Ordered moto x4 in exchange offer. My exchange mobile was redmi prime which i sin very finest condition they rejected by saying it's have scatches (But they never mention such things in replacing condition they just mention about damages) screen is too superb (Not even single scatch).
Here in my case mobile is superb and they telling it's as damaged one and they own sell crack dent mobiles in the name of refurbished.
When i share mobile pics with flipkart, without intimating me cancel the order and within second they refund get process.

    I have placed an order for "honor 10" cost 25000/- i paid via cod mode on unboxing i found that i have received an used product it has fingerprint marks all over it, charging cable was already unpacked with some dust marks... Mobile phone also has dust marks in speaker grill and charging port... Also the honour website is also showing warranty of 8 months instead of 12 months... I bought it with my hard earned money i want justice. Plz help me out... Or i have to opt for legal proceedings.

    IN CONTINUATION ... sir today i received the Replacement unit and it was also used and showing warranty up to 14/8/19 instead of 26/11/19 i.e AROUND 8.5 MONTHS .SAME STORY REPEATED WITH DUST MARKS IN PORTS HEADSET GRILL ALONG WITH SCRATCHES...AND THE BOX WAS ALSO RESEALED SEVERAL TIMES.

    IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU WITH MY FOLDED HANDS ...PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS SELLER AND FLIPKART.I HANDED OVER MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THEM...MY TIME MONEY & RESOURCES ARE ALSO WASTED IN THESE PROCEEDINGS.I WANT FULL REFUND ALONG WITH COMPENSATION OTHERWISE I M HEADING TOWARDS CONSUMER FORUM FOR JUSTICE.I HAVE ALL evidences.

        On Diwali sale time i booked one redmi 6 phone under diwali sale in which it was showing 10% discount on redmi 6 phone. I called the customer care for the same for confirmation(i have recorded call and screeshot of the sale) and he told me that it will apply but i purchased the same and did not get any discount from that.

        I send many mails but no satisfactory answer came to me. I saw them each and every evidences.

            Whenever I have tried to cancel the order They are showing "Your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund(if any) to be initiated." But after refreshing the page it is showing same as before that "Seller is processing your order." Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund.

            And today ( 27th Nov.) again I have ordered Redmi Note 5 pro from same account but selected COD option to order. Order was successfully placed. After 10 mints I cancelled the order, then immediately they accepted the cancellation request and also cancel my order. How is this possible?

              My friend "sumit tandi" had a ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart of rs 23999/- through bajaj finserve emi card. Its been 1.5 half month, my ordered was not placed. But payment has been deducted from my card. Once i got messages about the transaction, i called to flipkart about the refund, they told me that seller did not got any payment for this order, please contact to your bank/bajaj executive. Than i contact to bajaj, they saying from 1.5 months we have initiate the transaction to flipkart. They will refund. Another thing is that bajaj had converted that amount into in emi, now every month they are sending me an email for the payment of the emi. I have been calling to flipkart and bajaj finserv but they are not responding us properly.

              Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                I ordered loreal professionnel liss unlimited smoothing masque. After finishing my existing bottle when i applied the product from new supplied pack from flipkart. I was surprised the product is soapy and has not left any smoothing impact on my hairs. Then i noticed its label doesn't even have loreal branding. I request flipkart to return my hard earned money.

                People check above bottle doesn't have any loreal print as in below image. Then when I call customer care they say sorry you are late. After 10 days of back and forth I am forced to write over this platform.

                This means you are taking no action. Does that foolish interaction brings my hard earned money back or you have punished seller for supplying fake products. Flipkart does not have any resolution as it is physically challenged when measured at genuineness scale. Why don't you check seller before registering them or sign an indemnity bond with them incase of any loss supplier is bound to fulfill the loss.
                This time I will go to court for sure. You will not improve any how.

                  Someone hacked my flipkart account and 1st reset the password, then he changed the email and and after that mobile no. It happend on 16th nov 2018 @ 2.44 pm. I complaoned immediately to flipkart. Today is 27th nov 2018. Still they are unable to track hacker. Very poor security system. I have mobile no which is updated in my account. Still flipkart is unable to do anything
                  I have provided ladt invoices, my billing address al required details for verification. But still very poor security system to catch the hacker. I can not understand how someone can reset password so easily.

