Sir/Madam,
I had an appointment with Dr Subhash Jangid on 26 july 2021. I need a copy of the Consultation invoice as the old one’s ink has been faded.
I mailed to get a copy of the invoice on 8th Aug 2021, but did not get reply there.
I tried calling several times, but noone is picking the call there.
I tried contacting through appointment call also, but noone helped either.

Kindly resolve my issue.

    Person in billing Gopal Krishna made wrong bill and ask me to pay the bill. I have paid and then saw major difference in billing. After hater half hour he said he did mistake now he said refund in 2 to days after reopen bill.

    Pls take some strong action and refund my money ASAP.

      45 days time period already over .almost 2 months are completed still security deposit is not returned. And also not receiving call . . This is very frustrating and ridiculous. Kindly look into this and make changes and give proper support

        Iam posting this complaint after repeated follow-up with FORTIS HOSPITAL BG ROAD BANGALORE.

        Email ID given by the frontdesk was care.[protected]@fortishealthcare.com blocks all emails. Representatives sitting there repeat same ID everytime. One Mr. Imran is yet to respond to me after 2 days of narrating the entire episode checking for the correct ID. Very careless attitude from the helpdesk team chaired there for helping people.

        After some struggle, emailed my concern on 26/07/2021 to care.[protected]@fortishealthcare.com. I did not receive satisfactory response. to my concern even today.

        I got both of my vaccination doses from the same branch hospital. In the vaccination certificate, the BATCH NUMBER OF BOTH DOSES IS SAME.

        Iam not convinced that the batch numbers can be same. I have been asking the customer care to share me the snapshot of the forms filled during the vaccination as evidence. I clearly remember both the batch numbers are different in those filled forms.

        After a couple of replies, there is no response from the customer care when I insisted on evidence.

        I have availed PAID services from a reputed hospital as Fortis and expect error-free satisfactory service. But Iam disappointed with the hospital.

          And billing was cleared around 11am but the panel TPA staff send request for approval at 3:19 Pm
          It was too delay and carelessness of TPA staff
          I m still waiting for approval as they send it late

            I want to complain regarding Dr. Rajiv Sekhri

            Same day I have faced two unprofessional behaviors.
            1 - I had an appointment with Dr.Rajiv Sekri (Noida) at 12:50 on July 23, 2021 but fortis executive called me & said please connect with doctor at 2:45 right now he is not available, he is driving. I mean what kind of behavior is this if in case of emergency I can understand but each time this kind of thing happens than how can anyone tolerate such a thing. You can give/take booking...

            We came into the emergency, because my mother felt pain in the chest and arm previous night. She was admitted to CCU under observation where one male nurse commented: I don’t care if the patient lives or does. Next morning, we have been shifted into the ward as my mum is feeling well but she has drip on her hand. We have ring the emergency bell but no one is there to check on her. We are waiting from the past 10 mins. No one even care to ask what’s happening. Mum has to pee but no one is available at nurse station on the floor. Feeling really hopeless. And I can assure you that I will never come in any case at this hospital nor I will advice my peers to do so.

              Hi team,

              On July-21-2021, my parents had an appointment with Dr. Krishnan P R at Fortis Bannerghatta road, Bangalore. My parents had come all the way along from hassan to fortis so that this hospital would provide best in best. But unfortunately, the doctor didn't even checked the patient history, just prescribed few medications in a span of few min. The appointment was for 15 min. But the patient was not even treated 5 min. But for this 5 min you have charged 1080 rupees as an appointment fee. Is this worth??? On top of this the doctor prescribed for blood test which billed for 3.5k. Is this really worth??
              I urge fortis management to look into this seriously. Because patients hard earned money should be values.

              With a highly disappointed note, I would say Do not fall for such big hospital where these management are running behind money.

                Prakash Rawat- the security staff at Fortis Bannergatta was very rude while talking to me. I was confused on the parking situation as there was no enough sign boards. He was not cordial in guiding me rather he was raising voice.
                This is not very pleasant to be greeted by such arrogance.

