Hi,

This is Dinesh G, this mail is regarding the loan rates has been changed, the representative has been informed be before applying for the loan that it comes around 17 to 18 percent, but after i received the check the loan rates are changed for 23% i am really shocked, why it is i have received only 96 thousand for Rs, 105000/- even i have not received any details or mail apart from the check, they have decided them self the percentage everything and given the direct check the percentage is too high please go though the loan details and do the needful i not even have any loan details, please check and do the need full. even i have got a call from the bank spoken with the manager, but there was no use, the person who has involved in this loan sanction also left the bank, later the manager itself informed that he has cheated to many peoples, later i have sent a mail also to the person but no reply savitha.[protected]@fullertonindia.com apart from this i dont have any contact, as the people who worked for this loan even they have taken the bribe from me saying that u have to pay for this.

they are telling now 48 months to be paid around Rs.4280 it comes to 210000, i have taken only 96,000 but want to pay Rs.2,10,000, please help me out,

Dear Sir,

Please help me out in this, i am not able to pay so much of interest, even the amount if i calculate it comes more than twice the amount i have taken, even the person who has worked in this loan he has made lot of fraud and the bank itself terminated him, later on i contacted the customer care they have transferred this call to some branch but they are refusing what ever even i ask, the person told me it will be 16% and it was 23% even i requested the manager to reduce the interest, but the employes from the bank they say that we cannot do anything it was not our mistaken it was the mistake from the person who took care of this file, so they are demanding me, please help me out i am not able to pay so much of amount. even it is not a reduce-able interest also its a flat interest later after paying the 1st emi i came to know, even have not even sent me any details for the loan.

They are really making the peoples fool and making money please help me out.

The people from the bank they called me saying that we cannot do anything, you have to pay the amount as per the agreement, please do the favour, i have stopped the ecs for this loan.
Dear sir,

This is to inform that even they have made a forgery signature of mine in the loan appication form for the further loan process, they are totally cheated me, and if i ask them they are telling to suddenly to pay the ammount which is pending and close the loan, even they are agreeing that the sign is forged by them, can u please help me out, and even i am getting a bouncer calls from the bank.

    I am an existing customer of Fullerton India Pvt Ltd. I had recently applied for a Top up Loan with your Bank and was sanctioned a amount of Rs. 237000. I was dealing with your executive Mr. Samadhan kale. I am sorry to say that I am very upset about the service that I got from your bank. I was told after my Loan was sanctioned that there will be an additional Life insurance that I would have to purchase from ICIC Bank and an amount of Rs7000 was deducted from my Bank towards the same. I was also told that it was mandatory that I take the policy or my Loan would be cancelled. I am an existing customer of Fullerton since the last three years and have never bounced a single EMI so far. I am sorry to say that if this is the way that your Bank treats an existing customer then I will be also be forced to take your Bank to the consumer court for Breach of Banking rules. I got fed up of asking for my Loan break up from your Team and finally I got that today, and I noticed that there has been a huge deduction towards God knows what reasons as the processing fees for 11236. I need an explanation about why was there a deduction of 37,000rs from my Loan when my Previous Loan balance with your Bank was only around 16,000rs. I need the premium amount of the ICIC Life insurance of 7000rs to be reversed back to my account and also the processing fees which can in no way be around 11236. I can surely drag your bank to the court and demand a compensation proving it that your Bank is extorting money from its customers under the pretext of providing Loans.

    Further to our discussion the other day with Mr. Pandey from your company. I was told by Mr. Pandey that he would be calling me the following day to let me know about the amount that he has sanctioned towards top up on my personal Loan. I waited for his call for two days and since I did not hear back I thought of writing this mail to you. I also wanted to bring this to your attention that I have finally managed to cancel my Insurance policy but not because of any efforts from Fullerton but because of my own efforts and thanks for the harassment caused to me by Fullerton towards the same. I need compensation for this trouble and harassment caused or else I will be forced to file a case of forceful selling of Insurance against Fullerton India in the Consumer court. I thought that Mr. Pandey would be professional to at least call me as per his commitment but since I did not her back from him, I think he must have assumed that all is sorted now for Fullerton. I expect a compensation for the harassment cause failing which I shall have to proceed in the court of Law against Fullerton India. The Insurance person from ICIC named Ajay was calling Fullerton and saying that this man is causing too much issues. What is the meaning of the same. I am causing issues or has Fullerton caused issues to me. I was an existing customer and a good customer of Fullerton, I surely did not expect this service from them for any reason.

