    I had been charged extra Rs 5765/- against the actual bill. I told at cashier counter at the time of full final billing but they ignored it as I was also in hurry that time as I was not in position to wait so long with patient. So I had to leave that time with a thought in my mind that I was cheated by such a reputed Healthcare company. I want them to resolve this issue at the earliest else I'll take this matter to consumer court or higher authorities or if required at social media as well.

      Dear sir today evening I have visited to Fortis Hospital Kalyan, Thane !!! While we are travelling from Mumbai To Nasik I have seen normal pain in chest and I told to doctor it’s acidity kindly give medicines but the doctors without informing me checked my heart rates through ECG and told you have to admit here only !!
      But I have not agreed because I m belongs from Karnataka it’s for away and here I m only one person how can I suddenly admit !! And my ECG reports also good but they created dramatic situations to us !! Even they not given ECG Reports and Bill receipt !!
      Morally they given threaten this is not good behaviour from your hospital staff !!

      Plz kindly take this matter with them nd advice them to behave properly!!!

        I was admitted to Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall Hospital Vasant Kunj New Delhi on 14 Dec 2021 and Discharge on 15 Dec 2021 for Varicos vein treatment by Microwave ablation/RA[censored]nder policy no .[protected]. Health India TPA approved Rs 140, 000/- vide HI-NIA[protected] as granted payment enclosed. But hospital charged me Rs 20652/- on total bill of Rs 147651/- . I am senior citizen it is very difficult for me to bear this amount.
        I come know that bill department charges Rs 16000/- for Microwave Therapeutic Antenna under Other Procedure instead of Surgery. In Other Procedure Dietician Visit, Admission Charges, Documentation Charges, TPA processing charges and Diet charges for which I have to bear the expenses mentioned in TPA approval.
        Kindly do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

          My wife name is ankita gupta.she got admitted for caesarean section.we have submitted 10000 rs as caution money 18/11/21
          i was promised money would be returned by 15 days.today is 17/12/21 no money is refunded.i have not received my refund of 10000 rs despite being repeatedly calling.Tey are saying we have refunded and I have not received it .no one is giving me satisfactory answer.
          i am myself doctor at AIIMS. if i am being given such treatment i can imagine plight of other patients.Kindly look into matter otherwise i will be forced to complaint. in consumer court of fraud

                My experience of fortis cannot get any worst than that I'm having right now.
                Management doesn't know for what they are assigned.
                Nurses gda kitchen workers room help comes atleast an hour late after calling
                It's a long list
                But let's cut to chase and come to my current experience I'm having as on 03/12/2021.
                My father Mr. Yogendra Shrivastava has a OT appointment for gastrectomy, he has stomach cancer. Hi OT was scheduled 3 days before on 30/11/2021 yet as of now my father doesn't have a room we are asked to wait in general ward. We have paid 100% of the estimated amount in advance yet we are facing this problem. Is this how fortis healthcare plans to help people.
                I want a double Sharing room for my father, I hope fortis healthcare finds a solution for this in time that doesn't affects patients health.

                    What kind of hospital is this where the doctor does not appear on time. He might be a great doctor but time is where he will be judged for his services. I am with my Grandfather waiting for my meeting with Doctor at Mahim, Mumbai. The opd timings are from 8am to 8pm but the doctor turns up at 9 and we are waiting till 10:30 for our turn to come up. My appointment with the doctor was at 8:30am, 20/11/2021.

                    Please make a note of it and make necessary amendments. Our lives rely on doctors but only if we are treated in time.

                        Strict complaint against Fortis Hospital Mohali, Medical negligence by doctors (Dr. Anita Sharma(MD consultant), Dr. Pooja, MD, Microbiology false reports, not following protocol, Harasement & Physical & mental pain

                        This mail is regarding, Strict complaint against Fortis Hospital, Mohali.
                        -Declared Normal TB into MDR Tb,
                        - Malpractice & Medical Negligence by Fortis lab doctors & even experience doctors.
                        - Harassed my wife & whole family
                        - Wrong report (Gene-xpert RIF) given by doctors giving excuses of IT error
                        - overcharged lab tests even after price control by the government.
                        -not seriousness about their job, not following proper protocol

                        They Made wrong Gene-xpert RIF report, showed Rifampicin resistance (MDR-Tb) which is later on after 1 week got to know through outside report, it is not MDR-TB. During that 1 week gap, my wife suffered with physical & mental pain.


