Dear sir/mam,
I am a loyal and regular customer of flipkart. On 14th october, 2018, i have ordered a "trishaa by pantaloons women's kurta and palazzo set" with an order id of od[protected] from seller named retailnet. The product was delivered on 26th october 2018.
However, on opening the packet, we came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta. The plazzo was missing.
Thus i generated the return request fro the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product saying i will not receive an incomplete product despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. I called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told me that they are cancelling the return request and than asked me to call after 48 hrs to enable them to generate return from their side.
I did the same and again return request was generated from flipkart side. However, to my utter surprise, my return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. I immediately called flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told me to raise a new return request and assured me that this time product will be picked up.
However, again to my utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.
I never expected this from reputed company like flipkart that it will promote fraudsters and behave in such a way with their loyal customers. I have also undergone huge mental harassment due to this.
Thus request you to immediately take appropriate action in the matter failing which i shall be construed to initiate appropriate legal action at your risk, cost and consequences.