                  I would like to bring your attention to the Fraud in Diagnostics test Billing during Covid Pandemic done by the management of Fortis Hospital, Noida(Sector 62).

                  My Father was employed with an organizaion with which Fortis is panelled with. This means that Fortis Hospital and its chain provides discounted rates to the services/Diagnostic tests conducted on organization employees which we can claim (AS-IS Amount) from Organization Office. But, the Covid tests which were conducted on my Mother and Father did not provide any discount and because of the overcharging in the diagnostic bills we have faced a loss of ~Rs 30, 000.

                  The management of Fortis Hospital has taken undue advantage of my Parents health. My both parents were very ill as they were contracted with severe Covide(CT Score 16/25) and hence they could not fight and retaliate against the billing counter incharge of the same. My father passed away in May and this issue was brought into light when we were claiming his bills.

                  Requesting management to kindly help to rectify and take corrective measures for the concern else we will have to reach out to the consumer forum to seek help and take guidance for the future steps to be taken.

CGHS beneficiary. Concerned lab of Fortis was contacted several times to send KFT report urgently and they promised me for its immediate submission. I waited for 2 hours but still not received the report though they promised that they are sending it in 5 minutes. KFT report is very urgently required for further course of treatment. So now I am complaining to you to take requisite action so that the KFT report may be available to us to our mobile number or by email immediately.                         Sir,
                        I m 62 years old and not in good health. I took sputinik jab on 29th May 2021 and my 2nd dose has been due on 20th July as indicated in the Card Issued by Fortis Mohali. On inquiry I was told to book online for 2nd jab also. I tried for booking but found fooked uptto 25th July 2021.
                        I m an old man and not keeping well and have come from far off place. I need yo have vaccinated by 20th July as I have arranged my assignments accordingly. I kept waiting for Sputinik which takes 21 days for second dose.
                        Now I m aghast to know that the due date has no relevance as I have been told to visit after 25th as 2nd dose can be taken within 42 days from the Ist jab. This is not done. Please arrange to stick to dates u haven indicated in the card issued after the Ist dose by u. How due date can be preponedor postponed?.
                        Please look into it otherwise many will be out for undue hardship and frustration

                            Fortis hospitals kalyan west are giving appointments to patients in excess and telling everyone to reach at the same time, which causes congestion and violation of covid protocol. Moreover before checking the patient fees are taken so that the patient does not leave at any coct. This is not good for the reputation of the hospital as well as for the patients. It reflects a careless attitude of hospital that is more bend on earning money rather than the comfort and care of patients.

                                I visited Fortis hospital Noida but was denied to give me facility which were supposed to be given to the Himachal Pradesh Government Employee according to the MoU signed between both the parties. Therefore I have to face a lot of problems.

                                  This is Firojuddin Islam, a long term customer/patient at Fortis hospital. My UHID No. 10262060. My association with Fortis Hospital since the year 2012. I have been in fortis hospital for myself, my relatives and my friends. I had always preferred your hospital for the brand value and service.

