This is to inform that i had placed an order for curtains, as our house recently got painted, i had to purchase more curtains. After the order was placed and money was collected after which a message came stating that 10 items for which order was placed is cancelled and that money will be refunded. First of all, it is not correct to take the order and not to deliver. The app. Should reject it as and when the order is placed if it exceeds the limit. My time and money wasted by flipkart. I had spent to three hours for selecting the product. Every thing gone waste. This attitude was not expected from a branded company. Do reply to my grievances.

    This product doesn't deserve to get one star also. And the seller are the worst. It seems like an second hand item poor packaging and pathetic service there phone number is ([protected]). I have ordered the bluetooth headset and the battery back up was around 20 min after charging for 8hrs. Then raised a complain for the same same and got a response after almost 1 month regarding the same and they arranged a pick up and exchanged the product. And i didn't use the product for some time when i used the exchanged product it has the same battery life 20 min.
    When i raised the complain with the team they are saying its in policy that we can claim the warrant only ones even if the product is under warranty.
    Be careful the same amount can be invested on different product rather than on this product.
    The technical specification or we can the volume level is really poor and not can affect the ears also. If any body owns the product can go to a test engineer lab and test the product sound quality.

    As we know . If we are not interested in the product it is our right to return the product as same as we get. Then why FLIPKART told me the reason of the Account blocking is the many number of orders are return and who take responsibility to share the invoice of my recent orders.

        I ordered a product on flipkart which i wasn't staisfisfied with so i had it returned within 2 days of its delivery. I was promised a refund. I had filled in my bank details as well. But a few days later, i received an sms from flipkart asking me to update my bank details as they had failed to process my refund due to insufficient details. So i clicked on the link they had provided in the sms, but it was apparently an expired link. Till date, i am unable to update my bank details and hence no refund of my amount.

          I have ordered a samsung refrigerator through flipkart first they have cancelled my product without any intimation, and when i complaint about the same they have requested to request again and assured me to deliver the product soon. I have recieved the product within seven days from ordering but i have recieved a damaged product. I got to informed my samsung person who came for installation and unpacked the product. He has submitted his report that my product was damaged and a dent was their on the body of refrigerator. After my daily follo uo it had heen seven days now. My product is lying unpacked and nobody is responding for returning process. Even they are not providing me any return policy. They have replacement or exchange policy. I was ok with that but after 7 days of delivery of product when there is no return, how many days they will take in providing me a new product. I m frustated with pathetic service of flipkart.

            I continuesly msg 4-5days but not get any response also not get any solution. My rs.2907 gift card stolen and theif added own wallet when i said to customer care they said block in 24 hrs today completed 4 days still not solved my issue.. At evng i tried to add gift card in wallet but shown "this gift card belong to other wallet can't add" so please i humble request to please block the card otherwise thei[censored]se that money. And i m going to huge loss..

              I tried ordering a saree through my credit card and the transaction got failed but the payment was deducted and product didn't get placed. I have the message of deduction of 427 by Flipkart. I again placed the order through cc since I like the product very much. I tried contacting Flipkart through their customer care but could not reach anyone... Neither I could get any help from flipkart app. Just wanted to know what's the procedure of the deducted money to be reversed back?

                I got an sms from flipkart informing that i'm the winner of the flipkart lucky contest and i won a tata safari car/inr 12, 60000.When i entered into the link given in the sms i got a number and i contacted them. They told me to remit an amount of inr 8500 as registration fee.The sms was from flipkart lucky contest office at jamshedpur, jharkhand. So i contacted flipkart jamshedpur office through the number i got from their site. They told me to send a screenshot of the sms & i've done it. After 5 minutes the called back and told that that is true and not fraudulant. So i belived and i paid inr 8500 into the account no: given by them(idfc bank).After 5 minutes again i got a message from hdfc bank (i don't know it is true, they told me that that message is from hdfc bank)informing that inr 12, 60000 is credited to my account and i have to pay inr 24, 500rs a transaction charge. I paid that amount also. After that i got a message again from hdfc bank informing again i have to pay inr 38000 as gst & transaction charge. I refused to pay that amount and called them back and told them to transfer my money back. Then the told me that the amount i paid already sent to bank by the company and they don't have any role in that so they can't give my money back. They called me for 2 days. About 15 times a day for remitting 38000rs. I told them don't call back again, i'll not pay this amount. I lost rs 33000 total. I have all the proofs with me.                   On 16th November 2018, few hackers breached Flipkart exclusive customers database who had Pay Later facility. The hackers later changed the credentials of my account and booked a mobile phone worth 15000 INR using my Pay Later payment mode. Since they had changed the login credentials of the accounts I was unable to access my account but as soon as I received an email about logins change I immediately informed Flipkart team about via call and as well as on Twitter along with the screenshots.

