Dear Sir/Madam,

I Sridhar Ramadurai have taken a personal Loan of Rs. 2, 25,000/- from Fullerton India Ltd., and my Loan No. is [protected], since 3years. My track record is very good till December. I am doing Shoes business directly supplying to the Schools in Andhra Pradesh and also looking after my Father’s Coffee powder manufacturing and selling shop for the past 34 years along with my Father. I have taken the loan to promote the shoes business because it needs investment. Suddenly last July, as usual I have purchased Shoes as per my Orders but two schools have cancelled the order worth Rs. 7,00,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- worth Stock has been damaged in transit. So, I am not having hard cash and further I have to invest Rs. 16, 00, 000/- for the next season ending this July. So, I am not in a position to pay the EMI till July. Your Collection Agent Mr. Ram Vijayawada Branch had come to my Shop and house and started harassing my wife and my son when I was away on tour to West & East Godavari Districts and my Father and Mother to Cochin to my Sister's house. He is using Filthy language in Public and shouting like anything and he is threatening that he will sell the coffee powder and Tea powder at the rate of Rs. 50/- per Kg. (which is Rs. 200/- at present) and the other materials collect the money and close the Shop and hand over the Shop Keys to the nearest Police Station. This action has spoiled our reputation in the Public. I have told him over phone that I can pay all the EMIs in the month of July last only as I am not having funds at present. But, He is not at all listening. More over I have told the BM regarding my position in the Month of Feb.11. They told OK and they did not send anybody for two months. Suddenly on 26th last month Mr. Ram has come to my residence and warned my wife of dire consequences if she did not pay the EMI. So, please help me by giving me time up till July last keeping my previous track record in mind. I promise you that I will settle my account by July.

This is with reference to the loan availed by me, details as given below:-

With reference to the above loan number, I would like to brief you about my loan.

I had applied for a loan of Rs.50000/- in the month of April ‘09’ with loan Account No [protected] and at the time of applying the loan I was assured that the loan amount will not exceed 21% reducing rate of interest. All the formalities regarding the loan were completed and the loan amount was disbursed in a week’s time.

Everything was fine till the disbursement of the loan, the service, support etc but when I had seen the EMI (2523/-) of the loan I was stunned, I calculated the rate at which the loan was provided to me, it was 44% reducing rate in which the loan was provided, I had full faith on them but till the disbursement I was not informed that the loan is provided at higher rate than the commitment given to me.

On asking the executive who was handling the case, he assured me that you continue the loan for 6 months then he will give the top up to me at a reduced rate of interest. After completion of 1 yr he offered me a top up of Rs.100000/-, I foreclosed the earlier loan of Rs.50000/- and a new EMI of Rs. 3283/- was given to me.

The first EMI of the said loan was bounced, I called the branch and informed them about the same and I had given the cheque for the said amount, they said that there was some problem in the processing of the ECS Mandate. Since then every month I use to call the local branch and tell them to collect the cheque on the due date, as still the ECS was not done.

After 4 months of time I again approached the local branch and again requested for the ECS to be done, they had again signed the ECS mandate form from me, but sorry to say till date the ECS is not done and I am paying the cherub to them.

Now, I have started receiving the Demand Notice from the company due to Non ECS done from the company, its giving a negative image of mine and there are changes that my name reflects in the c-bill even after I am not in any sort of fault.

As I am dissatisfied with the services of Fullerton India, I am planning to get the loan foreclosed, I requested for the foreclosure amount, I have been provided with an amount of more than 1 lack after paying the EMI for 9 months.

Kindly provide me with the correct foreclosure amount as per the table provided at the time of taking the loan and request you to provide the waiver for foreclosing the loan.

I have being dealing with many finance companies regarding loans but the experience I got in Fullerton India is pathetic.

I here by put my request to provide me with the best foreclosure rate as the ECS is not being done, also to avoid my name to be highlighted in defaulter list and in C-Bill also.

I hope you will consider my complaint and do the needful.

I Bought a hero honda bike in augest 2010 against which i had taken a loan from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LTD. Due to some reasons, i decided to foreclose the loan & on 28 Feb 2011 i paid the whole foreclosure amount of Rs.19906 receipt No. 4346642 Dated 28/02/2011. But on[protected]my EMI Date) they again deduct the Emi from my bank account. I had a talk with Mr.Suresh Yadav (Collection Head [protected]) & he said that The company Will return that amount positively by 20/03/2011 but till date i havent received any Cheque od D.D.

Last month (Feb-2011) I have paid RS.1,20,547.00 & I close my fullerton personal loan.

This month (Mar-2011) fullerton has tried to take EMI amount in my HDFC account (After closing personal loan) & Cheque has been bounced. RS.350 has been charged by HDFC for cheque bounce.

I have informed to 'Area collection manager' Mr.Amarnath (g.[protected]@fullertonindia.com) & also i sent a mail. He accepted & forwarded my mail to Mr. Purushotaman (h.[protected]@fullertonindia.com) for refund process.

Still I didn't receive any refund & I didn't get any response. Please let me know when it will be happen ?

I was worked in Fullerton India Credit Company Limited for this following period from SEP-2009 to SEP-2010.I received the PF forms first week of January this year, I was send the forms FEB 2011. I have not received the PF amount till now. Please do the needful of getting the PF Amount.

I had take personal loan from Fullerton India bank Ltd.But form last two months i am facing problem. As per loan terms i paid my instalmanet through EMi But form last two the Emi is not transfer form my account.The date of Emi transfer is 05th of every month but i have no information form bank side till 20 Feb-2011 and for this month till date.I paid cash for last mont on 22-Feb-2011 please suggest.

