Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ramendra Kumar I booked product
Bosch 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine White
Color: White Rs.28, 999.booking date of-08/12/2018.
i cancelled this order and my amount has not refund till now many times i contact the flipkart customer care, He told wait 24 hours amount will be send but now amount has not credited my account only increase the time wait for 24-48 hours but nothing happend .
flipkart return date was 11th dec, Refund will be transferred to your Original payment mode by Tue, 11 Dec .i got this message but not credit my amount till now.
Order id -OD[protected]
purchase date-08/dec/2018.
Please help me and do something and refund my amount immediatley.

    Sir Order id OD[protected] Flip cart has given wrong size and also without Mrp tag shoes and now neither they are replacing nor returning the product Every time its executive giving me new date new time and they are cheating me. Please ask them to return the product I have informed same day when they deliver the product but still they did not do any thing.

      I have placed few orders in this website however I have found some problem with them I have initiated the return as soon as I initiated they have blocked my account and am unable to see any orders and they have sent email like this . If there is a trouble with the returns you should first let customer know about this and if the issue continuoes then it makes sense to action as soon as I have tried initiating you blocked my account and am trying to get a resolution from the customer care they are not accurate in answering the query . I have escalated to the higher authority of the company website all are running with small brains . Here is the order details . and email responses I receivef rom flipkart .

        I have ordered this product the following problem with them and raised return. The reason mention along with the orders. Flipkart has blocked my account. I want my account to be reinstated. I am asking the flipkart to kindly unblock my account, the team is not atall responding properly to me and hence i want them to be answered for the query i have come across.         The company doesn't have any ethics or they do not have any transparency as the customer support executive who contacted me today has no brain he just says high number of returns and cannot take the orders back that's what they say evey time they contact me .which is not a awful thing here .

        The flipkart has been looting the customers with their hidden policies my refunds are not processed against the returns I have made . this is too ridiculous o flipkart part . even after raising somany compliants they least bothered about responding to customer and give resolution for the same . The staff working with flipkart are no less than robots they are just instructed to speak ina script which they are supposed to speak I haven't received my refund in tregards to that when ever I tried contacting them they are least bothered to answer my query . close to 4627 blocked by flipkart here is te breakup for the same 1399+526+2749 thses are the refunds flipkart is supposed to be processed and it is not processed yet .

        Flipkart You hae robotic executive workingat your end who just work on commands and no standards o[censored]nderstanding the query . I told them the product is picked up from my place and have not received any refund . still they repeat the same thing again n again which is too embarrassing from a brand like flipkart . my issue is not resolved yet am supposed to receive refund for couple of items .

          I had ordered a stuffed ball on dec 1, 2018 which was delivered by flipkart on dec 7, 2018. Order id od[protected]

          On dec 8, 2018, i requested return of the product as it was damanged/torn from two or three places. Return id[protected]

          On same day i received a message from flipkart that my return pickup has been cancelled. However, i have not cancelled the return.

          On dec 12, 2018, i received a call from flipkart and i again requested return of the product.

          Now on dec 13, 2018, i have received a message from flipkart that i can't return the product as per their return policy.

          I used to make purchases on flipkart very frequently, but after this incident i'll refrain myself from doing any purchase from flipkart and also recommend others to be very cautious from such kind of frauds.

            My registered email id and mobile number has been changed, the hacker bought using buy now pay later option and the bill was sent to me of rs.15364/-
            I have immediately given complaint to flipkart stating all the information many times but no action taken from flipkart side instead they said it will be resolved by 48 hrs and by now it is already 3 months and now flipkart is asking me pay the money. The thing which is very scary for me is flipkart still not taken any action against the hacker even after providing the hackers mobile number and if this continues hacker will continue to buy under my account.

              I purchased Yonex Badminton shoes from flipkart on 3rd Oct, never thought of being cheated by supplying duplicate product from such a reputed e commerce site and so never verify if it is original or duplicate.

              after contacting flipkart, i told them i am being cheated with duplicate shoes. they simly denied to take any responsibility and told me that they will take care that you are not being cheated next time!!! I told them this is fine if the product is original and i am complaing after return period is over. But this is a duplicate product. Answer was the same.

              Never thought of they will take part in such cheating and selling duplicate products. Let me give another proof. I ordered Jaquar shower order id OD[protected] on flipkart on 11Nov, i had doubt about it originality, so before placing order i e mailed them and asked about the originality and warrenty of the product. they never gave straight answar and told me that i can always return, i told them yes i can return but if not original i don't want to go through all this hassel, as i said never recd straight answar. i ordered and found it is a duplicate shower. i returned and told them this is a duplicate product, if you believe in fair practice, Please do the inspection and remove it from your site so other customer are not being cheated.

              what they did is still selling the same product on their site even today.

              Then i thought of giving a review what has been happened with me on site. to my surprise my they are filtering the reviews and not displaying negetive reviews on their site. i tried submiting a positive review, it was displaying immediately.

                TV installation is not done since a 7 days. I have ordered LG HD ready Smart TV 32 inch from Flipkart which was delivered within 2 days (05th dec, 2018 delivered) as promised. but as promised in the website installation was not done within two days from delivery of the product. I have been following up flipkart since 8th of this month and they have given me a timeline of 13th dec 2018 for the installation. Even today as it falls to be the last day I called flipkart customer care and the person informed me that the task of installation would be done by LG person and flipkart is following them up to get it installed. I have all the recordings with me which I can produce if required.