                  Flipkart team neither helped me out to get back the access of the account nor they blocked the order made by hackers through my account which got delivered 3 days later on 18th November somewhere in interiors of Karnataka which is more than 1000kms away from my current location.

                  After 100s of follow up and calls and sharing my govt. ID proofs 3-4 times on 19th December that is after 35 days they gave me the access of my account back with the pending bill of 14999 + 400(late fees) = 15399/- INR and constantly reminding me with SMS to pay this due.

                  Neither I shared the OTP with anyone nor I clicked on any suspicious link. I am too from IT background and I know the internet security and safety very well. This hack happened at Flipkart's end then how I am liable to pay for it? why they are making me go through mental harassment?

                  I want these 2 actions taken immediately: 1. Remove transactions made on Nov 15th from my account history - including two Oppo phones and trousers. 2. Remove the associated charges from my Flipkart pay later account so that it does not affect my credit score.

                    I booked a philips qt4005/15 trimmer on 11 dec 2018, and got delivery on 15 dec 2018, and when opened the product we shocked because delivered product was not as per description made on website & it was like second hand product as well as packing cartoon was also not of philips company, then i return this product and i have again received second hand product.                           I had order (order ID OD[protected] a INFOUS Turbo 5 mobile and received it on 10-12-18.When i start to use this phone i found its touch not working properly ( Automatically turn on its touch screen oftenly )Next day I had compliant to flipkart authority official (through return policy) to replace this phone with good working one. So your official they deny to my complaint against regarding my damaged phone.

                          But still now i could not get any email or a favorable reply...

                            Flipkart's website says that the phone should not be physically damaged. My phone didn't have any visible dents, worked perfectly well, no cracks, nothing and they still refused to take my phone saying there are two minor dents. Two minor dents which aren't even visible can't qualify as physical damage. How can you expect a phone to look as good as new? Why would i even exchange it then? This is a pure scam business. Very very disappointed. Moreover, the person they send over just has no idea about anything, he randomly stares at your phone and then at you.

                            Additionally, the manager says it's 'CLEARLY' mentioned on the website that they will not take any damaged product. I hardly think the manager even understands the word 'CLEARLY' because if he did, he would realize that Flipkart has not clearly mentioned it. Very rude manager and an absolutely DAFT person whom they send for checking the phone because he understands no specifications of the phone. Last time also they tried scamming me after he took the phone saying if you have to pay 3000 more or you it will go from my salary. This was after he had checked the phone and was purposely trying to find faults where there was nothing. It's the same guy who came. Horrendous service.

                              I ordered a mobile phone thru flipkart after that when i am trying to login flipkart. My flipkart login is blocked. The respose received after complaining flipkart was

We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorised and secure; this is for account security. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                              Flipkart is doing fraud with customers because first they convenience to purchase Gift Voucher and then they Block the buyers account and total money in wallet is stolen by Flipkart . After contacting with them they give very cheap reasons like reselling without any proof. This is not happening only with me but thousands of customers are suffering with this issue and no response from Flipkart. We all have to raise this issue in cunsumer court and request for justice. In my case I have left Gift Voucher worth Rs 5217 in Flipkart wallet but since they Block my account I can't use this in future. There is lot of money of loyal customers stolen by Flipkart. So we want the proper response..

                                    I tried to order a women's belt and jean, and placed the order, done with the payment & order didn't get confirmed. Later refund process has been started.
                                    This has been happened a week ago and still i didn't receive my money.
                                    How can this happen? when i wanted the products. Ok fine at-least the money has to be refunded right, even that isn't happening.
                                    I request to react to this soon.

                                      I ordered a sandisk ultra 128gb class 10 memory card on a offer price of 1058₹. The product get packed and dispatched to nearest hub near me then seller request for return, why?. If you can't fullfill the order why you post such offer. I don't know anything i just want my product at offer price of 1058₹ that's it or i am going to consumer forum.
                                      You shouldn't have done this if you are putting offer on anything it should be available at that price.
                                      I ordered this 128gb memory card at ₹1058. I want that same card with same specifications to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

                                        Being a valuable flipkart plus member, flipkart blocked my account suddenly without any notice, one of my product lg g7+ thinq 128gb mobile phone return is in process, not received the accesories yet. Now suddenly i was checking i was unable to access my account then i put up this issue with escalation team, they sent a mail on 24th november like -
                                        "we're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update."
                                        Unable to use my flipkart account, neither able to see my buyback offer details came with the product i have mentioned above.
                                        Repeatedly reached, they are not resolving my issue