                        Kindly go through below Summary to make you understand the things sir,

                        Summary

                        On 2nd September 2021, Thrusday, First time I am Rohit Arora & My wife Bhawna Arora, we went to Fortis by 3 PM, Appointment with Dr deepak Joshi(Spine Surgeon).
                        He took Sample of Lipoma from Lumbo-Sacharal Spine from L3 to. L5 region subcutaneous region only. Approx 5-7 ml sample was taken for all culture tests related to that PUS sample.

                        On 3rd September approx 12.24 PM we got Report of Acid fast bacili & Gene-Xpert RIF report. Out of these two reports, Gene-Xpert RIF was showing Mycobacterium tuberculosis & RIFAMPCIN RESISTANCE .
                        Same day 3rd September we went again to fortis for Dr deepak joshi opinion. Dr deepak Joshi declared MDR -TB then
                        He referred to Dr digambar Behera( Pulmonologist) & we book appointment immediately by checking next availability with doctor.

                        On 6th September, Monday, we met Dr. Digambar behera, He declared it MDR TB & he referred GMCH-32 for treatment of MDR-TB.

                        On 7th, 8th, 9th we visited GMCH 32 for starting treatment & for all departments clearance (Eye, ortho, cardio, psychiatry) Sothat treatment could start immediately because we are afraid bacteria should not communicate to any organ of the body.

                        On 9th September, thrusday Dr. Varinder saini( Assitant professor, pulmonologist) suggested us for 2nd time Gene-xpert RIF test as per government procedure, Since MDR Tb is not so common, On thinking we decided to aspirate again sothat treatment could be started ASAP.

                        On 10th September, Friday we again had appointment with Dr. Deepak joshi for aspiration process & to handover sample to another outside lab.
                        Three times, very thick needle was inserted in Patient Bhawna arora near Lumbo-sacral Spine for collection of enough amount of Sample & the procedure is painful & dangerous which we did second time for confirmation of MDR-tb as suggestion by Govt.-32 Doctors.

                        Then immediately we went to GMCH-32 for giving them two falcon tube of PUS Sample . One Falcon tube they sent to PGI for culture test. Another falcon tube they suggested me to give outside lab for Gene-xpert test. I gave to SRL lab, zirakpur.

                        On 12th September Sunday by 2 PM we got outside report of Gene-xpert RIF where only Mycobacterium tuberculosis detected, NO RIFAMPCIN RESISTANCE.

                        Same day i called to fortis in laboratory to check this confusing & contradictory reports which was clear to me that one report is not correct.
                        One of the lab-executives in Fortis-SRL lab confirmed first that it is Mycobacterium tuberculosis detected & Rifampicin resistance not detected which she cleared second time i asked to her.

                        On 13th September, Monday i went to fortis to confirm this thing sothat regimen could be start accordingly.
                        Dr. Anita Sharma(MD consultant) was saying it is an IT error. As she said, she had confirmed the report initially to Dr. Deepak joshi which she was lying she didn't do that.

                        From 2nd September to 12 September we were in trauma,
                        We are harassed alot due to this & my wife experienced mental & physical pain due to fortis staff medical negligence & not following the proper protocol & procedure even after paying extra money for consultation, procedures & laboratory testing.

                        Treatment of MDR -TB was almost started & medicine has been prescribed by doctors & even govt doctors referred to us Mohali or Derabassi govt hospital for collection of MDR-TB drugs because we live in Zirakpur, it comes under either mohali or Derabassi for medicine collection of MDR-TB.

                        MDR-TB drugs are very dangerous drugs which can cause permanent hearing to patient, depression, psychosis, suicidal tedencies, renal toxicity & many other major sideeffects.

