i am tarun jain and i wroked with FICCL (RMM) at patiala. As per MIS reports i was a example setter but i was forced to resign. My branch Manager gave me a threat even. He went to the extent saying that i will not let you work in industry. n also challenged me .
I submitted my resign in june 2009 and submitted all docs in the month of sept for PF. the same is in process till date.
i dont know till date that wat was the problem, but i feel lucky that i left that company intime.

Dear Concern, I my self M.Deva would like to inform that I got the Personal loan for an amt of Rs.30K for an EMI of Rs.2223 for 36 months (means total amount stands 80K) 20-months back from Fullertone (mettuguda branch). At that time, I was working for Tata Business Support Services Ltd (It’s a BPO). All of the sudden, due to recession, I lost ,my job in Mar-09. Till that that I used to pay regularly for 16-months (2223*16=35K+ more than what I got from fullertone).
After, I lost my job, I got no other option than searching for a new job. Mean while, EMIs got bounced. Even though I used to borrow from my family/frnds & make the payment along with cheque bounce charges.
For the last 4-months, am unable to make any sort of payment. Being an elder person, am feeling sick to depend on my family on my mom’s earning.
Now, the collection executives from Fullertone (namely – Srinivas & Chaitanya) & visiting my home & behaving in a very rude way with my Mom & 2-Sisters in my absence.
Pls help us in over-coming the same. I didn’t mean that I will skip that payable amount. I will pay but after getting a JOB. We don’t even have own house. We are tenants & these people are creating mess infront of my neighbors.
Am in such a critical position, where am not even holding the mobile for my self, sold out in 2nds due to financial scarcity.

This is to inform that i have worked for fullerton india credit co ltd at kotkapura branch (punjab)and in april 2009 company terminate me without any resion and from april 2009 to till date not relesing my full and final amount and pf,i have complete all formalites for full and final amount and PF in april 2009 but till date they are not able to giving me even response on that,i have also make a calls in head office 100 times but no satisfactry ans is given,request you to kindly guide me, emp id 114343

Hi All, I have applied for Personal loan in Fullerton India one and half month before and I have submitted all my documents whatever they had asked me on 5th February'10. The person who have attended me gave the assurance the loan amount will be credited to my account on 10th February'10. But today the 23rd February'10, I have not received my loan amount into my account as I have submitted the form to transfer directly to my salary account. Moreover, the loan EMI will be starting on 5th March'10. Meantime, I have contacted the customer care, they told me to contact the branch itself as they are helpless. I have been contacting the branch for the past 10 days but there are no positive response from their end. Finally, I have visited the branch on 20th February'10 and the response was it would have happened on that day itself, if not you will be getting the amount on Monday 22nd February'10. I really don't know how to express my feelings in words over here as I am need of money urgently as I have to finish my home construction work. Why these people don't really understand their responsibility????????

i applied for a personal loan from your bank i.e.Fullerton in the beginning of February 2010.after one week i received a call from Fullerton that i have already taken a loan of Rs 300000 and 2-3 credit cards which i have not paid.however i have paid a loan from DCB bank last year for which i have a clearance letter and i attached the letter with the documents of the loan from Fullerton.

out of this i have not taken any loan or credit card from anywhere.....all the verification is done successfully but i came to know on 13 February 2010 that the loan has been canceled.

even by asking i have not told about from where i have taken the loan or having credit cards etc.i am sure that DCB is fully responsible for degrading my civil.

i m a teacher by profession and my husband is ill and for him i need money for his operation therefore i want to take a personal loan.

kindly please investigate about the person who is degrading my civil and help me sanctioning the personal loan.

Hi,
I have taken a Personal Loan for Rs 50000.00 by September 2007. So far, I have completed 28 EMIs (each EMI = Rs 2515.00).
As of now, I didn't receive any documents on this loan from Fullerton. So I've called their Customer Services [protected]. They don't have any informations other than number of EMIs completed and total Loan amount. Those details can be availed from Branch it seems. The contact numbers which provided by them is not all not in use currently. Their response is totally not good.

There is no such escalation contact numbers given in the Website.http://www.fullertonindia.com/.

I submitted my EPF forms for settlement on 30th of Aug 2009 which was deposited by the company to EPF, Bandra office on 22nd Sept 2009. It is really very dismal and pityful to note that more than four and half months has elapsed but the PF amount has not been credited to my account. This has hurled me into acute financial crisis and serious anxiety. The communication via e-mail with the company along with other relevant details is attached below for your kind perusal.

