Ordered a mobile panasonic p95 from flipkart and received on 29/11/2018 but was damaged completely. File a complaint with flipkart co for full refund and they are saying that refund option not available. I want to get my full money back its my user right.

    Hello dear,
    Sir/ma'am
    I am ritu kumar i am new customer in flipkart and read the all policy and book 6 product on flipkart.
    3 prodcuts are not good quality issues then i raise the return 3 product and return accepted and 28/11/2018 wishmaster courier boy already pick up my product.
    I went to flipkart site and login my account show the always message login unsuccessful.
    I contact to flipkart customer and told me your account is disable because system so the high return.
    I am not stasified the flipkart response because flipkart provide the 30 days return policy. Please help me sir refund the amount.

      Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows unable to update your password.
      The main problem is i have a credit of pay later from flipkart and i want to pay my amount of bill within 10dec. How can possible? Pls tell me and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        I got different shoe. I paid for it online, called customer care and told the issue. Just listening 24 hrs 1st dec. We'll back etc. I need resolution not dates or call back. Hence posted here so that i can get my money back from this online fraud, deeply regret. I have sent emails many times no one bothered to resolve this. Kindly look into the matter and provide me justice.

          I am unable to login to my flipkart account from 21st nov. Due to which i m unable to return my products. My retrn policy will over in 4 days. Flipkart is not considering my case seriously. I m calling them daily they daily gave 24hrs to wait. This is dissappointing. The product which they deliver to me is of the the different color. It is not same as ahown in the picture.             Hello,

            I send you a mail on 27th nov'18 about my complain, but no body respond on this. Is this the way you people provide solution to customer? I expect a call from you people to have a clear discussion on it, which was not come yet and not even a mail. On the last mail what i mentioned, i am going to elaborate that a bit as i am going to document this. My last order was delivered but the product is not there. I report the immediately and you will get that from my call details and registered a complain as per your cse. Next day i got call from your back end team that what you need a replacement or refund. I told them if the replacement can be done, then i will be happy because i need that product. But she need around 15 day of tat to process the request. Then i request her can you refund the money back. And when you confirm the process is going to be done, at the same time i can order a new one as it reduce my cycle time. And after that i receive a mail with standard verbiage "our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account". Can you tell me where is my fault. If the product is there ask your seller or courier service. As i was totally surprised, why this was happen as this happened to me first time. And if you are going with your system, then why do not you block me when i return on last big sale time. After that i order may things. There was no problem at all. When a problem arise, then you block customer account to make him helpless. And when i am asking about date, you can not give me a single date on which basis you block my account. If you happy by blocking my account, ok let it be. Kindly refund my money of my last order as the product was not delivered to me.

            Hello,

            After I sent you the last mail, one of your executive called me to know the case details, However I mentioned all the details on the mail. Rather the call seems like a duty to show to the company that the team is working. At the end of the call she told me that we will contact you within 48 hrs. And I believe its more than 48 hrs, correct me if I am wrong. It may be possible that the time calculation of time is may be different from us. Today, I got a mail with the details which was previously send to me stated that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."This showing there is no co-ordination or proper SOP which was followed for customer service. And you always show on your website that you have buyer's protection, it seems like perfect example of buyer's protection. I believe my last return was at the time of sale and after that I did lots of purchase also. For which I have Flipkart Plus account and after that I earned 50 coins after that, which I redeemed. Now, I have 8 or 10 coins, that total count of coins comes to 110, which reflects how much shopping I did. If, you block me from log in now, why didn't you block me at the time of last return. And I above all this is not the case of return. I didn't receive the product, for which I complain at that very moment without wasting the time and you block me. If you are happy by blocking me from log in, be happy I don't mind. Which I mind that kindly deliver the product or refund my money back. I am ready to sacrifice my 10 coins which I earned. I really do not know why you are not giving me any proper data or proper solution or proper reply of my mails. Or, you pretend that you care for our customers by sending the template mails to them and waiting till the customer get frustrated by sending mails again and again.

            I am Requesting you to reply me with proper documentation, but not the template mails once again as I didn't want to receive yet, Waiting for the reply.

            I'm unable to open my flipkart account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. How can it is possible when I'm unable to open my account.               Flipkart black list my account without aby notice. I bought 4 phones during 1 month for my family member because they offer good zdiscount in sale. Now they give excuse that you bought 4 phone in 1 month so we black list you. My every order is prepaid order and one phone is on emi also. They dont have any policy to that how many phone you can buy in month. If they have some issue they may not allow to let me buy the products. Now main concern is that i am prime customer of flipkart so now i earn good point in my account. So now they black list beacuse i will gone use this point. Let some one tell them that people who ordered on residence they are not seller. Seller will not buy 8000 rs 4 phone in 1 month. They just give fake excuse and not trying to solve any issue.

                      The replacement service of flipkart is too worse for high range mobile phones... They send a service team to check the phone, but that service persons has no basic knowledge they just come and take the imei number photo and update as resolved... And then the flipkart asks us to take the phone to service center... Worst ever service given by flipkart, they don't even care after the product is delivered..

