Executive provided the wrong information and told that you can pay the bill via gift voucher but i when paid option was disabled for me.. They did a fraud of 1500 rupees. They forced me to buy by providing wrong information and now asking to pay the bill. When i am calling the support section now they are not picking the call looks like my number is being blocked

    I have ordered honor 7s form flipkart.. I just opened mobile and find it really slow and laggy.. I placed a return request just on first day.. They are not accepting my return request at all.. They keep saying same response that seller does not have that option to accept return.. They keep sending one tech visit guy and even that guy says this product is slow and rejecting my return request. I talked to customer care people everybody just delaying time so that 10 days will be over so that they can avoid return policy deadline. Please help me in getting refund for that product.

      Asked customer care to contact him, but they told they are not authorised to call.
      Really very disappointing service.
      Online services customer care are also not responding correctly, needs to ne resolved for better servixes

        This item was installed on 21st november at my very new house. During installation it seems okay. Today on 1st december i am in my new house just tried sitting over it and got broken. I asked for replacement denied due to replacement policy over. And there is no coverage of warranty also as per executive. But i have wasted my amount of 16400 by keeping order here. This is very delicate product. Got broken even when tried sitting over it. I just don't understand, i have to bear all the loss. I am an unlucky customer who thought that this product getting sold over flipkart will be good. But bad luck at flipkart. Loss of huge money.

          Hello team flipkart

          Although i raised this issue multiple times 'as compliant' filed to the flipkart website directly, i never able to receive a justifiable solution for this.

          However i was a regular customer of flipkart & prefer to do the purchasing through e-commerce platforms like flipkart etc.

          But for my purchase of cromton 15l geyser which i purchased somewhere in 2nd week of october 2018, i really feel cheated due to following key reasons behind-

          1) product was faulty (Non-working condition) when delivered to me
          2) no installation/commissioning assistance from flipkart end (I have to bear the mounting/unmounting & electrician visit charge every time, but flipkart denied to compensate me for that)
          3) no exchange for faulty product (I placed the request for exchange as well, but it cancelled automatically w/o notification)
          4) no successful return done till date after resuming the complaint for almost 20 times (Every time they close it with some stupid excuse or send some person who deny to complete the pick-up due to unknown reasons)
          5) no refund from past 45 days & my money stuck with flipkart.
          6) i strongly feel cheated

          I request you guys to prefer amazon india in place of local companies like flipkart etc. Because it is quite easy there to do purchasing & even very less time to address such concerns and get resolved as well.

          In-case you guys required any dialogue/clarification from my end on this subject, feel free to contact me.

            I order a samsung level u on 21/11/18 with order id - od[protected] which was delivered on 25/11/18 with registered no. As [protected] and updated it with [protected]. Now my order is not showing anywhere and i want to return it as the box was empty. Main bluetooth headset was missing. I had also called your helpline but there was no satisfactory solution.
            So i complained in consumer forum with complaint id no 1032623.

              Hello,

              Booked one phone through your website while booking delivery date was showing as 1 dec 2018 but after booking it moved to 02 dec 2018. I booked phone with the delivery date bcoz i need to give to my brother who is moving tonight (I. E 01-dec-2018) to abroad and based on your information i booked phone but you have provided wrong information and blocked me. I have contacted customer care immedetly after booking and seek for help nobody take action on that just giving the same date not accepting the mistake and even understand the customer concern. After my followup customer care ignored my cell no i m unable to connect with your executives, they just dont want to help me on delivery. I have many contacted which i usually use for online trade but customer care totally ignore my call (Blocked my cell no from your system) this is how you treat customer by ignoring to answer customer... Wrost service i ever seen in any online tradering. And there is no use if it will deliver by 02-dec-18. Hence i have cancelled by order. You locked me in bad suituation and i have lost trust in you

                    I had ordered a suitcase which came very small hence wanted to return and buy larger size. I contacted flipkart they said we will raise return request you can buy a new bigger size till then. I bought a bigger bag but my small bag has not been taken back yet.                       Flipkart has deactivated my account without my knowledge and consent. My account had rs 3000 in its wallet, also flipkart has given my account access to some other person without my knowledge and consent, i received a communication through my registered email id and mobile no. Regarding updation of my mobile no & email id but i have not requested for same, a fraud has been played on me by flipkart, i am unable to connect flipkart either my call or by email id, there email id is not working [protected]@flipkart.com, i request for restoring my account details and my wallet balance of rs 3000

                        Respected sir,

                        I received return request accepted mail from flipkart on date 22-nov-2018 10.27 for order id: od[protected].
                        At evening when i check the status of this return request it shows as cancelled.
                        I also talk with flipkart customer support & they tell us seller will cancelled this order but i cann't received cancellation mail of order id: od[protected].

