    I bought a new mobile Nokia 6.1 plus through Flipkart vide order I'd no:Order ID: OD[protected], dated 14.10.18, and received on 21.10.18, within 11 days, the Mobile as some problem, I immediately contact to Flipkart on 2.11.18 vide Your query with Us [Incident: IN[protected]] for replacing the mobile, but they refused to replace and also told me that contact the Nokia service care. So I went to Nokia service center, they put a job sheet no.[protected]/181103/001, dated 3.11.18, in victory services (517_465550), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India., Care center code: 517_465550, Phone no:[protected], , they told that the motherboard was gone, so give me 7 days to clear, but till now I didn't receive, they told that the parts are not sent my the Nokia, so I called several times to Nokia but no use the solution was not made, in the mean time I contact Flipkart several times for the solution, but no use they told me to give 48 hours, many 48 hours gone but no use, I made a only mistake is bought from the Flipkart, the above phone is in my hand for only 11 days, and the it Will be in the service center it's almost 1 month over, so I request to refund my money quickly, other wise replace to a new phone, this is the solution you have to give, and also please advise to your company not to sold the faulty product to the customer.

      I got a mail on nov 6th that my flipkart account got updated to [protected] and i have got a mail that my flipkart mail id got updated. Without otp my account got updated to new mobile number. When i call to flipkart customer care they informed that my mobile number got updated to [protected] and flipkart didnt send an otp to update my account. Due to which i lost my giftcard worth 2000. This has been escalated from last 25 days. Still i didnt get the update from flipkart

        Someone hacked my flipkart account and changed my registered email address and phone number. I don't know how did this happen. I got an email and message from flipkart that your account details are changed. I am worried about this matter because my account is flipkart plus account with some plus coins in it and i also have flipkart vouchers in it not only that i also have credit and debit card info in it.

        And, i have a doubt that how can flipkart allow to change the registered phone number without sending the otp or confirmation code to the email address or phone number (I didn't receive any such email or message).

        I am attaching screenshots of 'email' and 'message' to this email for your reference.

        Please reply as soon as possible. How can i recover my account back?

          I purchased Alcatel tablet from flipkart. While received product I complained to flipkart that IMEI number in tab and in invoice not matched. That time they didn't answer me properly and after I complained here they replaced the product.. and after replacement again in new tab also have same problem. IMEI number in tablet and in invoice not matched and again flipkart said they cannot do anything now . It's really very bad service from flipkart. Maybe they give us duplicate product.

          First thanks to the consumer care.. becoz of consumer care flipkart is considered my compalin. otherwise I never get proper answer from flipkart .Until now didn't get proper invoice with correct IMEI Number or didn't get proper result from flipkart. Always get only one answer that sir please give us 48 hours time.. these 48 hours didn't finished since last 8 days ... Great service of flipkart .

          Today finally flipkart give me decision that flipkart cannot help me and flipkart cannot provide me proper invoice with IMEI number. Means my problem is not solved by flipkart..

            I ordered Kolhapuri saaj on Thursday 15th Nov 18. Order ID is OD[protected]. I have paid for the order via debit card. When till 15 days after placing order I did not received material I checked status. Its showing order is cancelled by seller. But I have not received my money yet. When contacted Flipkart Customer care they are saying upon every call that we are just mediator. This is very annoying and not expected from Flipkart.

              Hi team,
              I want to escalate an issue regarding d order for diapers that i had placed and should have been delivered to me by thursday... Spoke to many advisers n supervisors but to no avail n without resolution and obviously facing d worst experience with flipkart...
              The problem lies with ur logistic partner ekart which didnt make any attempt to deliver d order to me n called me stating i need to pick it up by myself which is completely wrong and unjustifeied...
              Secondly i came to know after speaking to several advisors n floor supervisors that they cant do anything n d order will go back to d seller without my fault whatsoever...
              I was made to waste several days in anticipation of d order getting delivered to me but to no avail...
              It was d worst experience of my life n as it was related to my children so it was something unthought of n unaccepted n unexpected...
              I need clarification n reason as to y d product didnt get delivered to me till now n y it cant b...

                I have ordered a phone from flipkart using my debit card
                . After the product shipped i got the notification that the order is cancelled after sometime when i try to login to my flipkart it is showing account does not exist (Means they blocked my account)
                I got the refund message in my mail as the order is cancelled and the refund is successfully credited to the flipkart gift card balance.
                I ordered the phone using debit card and they refunded to flipkart wallet and blocked my account.
                This is not the policy by online shopping companies
                The money should be refunded to the original payment method.

                You can see in the image i added that the payment is done by debit card.

