Hi my name is Aruna and i have taken personal loan from icici bank, citi finance and fullerton when i was doing my job and unfortunately i lost that job and shifted to business and i use to handle my business but unfortunately due to sum problems i had to shut down my business and now i m pursuing my graduation and at the same time am searching for part time jobs but till now i didn't got job, but i tried and settled the citi finance loan and explained the problem to the recovery agents of fullerton people and asked for sum time to repay but my family was litterally been harrased by the loan recovary agents.. the lewid language & bad words used by the agents are really horrible they come and shout in front of my house and parrents in case of my absense .. even though they are intimated that i m not at home they still come home and start with nonsense. As now am studing and in search of job i cant repay i need sometime. they are not giving the time, coming to my home with 1 or 2 persons and they sit infront of my home at late nights, my mom will be alone at home because some times dad comes late nights.

So please help me out from this issue and am not saying that i'll not pay but i told them to settle the amount and they settled the amount and they need in a single payment as if i cant pay in a single payment as am in a trouble, i'll pay in 3-4 installments. i can provide you the persons number who uses bad words in phone to my mom, i.e., Kiran goud and his number [protected]

I had got loan from Fullerton India credit company from the branch in Tamilnadu, Salem - 636004, The loan amount was Rs:50000, in that they have charged Documentation and Insurance for Rs 4880 and they had given me only Rs.45180 in hand. They said you will be receiving loan copy in 15 days of loan confirmation. where the Insurance policy covered, 1) Health Insurance, 2) Loss of job for 6 months, 3) Accident insurance, 4) Disability insurance, 5) Family Health cover and 6)General illness . I Got loan on 19th june 2009 and till now i did not receive any insurance copy.

I had paid two EMI of Rs 3170 and i had loss my job and the company which i had worked in tirupur had been closed and i can able to pay EMI only after i get a job, so i had requested them to claim the EMI through Insurance . and now they are telling that they can claim only if the company must be closed all over in India, But while getting loan they told me if there is loss of job you can claim through insurance and its compulsory. insurance copy also i did not receive yet. now for past two months i cant able to pay EMI so i had requested them to give me some time till i get job after that i will pay. but they are not ready to give and also 4 - 5 peoples coming to my home in Salem city and shouting at my parents and talking rudely and also not leaving my family until i pay the EMI for the month, Now am in Bangalore searching for the job. when i contact their manager through mobile and i asked about the insurance they are not responding and they are telling only to pay the emi and when i asked them what is the use of paying for the insurance . He is speaking very rudely and telling If you died we can claim the amount or at least if you get disability through accident we can claim the loan amount and that is the benefit and please do that.

The second EMI i paid in their office in cash on the due date itself and i already informed them before 15 days not to deposit cheque in bank. but every month they deposit cheque and also collecting bouncing charge of Rs.512.

I Can pay EMI only after i get a job and Please take Necessary action against their manager for telling me to die or get disability so they can claim the amount. also for cheating me in insurance, bouncing charge,

I have filled application form for getting loan of 125000 Rs on 19 September 09 with help of Nitin Sharma([protected]) executive of Fullteron India Branch-Udaipur(Panchwati).
After 10 days applied for loan cancellation and Nitin Sharma confirmed me that your loan cancellation request is completed. On 13 Nov09 276 Rs is debited from my account for ECS of loan
from Fullteron India. An ECS was made on 05 nov 09 on my ICICI account as my loan was already cancelled earlier.My loan got approved without my signature on Final loan documents and Loan Stamp Papers.
Kindly suggest how to proceed further

i would like to acknowledge you with the fact that i have been receiving constant messages over my cell phone from the past 6 months for a loan repayment which i never took.

