Overcharging

Dear Team,

My Father got admitted in Fortis Mohali on 29th July for Knee Surgery.

I settled my bill as per invoice rcvd .Bill no: 100221IPCR 02893 DATED 4TH Aug.

As per bill, Patient Share was 9317/- and rest amount approved by Insurance Company. I paid the same .

My TPA, shared the final Authorisation letter later and as per this letter, the patient share is 2817/-.

Wrong reports given to patient

My mother had an appointment on[protected] and the Doctor had asked to us take some test and next day when we take blood test and ultrasound . Fortis sector 62 Pharmacist complaint

Fortis sector 62 pharmacist provide different salt of medicine, even i provide him prescription, clearly mention the medicine name on it even i understand the name of medicine. I have prescription and pharmacy bill also....

Staff/Administration behaviour and unhygienic condition

My name is Dr Permod Kumar Gupta a retired UN Diplomat. After repatriation to India i consulted Dr Anil Mandhani Urologist in Fortis Research Hospital Gurgaon. Dr advised few tests which by long pain of queuing for payment not accepting on line payment finally i was ready for RGU test.

Miss Management

Worst management, had to wait 8 hrs for the platelates to ne transfused even though we arranged the donation 7 hours ago, all the staff including the team leader been seen careless and one of the staff singing songs. The patient blood count and platelates went very low because of the inefficiency of the staff.

I will take this on all social media so international patient think twice before coming here....

Appointment Timings

I am a senior citizen who has visited Fortis Mohali several times by taking prior appointment always. The place is invariably crowded and the appointment is never on time. I have had to wait for almost 3 hours sometimes just to meet the doctor for a few minutes. The doctor who is always in a rush to get rid of you due to huge crowds, there is no way you can discuss your problem/ailment in a quiet/peaceful manner...

Pet CT scan Report - old CD missed out

Hi,

I had Pet CT scan done on 21 Aug and left 2 old CD for reference, but they were not in the Report folder collected by my relative 23rd morning
He is aged and cannot come back again to collect

Horrible service in the emergency

Hi, I would like to complain against Dr Anirudh in the Emergency team. My mother had a dog bite and we rushed to the emergency. Neither did he properly attend to her and check her bruise nor did he display any sensitivity towards the patient. Instead, he asked the patient to run from one end to another and delayed treatment despite knowing that he very well could have acted promptly. I’m extremely upset by the service and I would feel scared...

Regarding Not getting response from OPD billing section.

I had an appointment with Dr Subhash Jangid on 26 july 2021. I need a copy of the Consultation invoice as the old one’s ink has been faded.

Wrong billing

Person in billing Gopal Krishna made wrong bill and ask me to pay the bill. I have paid and then saw major difference in billing. After hater half hour he said he did mistake now he said refund in 2 to days after reopen bill.

Security deposit not return On given time

Iam posting this complaint after repeated follow-up with FORTIS HOSPITAL BG ROAD BANGALORE.

Email ID given by the frontdesk was care.[protected]@fortishealthcare.com blocks all emails. Representatives sitting there repeat same ID everytime. One Mr. Imran is yet to respond to me after 2 days of narrating the entire episode checking for the correct ID. Very careless attitude from the helpdesk team chaired there for helping people.br...

Staff carelessness

And billing was cleared around 11am but the panel TPA staff send request for approval at 3:19 Pm
It was too delay and carelessness of TPA staff
I m still waiting for approval as they send it late
I request you to please check and take strict action so that anyonther person will not suffer the same...

I want to complain regarding Dr. Rajiv Sekhri

Same day I have faced two unprofessional behaviors.
1 - I had an appointment with Dr.Rajiv Sekri (Noida) at 12:50 on July 23, 2021 but fortis executive called me & said please connect with doctor at 2:45 right now he is not available, he is driving.
