I need my money as I lost my job and I cant afford this course right not. So please help me in this. I registered this in frankfinn and within 2 hours I sent a refund msg but they told me to wait till monday.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Hi sir/madam, I G. Akhila Madhuri from Hyderabad, Telangana. I was very much interested into aviation course and somehow I made up my mind to join in the Frankfinn institute, himayatnagar branch, Hyderabad . So I paid the registration fee of Rs 15, 000/- on 10/12/21 around 06:29 pm. However, I was under an impression to join the classes in a week since I was out of town and informed the same to the counsellor at himayatnagar branch Hyderabad who guided me in taking me through the process and making payment. But due to my personal medical issues I won’t be able to join the classes and requesting you for the refund for the treatment I have to go through. I haven’t attended a single class yet. Hope you understand my situation. I’m the only bread earner at my home which I already informed the counsellor while making the payment. Now that my situation has gotten worse that I’m unable to manage money for my own treatment. I don’t have any additional financial support. This help from you will be appreciated. Please help!!!

I have requested for cancellation of admission on 18.11.2021 while paid fees on 13.11.21 & 15.11.21 respectively vide cheque no. 208859 & 208860 and request lodged for a refund of partially paid fees of amount Rs.25000/- against total fees of Rs. 104000/- due to financial crunch, I have requested with centre head (Race Course, Vadodara) in person but no response received from their side till the day, may please help to refund my fees of Rs.25000/- immediately.

Sir my name is naveen and i have received a call that i have been selected for training under skil india programe . next day i have visited frankfinn office at south extention where i met miss disha Mam and vishal sir they told me that u have to pay only 15 thousand for that course. When i make payment of 15 thousand after 15 days they told me u have to pay 1.5 lacs in 36 month. they have taken sign on paper saying that it is a formality, due to weaker section i am not able to continue that course bacause my father earn 400 rs per day as he is labour, whwn i asked for refund of fee they said that fee is non refundable. i have send mail to customer support farankfin in reply they also write that fee is not refundable. sir i m in depression and kindly solve my problem they have cheated me and fraud

I am aniket. Student of p-3 batch rajouri garden. I gave 15000 ruppes at registration time and 23000 later. Due to covid pandemic my father lost the job and now my family is facing financial problems. I informed the management about my situation and i don't want to continue as I am not able to pay remaining fees and i want to support my family by doing some other job. I want my fees refund which will help my family alot in these hard time but management doesn't want to understand my situation and they are denying me any refund. Please help me.

Due to some personal reasons I want to continue with frankfinn kaporthala branch (1st floor and 2nd Floor Sai Tower 2, opposite Pragati Bazaar, Kapoorthla, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226024)

Its almost more than a year, frankfinn has commited for 100 percent placement guarantee, campus interview as well, but no revert yet now, i had borrowed 1, 35, 000/- as an education loan from bank, bank asking for return, also coming at doorstep, Dear consumer forum, kindly help me what to do in this?
How to manage such a difficult situation ?

I took admission in frankfinn institute Branch lucknow 112, 1st floor, sharn chamber-2, park Road lucknow
Air hostess training and paid Rs.15000 as registration fees and then asked ma'am for a demo classes. She denied and said submit your fee amount Rs. 16000 as fees. Then I did 6 days classes and realized I'm wasting my money. Being from a lower middle class family that's big loss for me. I paid total Rs 31000 I want a refund of my amount.
I told the center head to refund my fees but centre head.told that you will not get any money . Please sir help me .
Respected sir Its my humble request to you kindly look into this matter early as possible
Because I'm suffering financial crunch.

I, Gurleen Kaur, want to cancel my admission and want my money back as soon as possible. I don't want to continue further due to some financial reasons and personal reasons. So, please I request to cancel my admission and refund my money amount of Rs. 5700/- as soon as possible. I have talked to them but they are saying to pay more amount for getting refund and paying more is not possible for me that's why I am asking for my refund fee amount. Your staff in South ex said that frankfinn will provide skill india loan scheme to Me but the contect number they give me for loan is from some private company. Now I want to cancel my admission and request for refund because they fraud me. I went to the Institute several times but they didn't take my case seriously and frankfinn staff talk very rudely to me i have all the call records whatsApp chat and screen shots

15000 fees and 11000 registration fee.
But due to some reasons I was unable to join classes.

I need atleast my fees 15000 back!!!
Not even attended once.

I had also advised Frankfinn to stop my cheque before the amount eas debited...still they put the cheque and took the money.

It's very said to write here about Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training.
I Adil Khan I took admission in the year of[protected] Batch (15E2) Meerut U.P.
When we went for admission and presentation institute was very sure and confident for the job placement advertised as we are India No.1 Institute offered International certification like EDEXCEL BTEC -HNC U.K, GALILEO, FIDELIO, certification and assured us all certificates recognised worldwide after completing diploma course you can get the job, we offered 100% placement and assistance all over the country.
We had convened by them and took admission but the arranging fee was a challenge on those days somehow my family managed it and took a loan from my uncle. We were very happy after completing the diploma course our son would settle down.
I did very hard work and was excellent in all activities after completed the diploma course institute issued me a letter that I have done the diploma course from Frankfinn and assured me about the job placement and said after a month you will get all your certification as discussed this with centre head (Manisha).
The certification ceremony happened without informing me on, that day I was not in the city. When I came back contacted there and visited much time for the placement and certificate even was also given a return application for the same but didn't work.
I had to travel many times to discuss job assistance and campus interview they used to say come after some time we are arranging campus interviews. Which was never happened.
I and others students suffered a lot I never got any chance of attending campus interviews nor any job assistance/placement by Frankfinn.
It's was the biggest loss of my career No job, due to this I was suffering down from financial conditions and mental stress I went into depression due to all this..it took three years to come out of it.
After struggling for many years when no one was there to help me out I changed my field.
I and my family suffered a lot due to fake and false commitments.
Now it's been 12 years still I don't have all my certificates and not required anymore.
Frankfinn ruined my career and other people, too. I lost everything in this time and gone through many difficulties.
Thanks to God now we are digital and have this kind of platform to express our problems.
It's my request to help me out of this and I want my money back with interest. else I will take legal action.

Ager Ap ka institute students ko service nehi de pa raha hai to Q institute open kar K students k career spoil kar rahe ho close kar do. app jese institute K bajese students bekar ho rahe hai.mujhe mere paisa refund kar dijie meherbaani kar K plz. Join K liye jo karz li Maine avitak nehi chuka pai so plz refund my money. Other wise main ap k institute k samne suicide karungi jiska jameedari Frankfinn institute hoga. Nehi to police complain kar k all students ko ektha kar K hangama create karungi.. Ye mere open challenge hai. Kitne paisa apka institute government ko dega main dekhungi.

Baad main mujhe mere senior se pata chala wo log kuchh v service nehi dete to Maine left Ho gai.or me money refund k liye gai wunhne direct mana hi kar diya. Ab mujhe mere refund chahiye usme kuchh karz to chuka paungi.

I have done course from frankffin institute of Bhubaneswar When I went to do the course, they are told me that they will be given job interview as many times as you fail. But till date it has been 2 years. There is not a single call message or some interview then please sir you help me. So sir I don't need any job i just wanted to refund my money. Please help me sir and caindly colse this institute because there many people lost money and students and are lost her career.
