Delayed delivery of order id is od[protected]
Which was to be delivered by 10/12/18 7-10 pm.
I was not updated regarding the delivery of the same.

On contacting the customer care they said order is shipped and delivery is delayed.
I would like to question the lethargic attitude of flipkart and the seller vision star regarding the important order.

On further questioning the customer care executive apologised me for the delay. He again gave me a date of 13th dec. Then after he again gave me a another date of 18th dec, for resolve my problem.
I would like to question that who will compensate for my loss of so many days.

There is no reason provided for the delay of one week.
Such kind of pathetic customer service is not expected from an esteemed organisation like flipkart.

      I had bought nokia 5.1 plus from flipkart, and last return date was 10th december, the phone was not getting charged, i had placed a return request on 10th december2018, my datacable had issue donot know what happened i was told that the concern team will call me but its been mre than 3 days no cal from flipkart and the return request have been cancelled.

      I was not aware flipkart will be doing this, your service is so bad, please act on it and replace the data cable. As i had placed my return request within the time period mentioned

          I had purchased micromax led and voltage stabiliser (V-guard) through flipkart on 10 november 2018 on payment through debit card and the same was delivered on 16/18 november 2018. Led has also been installed.

          At the time of booking additional payment was made for two years extended warranty. No document had been provided for extended warranty till now.

          On checking up with micromax, i was informed that they had stopped extended warranty on this type of led.

          Since micromax ltd. Has not agreed for extended warranty, additional amount paid by me, at the time of booking, may be refunded.

          Your immediate response in the matter is requested.

            I ordered a mobile from flipkart last saturday with exchange option and have to shipped in 2days. So based on the expected delivery date mentioned i did factory reset to my current mobile and kept ready for exchange. But it has been 7days now and they are saying "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours. Even after 2 days the shipment was on the same status and they are saying to wait for 2 more business days or 24 hours

            Now it's more than 3 days already and still no proper response from them. They informed me to check with the ekart logistics and they are not ready to provide the contact number of the local ekart where the package is right now.

              I placed a mobile handset order on 6th dec, 2018, with a buyback of lenovo ki plus, but in the app after adding to cart it automatically changed the brand name and became oppo a71, flipkart also accepted the same issue, the estimated delivery date was 8th dec, then they extended till 12th, and they further extended till 15th and now they are telling by 18th, it's very disappointing, i have called flipkart around 50 times in the past 8 days, innumerous emails and messages, but they are still resolving the issue and repeatedly telling the same thing, as this is a technical bug, because the amount and imei is matching only the brand name is different, flipkart can easily revolve this issue by co-ordinating with the logistics team/wish master, wish master came to me 4 times and returned without pick up, stating that the brand name is not matching.
              I want an immediate resolution of my issue.

                I ordered redmi note 6 pro on 23 of nov. And get the delivery on 26 of nov when i open the flipkart box there is only some bubble wrap i complaint against this to customer care they told me that "you will get resolution by 9 dec. And they are passing the time continue. Every time i contact them they are giving me a next date. While i have also face the return rejection many times.

                  Flipkart is thief, they have misplaced my watch and assured me that they will give me refund. All executive, directors ceo are thieves. They are sitting to make us fool.                       I have ordered a mobile on sale and made payment. Order approved and shipped and then cancelled by seller. On complaining flipkart just blocked my account saying that as per my order history i have purchased it for resell. I replied that all order are with me and my family members and can be physically verified and also to activate account. But same copy paste mail was resent from flipkart.

                            Bosch 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine White
                            Color: White Rs.28, 999.booking date of-08/12/2018.
                            i cancelled this order and my amount has not refund till now many times i contact the flipkart customer care, He told wait 24 hours amount will be send but now amount has not credited my account only increase the time wait for 24-48 hours but nothing happend .
                            flipkart return date was 11th dec, Refund will be transferred to your Original payment mode by Tue, 11 Dec .i got this message but not credit my amount till now.

                              Sir Order id OD[protected] Flip cart has given wrong size and also without Mrp tag shoes and now neither they are replacing nor returning the product Every time its executive giving me new date new time and they are cheating me.                                 I have placed few orders in this website however I have found some problem with them I have initiated the return as soon as I initiated they have blocked my account and am unable to see any orders and they have sent email like this . If there is a trouble with the returns you should first let customer know about this and if the issue continuoes then it makes sense to action as soon as I have tried initiating you blocked my account and am trying to get a resolution from the customer care they are not accurate in answering the query . I have escalated to the higher authority of the company website all are running with small brains . Here is the order details . and email responses I receivef rom flipkart .

                                  The flipkart has been looting the customers with their hidden policies my refunds are not processed against the returns I have made . this is too ridiculous o flipkart part . even after raising somany compliants they least bothered about responding to customer and give resolution for the same . The staff working with flipkart are no less than robots they are just instructed to speak ina script which they are supposed to speak I haven't received my refund in tregards to that when ever I tried contacting them they are least bothered to answer my query . close to 4627 blocked by flipkart here is te breakup for the same 1399+526+2749 thses are the refunds flipkart is supposed to be processed and it is not processed yet .

                                    I had ordered a stuffed ball on dec 1, 2018 which was delivered by flipkart on dec 7, 2018. Order id od[protected]

                                    On dec 8, 2018, i requested return of the product as it was damanged/torn from two or three places. Return id[protected]

                                    On same day i received a message from flipkart that my return pickup has been cancelled. However, i have not cancelled the return.

                                    On dec 12, 2018, i received a call from flipkart and i again requested return of the product.

                                    Now on dec 13, 2018, i have received a message from flipkart that i can't return the product as per their return policy.

                                    I used to make purchases on flipkart very frequently, but after this incident i'll refrain myself from doing any purchase from flipkart and also recommend others to be very cautious from such kind of frauds.

                                      I have immediately given complaint to flipkart stating all the information many times but no action taken from flipkart side instead they said it will be resolved by 48 hrs and by now it is already 3 months and now flipkart is asking me pay the money. The thing which is very scary for me is flipkart still not taken any action against the hacker even after providing the hackers mobile number and if this continues hacker will continue to buy under my account.

                                        I purchased Yonex Badminton shoes from flipkart on 3rd Oct, never thought of being cheated by supplying duplicate product from such a reputed e commerce site and so never verify if it is original or duplicate.

                                        after contacting flipkart, i told them i am being cheated with duplicate shoes. they simly denied to take any responsibility and told me that they will take care that you are not being cheated next time!!! I told them this is fine if the product is original and i am complaing after return period is over. But this is a duplicate product. Answer was the same.

                                        Never thought of they will take part in such cheating and selling duplicate products. Let me give another proof. I ordered Jaquar shower order id OD[protected] on flipkart on 11Nov, i had doubt about it originality, so before placing order i e mailed them and asked about the originality and warrenty of the product. they never gave straight answar and told me that i can always return, i told them yes i can return but if not original i don't want to go through all this hassel, as i said never recd straight answar. i ordered and found it is a duplicate shower. i returned and told them this is a duplicate product, if you believe in fair practice, Please do the inspection and remove it from your site so other customer are not being cheated.

                                        what they did is still selling the same product on their site even today.

                                        Then i thought of giving a review what has been happened with me on site. to my surprise my they are filtering the reviews and not displaying negetive reviews on their site. i tried submiting a positive review, it was displaying immediately.
