i am renu devi ,r/o h.no.534,sector 2,rohtak.mobile no.[protected]. i had borrowed a personal loan of Rs.72,000 only from fullerton india credit company ltd,on dt.2.02.2009.my loan a/c no is [protected],company took 15 blank cheque from mefor my emi before give me my loan amount cheque.my emi is Rs.3480 per month,i paid regularly through pdc ,after 13th installment company ordered me to supply 17 blank cheques for future emi.i gave the cheques to mr.amit chikkara,employee of the comp.but next month company,ordered me to deposit Rs 4105,for emi through sms and call,i shocked and ask why i deposit Rs.4105,then they told me that company extend my loan amount.i told them that i never apply/requested to extend my loan amount.and the same day,went to company's branch office rohtak,and ask to show my application or request for extention of my loan amount,but they are fail to ans me regarding this matter,then they pressraised me to pay new emi,after my 13th emi the company threat me by sending "gundas" and oredered me to pay full extend loan amount which i never applied and received .i requested several times to company to receive actual emi of Rs.3480 from me.but all i vain,after this episode i am mentally upset.company harrssed me without my fault.it is requested to you,to look after the matter and help me.

Ms Jyostna Gudino, (My cousin sister, Myself Hiren Upadhyay) had applied for personal loan from Fullerton India in June'09 of 50000/- for the tenure of 24 months and monthly EMI was 3083, her loan account number is [protected].
She has been a regular payer of EMI's till July'10, have paid almost 13 EMI's till date, unfortunately her financial condition was not good because of the loss of her job and stone operation conducted on her, She being my sister I have decided to clear her dues even I am not so financially strong, Being a genuine customer she asked me to personally visit the branch and requested them to settle her amount as we cannot afford to pay further, I was illtreated by the branch persons (Sandeep T - [protected]) and no settlement request was considered by them.have been continously getting abusive calls and recovery agents are coming to our house and abusing at home as well, they normally visit my home when my sister is alone. Recovery agents always insist her to enter the house and sit...
I am still ready to settle the amount and pay whatever possible

I am Rajkumar from Tambaram who took personal loan from Fullerton due to urgent situation.Eventhough i have emphassize to sent Document on time during processing period of May-2010, but still now i am not get it.but EMI amount Rs.10200/mon has been deducted from My Bank Account properly.still i tried so many Fullerton employees with many of Branches lik Tambaram,KK Nagar but No proper response.they just dragging the time only.Also i came to know that loan given branch Tambaram has been moved to some other place which no prior informations about thier Address to me. its rediculas activity to me.

at that time he used to be acting as Irresponsible to serve to me as customer....i dont know how long my amount will be deduct from my account.Help me in this regards....

Please have look on below concerns which i had raised one month back to Fullerton.

This is with regards to my PL loan application (LAN- [protected]). I have taken loan from you organization in Nov ‘2009. At the time of disbursal, your representative sold me two policies one is for health care and another one is for loan cover. Till date, I did not get any kind of policy documents. I have made lot of call to your representative and your organization. But I have not received satisfactory answer/reply.



Please let me know how I can get all these kind of documents as I am not aware of my policy number. Is this genuine behavior to deal innocent customers?

I have taken aloan from Fullerton India on Feb 2009, and now i want to pre-close my loan. So as per their procedure i contacted Call center and later on i came to know that my request has been generated and it took more than a month to get my file to the branch from where i have taken a loan. Now nobody from the branch is responding, as my ECS is pending on 5th Of Sept 2010. I went on monday 30th Aug 2010 to Hadpasar Branch to pre-close my loan, but then they had a system problem and i could not get the final figure for preclosure.

Kindly advice the legal procedure.

Loan amount was for 34000/- and it was for a 12month online transcations. I have cleared the th loan in the month of april 2010. I was waiting for my NOC letter. Didnt receive anything even after waiting for 3months. I went to the bank in Visakhapatnam near dondaparti in the begining of August. The guy named Lakshman told that there was a balance of 25/- that i need to clear which was never informed to me. I paid the remaining and was advised that i would get my NOC in week time.

I went to the bank after a week time and the same guy said that the a/c is in negative and said it was their error. He asked me to wait for 1more week and never received even after 2weeks.
NOC is very urgent to me know.
Finally i got a call from the bank giving me a number to call which is [protected].
That was the most disgusting thing as the people whom i talked was very rude didnt give me any resolution. I asked for a manager n he insisted to transfer, rather he kept me on hold for 14min and hungup. Same happned when i called for the second time when i talked to the same guy named prabhakar a seniour executive. He gave me a confirmation no. O0810778. I was very unhappy with all these mess for a NOC letter which they were not able to deliver at right time.
I requested them to send a mail of NOC copy to my email as it takes 20days more for the NOC to reach my house through post.
They couldnt do that and inreturn th guy Prabhakar was very rude n company need to take care of these things into consideration before it spoils the reputation of the company.
I hope You would consider my complain and do the needful.

PF no- MH/48037/7883, duely filled PF form, along with bank statement of Salary a/c & 1 cancelled cheque sent through professional courier on 21/06/2010 addressed to Mr.Prashanth Naik.

I checkd the emp code in PF status its showing as "NO RECORDS FOUND EITHER CLAIM IS NOT SUBMITTED OR CLAIM IS SETTLED / RETURNED BEFORE 01/01/2010".

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

It's almost 2 years paying the loan but till date no statement has been received.
I have visited the local office several times but no positive result everytime the system is down or printer is out of order nor i received any statements on mail.
I mailed also but no positive revert.