      Sir, I want to sell this bike and want to new one. But without NOC i can't do this.

        two wheeler. Monthly iam paying my instalment in the form of EMI through Axis
        bank. Unfortunately my account is going to be closed. That's why i have paid my

        from my account on 03-08-12. I have complained at their branch office which is
        located at Thirumulgiri. I also sent a request to their customer care executives
        but no body is responding.

            I have taken a personal loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited and now I am willing to foreclose the loan and transfer it to Bajaj Finserv. I am getting in less rate of interest and with other feature also. But Fullerton is not accepting my BT payment and just harassing me. Today one of their employee crossed the limit and abused me.

            Please tell me how this issue can be handle further.

              I purchased two wheeler bike in ramkay agencies through Fullerton two wheeler loan no.[protected] and customer I'd no. 2176647 kishore Kumar D. I cleared all the dues without any remarks. When i applied icici credit card, i came to know that my telephone number is black listed in cibil and stating reason that i have due amount of rs.148.00. When i approached Fullerton India, they told that there is no dues from their side.

              So i kindly request u to remove my name in civil which helps to apply credit cards without any problem. Kindly do the needful..

                  Hi,

                  I’m really pissed off with your idiotic customer support. I got my loan account closed on July 16 and paid Rs.28000. Now after 15 days when I call back, your customer support says the account is still active. I called branch where I paid the money, they too says the account is active and it would take more time.

                  I will visit the branch this Saturday or Monday and going to use a very bad language. You have failed to fulfill your words.

                  You people charge customers on time, but fail to update the status on time. This is really a very bad customer service.

                  I’m going to post this on consumer forums as well.

                    I have taken a personnel loan of Rs.2 lakh from Fullerton India on April 2011 for which monthly EMI is Rs.6750/-. At the time of loan I was told the rate of interest will be 18% but now I come to know that my rate of interest is Rs.26%. Also I want to share that I have not received any loan documents till date, after many calls & reminder I received my loan tracker through soft copy.

                    When I come to know about this rate of interest me & my husband immediately decided to close this loan and somehow we arranged money and in March 2012 went to Nehru Place branch to close the same we requested to official there to do so but there were no response received. They told us that we need to take some online no. from their costumer care and after 3-4 days we need to visit again to close the same. We requested them close this on immediate effect but they rudely refused to do so. I followed their instructions and call customer care no. from there only and again requested them to close the loan on balance full amount. But i d'nt understand why it is very long procedure to close the same.

                    I have taken the no. from customer care thrice and went for closure but I think they do not want to close my loan. They want us to be in loan for 3 years and pay them just like double.

                    Now they are harrasing me, every week their executive comes and harrass us. Please help us to close this situation.

                      Few months back i have taken personal loan of Rs. 150000 for my marraige from FULLERTON India pvt ltd., which were offering loan with 20% interest rate. But when the letter came about the payment statement, according to it i have to pay a total amount of 306000. When i ask them
                      about the payment they told that as per the compound interest in three years you have to such amount, sir how could it be possible. Please helpwith this as i will have to pay Rs. a amount of Rs. 6333 for atleast 30 months more i.e., 2279880, so please help me to get out of this situation. They are cheating and doing fraud with peoples by showing wrong statements and advertisements of their company and then they charge heavily and loot the people. They get the signature on the papers without proper information and misguide the people plz help sir.

                        I took a Personnel Loan of Rs.2 lakh from Fullerton India in April 2011. I paid non stop EMI of Rs.6750/- for 8 months. In between of 8 months i called many times to bank for the loan documents as it was promised by them documents will be sent through courier at your home address, but till date I have not received the loan document in hard copy, after many calls I got this on my email. At the time of loan I was told that my rate of interest will be 18% but it is 26% which i did not know. Anyhow I decided to clear the loan because I do want to take this on very higher rate, I arranged money and me & my husband went to Nehru Place branch and requested to them to close the now with immediate effect with full balance money, but there no body was interested to take the initiative. I requested and requested but no body was listening. They said first you need to call out customer care no and from them only you will be get the some no and then only you can close the no. I followed exactly from there and again requested on call centre that please arrange to close this on same day, but again they said it will take 2-3 days and then only you can close this. Fine i accepted but I didnot receive any call from them I called again to Nehru Place to want to speak in Account but I was on hold for 1/2 an hour. It was so irritating. Then I stopped my EMI now they are chasing me every month, a new person comes to our place and harrass us, after all this we are requesting them to close this chapter but now we do not have full money to give and therefore we asked them to settle the same. We are genuine customer and therefore we wanted to close this and visited to bank.

