My name is Dixit Saini, I am from Jaipur, I have done diploma from Frankfinn, after taking admission, Frankfinn promised 100% placement. Even though I called them or messaged them, I did not get any response. This is a huge fraud with me. Even though the main fees are deposited from time to time, they still commit fraud with the students. That's why I filed a complaint in the high court....

When I arrived at the institute first the showed me a video about their institute etc. Then they gave cold drink and later I was called by a counciling sir . Then he convinced me that he gave me a ground staff job.and after that i told him that i m married and everything but he said that is ok u can joint the course and after he told that don't tell everyone that u are married and all then he started the fees and installment so i said him...

This is to bring to your kind attention that is I have recently cancelled the course because of health issues I have already made the payment in advance and now would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same the payment has been made via geash and the frankfinn scanner I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund...

While counseling they didn't mention anything regarding
• There is no placements guarantee.
• Shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
And while discussing apart from that even they didn't give us any information about term condition it's there responsible to give us every each thing about term condition by where as we are paying a lots of money for the courses but also they didn't...

It all happened one day, a random call came I respond that and I was informed that I was selected for a seminar and I have to go next morning but I managed the time then next day I went the institute with my mother

Yesterday i went to Chandigarh sector 34 A with my mother where I met with the counselor name Monika who didn't provide me precise information about the cabin crew course and without documents she was saying that roll number is alloted how is that possible and she didn't even tell me about refund policy. Kindly please return my money back....

Had visited this Frankfinn counselling session on 31st oct 2023, After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 6 months of air hostess...

So I decided to attend this free counseling seminar which i thought was a great opportunity to learn something and I came it came to a conclusion where I was selected to pursue a training on aviation through this institute, I had paid about 38k for admission after that some personal problems came at my home and I decided I won't go and asked for the money to be refunded cause there was an urgent matter at home to attend to, which they told...

Please provide me completion certificate. I have done course in frankfinn institute in south extension, Delhi and it’s been more than 3 months they’re not giving me completion certificate and instead of that they’re telling me now that I have low attendance in one module. They don’t tell this while taking full fees. But when student have given her 6 months they’re not even providing certificate just telling me to come to centre. As I’m out of station . It’s not possible for me to come again . They’re not even compromising.

Had visited this Frankfinn counselling session today, the frankfinn employee was very sweet and she told us to pay the course fee today only .so tht we would receive some scholarship blah blah .. she also didn’t mention anything regarding refund or anything at all ..she just told us to sign and we trusted her and signed wherever she showed.Ut was just morning.Now in the evening, I heard tht the placements are not 100% assured, I called there employee named :LATHA MORE ..she was so generous and kind while receiving payment of ₹15000.And now when we demanded the money back since we changed our mind, she was like look at the bill which they have given .(Note :in a very rude way) .. we saw the bill we didn’t know wht to check... Again we called her, again she said the same thing.after looking at the bill thoroughly we saw the terms and conditions in a very small text ( which is barely visible and written very small, so anyone would neglect) which was a scam .. we told our thing again she denied to give refund.. we tried calling her n no of times, but I guess she has blocked our contact, she’s not picking.. they are money minded people..they talk in a very soft and pleasant way to receive the money ..but when we demand for the refund they just talk to us very rudely and after tht never pick calls ... Frankfinn or smtg u are scammers ... I want my refund back..I’m not fool to loose money like this on ur waste courses which not not guaranteed... If I don’t get the refund..I’ll be taking very strict actions.. I don’t care publishing about ur scam on newspaper also ...so better return my money i[censored]r not scammers.

Hello, I’m Aprajita, I have done my course from Frankfinn institute of south extension, delhi and it’s been 3 months i have not received certificate of course completion . I tried to connect them through email that I’m out of station and I can’t visit centre again. Kindly dispatch my certificate or provide me another solution. Still they’re are not giving me proper solution or any coordinate number.

Through debit card, because of my weak financial condition i won't be able to continue the course ahead, so i decided to cancel my admission and i want to refund my paid amount rs. 15000 due to such circumstances i have paid by yesterday. After the seminar they said you are selected for this course. Today is the last day of admission, we are offering this course at discount. They did not even gave me time to think and trapped me in such a way and asked me to pay Rs15000 immediately as admission......

Its been over 90 days still FNF has not been cleared. Try to get in touch with shweta HR but she is not responding Calls & Mails as well. Request you to please look into this. Emp ID -22645

Ma’am /sir I took admission at binoy bhawan camac street center at kolkata and paid rupees 18000/ at the time of registration but now I’m not being able to join the classes becalm of my dad’s health but they are refusing to refund the money and said that i cant tell you what you can do so please i need the money very urgently sir / ma’am coz of my father’s condition please contact me and please resolve this problem as i need my money back immediately thank you ..

Maine is portal ke through frankfinn ke khilaf kayi complaint kiye. Mujhe frankfinn institute se phone aaya ke total refund mil jainga par us se pahele fnf form fill karna honga aur pure complaint par mark as resolved karna honga us ke badh 1 week me refund honga. Par abhi tak refund to nahi huaa aur to aur process karne ke badh koi phone bhi nahi uta raha ...

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your branch at RDC Ghaziabad during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.

After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 6 months of air hostess training course- Frankfinn course of air hostess and trainning on 28 of october 2023 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000 for registration and after that i have paid 5000 in cash for fees.

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons and some family issues. I had visited and submit application twice and talk to the faculities of the Frankfinn institute at RDC Raj nagar Ghaziabad, but i did not get any updates and she has not tell any refundable/non- refundable policy earlier and also not tell me after i have submitted my fees.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

I am facing problems to taking classes because our trainers has changed our batch timming 8 to 10 into 12 to 2 and in this batch i am not comfortable because of the job. As I was being forced again n again and somehow I arranged Rs 15000 and managed to pay. Now due to some reason I don't want to join the Institute and want my money back. I haven't attended a single class. I requested the branch to look into this matter and resolve my problem. They said their fees is non refundable. But I request u to return hard earned money of my parents. For us middle class people it is such a huge amount. Hope u will look and solve this matter.