I had taken a loan of 40,000 from fullerton india just two year back in January 2008. The tenure period was for 18 months and the EMI was 3256. I was given 36,246 in hand. In between the period from March to August 2008. My condition was very bad, i lost my job and also my wife was pregnant during that period i could not give the EMi amount at least for 4 to 5 months . Everytime the collection officers keep calling me asked me for the amount. on december 2008 i got a job and payed them all the balanced amount. last call i got from Mr rahul he said that i have an outstanding balance of 7,000 left for the final period, if i would pay them the loan will be over. I had been to the branch of Kharghar and spoke to a collection officer First he said the amount balance is 14,000. I told him that i got a call from one of your collection officer, Suddenly he made a call to that officer then spoke to him, and took the money from me. I asked him whether everything has been settled down or not he said Yes. He also said within 1 month my name will be removed from Cibil . Now It's Four months has been passed by, My Name is still there in the Cibil. Last Month i had been to the branch once again along with my wife spoke with Shazia the lady who took my interview at the time approval of my loan. I told her i need a top up Loan she said she cannot help as my name is in cibil, Also the way which she talks that was too aggressive, when i asked her where is sameer dighe the collection officer, she said he left his job.

And the best part is they were charging me Rs 550 as bouncing charges, two of my friends had taken loan from them but they are paying only Rs 250 for bouncing charges.

Beacuse of them i cannot apply any loan to any other bank whenever i tried, my Loan always get rejected .

I need a personal loan for the sake of my family Please help me out.

Respected Sir / MadamI am having a loan of 50k account number is [protected]. I have given 14th installment without any bouncing. I had applied only personal loan but Fullerton gave me STPL at the rate of 49.49 without any intimation, when I visited the mohali branch(chandigarh) there was a relationship manager Mr. Amit Sharma told me that sir we are not charging you more rate of interest because after 9th month you will have two options first we could give you top up of 75,000, and second we will reduce your rate of interest, and your installment will around 1690 or 1700 you will get 1000 rs difference from your current loan EMI of 2690. But after paid 9th months installment I called Mr. Amit Sharma and he said sir our companys rule and regulations has changed we cant reduce your installment before 12th months. After 12th month I again contacted him this time he said boss as per companys rule we can reduce your rate of interest 1.25 your installment will come down around 2370 from 2690, then I said boss why did you miss commitment with me earlier he said May be you have forgotten whatever I told you I said how can I forget what you told me, I was waiting of end of the 12th months. Now he was making lots of excuses. Mr. Amit Sharma has resigned the company. I contacted the branch and the head office also on customer care no [protected] told them whole the problem they people said this is not possible whatever commitment he did with you, I said yes always customer is wrong for all miss commitment committed by the office executive at the time of giving personal loan. I dont want to take top up just want to clear my loan.My total loan was 50,000 and I had received the 45000 something cheque from you after deducting the insurance and processing fees charges. Now I want to close such a bad loan experience with the Fullerton Company. Today I called Mr. Ravinder in mohali branch he said you will have to deposit 40600 rs closing charges and your amount will around 42000. It means I paid only 3000 rs from the last 14th EMIs.I am not able to clear the same amount. Now it is humble request to you please look into this matter and give me a decent waiver in both outstanding principle amount and closing charges so that I can pay easily the balance amount. I am so sorry for writing such type of mail but please look at the client side also whom made a foolevery time.i dont want to go for legal and media.but if i will have to pay the same amount then i will have to go for the same.Please do the needful. I, Vaibhav V. Desai took loan of amount 50,000/- from
FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LTD. Kharghar branch in MAY 2009, loan A/c
No.[protected]. The ECS for the same of Rs. 2375/- started from date
5/06/2009.According best of my knowledge & my NKGSB bank statement (ECS through
this a/c) each ECS installment is cleared on time i.e. 5th of each month. Which
is accepted by the branch & also shown in system generated statement that I have
attached with the mail, but in the same statement NARRATION of ECS date
5/11/2009, 5/12/2009, 5/02/2010, 5/03/2010, and 5/04/2010 was written as
POSTDATED LN. INSTALLMENT, also cheque bounce on the 5/01/2010 due some personal
reason , which I have cleared by cash payment at kharghar branch with penalty
of Rs. 2625/- (2375 + 250) on 24/06/2010 Receipt No. 3259961, but still
showing as OVERDUE. This whole WRONG & UNUPDATED STATEMENT put me in CIBIL CASE
DUE TO THIS NONE OF THE OTHER BANKS ALLOW ME ANY LOAN.


The CUSTOMERCARE service also PATHETIC, the no. [protected] which I got from the
kharkhar branch, it just for sake because I put that no. on AUTOREDIAL for day
NOONE pick up the phone. Which, I told to branch but no use.

Please on immediate basis clear out wrong information about my loan account &
cibil too.

Hi,

I had given an ECS instruction to Fullerton India Credit Company to debit an amount on a monthly basis from my ICICI account. On 5th July 2010 an ECS was returned due to insufficient funds in the account. Till 12th july they called me a abused me and forced me to pay cash. 12th July 2010 i paid the installment amount by cash. on 19th Jyly 2010 again they presented the ECS in my bank and debited the installment amount and when complained about they told that it would take minimum 15 days to return the money. I am worried about the money that is in my account time to time. I want to cancel my ECS instruction. Let them collect the money from me every month by cash. Please help me in this case.
