Sir, I am an ex servicemen and I tried to book my appointment for gastroenterology in fortis hospital Noida sector 62.They denied me give appointment saying that for ECHS referral he will attend after 1300hrs whereas I wanted to take appointment at morning times. My question is that why they making difference between normal patients and echs patients. Please call me [protected] if required. Thank you

    I am ex Army person who served my whole life in indian army i came to fortis for my spine and knee problem .i consulted dr bansal for spine and dr anuja for knee pain
    At same day dr bansal suggest mefor spine surgery and dr anuja wrote some test .indid all billing for every test and oprated by dr bansal .after spine surgery means after 2 week i did all the test of anuja porwaal ...and waited for 2 hour to jus show the report to anuja .their staff said dobara billing hogi tabhi aap reports dikhapaoge nahi to nahi dikha paoge .means they are doing every thing for money to jus show reports i have to again do billing for consulation i am spine petient ..i need to get reffrel for re billing ..
    They dont care about petient they care about money ...even you are paid lot of money their gesture is so rude

      I had called the number [protected] around 10 days back to book an appointment with Dr Praveen Gupta for 15 th June, patient name Tanvisha Singh. But they have taken all the details of the patient and registered it but did not book the appointment. I called today to check the status of my appointment as I did not receive any SMS etc, now they are telling me that your appointment has not been booked.

      I can come as a walk-in patient and have to wait for two to three hours. Due to the negligence of team handling appointments, I have lost ten days and could not visit the doctor on the scheduled date of 15 th June. I have to suffer for the negligence of your team. Request you to investigate the issue and help me for the appointment on 15th June.

        I had plane surgery of my wife for implant removal from her ankle.
        Surgery was planned for 2 week. I confirmed 2 hours before reaching hospital and they told me your deluxe room is ready.
        When we reached hospital they told us we deluxe room is under maintenance either you leave or manage with general ward. And if you leave surgery will be postponed
        Why someone need to settle with general ward after paying 2 lac..

          Date: 6th April 2022 @10.30 OPD appointment with Dr.Uma Dangi
          UHID No.11659200
          Patient with Anterior mediastinal mass.

          Our patient had a visit to Fortis Mulund hospital in OPD hours to check up and consultation with Dr.Uma Dangi.
          As per Dr.Uma patient seems stable but he needs observation and he could be faint! which even doctor was not sure!
          She advise for hospitalization for 5 days to diagnosis and observation, so we started admission process and by the evening time we got the bed.
          Our patient was stable and cautions and till that time no medicine or IV has given.
          since whole day patient didn't had anything so we was feeling bit dizziness and later that patient ate light snacks and then he was feeling much better. but he started coughing between some time.
          we asked Doctor Uma to check and give some medication but she took it very easily and said seems he is scared so he is feeling bit nervous and dizziness. also patient said to Uma that I'm not feeling comfortable and facing breathing issue. But Dr.Uma Dangi again ignore that symptoms indication and advise the available nurse (and not the assistance doctor as she don't have any assistance doctor) that put the patient on O2 for 2ltr and give IV of NS.
          then later that Dr.Umar left for the day at home and our patient started collapsing around 9pm the available nurse staff was not is position to handle this situation and keep the patient suffer for whole night. they took only BP and temperature reading in night! as even they dont have any guideline for patient.
          On the next day 7th April morning there was schedule test to do, for that they took the patient and in that test finding was blood test PT-INT is not in range and further biopsy cant do. same information from testing lag Dr.Rajat has informed to Dr.Uma.
          Till the time there were no medication has given. and looking at the patient condition she advise for PT-scan where patient was not much comfortable but she took the decision and asked to do! Patient was empty stomach! he was craving for food and water.
          Then later patient become breathless and from here then the Dr.Uma awake and she seek help from surgeon Dr.Arun Bhel for further procedure.
          between this she loop other two more surgeon cardiologist and the plan for operation. we were not having any clue what's going on and how to face this situation. our patient shifted to ICU its like within 24hrs from normal situation to ICU turn on.
          Dr.Uma said nothing to worry just to keep under observation we shifted to ICU and further medication steroid we will give so patient will feel better.
          After some couple of hours again Dr.Uma had called all o[censored]s and along with 5-6 specialist doctors to meet and she said we need to take chance with patient as steroid didn't work, we will remove some water and try to stable to the patient.
          Around 5pm again Dr.Uma had called us and this time along with 8-10 doctors and said patient is not improving.
          We were in complete shock from normal stable patient situation how got turn in worse and what medication of steroid and removal water procedure that even we didn't see is it really done.
          Dr.Uma and Dr.Arun and Dr.Vijay Shetty said we will operate him you make the fund arrangement for this operation estimation was 8.5 lacks and after that 5days of ICU plus doctors and medication would be 2.5lakhs so if you were ready we will proceed.
          We were not having any choice nor even our mind is working that moment where we dont want loose our patient and we said go ahead.
          On our go ahead Dr.Uma left for home and rest cardiologist and Oncologist then they took him for operation around 10pm after that around 1.30AM Dr.ARun said we were doing good patient is stable in operation theater, everything's seems to be fine. around 3.30AM again Dr.Arun came outside of operation theater said patient condition is not good we were trying our best. It was shocking for us to accept and then around 4AM Dr.Arun come and said we did our best and now will wait for patient to get stable he explained situation very nicely which gave us the hope and Dr.Arun Bhel smartly took the signature on register stating that we have explained the patient condition and patient parents and relative understood it. they took patient from OT to ICU and they keep on pumping the balloon so patient BP should look in control, after moving to ICU bed with in 10minuts they started removing all machinery and equipment's and said patient is no more. If you want keep oxygen then will keep till your relatives come. This moment was unexpected and shocking for parents were their 24yrs old son they simply declare dead in 48hrs from Normal condition to ICU and then dead.
          I urge Dr.Uma Dangi is not capable doctor to handle such situation and she is taking false call and giving fake commitment.
          Dr.Arun Bhel being so experience and know doctor playing with emotions of patient parents. Patient was dead in Operation theater but didnt declare and took good feedback for him self.