I applied for a loan with Fullerton India, from their branch at Pune, initially they promised me an amount of more then 100, 000 but after running with all the documents that they needed, they said that they cannot give me more then 36, 000Rs, after some time I agreed as I was in urgent need of the money but when the disbursement came they deducted more then 5, 000 Rs to my shock and surprise and they said that I have to take a insurance compulsorily and they have deducted the amount for that purpose and then they have made me sign up for 5 years and the EMI is 1734 Rs which comes to 104040 for a loan amount of Rs 30990Rs. I do not know what to do in this case so please help me to get the rate reduced and also the number of years.

This is the complaint against Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., These people approached me before six months asking me to apply for the personal loan in their company, but I was not interested in taking the personal loan from these people, as I was trying to take the loan in other banks with lesser interest rate, these people at that time said that the interest rate of their company is very less compared to others. They said the rate of interest is very low i.e. (0.60 to 0.80) will be charged.

They after seeing my bank statements has said I will be given Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five thousand only) as loan amount, when I asked for the EMI’s and other information they said that they are calculating and they will tell the information afterwards. After two days they called me and told me that the Cheque was received and asked me to collect it, when I reached their office, they issued a Cheque in which the amount is Rs.69311/-(Rupees Sixty Nine thousand three hundred and eleven only) when I asked about it they said the rest of amount i.e. Rs.5689/- (Rupees Five thousand Six hundred and eighty nine only) was taken for the [Insurance + processing fee] = [Rs.2888/- + Rs.2801/-]. When I rejected to take the Cheque they threatened me by saying that I have already given them cheques for Electronic Transfer and even if I do not take the Cheque the EMI will be deducted from my account.

They said that the Insurance can be claimed by me in two ways i.e. 1. In case of death, it can be claimed, 2. In case of job loss I can claim the insurance and behalf of me the company will be paid three months EMI by the insurance company.

They said the EMI is Rs.3435/- (Rupees Three thousand four hundred and thirty five only) which is much higher interest rate than what they promised to me earlier. When I asked about that they said it will be gradually decreased. They also said I have to pay Rs.3435/- for 36 months, in which the (Interest + Actual amount) will be there.

When I approached for Insurance claim they used unparliamentarily words and have threatened me. Now they are saying that I can not claim the policy (But as per policy rules I can claim). They even have not given me my policy document.

Now they are saying the first six months will be taken as only interest i.e. (Rs.3435/- X 6 months = Rs.20610/-) will be taken as only interest. This they never said to me before. First they said actual amount and interest will be there in from the first EMI.

When I am issuing Cheque they are not allowing me to put the name of the company and are saying that if some mistake is there the Cheque will be bounced. They are misusing my cheques by transferring the amount from my account into their personal account which is also illegal.

When I intimated all these to their Head Office through email those people don’t even bothered to give response.

Hi, myself Safran Shaikh had taken loan of Rs 75,000/- (gross amount) after deducting charges I had got a cheque of Rs. 67,500/-.

I had taken a loan from Andheri branch(Mumbai) in June 09 at the time of taking the loan the agreement was made that on every 5th of the month my EMI of Rs 2905/- need to be debited through ECS from my ICICI bank a/c.
The EMI amount was debited properly for two months on time i.e. 5th July & 5th Aug 09 but in the month of Sept 09 they had failed to debit EMI on time despite I had kept sufficient balance on that date but after 8 to 10 days of my ECS date I received a call from one of the executive called Shivaji stating that your ECS had bounced it was ridiclous & shocking for me that that guy with insufficient knowledge tells me that my ECS had bounced due to insufficient balance on that time. I had told that I can show u the bank statement that I have the enough balance on that day then also he started arguing with me then after wards he told me that I will check with my senior & let you know. After two days I got a call from his senior name Satish then he is also saying the same thing what his executive had told before. I had told him that I had withdrew the money from the ATM for my personal use as I don't know that my EMI has not been debited on time u people giving me call after 8 to 10 days then how will I come to know that my EMI has not been debited, instead of accepting his mistake he started misbehaving with me telling me that I will do this & that if you not pay your EMI by 30th Sept 09 or else we will give your name in the defaulter list or file section 38 on you.

