I had ordered few products order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 4641) of the same through my credit card on 1 nov18. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered in 2-3 business days. On 3rd november morning i started receiving many massage for delivery of product

Od[protected] is been delayed for almost an month. Even after several calls, the order is still not shiped by the seller.
I ordered lenovo ideapad 330 on 13th oct 2018 during the big billion day sell on flipkart but it is not even shipped till now.
I called flipkart multiple time but no resolution was done.
Every time i called them they say that it will be delievered by the date that they call the "promise date"....

I have ordered hp laptop 4520s battery through your portal on 01st november 2018. Before ordering itself saw the picture and confirmed what i am ordering is fit for my personal laptop.

Unfortunately today when i received the order from ekart, it is totally different. Instead of laptop battery, i got it laptop charger.

Even now also i go to my login and check what i ordered still...

I have ordered vivo y71i on 2nd non 2018. But the phone battery is getting heated up so early that i am not able to touch it. When i contacted the the authorities they said that there is no refund option instead they sent a technician to my home. The technician himself saw that the phone is getting heated up and he has provided wrong information to the authorities stating that the issue is resolved. But the phone is still getting heated up....

I have ordered this bucket. Since i was travelling out i dodn't opened this bucket. Two days back when i opened this box i found broken piece inside. Connecting part to stick got broken. Quality was very bad. Same thing same amount i ordered in amazon which was very good in quality. When i called your customercare they are saying they cant take back.

I will never buy in future at flikcart. How can you send defective piece?...

So i recently started shopping on flipkart and ordered a few products, some of which were extremely good and i decided to keep and a few had either wrong sizes or defective piece was sent. I requested for a refund on the app and here my problem starts.

They informed that the refund would be done in a day or 2 and i waited for an entire week. Then i receive a message saying that my refund was unsuccessful and my bank details...

I have ordered yamaha f310 guitar. It was defective. I called customer care and requested for replacement within 30 minutes of receiving the product. They canceled the replacement one day before the expected date. Then i requested for the refund which got canceled thrice. And i am calling them from 6 days continuously and they are saying we have escalated your issue and we will call within 24 hours. But it ain't happening. Please help me...

I have purchased a bluestar water purifier on 2nd nov by net banking but on 4th nov it was cancelled by seller but.my money was not refunded till yet.They are sending a link to add my account details but there is some problem in their application and also website that my account details are not adding. From last 6 days they making me fool by saying your ordered delivered tommorow now they have rto lock is wasting customer time is their motto. They even doesn't try to deliver me once. When i call to his executive he said he doesn't have my parcel and he is going to deliver it tomorrow but he didn't..

It is highly disappointing to have services like this from a company of esteemed reputation like yours. Even after telephonic discussions with your customer service representatives and despite their fake promises to have my refund back by october 25, 2018. No refund had been credited to my account till date. Which is very disappointing and disheartening from a company like yours.

I ordered a mobile from flipkart. And the seller cancelled my order. When i raised a complaint with flipkart, they instead blocked my account saying i use my account to resale the products. This is absurd. Now i am waiting for my refund as i have already paid the amount and they have blocked my account. This is very unprofessional of flipkart. They should have consumer friendly polices. I ordered an ipad through flipkart with order id-od[protected], return id-[protected] my refund is still not completed and they have sent me a mail stating it is completed i have not recieved any amount in my account. Also the debit card i used to make the payement has been blocked by me as i lost it yesterday but that wont affect my refund process i have checked with my bank. Please refund my money....

There is big diwali sale from 1st to 5 nov 2018.
Is going on flip cart.
I want to buy samsun galaxy on6 mobile from flipcart it's original prize is rs.15490.

But while check on mobile app on front page it's prize is showing rs. 9990.

And while click on buy option it is showing rs.11990.

I don't know why they are doing like this with customers....

I have place a order id od[protected], racold gas gyser with led display (Clearly mentioned in details provided on flipkart site), but i received gas geyser without led display. I placed replacement order id[protected] which is approved.. And estimated replacement date also passsd.
But still i have not get the replacement and flipkart not responding on tracking status.

Kindly pay a heed on this issue....