                      I have ordered a space wood dressing table from flipkart. One of the part was defective and i tried to opt for replacement. But due to technical issues, i couldn't. I have called their customer care and raised my concern. But they say it's a technical issue and checking on it. Every time i call, they are saying the same story and ask me to wait for two days. But so far nothing has been done from their end. I am tired of calling flipkart. Now i have no replacement or refund, all i have is their stupid faulty dressing table. I will never purchase anything from flipkart as there is no value for customers. I wish to have strict policies and laws on these kind of fraud and irresponsible behaviour.

                        Flipkart has deactivated my account without my knowledge and consent. My account had rs. 2500 in its wallet. Also flipkart has given my account's access to some other person without my knowledge and consent. I received a email from flipkart stating that they have updated my email id for my flipkart. A fraud has been played on me by flipkart. I am unable to contact flipkart. I tried contacting flipkart for restoring my account on their customer care e-mail id [protected]@flipkart.com, however my e-mail bounced back, stating the e-mail id is no longer active. Kindly restore my account with the balance of rs. 2500 in my wallet. I am unable to contact flipkart by all modes of contact.

                          I have received a defective machine and registered a return request.

                          Based on my request, they have sent their technician to confirm receipt of defective product and he has confirmed that product is defective and referred flipkart to sent replacement. This was happned on 16.10.18.

                          Since then i am following up with flip kart, neither they are sending replacement nor refund.

                          I have made eight complaints so far from flipkart website.
                          Last complain was made on today with complain id: in[protected]. Help me to resolve this issue.

                            I have ordered panasonic tv 40 inches in flipkart with standard emi 6 month
                            Price=26600
                            Interest paid to bank =10017
                            Total payment = 27618 it’s shown in the ui. I thought flipkart doing fraud activity. Then i did calculation - 13 % interest for 6 month... Emi its coming around - 10018. So it’s a defect or bug in the application. Correct it.

                              I ordered mixer grinder from flipkart and delivery time was overlapped.. raised a complaint and received a call from flipkart support. Agent said product couldn't be delivered as no product available on seller end so on compansate will be giving 100₹ from flipkart and cancelling the order. Product cancelled didn't receive any gift card so called After few days. They stated i only get 100₹ as compansate when the product is delivery is delayed. They wanted me to cancel it after i cancelled now they skip the word and stated ordered is cancelled so i won't get any compansate. Just skipping around and fooling. crap customer service. Seriously i lost total trust and respect. Not looking for customer satisfaction.

                                      I had purchased the product on black friday sale.

                                      Thanks to flipkart everything went smooth but everything went bad from flipkart executive/ back office team and the outsourced delivery team.

                                      On monday the delivery guy attempted the delivery around 2 pm where i said he won't find anyone at home between 11-6 pm on weekdays. Please help with delivery before 11 am or after 6.30 pm or on weekend

                                      Even after requesting he behaved very badly saying i will keep the product to watchman where i refused as building has 150+ flats and can be misplaced. So he further said he cannot deliver me on my time.

                                      Hence on tuesday noon around 12.15 pm i called the flipkart team, briefing him the entire incident. Flipkart executive said that product will be delivered by 7pm and he will leave msg to deliver post 6 pm. No information was passed to delivery executive niether by flipkart executive nor by previous day delivery person and again new delivery guy arrived at home at 2.15 pm.

                                      I again requested the delivery guy to come before 11 am or after 6 pm, the delivery agreed to come on wednesday morning around 10.00 am.

                                      Again i had a word with flipkart executive on same issue briefing once again and asked them to request delivery person to deliver product on morning or evening and also highlighted the gap in communication between flipkart and delivery team.

                                      Again on wednesday when i called the delivery person he said he is in pune and asked the new person to come at 10.00 am which they failed on their commitment. Now on wednesday there was a new delivery person delivering the product and came again on same time around 2 pm. I requested the delivery person to deliver in morning and he agreed to bring the product in morning.

                                      Now on wednesday night the product got returned and refund processed without any consent of customer, treating customer as a dog / donkey.

                                      - there were multiple false commitment from delivery and flipkart executive and back office team.
                                      - no communication between two delivery guys,
                                      - no communication between delivery team and flipkart team,
                                      - without my consent cancelling the product.

                                      Today morning when i saw the product cancelled, i called flipkart executive, he said he cannot do anything now as product is cancelled and he further said delivery team has right to cancel without customer consent.

                                      Now booking the phone today is costing me much higher.

                                      With this instance i have decided never to buy any product from flipkart as the treat us such bad while in amazon i can get the product at my convenience.

                                      I am hoping for the resolution from this escalation, in case i am not getting the phone at the price i brought i will never buy any product from flipkart.

                                        to login please try after some time so it's humble request to check the
                                        problem and resolve the issue
                                        It has been canceled on behalf of Flipkart sellar which has blocked my
                                        account. Should my account be open? I can purchase some of my stuff And i have also done a case in consumer case his Docket number- 1011055