          We were not able to see what even he has done with patient Anterior mediastinal mass does it really got operated or they took advantage of such good young fir body parts organs for other purpose. As they already checked the patient background seems to be from poor family and they cant take any calls.

          In this 48hrs of event parents loss their 24hrs son who has just started his career in banking industry. But Fortis as hospital is good but doctors took the advantage of it.

          reason behind this complaints is atopy report and the biopsy report says something which is not said by Dr.Uma Dr.Arun and other cardiologist.

            I Triveni Chawadi UHID: 10247009 visited Fortis hospital- Mulund, Mumbai on 7/5/22 to meet Hirak Patel, a psychologist she suggested I meet to Dr. Kedar Tilwe, a psychiatrist. I told them I was feeling shocks on the body, tingling & other sensations like breathlessness, palpitation, increased heart beat, etc.
            Dr. Kedar Tilwe suggested to me these medicines for 20 days -Trinicalm plus, Oxetol XR 150, oleanz rt 5 & etizola 0.25. (Prescription attached)

            Oxetol XR 150 Tablet is an anticonvulsant (or anti-epileptic) medicine that works by decreasing the nerve impulses which cause the seizures that it fits.

            OLEANZ RT 5 MG TABLET is used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder that can result in hallucinations or delusions and also adversely affects a person's ability to think and behave) and mania.

            Trinicalm Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder in which a person develops unreal thoughts and behavior).

            Etizola 0.25 Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat short-term anxiety and insomnia.

            I don't have fits but still I have been prescribed Oxetol XR 150. Etizola 0.25 is a sleeping pill when I don't have any sleep problems or anxiety.

            Last not the least Oleanz RT & Trinicalm plus are the same medicines i.e Schizophrenia. That means I am taking a double dose of the same medicine.

            After 20 days when i visited them again i have been prescribed same medicine by doubling the dose i.e. Oxetol XR 300, Oleanz RT 10 Mg, Trinicalm plus & Etizola 0.25. Oleanz Rt is 10 mg which is double the dose and Trinicalm plus is also given. That means I am taking 3 medicines at one go which is so dangerous. I don't know why such blunder is made by the doctors.

              Maine Apni beti ko kidney BIOSCOPY ki investigation ke hospital mai admit karwaya. Dr GAURAV Sagai ke dwara Mujhe kha jata hai ki aap apni beti ko admit krwa do. Test ke bad kam se kam Hum bacche ko 24 hrs ke liye under observation rakhte hai. Meri beti ki BIOSCOPY 3.50 pm ke Aas pass ho gai thi. Uske baad usse room No 203/6 bed per shift KR Diya Lekin Uske baad bacche kp kisi parkaar ka koi treatment nhi diya jata aur na he kuch khane ke liye diya jata. 6 pm ko maine dr gaurav sahai ko phone kiya tou unhone mujhe bola bahar se aap juice aur buiiscuit laakar bacchhe ko khila do. Maine apne bacche ko bahar se laakar khila diya uske baad chai aur bread aaye. Beti ko back mai pain hua stomach mai bhari bhari ho rha tha. Lekin koi treatment nhi diya gya. Doctors ki visit ho rhi hai aur humme pta he nhi hai. Uske babjood bhi bacche ko koi treatment nhi diya gya. Jub bacche ko jyada pain hua aur maine jub duty nurse ko thoda request ki tou unhone kisi ko bulwakar ek PCM ka injection laga diya. Aur had tou jab ho gai ki 1.30 am par mujhe billing counter par bulakar Mujhe bola jata hai ki apki beti ka tou.7.30 pm par he discharge Ho gya hai. Aap batao ki mai. 1.30 am par Mai apni beti ko kaha lekar jaoo. Billing wale khte hai ki nursing staff ko batana chahye tha. Nursing staff keh rha hai ki meri duty change hui hai. Mujhe pta nhi.