                        Also note: why technician visit done on my cancelled order 24-nov-2018 10.30:19 am.

                            The item i ordered was for eye vision usb port night vision cctv dvr with memory card slot recording home security camera: seller: perfectt and no driver cd was not included in the packet
                            But the item that was delivered to me is not the the item i have ordered. I attached the the copy of invoice send me along with the packet and the photos of the packet and dome cctv camera that delivered to me.

                                I bought a new mobile Nokia 6.1 plus through Flipkart vide order I'd no:Order ID: OD[protected], dated 14.10.18, and received on 21.10.18, within 11 days, the Mobile as some problem, I immediately contact to Flipkart on 2.11.18 vide Your query with Us [Incident: IN[protected]] for replacing the mobile, but they refused to replace and also told me that contact the Nokia service care. So I went to Nokia service center, they put a job sheet no.[protected]/181103/001, dated 3.11.18, in victory services (517_465550), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India., Care center code: 517_465550, Phone no:[protected], , they told that the motherboard was gone, so give me 7 days to clear, but till now I didn't receive, they told that the parts are not sent my the Nokia, so I called several times to Nokia but no use the solution was not made, in the mean time I contact Flipkart several times for the solution, but no use they told me to give 48 hours, many 48 hours gone but no use, I made a only mistake is bought from the Flipkart, the above phone is in my hand for only 11 days, and the it Will be in the service center it's almost 1 month over, so I request to refund my money quickly, other wise replace to a new phone, this is the solution you have to give, and also please advise to your company not to sold the faulty product to the customer.

                                  I got a mail on nov 6th that my flipkart account got updated to [protected] and i have got a mail that my flipkart mail id got updated. Without otp my account got updated to new mobile number. When i call to flipkart customer care they informed that my mobile number got updated to [protected] and flipkart didnt send an otp to update my account. Due to which i lost my giftcard worth 2000. This has been escalated from last 25 days. Still i didnt get the update from flipkart

                                    Someone hacked my flipkart account and changed my registered email address and phone number. I don't know how did this happen. I got an email and message from flipkart that your account details are changed. I am worried about this matter because my account is flipkart plus account with some plus coins in it and i also have flipkart vouchers in it not only that i also have credit and debit card info in it.

                                    And, i have a doubt that how can flipkart allow to change the registered phone number without sending the otp or confirmation code to the email address or phone number (I didn't receive any such email or message).

                                    I am attaching screenshots of 'email' and 'message' to this email for your reference.

                                    Please reply as soon as possible. How can i recover my account back?

                                      I purchased Alcatel tablet from flipkart. While received product I complained to flipkart that IMEI number in tab and in invoice not matched. That time they didn't answer me properly and after I complained here they replaced the product.. and after replacement again in new tab also have same problem. IMEI number in tablet and in invoice not matched and again flipkart said they cannot do anything now . It's really very bad service from flipkart. Maybe they give us duplicate product.

                                      Flipkart executive called me today and after long conversation I got answer from flipkart that they will call me in 5 minutes for some solution. But after 7 hours flipkart 5 minutes is not finished

                                      First thanks to the consumer care.. becoz of consumer care flipkart is considered my compalin. otherwise I never get proper answer from flipkart .Until now didn't get proper invoice with correct IMEI Number or didn't get proper result from flipkart. Always get only one answer that sir please give us 48 hours time.. these 48 hours didn't finished since last 8 days ... Great service of flipkart .

                                      Today finally flipkart give me decision that flipkart cannot help me and flipkart cannot provide me proper invoice with IMEI number. Means my problem is not solved by flipkart..

                                        I ordered Kolhapuri saaj on Thursday 15th Nov 18. Order ID is OD[protected]. I have paid for the order via debit card. When till 15 days after placing order I did not received material I checked status. Its showing order is cancelled by seller. But I have not received my money yet. When contacted Flipkart Customer care they are saying upon every call that we are just mediator. This is very annoying and not expected from Flipkart.