I have claimed to at my employer for my pf settlement so i have sent all relevant documents with my pf form & they have also got on 17 Dec 2010 as per mail acknowledgment by employer but they are consistent telling me that " RPFC Mumbai are not accepting PF forms" so requesting for help me in the said matter for to settle my pf account.

Its my genuine problem of hospitalization so please cooperate me i will be very thankful of you.

Still i didn't receive any loan related agreement copy from Fullerton. Directly i went to branch office for three times to get my loan details.
I requested through customer care also, They said "we don't have related information about your loan interest, please contact your branch office"
I'm not satisfied, So finally I decided to close my personal loan in Fullerton. They said i can able to close only after 6 months of EMI.

I have completed my 6 months of Loan EMI, So I have raised the request on 31-Jan-2011 to close personal loan.

I contacted my branch office & they have suggested to contact collection area manager, also they said they will contact me within one week.
Finally I got "Chennai collection area manager" contact no.

Collection area manager Name is Amarnath (I ready to share his phone no)

I have contacted "Chennai collection area manager" Mr. Amarnath & I have given request no (IR01for34168) to close my loan. he verified & he said "We don't have any details related this request no, so please raise the request again"

So I contacted Fullerton customer care & they said they can able to create request after 14-feb-2011 only. Finally they have given request no to close my loan.

I have paid "RS.1,20,547.00" when I close my loan after 7 months. I planned to close my loan after 6 months.
Due to issue with customer care process, issue with loan branch support for my loan close request, I have deducted 7th month EMI "RS.4344.00"

I have additionally paid in month EMI "RS.4344.00" & 10 days Interest from the date of "7th month EMI" to close date "[protected]".

I'm really disappointed with this Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. Please I requested to take action to return this amount (or) I need any Waiver from fullerton ASAP.

I ready to share all my proof regarding related with this Fullerton loan, Branch contact details, Collection manager contact details, receipts for my closed loan

Hi,

This is Sudheer Samanthula, i have taken a car loan with fullerton india my loan A/c # is [protected],and the EMI is 11,440 from ameerpet branch, Hyderabad in october and while taking the loan i have given them ECS from my ICICI bank account and also given my cheques for ECS, the ECS should hit my bank account on 5th of every month. Bu the problem is that they have decucted the ECS for the first month and after that they are not deducting the money thru ECS and after 10th of everymonth they are asking me to come and pay the money in the branch or the executive will come and collect the money, but for me i will be always travelling so i would not be available to pay or give the money to the executive except the ECS, and later on they are saying that i have to pay fine for not paying the money on time.My concern is i when i have given the ECS its their responsibility to take the money thru ECS whcih they are not doing, i called up the customer service and the branch manager as well but there was no proper response from them, again i called up the customer service and they said they would get back to me but till now there's no call from them. i am worried that my credit rating would go down if the same thing happens, which i dont want to happen, My request is to take the necessary action against the concern department in the bank and do the needful.

Loan number is[protected]. now i paid Loan amount and all fore closure charges. but these people not closing from last one month. they have given fore closure receipt. but not updated in their system. security checks also not returned to me. THEY ARE A BIG CHEATERS. If there is any method to take it forward this issue, please let me know. my contact number is [protected].

My name is Christina, My Husband Denzil applied for a loan through a D.S.A at Fullerton. A few days after application we received a call from the Andheri East branch stating we needed to submit 5 post dated cheque as our loan for 4.5 lac was approved. We were promised that we would be receiving the cheque in maximum 4 working day, during which my husband was continuously in touch with the Manager of this Branch. Saturday the 22nd of January 2011 was the 5th day since we were promised. The Branch Manager also informed us that the cheque would be given by 1pm on Sat. As we were promised we also committed this amount to another party.
On Sat when we tried to call the Branch Manager it was ignored a lot of time. our anxiety kept on increasing as the said person would be waiting for his money.
We happened to get in touch with someone from the Kandivali Branch assured to help us with the same on that day itself.
After a while when we tried to call we realised eve he was ignoring us.
On Monday that is today, we again tried to get in touch with him but in vain.
Later today we were informed that our verification process was incomplete they had an executive sent to our place but it does not look too positive.

Our only grievance we have is WHY WERE WE NOT GIVEN THE RIGHT INFORMATION EARLIER????
It was a complete waste of our time and efforts?
Since this loan was approved we did not try anywhere else.
Now we are the ones who have to face the person we owe. I don’t think this is ethical on behalf of Fullerton to be so careless towards some one's application.
We want something to be done about this.

We feel cheated, such false promises and misleading claims should have an end.

Please suggest what can be done.
We feel completely shattered because of this and time is so limited.

I had taken a Personal Loan of 36000 from Fullerton India Pune, Pimpri Branch and was given only 30900 in hand saying there was a deduction of 5100 for Insurance and then I had previously complained on this forum and was called to their branch by a senior and the person who disbursed my Loan Mr. Liyakat and he said that Sir it is not for 48 months as you think and it is only for 36 months that we have given this Loan to you, and today I was going trough the welcome letter that was sent to me and it states that it is for 48 months, I could not believe that as I got only 30900 in hand and I will end up paying 83000 which is against the rules of RBI to charge so much interest for nothing. These banks do not spare a customer from reporting them to CIBIL to spoil the credit if there is one late payment or cheque bounce is there no authority that can stop this Dadagiri of all the finance companies. I would like to add that I was called and given a false statement by Liyakat that it was for 36 months only when it is actually for 48 months. I want help to get this resolved as I cant pay so much money it is almost thrice the amount I borrowed from them.
