It's almost 2 years paying the loan but till date no statement has been received.
I have visited the local office several times but no positive result everytime the system is down or printer is out of order nor i received any statements on mail.
I mailed also but no positive revert.
here is the trial mail regarding the complain that i'm having a follow up with:
Dear Team,
It's almost more than 2 weeks still there is no revert from you.
Will you send me my last 2 months statements or not? If you cant resolve the case then please provide me the email id of any authorized person to write.

Customers Complaint: Dear Team,
I have requested several times for my Statement since last 1 year and Till date I've not received the same. I went to the branch (Branch Code : RMM715)several times but every time the server is down and no body cares to take pain for sending the statements.
Plz arrange to send the statements on my mailing address and arrange to send the statements to my son's mail ID also.