                                  (1)... Very recently I visited your hospital to show myself to Dr. Sujoy Maitra (Gastroentrologist) for my stomach pain. Since I had already done a whole Abdomen USG which reported only of Fatty liver, Dr. SUJOY MAITRA referred me some blood test and MRCP to by reported by Dr. GUNJAN GUPTA and told me to show the reports. It was his say that only after seeing the MRCP report he can advise me completely as to the reason of my pain. (BILL of Rs. 990/- as consultancy charge being Bill no. 111621OPCS095203, Dated 11th June 2021 is attached herewith).
                                  On 12th June 2021 I completed the procedure of MRI MRCP at morning (BILL of Rs. 9981/- as MRI MRCP charge being Bill no. 111621OPCS095816, Dated 12th June 2021 is attached herewith) I was being told that since the day after is Sunday, I will get my reports on Monday.
                                  On Monday 14th June 2021, I collected my report from the radiology department and went to show Dr. SUJOY MAITRA but that very day he was not sitting and hence I moved the next day I. e Tuesday 15th June 2021to show my reports. Since my report states of Micro Calculi/sludge, Dr. Sujoy Maitra referred me to Dr. Ramesh Agarwal for surgery. As I came out of the doctors room, I was called from behind and was charged for followup charges. I stated that it was just to show my reports ans as far as I know there shall not be any charge within one week of consultancy if reports are being shown within this period. Moreover legally the consultancy is not completed until and unless the doctor gives me a final advise as on the first visit he just referred me few test to be conducted before he comes to any conclusion on his advice. But I was literally held back and was forced to cough out Rs. 790/- as follow up charges. I even went to your grievance cell but I was told that the managing committee decisions to charge even for showing reports. I said that I was patient and customer of this hospital and have been here for myself and even for my relatives but never before I was charged for showing reports but surprisingly and to my astonishment the Lady in the grievance cell uttered me that I am expecting a favour being a long term associate in an uncivil manner. ((BILL of Rs. 790/- as follow up consultancy charge being Bill no. 111621OPCS097515, Dated 15th June 2021 is attached herewith)

                                  (2)...today at about 11. 30 am I went to flu clinic to get my Covid test done as a criteria for getting admission in hospital for surgery. The lady in the flu clinic named Devanjali Dutta was extremely impolite and rude in her behaviour. We are very aware of the social distance norms and other regulations but as I entered to get my form to fill it up for registration she uttered in bengali... "Oke akta form dea baire ber korun". Well, the system you have made now is that I have to enter the flu clinic to get my registration form as it was not being supplied outside the clinic and this lady forgets that these patient are much senior to her and she must speak with certain respect from that chair she is working. Not only that, when I was called for registration and sample collection in side the flu clinic, as I entered she shouted at me and said.. "okhan e dharan". She was very rude and incivil in her attitude which cannot be accepted specialy in hospital industry where people are already tensed and suffering from phycial ailments. Rather being polite and courteous which she should be, she rather discourteous and rude in her attitude. If the reason being that she is extremely fearful of working in a flu clinic than I must say that she is inappropriate candidate in a hospital industry both for his fear and nonetheless for her attitude.

                                  Sir/madam we pay for services to be provided in the hospital and also expect better norms and regulations in regard to justifiable billings and good behaviour which is equally expected in consonant with your BRAND Value. Fortis was a brand I relied on but now i regret to give and hold value to your brand. Your customer service has become worst and was seen when I was admitted in your hospital for Dengue and was provided with stale chicken and tattered towel. I overlooked the situation then as I have high regard for fortis and due the unrelenting request of the canteen boys and incharge named "munnada". I was in a double sharing room paying Rs. 7000 per day and all I was provided with was a stale chicken and tattered towel and dirty linen. I m extremely sorry to say that henceforth for myself or my relatives I will never refer fortis hospital. And about about the unjustifiable follow up charge, I will even move to the regulatory bord of the government to raise my voice against this illegal act.                                     Refund request for UID no. 10883780 of patient KIRAN from MADHU DAS amounting Rs. 5000/- was approved on 14 JUNE 2021 here in Fortis Hospital Gurugram .But till date amount has not been credited in my account. Update me with the status of the amount to be refunded.It has been over 15 days.

                                      This is about fortis hospital anandapur. The staff there is very rude and do not consider listening to any issues of patients. They do not allow anyone from family to meet their patient. They also do not allow patients to keep a phone with them. The doctors don't even call the family members and inform what's going on with their patients. Tell me how do the patients family come to know what's happening with their patients? Who will be responsible if suddenly something happens to patient without their family members even aware of it. How come govt is allowing such malpractice to be allowed in hospitals. Are the hospitals bigger than the lives and well being of people. What would be the view of the authorities if their family members are meted out the same treatment.