                I was given appointment for Dr Swapna Mishra @ 11:30 am . I had reached the hospital @11:00 am but after fee pay, I waited for around 2 hours for meeting the doctor. I would suggest to remove appointment procedure if you are not going to follow the timings. This is the second time I have faced this issue.

                  1. False billing of rs. 16, 784/- charged by the hospital staff which i have identify myself.
                  2. ICU doctors are irresponsible and pathetic in speaking - they simply says if you ask them any que they replies - "we are tired of your questions, we can not ans this"
                  3. Staff doesn't care if your patient is dyeing or living.

                          This complaint is in reference to patient admitted in room no. 307 - Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta admitted in the hospital Fortis Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi for fistula surgery on 22/04/2022.
                          Since the time of admission, the services have been miserable. Patient MR. Satish Kumar Gupta and his attendant Gautam Gupta has to make numerous calls for assistance like washroom, dressing, medicine, etc. but nurses/GDA/helping staff take as long as 10 mins to 40 mins for getting their query resolved/assistance.
                          The nursing staff and GDA on the whole are not cooperative and rude in their attitude except 2/3 staff who were helpful and considerate.
                          The care and attention is unsatisfactory and delayed to beyond acceptable time frames.
                          Such unprofessional attitude is not expected from private hospitals like Fortis.
                          The staff has the audacity to ask for excess deposits and charges before even delivering the services/assistance but at the time of delivering the service and attending patient, they shamelessly accuse the patient and attendant for repeatedly asking for assistance.

                          Such nuisance by the staff is really unacceptable and deserves harsh action from the authorities.

                          I would like your immediate and just enquiry into such matter and take correct and just action at the earliest.
                          This will be raised over various platforms if not taken care of with sincerity.

                            We had to admit our daughter in Fortis Gurugram on 7th April, 2022 for her Leukemia Treatment ( Consolidation phase ) : UHID 11588881.

                            We requested for room at 12.30 in afternoon but we got the room at 5.45 PM after so many requests. As there was some issue with her PICC line and it was not possible to use it for IV, So cannula was placed in her right leg to give required medicine around 7 PM and staff who have placed the cannula had to leave for day as her shift was done for day.
                            IV Fluid was started around 9.30 PM using injection pump but right from the beginning there was some issue with it and we informed about it to staff at regular interval but she did not pay much attention. She was also not so comfortable to operate the injection pump and tried to change the bottle of IV fluid as well but it did not work. Finally, she called some other staff who finally started the IV fluid around 1 AM but no one checked the exact problem that cannula was NOT working and swelling in her leg. Around 02.50 AM, We saw small blister in her leg just above the cannula and her leg was completely swollen and it was hard like rock.
                            We called the staff and asked her to remove the cannula first. There was fluid coming out of her skin and number of blisters appeared suddenly. Fluid is coming out of one blister. We called the doctor and my daughter was shifted NICU where dressing was done and another cannula was inserted in another leg as we had to continue our treatment. She was in extreme pain.

                            In the morning, some senior staff came for feedback and also took my signature on some form. We were so disturbed and was shocked that we did not even see what was written in that form. We had to suffer a lot on that day.

                            Her treatment for that leg is still going on and we don’t know how long it will take for her to recover completely. She is already fighting with Leukemia and we were waiting for her to walk after 1 month but because of this negligence she is unable to stand properly even after 10 days of this incident.

                            So I would request you to look into the matter so that the educated and trained staff should be there for children as they cannot speak and tell us the problems.
                            Staff should check the cannula after regular intervals and should not overlooked the problems specially in children to avoid such incident.
                            If room would have been allocated on time then Fluid would have been started on time and cannula could have been checked by some expert staff in day itself rather than in night and why should we pay for such incident which is the responsibility of Hospital ? We are still suffering and now have to visit Hospital for her leg treatment as well.

                            We will have to admit her on regular basis in coming months so I request you to consider these points on priority.

                            We decided to fix her PICC line right after this incident as we could not see her in pain any more which was planned for next week in day care itself and have to pay extra room rent and other charges as well. So It was financial loss as well for us. Hospital should take responsibility of such incident and should bear the charges as well.

                              I have taken treatment at fortis, Gurgaon. The total cost of treatment was 57000 approx including OT charge which has been paid by my TPA. But the hospital has taken additional 5000 from me as token amount to reserve OT which has already paid by my TPA. Now, they are not refunding my money.

                                Fraud hospital . Always looting innocent people's. Playing with lives of patients. Specially will name here Surgeon Gaurav Gupta. Many cases I heard about him and one happened with me . In capable. In tolerable behaviour abusive behavior. He doesn't care about his patients . He cares about money more . Operating people with incomplete assessment and making small surgeries complicated. Many of his patients are transferred to super speciality hospitals . Fortis should not have such fool doctors.
