I'm just giving the details of all the events chronologically:
12 nov, 2018- ordered dell inspiron 15 5000 (I5 8th gen, 1tb hdd, 8gb ram, windows 10, platinum silver colour)
15 nov, 2018- received dell latitude 3440, black colour, windows 8
(On the same day i filed a complaint for replacement)
23 nov, 2018- shipping master cancelled the replacement on his own and after talking to customer service they told me that customer is satisfied with the original product and does not want the replacement.
(Same day filed again complaint then they said they would look into the matter and resolve it by 27 or 28 nov)
25 nov, 2018- they said it would be replaced by 06 dec, 2018
29 nov, 2018- track order shows on 29 nov it reached my nearest hub i. E. Sigra
04 dec, 2018- 6 days has been passed and no development in the status.
I'm pretty much sure that this time also they're not going to deliver it by 06 dec and they'll again postpone the date.
Please provide some remedy since more than 22 days has been passed and the laptop which i had ordered is not delivered.