                      My Flipkart account id with [protected] was hacked and the mobile number and email id was updated to another mob and email.Even after complaining for several times the customer care never resolved my problem.It was then showing no account with this mobile no. and email so I created a new account with same mobile no.[protected] as one customer executive told and was using that account and also had several orders with that account.But now firstly I was unable to login and even unable to update the password but after sometime got logged in account but saw that there were 3-4 orders with paylater which I hadn't order and also my orders were missing from that account.Now I am receiving the messages to pay dues of paylater of 4769 Rs which I hadn't use and they are calling me all the time like harrassing me.

                      I received a mail and I told them to call after 7pm that day but even after 3-4 days I didn't receive any call messages and email from their end. I had raised the issue but 6-7 days are over and their customer care are telling me to wait. I don't think Flipkart will resolve the issue instead they will ask me to pay the money which I won't and finally ending to complaint in cyber cell. Flipkart customer care is hell and they never ever help us they just lie .

                      Finally I got call from Flipkart and they asked me to send details of last three details which I sent them just minutes later later I got that they are sorry for all and all details by me are true and they assured me to solve the issue by 3-4 days but even after 4-5 days they are just increasing the resolution date and I didn't got any resolution even after 15-16 days. This is Flipkart's customer care for you.Very shameful as it is taking 15-16 days to resolve a issue.

                      My Flipkaert accoutn got hacked, with that pay later option 70k has been debited .no response from flpkart, n number of times i have raised to customercare. no response. now i got a call from IDFC Bank in which they are tieing up for pay later option

                          Delayed delivery of order no od[protected]
                          Which was to be delivered by 12/12/18 7-10 pm.
                          I was not updated regarding the delivery of the same.

                          On contacting the customer care they said order is shipped and delivery is delayed.
                          I would like to question the lethargic attitude of flipkart and the seller regarding the important order.

                          On further questioning the customer care executive mr khemraj apologized me for the delay. He again gave me a date of 17th dec.
                          I would like to question that who will compensate for my loss of so many days.

                          There is no reason provided for the delay of one week.
                          Such kind of pathetic customer service is not expected from an esteemed organization like flipkart.

                            I bought a iffalcon certified android 79.97cm smart tv from your website.
                            Which you delivered the tv on 08/12/2018. One week has gone but no one come for the installation. Always i am getting the message that engineer is not available. If you don't having the enginner, so why you are doing the work. Don't make the fool always.

                              I purchased 4 shampoos of make l'oreal professional anti dandruff, it was delivered on 18.11.18. At that time, i was out of town. When i come back to my home town in december, i found that the product delivered by flipkart is duplicate. I am regularly using l'oreal anti dandruff shampoo. So when i opened it, i easily recognised that shampoo is duplicate. Flipkart is doing cheating with customers by delivering wrong and duplicate product. Giving discount and deliver wrong product.

                              Please check the product, also check cheater vendors.

                              Refund me the charged amount.

                                  My Oakley glasses and 1 more product picked up yesterday for 1 product I have received the refund. and the Oakley sunglasses refund is not processed yet . the order ID for the same is Od[protected]. When are you guys going to process the refund . usually when ever pick up is completed refund will be credited immediately when you could able to process the RS878 immediately for the same bank account why cant you process the 7910 amount immediately at the same time . I wanted to know the reason for the delay . and also let meknow why did you guys cancelled the refund for the other 2 items which you are supposed to pick up and process the refund .

                                    Some shopped from my flipkart account for Rs. 4080 by pay later service. Today I received bill on email asking to pay it. I complaint to customer care but they said you have to pay it, as it is purchased by you. I received automated call also saying your account is suspended. Shopping was done on 14.11.2018. Product is delivered in Banglore. I live in nagpur.

                                      I was unable to login into my account. after giving the credentials, it is showing Login is Unsuccessful, please try after a minute.
                                      As a reply from customer care after raising a compliant, they answered that your account is locked and please Create a new account and the reason they mentioned is reselling of products that i ordered, i am not going to accept this information. so i replied to that mail for justification..as the issue is continuing from the past week on wards.

                                      customer has raised the issue with regards as customer is unable to login as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue and now customer account has been unfreezed and same has been informed to customer hence closing the case from our end.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I bought Nokia 6.1 Plus (White, 64 GB) mobile phone through FLIPKART & delivered on 8.11.2018 8:00 PM and once usage the mobile found that wifi is not functioning the same informed to Flipkart on 9.11.18 with return / replacement request. Instead on replacement, it was advised to check settings and call closed from FLIPKART end.Then observed mic problem on 28.11.18, same communicated to FLIPKART with return request. FLIPKART advised to approach near by authorized service center at nellore. Accordingly self handed over the device and the service center confirmed that the phone mic is having manufacturing defect and will be replaced within 7 days. But even after 15 days not getting any prior response from service center about the receipt and replacement of mic.

                                        Self escalated the issues to FLIPKART on 08.12.18 evening and quoted my 09.11.18 communication on replacement. FLIPKART confirmed that it will be resolved by 12.12.18 or replacement.

                                        Further self communicated to FLIPKART on 12.12.18 on the same for immediate replacement as no response.

                                        Requesting you to intervene the above issue & resolve it please and I need value for my money.

                                        Flipkart is not taking resolution in this issue. Last week one week they committed that within 24 & 48 hrs will be resolved. But no reply from their end. Please take up with flipkart to resolve this issue.