                    In the app not able to make replacement request.
                    Hence begging the flipkart cc for help.
                    But no one has not doing anything,
                    Just to make a replacement request to the supplier, each and every time asking 48hr, there after no any solution, again request, same story still going.
                    How much big company reputation spoiled by the cc.

                        I had bought a phone from flipkart and despite me contacting several times to flipkart regarding the same they did not refund or replace the phone and they sent their "technicians" who didn't know anything and i showed them recorded video proof of the problem and their response was to just reset the device which i had already done and issue still persists. I have decided to take it consumer court and appeal for redressal and for the mental trauma caused to me by flipkart customer care personnels and i have all the calls recorded, i was asked give you 15 days before file formal complaint and serving you to the notice.

                          On 23 rd oct 2018 i have placed order of redmi note 6 pro (4gb, 64gb, blue) and not yet delivered to me.. But status of order showing it was delivered on sunday. Then i called to customer care but they ignored this complaint saying that place a new order.. When i asked my concern about who is responsible for any illegal use of this handset then he replied "flipkart dekh lega agar koi issue hota hai toh aap nischint rahiye".

                            I had placed an order on flipkart on 12 nov, 2018 for a laptop i. E. Dell inspiron 15 5000 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 5570 laptop (15.6 inch, silver, 2.2 kg, with ms office) worth 50490 rupees (Paid through debit card), but instead i received a totally different and old & used laptop i. E. Dell latitude 3440 (Black colour) on 15 nov, 2018.
                            I placed a request for replacement on 15 nov, which was approved on 19 nov and they said it would be replaced by 23 nov. On 23 nov, i received a text that your order for replacement is out for delivery and you'd receive it by 7:00 pm & around 6 pm one of their guy came he took the photographs of the delivered laptop and on asking regarding the replacement, he said he has not brought it with him and would bring it tomorrow after confirming the serial no. Of the delivered product and later on that day i got a phone call that your order for replacement is cancelled since that guy reported that customer is happy with the product.
                            On complaining regarding this to the flipkart customer service they registered another complaint and said it'd be resolved by 27 or 28 nov. On 26 nov i got a call that another request for replacement has been processed and by 3 dec a technician would pay visit and by 6 dec, the laptop would be replaced by the one which i had ordered.
                            They do not seem to take the complaint seriously and are just extending the dates by which they claim to resolve the issue.
                            I have all the records, photos, and unboxing video concerning my complaint.

                              mobile phone imei number shows invalid

                              I bought a motorola moto g6 play from flipkart. Now i want to exchange it for another phone on flipkart. For buying a phone from flipkart through exchange one has to fill the imei number and it is automatically verified. But in my case the imei number is showing as invalid.
                              When i checked the imei number on independent imei tracking websites, it shows some other model. I believe there is something wrong with this as the imei number...

                              I had a gift card of rupees 10000 and i was trying to order a phone.When i was in checkout page i have checked the box of the gift card and chosen credit card as other payment so when i was trying due to some network reason the app has not loaded and i have closed that and came after somtime to see that my giftcard has disappeared i have contacted them many many times but no correct information was provided for what the money was taken..They promised to refund within 27 november 2018 and it is now 26 november 2018 10:34 pm still no sign of refund..Its an emergency for me but they havent understood that and i will never order again on flipkart.

                                  I ordered ivoomi mobile battery as on 22 november 2018. I received this as on 26 november 2018. Its very shocking for me when i see totally fake/duplicate battery. It has built in two parts. Extra material joint with another battery to make fool even this battery wrapped with duplicate ivoomi wrap. It clearly feel during touch. Now i decided to take legal advice against all which are involved in this scam. Please refund my payment as soon as possible. My order id:-od[protected]

                                    Why ur ekart guys refuse to pickup exchange products? It was happened while I bought washing machine .. My exchange product (TV) work as well but but they simply said like working condition is bad.. And collect exchange offer amount through CC. I don't know whether is sales trick by flipkart or ur ekart guys are lazzy to pick exchange product.dont do this kind of sales again and again it will reduce ur reputation .. After checking I had check with my technision he said product condition is good. Plz don't appoint lazzy people.. Or with draw ur exchange offer..call me with proper solution else going to push complain forum
                                    Don't believe this kind of exchange offer from flip kart .. They use their sales trick to buy products.. I have attached my products there is no defect ..
                                    @flipkart pls withdraw ur worst terms of exchange offer or do not appoint lazzy people