I ahve applied for a Personal loan about Rs.50000/-
They have collect documents from me and also address verified and they call me at there office for personal Discussion.at Sodpur Branch Near H.B Town ,Kolkata.At there Branch they said ur office address not verified because u do not provide the addres when ever i had already given my address detail and my offical Visiting Card also.That day they said after your office address will verified then we will confirm me. after two days later they di not call me but i call at the branch office and Talked with there executive they said your office and House address did not coverage under our Branch.So your loan is not approved.
My question is that why they called me there Branch for P.D and if there branch do not cover my House and Office location then why they verified my House address.?They totally waste my time and money.

This is to inform you that I have worked with Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd - Esplanade Kolkata from Oct2007 to Jun 2009. My Employee No is 112289. I have applied for my PF withdrawl from the Office, which was deposited by Fullerton to Regional PF Commissioner, 341 Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 700 051 on 05/10/09 as per the mail received from the company. However, we have not received the PF from the RPFC - Mumbai as on date.

For your information, my PF Nois MH/48037/11580.

I have checked the status of PF, which says that it is under process till date. More than 3 months have passed, I have not received the PF yet.

Request your kind intervention into the matter. I shall be highly oblige if you can persue on the case to get my PF at the earliest

Once i had applied for personal loan from your company office situtated at bansi trade center old palasia indore,there i was in touch with an executive named Rajkumar,But he ask me for lic policy then after he will provide me the required loan and he has taken cheuqe of rs.4000/- from me for the lic policy and told me that first i gave u the loan then i use this chq for ur lic policy but he had represent it before clearing my loan file and not even provide me the required loan amount from ur company even he had yet not sended me any reciept or document of that lic policy also.
kindly look after the matter and confirm me back on my mailing address or on email id.

Well I applied for the personal loan in Fullerton Bank thorugh the persons named Mrs. Kiran and Kirti. Who sent a guy to me to pick up the needful documents like bank statement, electricity bill, pan card and form no. 16. also demande for credit card but i refused to give. that guy didnt give any acoknowlegemet of that to me. even I forgot to take a photocopy of the blank application form signed by me. They stated that it will take 7-8 days to confirm the loan sanction. but even after 15 days no reply comes from them. When ever asked them on phone they hold me saying that application is under progress in andheri branch. I asked them for their address and appointment but no one of the above persone was ready to give me their address. Finaly i searched on internet found their andheri branch address and dropped in to the branch on 9th of Jan2010. I was shocked after i enquired in the branch that their staff & admin confirmed that there was no Mrs. Kiran and kirti working in that branch. I insited to bank trace the number given by the persons or I'd give this job to police. then aboove two said that they work in Kandivali branch. I said I want back my application form signed by me stamped its rejected so that nobody missuse it in future. The bank person Kumbhar assured me that after 11th jan 2010 I will get my matter settled by Mr. Harshal Vartak the team leader of Mrs. Kiran and Kirti who is on leave.

well.... I dont know whats gonna happen but one thin i learned that never trust any Bank. .....Atleast Fullerton.

I had taken the loan from Fullerton India and due to there mistake of mis match of my account no they are charging the amount of 2000/**Rs as a late payment charges and 657/** rs as bouncing charges where I had always paid in time with cash only in June I had paid 300 rs less which I had paid in October and my October EMI I had paid on 17nov09 do they can charge 2000 on that's the late payment charges and second due to them my name is there in cibil which is harming my credibility as I had already clear there all dues so I request you to help me in the same matter.

The installments of the loan 1299/[protected]@36. After the top-up loan it may be [protected]@36. But i pay the 19 installments of 1299/-. I applied the top-up loan on 08 or 09 november 2009. The Inquiery of my resident and office are done. But they say me that you issue three credit cards and not pay the payment of that cards. When I saw the statement of that cards, they are not mine. My name is Suresh Kumar but that name is SURESH KUMAR YADAV and date of birth are also different. When i say him about this, they said that now the loan can not be done on your name. and not adjust the installments of that loan. I am in tension. from this statement. Please help me what can i do about that.

I Balakumar G T residing at 5/1, 4th Cross, Saraswathipuram, Halsuru, Bangalore 560008 hold a personal loan with Fullerton India (Jayanagara) Bangalore. They have been charging excess amount of interest for my personal loan. I obatined a loan amount for Rs 75,000.00 and I have been asked to pay Rs 3063.00 for four years which makes it to Rs 1,47,024.00 which is huge amount of interest..

I have been harased for the phone for one EMI.. The collection agent calls in the middle of the night for EMI and is been using all vulger language and he is coming to my house creating alot of problem.

Please look into this urgently Or I will have to kill myself.
