I had ordered a stuffed ball on dec 1, 2018 which was delivered by flipkart on dec 7, 2018. Order id od[protected]
On dec 8, 2018, i requested return of the product as it was damanged/torn from two or three places. Return id[protected]
On same day i received a message from flipkart that my return pickup has been cancelled. However, i have not cancelled the return.
On dec 12, 2018, i received a call from flipkart and i again requested return of the product.
Now on dec 13, 2018, i have received a message from flipkart that i can't return the product as per their return policy.
I used to make purchases on flipkart very frequently, but after this incident i'll refrain myself from doing any purchase from flipkart and also recommend others to be very cautious from such kind of frauds.