I am a salaried person neither I don't have any other source of income it's there mistake that they had not debited my EMI on time. My responsibility is to kept sufficient fund on 5th of every month. I am saying that how such big mistake can happen are they are sleeping for 8 to 10 days give me call after a long time. I had also make a complaint to customer executive of Fullerton India buth nothing had happen they had told me that we will get back to you shortly.

They have repeated the same mistake in the current month also infact they are not disclosing what's the geniune problem is they are saying that it's a bank problem but I am saying that how first two EMI was debited on time. They people are started harassing me every time, there system is very bad now I am cursing myself why I had taken the loan from such a stupid company where the staff is also don't have the manner to talk with the people.

I want' very strict action to be taken on Mr Shivaji & Mr Satish of collection department or else I will file a legal complaint against Fullerton Company.

Its my humble request to all of my friends don't take any loan or don't do any business with Fullerton Company in future. I had face very bad experiance in all.

Also please advice what I need to do more.

I had gone for a loan of Rs.30000 from Serampore branch in Kolkata out of which i got only 27000 and I have paid for something like 10 months.I went to the branch to foreclose the amount,But they misbehaved with me,they shouted over over,they said I have taken the loan so I need to pay the EMI.Then they will let me know about the outstanding amount.This is ridiculous.I just want to leave them whatever they take from.They are bloody dogs with no shame and reason to shout for.

I would guide everyone in India to do a case against this company and stop going for loand from this Institution.It better you die without money.But this people will take your money along with your property as well if you wount go for legal help.

At first i have applied for a personal loan of 80000 in this company.
but The Loan is approved 900000 by Company. When i ask for the same to Executive(Mr. Sanjeev) then executive told me that my target is not complete so i have forward ur file for 90000.

executive visit my home and collect Some Cheque with a simple form when I ask about this form he told me that it is not loan agreement but after some time he told me that u have sign a blank loan agreement.

Executive (Sanjana/Jyoti ) Told Me that your Rate Of Interest is 18% reducing But Now Mr Dua Tell Me that The Rate of interest is 15.88% Flat.
due to frodness they submit cheque in my account dispite giving me.

Mr Dua told me to visit my place for my insurance Reversal from last 1 month but till date Mr Dua have not visit my place.even I called them up again and again.

i have close this loan due to excess intrest but now i loss 8000 rs due to this frod and till now i have not recieved any document from company not Welcome letter and not forclossing letter.
i m very deprresed.

Respected Sir/Mam,

In the month of April i applied for a Loan from your company's office i.e 'Bapu Asharam market,
Rohtak - 124 001 (Landmark: Near chhotu ram chowk, Bapu), Branch Code: 0559'.

But when the Loan Sanction proccess i informed your office that i dont need a Loan anymore bcoz i have arranged the amount from somewhere else and requested them to return my documents & they asked for few days.

But i was shocked to see that on 8th June amount of Rs. 2690/- has been deducted from my A/c on behalf of my first EMI. Then i visited your local office to clarify things that how the amount has been deducted even when i have never taken the Loan.

But they provided me an unsatisfactory answer that we provided your Loan Amount DD to your Boss in your office 2 months back & they have retrned that DD to us after two months.

I was shocked to listen that how can they sanction the Loan & provide the DD to my Boss without my knowledge. From that days onwards i am constantly visiting your ofice in order to get the amount back which was deducted from my A/c.

In your ofice i have met your oficials i.e Mr. Vishal (Ph. No: [protected]) & Mr. Tarun Puhan but till now no solution has been provided & worst thing is that they are not attending me properly.

Whenever i visited your office they keep on telling that we have marked the mail come after 3 days, come after 4 days. Now i am marking you this mail after getting totally frustated.

Kindly arrange to look in to this matter on priority basis & help to resolve as soon as possible otherwise i am planning to go legal bcoz: -

1) How the Loan was issued without my consesnt?

