exchange option and 30 days was not over.
                                      I asked many time with your customer agents and they kept saying me rhat only refund option is there, as seller is not giving exchange for this cloth. When asked rhe reason, they stated that due to price variation you would not get the replacement or exchange option, so only refund is applicable.

                                      As i got the reason from you guys about wrangler jeans is that due to price variation, seller is not providing the replacement for the above product. If it is true then why the same seller provided the replacement for the another product reebok trackpants with same order id (Bought it together with the wrangler jeans) which also has the price variation, infact has more price then what i got it earlier. Both product i bought at same time with the same seller with almost same price variation but for reebok trackpant i got the replacement, but for wrangler jeans, i am not getting replacement. This in simple understanding means cheating and fooling customer about the policy of exchange and importantly i did not find anything on website that there will be no exchange if price varies.
                                      About free and easy return is just a hype. You just make them fool with your # policy. First you say it is easy 30 days exchange policy and after that you dont provide the exchange option, only refund option on clothes. No one does that.
                                      Who will bear the extra now?
                                      Whatever the price change is after that buy, it should not affect the exchange facility. Like myntra, which is your sister ecommerce, provides exchange option many no. Of times on clothes and even for the other product.
                                      I got the replacement and exchange even after the price change on flipkart only by the same seller. Still with one product, there is a lot of drama rather a nonsense is created by you. But for me its suffering and this would be my last purchase with flipkart.
                                      Thug peoples with thug companies. This only violate the customers right which really need to address at consumer court.

                                        I received my phone asus zenfone 4 selfie on 21.10.17 and found it has manufacturing defect in color. There is 3 dots on back side of phone. I already request for replacement but your service engineer and customer care (Who talk unprofessionaly) are accepted that there is dots on phone. Service engineer prepare a working sheet and mentioned phone defect, it is counter signed by me. After 5 minute, he smartly told me to sign in his phone and gone.
                                        After that i go to customer care, to know my reust status. Informed that it is closed.
                                        Flipkart, how can you close my request as phone is manufacturing defected. Its also accepted by your engineer.
                                        It is true poor service. I am unhappy. Sorry but its true.