                        This is very surprising to us to see diagnosis part of fortis, coz they know MDR -TB is not a common disease . It reoccur happens to 5-10% popultion of TB patient in india.
                        & even we told that no history of tb in patient as well as in family & no high antibiotics is taken in the past, then obviously they should understand we should prescribe test again to rule out this thing but they didn't. I find fortis mohali is making money with not following proper protocol & procedures because they want to do maximum consultations in a day.

                          I, Suman Hari, from Santipur, Nadia, W.B. My father SAMAR KUMAR HARI died on 18/10/21. He was under treatment of Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury. Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury did operation of my father on 11/09/21. Before operation Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury did all tests of my father and he took decision of bypass surgery of my father. But after few days of operation, Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury demand 15 lakhs for heart transplant. Then why he took decision of bypass surgery. After the operation, there was some complication arised. In that moment I admitted my father at the emergency department of Fortis Hospital, Anandapur, Kolkata. But after few hours they told me that there was no bed and I told them my father was the patient of Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury and he operated my father. But they refuse to take. Then my wife argued with hospital management. After few mins they gave me a bed and Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury told me your father is in mediclaim of COAL INDIA LIMITED and we get 15000 from general people. Can I gave 15000 per day for a bed?
                          Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury and his PA Mrs. Papiya continue force me to give 15 lakhs for heart transplant. In that situated my father detoriated and Dr. Tapas Roy Choudhury go to ITALY. Not treated my father and my father died on 18/10/21. After that few doctors told us that "BEFORE OPERATION PATIENT EF% WAS 30 AND HE WAS ACTIVE & AFTER THE OPERATION SAME EF%, PATIENT DETORIATED. ASK DR. TAPAS ROY CHOUDHURY & FORTIS AUTHORITY."

                            Too careless staff in the oncology department while dealing with a critical patient mrs meenu sachdeva undergoing chemotherapy at fortis, gurgaon. The basic blood tests advised by the doctor were skipped by the staff and even small issues are resolved in a unnecessary delayed manner. The food of the patient is also not delivered on time and diet plan too advised by two different doctors differs. Really disappointed by such an esteemed and expensive hospital

                              They are not sending the report in the specified email id unless we called and asking manually. why they ask to us give our email details as if they send the report in mail without calling them? I don't why they are not working properly. there charges are more for every blood report compare to others hospital but they should work according to that.

                                  I had surgery so I had to take a lift but the staff(Mukesh Sharma) didn't allow me to use the lift. He asked me to take the stairs.
                                  OPD section was very rude, I asked them to put the hospital seal on the final invoices but they keep on saying we don't have the seal.
                                  They will not give proper reason and I need to submit few documents so I asked them for print out and they made me run here and there and staff answer was like our system is not working, we are not receiving your email and many more excuses.
                                  Hospital staff is very unprofessional even their OPD staff also. They are so rude.
                                  Overall experience was really pathetic even after paying so much premium fee for them.

                                    Hi, It's been a big concern. There is an surgery scheduled for my son tomorrow, I have been calling continuously for last 1 hr but nobody is picking up the call, when a reception guy picked it up, I asked him to transfer to tpa but call got disconnected at once. I think fortis staff should have been contacted me before the surgery. No body Is even telling me the approval status. I am highly disappointed. I am a little confused now, whether I should visit tomorrow or not. My no. is [protected], [protected]

                                      I would like state the irresponsible behaviour from the medical staff. My mother was admitted around 11:30 am. Doctor informed the staff to send request for SDPC and indent for bone marrow transplant. It's now 3:30 pm, 4 hours since admission, but still they have not send the request for neither SDPC nor bone marrow transplant. We have been taking treatment for past 1 year now, and have faced such irresponsible behaviour now and then. They doesn't care about the patient.

                                        Councler name -mohanamba working in fortis hospital bannergatta road is not at all taking responsibility towards patient when ever we call her, her status is she is busy infact she won't listen regarding patient problems but tells her problems to us like she is busy with other patient it may be once or twice, but every time she says same thing taking care is their responsibility instead of that they tell their problems its not at all a good sign i request you to please look toward it
