Flipkart again sent me a wrong order which is restarting continuously, and when i demanded for refund they are saying that technician will visit. I want to complain about bad service provided by flipkart. Seller is "truenet commerce".
I am getting late day by day, and they are saying that technician will visit i have no time and i am requesting them for refund.

    I am unable to login into my account for the past 15 days, I already made a complaint twice on the toll free number[protected]. Till now the problem is not resolved. Kindly make an arrangement for the rectification as early as possible and the error message mentioned below:

    Error message : "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute."

    It repeatedly showing the same error again and again for the past two weeks. Kindly do the needful.

    Till now the problem is not yet solved, they told that the problem will get solved in 48 hrs, but now it has been more than 72 hours, still facing the same issue . Kindly rectify the issue as early as possible

      I Ordered nivia gym belt from flipcart.In first attempt they send me one duplicate low quality leather belt. So, I filled return and exchange of product .I called to customercare of flipcart call reference no (IN[protected] .They told that they will ensure that further this will not be repeated.
      After one week on 4th Dec 18 flipcart attempt 2nd delivery and exchange of product .I received it and this time also its duplicate low quality local product.
      So, I need strict action against flipcart for this type of customer harresment.and for selling duplicate product.
      Humble request for strict action.

          I'm just giving the details of all the events chronologically:

          12 nov, 2018- ordered dell inspiron 15 5000 (I5 8th gen, 1tb hdd, 8gb ram, windows 10, platinum silver colour)

          15 nov, 2018- received dell latitude 3440, black colour, windows 8
          (On the same day i filed a complaint for replacement)

          23 nov, 2018- shipping master cancelled the replacement on his own and after talking to customer service they told me that customer is satisfied with the original product and does not want the replacement.
          (Same day filed again complaint then they said they would look into the matter and resolve it by 27 or 28 nov)

          25 nov, 2018- they said it would be replaced by 06 dec, 2018

          29 nov, 2018- track order shows on 29 nov it reached my nearest hub i. E. Sigra

          04 dec, 2018- 6 days has been passed and no development in the status.

          I'm pretty much sure that this time also they're not going to deliver it by 06 dec and they'll again postpone the date.

          Please provide some remedy since more than 22 days has been passed and the laptop which i had ordered is not delivered.

            Flipkart has been charging me around ₹800 from my credit card. Now statement is shows up like this:
            M-flipkart internet pr, p:11, 0000333 (Ref# 09999999981203001039858)
            This month they have charged ₹790 and before this ₹800. This is not done. We don’t have anywhere to go and fight. Who do we go to. Is it mistake to save credit card in flipkart or is it mistake to even buy a goddamn thing from flipkart. They can’t just take our hard earned money on their own will. I want my money back.

              I recently received an order i placed with flipkart.

              Unfortunately the shipment i received was incorrect. I have enclosed the incorrect item and would appreciate a prompt replacement. I would also appreciate that you quickly ship me (Vita glow skin whitening night cream and fairness for all skins (30g) ordered on mon, 26th nov'18) which was missing from my order.

              Since this an error by your company, i do not expect to be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges.

              We've interacted with the customer and resolved the complaint by providing the refund and also shared feedback with the seller hence closing the complaint from our end.
              Many seller on flipkart are keeping higher Mrp than the actual printed on the product and shows that its on discounted price. I think they are fooling customers by showing higher discount %.

                  I purchased kemei km-3005a from flipkart under 1 year kemei india warranty on jan 2th. It stopped working despite charging 8 hrs.
                  I contacted the retailer as advised by flipkart regarding same.
                  I submitted original invoice, online invoice etc as per their wish through email.
                  They also accepted documents on april 26.
                  After that they stopped communicating and have not replaced my trimmer yet.
                  Despite calling and mailing for the same.
                  I hope they either refund my money or replace this trimmer.