                      After raising the complain here flipkart team contacted me and discussed with the issue, and refunded the amount today.Why cant this be done when i raised several complains to Flipkart via [email protected] that time they said me that there is only one solution, take the device to nearest service center.Those replies from flipkart service team seams to be weird.Now finally i got the refund today after 22 Days of struggle.

                          Dear sir/mam,

                          I am a loyal and regular customer of flipkart. On 14th october, 2018, i have ordered a "trishaa by pantaloons women's kurta and palazzo set" with an order id of od[protected] from seller named retailnet. The product was delivered on 26th october 2018.
                          However, on opening the packet, we came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta. The plazzo was missing.
                          Thus i generated the return request fro the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product saying i will not receive an incomplete product despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. I called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told me that they are cancelling the return request and than asked me to call after 48 hrs to enable them to generate return from their side.
                          I did the same and again return request was generated from flipkart side. However, to my utter surprise, my return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. I immediately called flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told me to raise a new return request and assured me that this time product will be picked up.
                          However, again to my utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

                          I never expected this from reputed company like flipkart that it will promote fraudsters and behave in such a way with their loyal customers. I have also undergone huge mental harassment due to this.

                          Thus request you to immediately take appropriate action in the matter failing which i shall be construed to initiate appropriate legal action at your risk, cost and consequences.

                            I see u people display wrong product specification to gain attraction, dont know whether this is intentional or unintentional. If you are doing it intentionally stop fooling us, that's cheap.

                            Vivo smartphones pics and specifications were completely wrong, not only it was switched with other phone specifications but the specifications itself was wrong.

                            I was suprised to see you people selling infingerprint display vivo phones for 12k with dual rear camera, where in in picture it shows single rear camera and i don't think u will sell infingerprint display phones in 12k.

                            Will you correct your mistakes asap and make sure it doesn't repeat again.

                                Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                Entered the code successfully.
                                After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  It is shameful that a company like Flipkart is doing fraud with customers in such an unusual manner. I had ordered a gold ring from Malabar a Flipkart seller. As per site aggrement I buyed a ring with weight of 2.01 gm but when I received the product it is 1.85 gm. They has cheated me with false promises. Nowadays Flipkart is not at all safe for buying costly product. Flipkart started pick-pocketing business nowadays. And the worst point is their customer service is world worst. They will give you worst of worst solutions and waste your time. So shameful of Flipkart. Whereas I am a Gold Plus Member. Please don't buy any valuable product from Flipkart

                                    They marking complaints as resolved without solving them. Even am not sure they are reading or not.

                                    Even their excecutive are not able to understand the problem first told delivery boy mistake we accept it, after some time they telling their manager also confirms it's damage product but the part is manager not even viewed exchange mobile and pass the comments (as per Flipkart)
                                    I strongly feel Flipkart doing scam in this with our capital amount and not providing us even product.

                                    Flipkart plz refund my amount with interest .

                                      I bought Moto x2 mobile in Flipkart and replaced it for a defect but again I was sent a screen damaged phone. There was no reply for me since December 2015. I have been trying various mode of contact since then but I didn't even get a single reply from Flipkart customer care. I wasted around 18000 for the mobile which I converted later to EMI. I had to buy another mobile since I didn't get any response for proper replacement of the mobile again. Need a solution though it's too late.

                                        I am a student. I used krazybee, which is a student credit platform to buy flipkart gift card of RUPEES 10000..I have got my gift card number and pin and also redeemed the gift card on flipkart. RUPEES 10000 was added to my gift card balance on the black friday sale i planned to buy redmi note 6 pro and at 6.00pm on NOV 23, 2018 i was all set to order the redmi note 6 pro and i have checked the gift card box on the app for 10000 and for the other 3000 RUPEES i have chosen the credit card but due to some network issues the app did not go further so that i have closed the apps from the recent apps and i chose to come on 9 pm sale. On 9 pm i found that the gift card balance is 0 suddenly went to my transactions and there it mentioned that EGV-DEACTIVATE 10000 and that is all i was BROKEN. i HAVE MISSED MY HARD EARNED MONEY and also the deal (NO ORDER WAS CREATED AND I HAVENT PAID ANYTHING FROM MY CARD ONLY THE GIFT CARD BALANCE IS GONE).. I contacted the flipkart immediately and they cant even understand my issue and asked for order number again and again and finally told me to wait for upto 24 hrs, after that no refund came then they extended that to again 27th november and today also no refund came by the time i have contacted them several times but no clear response and today on evening i got a call from the flipkart customer care and they asked me the gift card details and the whole story and said that YOUR GIFT CARD IS DEACTIVATED IT IS FROM THE SELLER SIDE AND WE HAVE TO CONFIRM THE SELLER ..I immediately contacted KRAZYBEE but they said we have no such option to deactivate the gift card again i was broken WHY WOULD FLIPKART DO THIS TO ME I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER TO THEM SINCE I STARTED BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THE ECOMMERCE AND WITH ALL MY TRUST BARRING AMAZON I BOUGHT GIFTCARD FOR FLIPKART FOR 10000 BUT THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD DO TO ME WITH THEIR "CHEAP" PRATICES..
