Hi, myself Safran Shaikh had taken loan of Rs 75,000/- (gross amount) after deducting charges I had got a cheque of Rs. 67,500/-.

I have availed a personal Loan from fullerton india credit company limited in Ludhiana office Chandigarh road.I have lost my Job in March 09, due to recession period of market i have not any job with me .
the same wording was told by me the fullerton people and exeutive that i have not any job in hand and having funds problems and cant pay at least 3-4 months anfter i waill pay regularly.

I have applied loan from fullerton India, But I have not received loan proper required time. So, I cancelled my loan. I have paid Rs 1500/- for cancellation Fees. Now they have send me ECS clearence Installment monthly. The ECS installment was bounced because of insufficient balance in my account. The Bank charge me Rs.200/- fine for bounce ECS. So, I Complaint for My refundable money.

Please stay away from this company. do not take a loan from fullerton even if they offer you 0% interest....