                    10days gone. After complaint u. Still i m unable to login to my account.. And u msg me to pay for the cardless credit amount. Other wise u charge me.. Late fine.. Stupid.. How can i pay ur payment without login in my account.. Just think.. Your customer service is useless and pathetic. Only say that please wait 48hr.10days gone but ur 48hr still not completed. I decided... No more shopping from your website.. After pay ur cardless credit amount.. And i m going to tell this story to all my friends and family members.                         I have ordered a refrigerator from flipkart on 18/11/2018 from my flipkart account. I recieved a message that my samsung 324 ltr refrigerator will be recived on or before 28th nov. I have made full payment on the order of refrigerator. On i have recieved a call from gati courier service that they have tried to deliver my product bt cud not deliver, it was a computer operator call. I requested to try delivery again. While i have not received any call for product delivery person. On 27 nov gati computer operator again called n the same thing happened that npbdy has called me and they said they have tried delivery and could not deliver.. But nobdy has called me. On 27 november i called flipkart n told about call from gati and they confirmed that my product will be delivered by 7 pm on 28th nov. I have waited that day. Nobdy called mee for the product. On 29 th evg i have called flipkart n told the issue for not deliveing my product, they said you wait till 3rd dec. Around 8pm i recived a message that your order has been cancelled due to not courrier partner could not deliver the product to my address. While it was already askd at the time of ordering that product delivery is available at my postal code. I have complaint flipkart about the issue they said order the item again. I asked abour the guarantre of delivering the product at the same address they said this is not guaranteed. I have not ordered my products through amazon as tge product was also available there and now it is not avaialble and flipkart has also raised the price. Who will bear my loss flipkart or gati courrier service. Ridiculous service.

                            Customer raised a complaint stating that the product manufacturing date is very old. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the the product model is of 2015 and received the 2015 manufacturing that the seller will having the batch wise products of the manufacturing date. Since there is no defect in the mobile the seller couldn't offer the return. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                              I ordered mi note 5 pro on the 14th of october and was delivered on 21st of october. This phone is having vertical lines on the screen and even after updating the version and doing some self tests, which did not resolve my problem. I contacted flipkart, they suggested to contact mi directly. After contacting mi, they suggest me to contact flipkart again for replacement. None of these two companies are taking the issue seriously, which is disappointing.

                                    I’m writing regarding my order from Flipkart Mach City iBike Medium 26 T Hybrid Cycle/City Bike: 6 Months Domestic Warranty Bicycle having invoice number – OD[protected]/ Invoice Number # FAB0FF[protected]

                                    Purchased on 12 October 2018 and got delivered on 15 October 2018 and return period has ended on 25th of October 2018.

                                    This kind of incident is shocking for me and have never noticed such a thing in my life before.

                                    It could be more fatal if I was riding the bicycle as the tire and tube both are in bad shape the tube busted off including the tire and the RIM too as you can see in the attached photograph.

                                    I have already registered a complaint before the Flipkart regarding the matter this is a serious issue but Flipkart said he can not do anything in this matter as the 10 days return period is over.

                                    Top of it the cycle was standing idle for three days and without using it got busted so anyone can assume what Flipkart is selling without quality check and with the background check on seller credibility to settle or even reply to claims.

                                    I have paid Rs.1000 to Track And Trail authorised showroom for the rim and tube as the seller did not reply to my emails or even received the calls to claim the warranty.

                                    Flipkart is selling old, outdated and junk product and making fool to customers by promising after sale services. And their customer care representative asked me t pay them.

                                    Avoid Flipkart for big appliances and costly purchases guys!!!

                                      I've been a regular customer of yours and have bought number of clothing items from your online stores. I want to bring to your notice a roadster jeans that i bought from myntra (Bought on april 6, 2018 order id:[protected]-0268001). The jeans is defective and it started wearing out from day one. I might have worn the jeans maybe 7-8 times and washed it couple of times.

                                      Loose threads, holes have appeared which i've never witnessed before with any of my jeans (Includes other roadster jeans i own). I managed with it anyways thinking it might just be a small bad patch of cloth/threads.

                                      Your jeans today (Dec 3rd 2018) gave up on me. I was on my way to a meeting and gaping hole of around 7-8 inches appeared near the zip when i sat on a bike. The threads gave up. I had to manage somehow to cover it with my shirt and go about the meeting. Your jeans and your product has really embarrassed me and i'm really pissed about it, angry about how such a multi-million dollar company with stringent qc in place can pass such a useless piece of cloth as denim.

                                      I need accountability for this failure and be compensated for the embarrassment that i've faced.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have got flipkart coupons from my bank worth of 4000 rs.in that one coupon is not working worth of rs. 1000.

                                        Regarding this i have contacted flipkart, but they told me that i have to contact my bank only regarding this.

                                        So i have contacted my bank they said they sent correct card only, you have to contact flipkart.

                                        Now i am hope less from both sides. Not sure to whom to contact.

                                        This is a flipkart coupon so i have to contact flipkart only, but their team is not understanding my request and directing me to contact my bank.

                                        I have added an image with error what i am getting while adding coupon to my flipkart account.

                                        I have a Flipkart pay later purchase and I have not yet paid for it and I am not able to login in my account. Pls help.
