I bought a new mobile Nokia 6.1 plus through Flipkart vide order I'd no:Order ID: OD[protected], dated 14.10.18, and received on 21.10.18, within 11 days, the Mobile as some problem, I immediately contact to Flipkart on 2.11.18 vide Your query with Us [Incident: IN[protected]] for replacing the mobile, but they refused to replace and also told me that contact the Nokia service care. So I went to Nokia service center, they put a job sheet no.[protected]/181103/001, dated 3.11.18, in victory services (517_465550), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India., Care center code: 517_465550, Phone no:[protected], , they told that the motherboard was gone, so give me 7 days to clear, but till now I didn't receive, they told that the parts are not sent my the Nokia, so I called several times to Nokia but no use the solution was not made, in the mean time I contact Flipkart several times for the solution, but no use they told me to give 48 hours, many 48 hours gone but no use, I made a only mistake is bought from the Flipkart, the above phone is in my hand for only 11 days, and the it Will be in the service center it's almost 1 month over, so I request to refund my money quickly, other wise replace to a new phone, this is the solution you have to give, and also please advise to your company not to sold the faulty product to the customer.
