My name is raju guggilla. I ordered a mobile from flipkart on 22nd november.
At the time of placing order, flipkart promised as the expected date of delivery was 27th november.
On 27th november, i had a call with flipkart customer regarding the delivery and he said, it will be delivered by 28th november. But, on 28th november 2018 i got a message from flipkart, saying that it will be delivered by 1st december.
And today, i. E 29th november i got a message like, product is out for delivery with the wish master mobile number. I tried to reach him through his mobile number, but it is switched off or not reachable.
And after few hours on the same day, i got one more message saying that, couldn't able to deliver the product due to no response from customer. (But, i didn't get any call or message from the wish master).
Note: the reason why i'm writing here is, this was repeated few months ago, when i ordered mobile. I waited for few days to get the delivered product.
But it was not. The product was near flipkart hub (10 kms from my home).
It was very tough to find the flipkart-hub, no one knows about and also no proper address or mobile number exists with flipkart too.
After 2 hours of search in the town, i found the flipkart hub. It was in a small room in 1st floor of the building. I saw my product was kept aside or a corner. I asked the guy (Wish master), "he was saying that, we are not delivering the product to your home and also we don't why flipkart is still giving the orders to us."
I was really disappointed and frustrated with this. And now also.
