I asked for replacement for this product for the smaller size 36, as this product size 38 was quite large to my waist, but there was no exchange option provided to me even though it was in 30 days exchange option and 30 days was not over.
I asked many time with your customer agents and they kept saying me rhat only refund option is there, as seller is not giving exchange for this cloth. When asked rhe reason, they stated that due to price variation you would not get the replacement or exchange option, so only refund is applicable.
As i got the reason from you guys about wrangler jeans is that due to price variation, seller is not providing the replacement for the above product. If it is true then why the same seller provided the replacement for the another product reebok trackpants with same order id (Bought it together with the wrangler jeans) which also has the price variation, infact has more price then what i got it earlier. Both product i bought at same time with the same seller with almost same price variation but for reebok trackpant i got the replacement, but for wrangler jeans, i am not getting replacement. This in simple understanding means cheating and fooling customer about the policy of exchange and importantly i did not find anything on website that there will be no exchange if price varies.
About free and easy return is just a hype. You just make them fool with your # policy. First you say it is easy 30 days exchange policy and after that you dont provide the exchange option, only refund option on clothes. No one does that.
Who will bear the extra now?
Whatever the price change is after that buy, it should not affect the exchange facility. Like myntra, which is your sister ecommerce, provides exchange option many no. Of times on clothes and even for the other product.
I got the replacement and exchange even after the price change on flipkart only by the same seller. Still with one product, there is a lot of drama rather a nonsense is created by you. But for me its suffering and this would be my last purchase with flipkart.
Thug peoples with thug companies. This only violate the customers right which really need to address at consumer court.
