My name is nitin jaisingh. I had bought an full hd led tv of blaupunkt by flipkart on 13th october 2018 and it was delivered on 23rd october 2018. But the quality of product is very poor and i had submitted my request 6 times, only 1 time the technician had visited and same thing i elaborated to him. But now they are saying your replacement period is over you can't return your product. Kindly help me in this...

Since 13th Oct I had given return/refund request for track pant that I ordered. Its been 8th Nov but still my pick is not done.

Customer service Assistant Manager (Gaurav) give me assurance that I will receive call back from any of Customer service Manager which did not happen. Logistic partner every time reject the return request without any proper justification.

I had purchased serum cream from flipkart via debit card emi option. However before order delivery, i had cancelled same. Hence i was due for refund.
