    While my admission in frankfinn institute kothrud pune my father sent total number of 11 check of amount 9000 each for further installments.
    During 1st month of my training my COM mam came to me and said due to some reason we're unable to post the 1st installment so kindly pay via student portal
    So I paid the 1st installment through my bank account in this case at the end of the session there must be 1extra check gets left and when I asked them for the same they said there's no extra check every check has been posted on the bank account. So you see there extra amount that has been paid and I'm asking for refund so they're no doing the further procedure.

Before also I had put the concern but you haven't response just want to ask about offline batch that's it please response or just give some solution of it, I'm pursuing online session since month now really want to get into an offline batch.             I take my admission in Feb then they told me they will provide skill development loan there only 15k admission fees then I pay 15 k only 2 week they allow me in there class after that they are asking for lecture fees 10k which will refund once the loan had done and it's july there is no loan or anything is happen I tried many times to contact them but no response.
            Now u want my refund .

              Hey myself Zainab mulla
              I've paid 1, 35, 000 + 15000. (registration fees)
              In beginning institute was ok
              But later on its classes have become useless
              I had contacted head to refund my amount but she completely denied

                    I am a student of frankfin. I completed my course in the year 2019 from Frankfinn institute situated in Camac street in Kolkata. All the students have received their certificate but I haven’t received a single certificate. Whenever I ask the faculty members they just ignore it. They say frankfinn issue kardega.
                    Now the interview point.. Before joining it was like they gave us false hopes, promises that they will conduct interviews and all sort of stuffs . But it was all fraud. I along with my whole batch mates haven’t received any interview call from frankfinn, if we ask them they just give an excuse that due to pandemic no jobs are available. More than 1 and half year but nothing was done from frankfinn side. When people use to say that frankfinn is a big time fraud, I never listened to them. But now I understand that yes they were right. Frankfinn can only do fraud selling.

                      I'm an aviation student from Ameerpet center from Hyderabad, Telangana. I'm having issues regarding the unresponsive staff of the center. I have contacted the staff regarding the opening of the institute and starting the offline session as the government has already given a green signal to open the educational sector to it's normal but I haven't received even a single response about it. Me and my friends have been waiting for the offline session to continue as back to normal. The students are not understanding and are not enthusiastic in the online session which is also causing us to give up on our goal to be in aviation sector because in aviation sector the main thing is the physical connection with people and about the body language, looks and mostly everything is physical I've learnt all this from frankfinn itself. So I request you behalf of all my classmates to take actions as soon as possible and continue our offline sessions because we only have 3 months left to complete our course.

                          I had joined your institute Frankfinn in 2019 end.
                          I paid 15k registration fee and 26k for classes.

                          Due to some reasons I was unable to attend classes and wanted refund.

                          I kept visiting your branch in Andheri west and kept contacting them, they just give me dates.

                          I am not asking for my registration fee 15k
                          But give me my 26k for classes as i did not attended even once.

                              Kindly refund me back my 1 lakh 50 thousand this institute is a total scam dont go fr it, i took admission in 2018 but i did not attend any classes frankfinn is not refunding my such a big amount since then, i belong to a middle class family, i didnt even take admission there, my mum went there and these fraudsters counselled her very sweetly and fraudulently i have asked so many times to refund my amount but they are not doing so and today on 22nd june 2021 have sent me a threatning letter aswell that they will ask for more money if i ask for a refund and the lady on customer care talks very rudely and very smartly so that nothing gets recorded im pursuing my graduation from ignou now and im so tensed its covid time and we are not able to pay even our basic bills