2). If it is true, then if Loan is in my name then why the DD was handed over to my Boss without my knowledge?

3). In the past 2.5 months i have visited ur office around 30-40 times but till now no solution has been provided.

the same wording was told by me the fullerton people and exeutive that i have not any job in hand and having funds problems and cant pay at least 3-4 months anfter i waill pay regularly.

I have applied loan from fullerton India, But I have not received loan proper required time. So, I cancelled my loan. I have paid Rs 1500/- for cancellation Fees. Now they have send me ECS clearence Installment monthly. The ECS installment was bounced because of insufficient balance in my account. The Bank charge me Rs.200/- fine for bounce ECS. So, I Complaint for My refundable money.

Dear Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind attention that I had taken a loan of Rs.21653.00 (Twenty one thousand six hundred fifty three only) from fullertone India credit company ltd (A NBFC) tambaram branch on 26 march 2008 repayable at the rate of Rs.1650 pm for a period of 24 months (1650 X 24=39600.00). The loan A/C no. [protected]. The EMI Promised by the financial company at the time of issuing the loan Rs.1450.00. This by itself was a breach of promise.
They never issued me a loan sanction letter, which by itself is deceit full in nature.
After paying eight installments I found the intrest too heavy some a burden to carry and spoke to the authorities concerned in the NBFC. A compromise formula was worked out, where I was asked to Pay Rs.10000.00 (Ten thousand only) as a full and final settlement. This I obliged through a payment of cash for Rs.10000.00 made on the 26th of December 2008.
The very fact that they had a accepted Rs.10000.00 even while the EMI was on very clearly implies that they had come for a settlement.
When I asked for a settlement latter, they were not willing to give it. All they did was to write the words closure in the receipt that they gave to me for Rs.10000.00.
From the very next day onwards they started harassing me in private and in public during odd hours and during office house by threatening me and my family with dire consequences if I do not repay back alleged the balance immediately.
I spoke to a person by name MR. MUKUND in their office and he promised me that the 5 cheques that I had given to them would be returned with in 40 days.
Till date I have neither received the settlement letter nor the 5 cheques that I had issued them. The hounding, the harassment and the abuse takes place on a daily basis even now.
Because of the abuse in public I have lost all respect in society.
The mental torture that they give and the physical threatening posture of theirs is driving me any my family towards insanity and suicide.
I earn a monthly salary of Rs.6000.00 only and I have a wife and two small kids to feed and the depth of our despair cannot me measured in physical terms.
I have no one but you to retrieve me from this depth of despair.
I request you to intervene immediately and ask the NBFC to stop the harassment and also to issue me an account closure letter at the earliest.

Undersign of this letter r/o 1177/sec 18 Faridabad was having a loan of Rs. 75000/- from your organization.

The above loan was foreclosed by undersign on dated 3 March 2009 and having no liability on undersign as on date and obtaining a NOC from your organization.


Undersign is not received any copy of loan agreement till date which is blank signed by him in your office at time of taking loan. While requesting it from several time over the phone from your relationship officer, who is processing my loan file given me rebuttals and excuses regarding it.

At the time of closing the loan when undersign asked regarding that the co executive told me that we never give copy of agreement to customer.

As per Indian contract act it’s the responsibility of the company to provide copy of loan agreement and schedule of repayment for loan at time of giving loan, who is making contract but you violated.

Undersign asked it focally again at the time of closing his loan than only you have given schedule of repayment for loan to him and again refuse to give copy of loan agreement.


After getting schedule of repayment for loan when Undersign checked it came to know that you have charged aprox 30% rate of interest from him instead of 18% which is promised by your relationship officer and there is some irregularities in the schedule of repayment.

Undersign cross check it with the calculator of checking rate of interested, find that there is difference in it.


Undersign what to use his RIGHT TO INFORMATION .regarding this and want a loan copy agreement with in seven day of receipt of this letter.
