I have order the phone on 25th sep 2017. This phone was delivered late i. E. On 03rd oct 2017. Phone display was not working which was delivered to me. I have lodge the complaint to flipkart customer care & they informed me that our engineer will visit, will check the phone & than replaced it. Engineer visited on 15th oct 2017. Phone should be replaced on 18th oct but still this has not happened. I have called several times to flipkart customer...

Sir, i brought lenova k6 power from flipkart, it hava a problem o[censored]nable to detect sim, because i complient the your customer care office, they do not give any proper response, and i called your customer care more than 5 times, i not recieve anythe proper information till now, i immediately want a return the mobile, kindly help me.

Hi team

I'm writing this in frustration with flipkart.
I've placed order on 07/10/201 & order no:od[protected] but the product is not delivered yet. Escalated twice through call wherein only support provided is extending the driver due date which is not achieved still.
From outcome of latest escalation today is the delivery due date but no trace of it. Senior executive attended last time is asking me...

The order id is[protected] for which i paid rs 7064. Its a cycle ordered on 24th september the delivery for which was scheduled on 11oct. On 11 oct i got the message that the product will now be delivered by 21 oct. When i tracked the product and spoke to customer care a number of times i was shocked to find that the seller has not yet shipped the product till date. Also i am not able to cancel the order since there is no option provided...

I have order iphone 7 on 16th oct 2017 the promised delivery date was 18th oct to 20th oct. Today morning i called customer care they updated still seller not processed the order and might not get the product by 20th oct and again they are asking to wait till 23 oct 2017. I tried to call they on 16, 17 and 18 by that time they dint take the complaint... When i called on 19th they took request.
If they did it on 16 itself i would have...

Sir/madam i did not use my card for any type of transaction in flipkart.com but when i took a statement from bank it is stated that the money was transferred through flipkart.com i did not do the transaction so please refund my amount

I have ordered a iPhone 6s in Flipkart on 14th october 2017, and the expected date was 17th october 2017, but was delayed and a e mail came from Flipkart saying your ordered is cancelled, I was shocked. Flipkart is the worst and most horribly encountered service provider.. A suit needs to be filed against them.. I had ordered for an oven on 12 th oct n the delivery was about to happen on 15 th oct.. I bought cloudwalker 4k led tv 43su on 5th october 2017 and installed on 11th october tv have issues heating issues 4k video h.264 not playing etc. I given complaint to flipkart they arrange technician visit on 13th october technician inspect and told me that we report the same but he updated has issues cleared but still issues ongoing then again i give complaint to flipkart again they sent a technician on 18th october...

I had ordered nokia 3 from flipkart and due to issue with 'back' button, i have to ask for replacement for the same device. After successful replacement, again i observed same issue again so i had again sent request dated 13th oct 2017 for replacement or refund as i was totally unsatisfied with device received from flipkart.
However, i have not yet received any kind of communication regarding replacement...

I have purchased sofa set paying advance to flipkert. Flipkert took more than one month for delivery time. However at the time of delivery their person told that they will not deliver the material at my flat and put the material at the gate of the society building . They do all such inconvenience to the customer when they take payment in advance....