                        Today also one person has come and he was shouted like anything on my husband, I have 4 yrs old baby at home he was afraid. Every month this happens and harass us. I want to close this loan but what to do I do not have full money to give.

                        Please help us for this monthly harassment. I shall be very grateful to you.

                          I have taken a PL with fullerton india, my loan A/c # is [protected], and the EMI is 6126 from perambur branch, Chennai in September 2010, and while taking the loan i have given them ECS from my SCB bank account and also given my five cheques for ECS, but they are not deducting the money thru ECS and they are asking me to come and pay the money in the branch or the executive will come and collect the money.
                          On september 2010, fullerton executive salamon promises, if ecs not deducted on a month, my collection department will collect the money, its a free service.
                          First month onwards, ECS not deducted, then collection department person was collected money on collection person's won date(its always late).
                          On December 2011, collection person asks to me, lot of late payments in ur account, i[censored] need to cancel late payment u only pay 550 for this time it reverse all late payments. i was paid 550, but not cancelled my late payments.
                          I was reapply ECS, it was working on April 2012, it's working fine upto june 2012. In July 2012, collection department was asking me to pay via cash, ur this month ecs not deducted, this is fullerton technical problem.
                          I was paid my emi on 07-07-12, but my statements shows my payment date 14-07-12, and added Penalty Charged 250.

                          here mail reply from fullerton india
                          "We reference to your email dated 12-July-12 regarding EMI, we would like to inform you that due to some technical issue, loans were marked as local collection for the month of July-2012. The EMI from August-2012 will be centrally banked."

                          i ask why u mark penalty charge, here fullerton reply
                          "You must be aware if payment not made on due date attracts financial charges, hence you have been levied with penalty charges for delay in payment.
                          Though we value and appreciate your business with us, unfortunately your current request cannot be accepted. We regret our inability to comply"

                          My concern is i when i have given the ECS its their responsibility to take the money thru ECS which they are not doing, i called up the customer service and the branch manager as well but there was no proper response from them, again i called up the customer service and they said they would get back to me but till now there's no call from them. i am worried that my credit rating would go down, My request is to take the necessary action against the concern department in the bank and do the needful.

                            MY HARROWING EXPERIENCE IN FULLERTON INDIA:
                            1) I approached Fullerton India, Khammam branch for personal loan.
                            2) They sent an Agent named Mr. Gopi ( Ph.no: [protected] )
                            3) He took my bank statements, salary certificate, degree certificates, photos, and residential proof.
                            4) After few days, he took my signature on loan forms and Insurance forms.
                            5) After a week, he came back and took my signature on another set of papers stating that he has written wrong address on the previously signed papers.
                            6) On 25th June, he took 20 blank cheques from me stating that he will arrange 1.5 lakhs for me within 10 days.
                            7) On 5th July, he informed me 1.05 lacs was sanctioned and he asked me to go and collect it from the branch manager, as he was out of town.
                            8) When I went to the bank, the manager (Ph.no:[protected]) told me that the loan was not sanctioned and he would return my postdated cheques within a day.
                            9) Then, I contacted Mr. Gopi and he said that he is busy and he will come in the evening and would talk with me personally but he did not turn up.
                            10) Next day, I again contacted him and he told me that he is trying his level best to get the loan sanctioned and he would meet me in the evening.
                            11) On 9th July, he said that the loan was not sanctioned and he would return all the postdated cheques
                            12) On 10th July, I went to the bank and the manager said that the loan was not sanctioned and they would return my postdated cheques and all the signed documents within a day or two.
                            13) On the same day (i.e. Thursday, 10th July 2012) at 3:08 pm, I received a call from Ph.no:[protected], informing that my loan was sanctioned on 27th June and I informed them that I have not been sanctioned any loan. He told me to meet the bank people again.
                            14) Again I went to the Khammam branch and they told me the same.
                            15) I went to the police, and then the concerned C.I. called them up and warned them either to return the cheques or give the loan.
                            16) On 11th July I again received a call at 1:56 pm from Mumbai headquarters saying that a loan of Rupees one lakh five thousand (1.05 lacs)was sanctioned on 27th June. They suggested me to approach the local branch people.
                            17) I don’t know whom to turn up to seek help. Hence, I request the legal opinion and hope that the concerned bank would take action on it.

                              i Mr. Yogesh Deshpande, pune took business loan from your company in February 2007. Account no.:[protected] sanction amt:2,00,000/-, where my mother was 1st applicant and i was co-aaplicant. Due to
                              personal reasons my mother could not repay the loan EMI regularly,hence i had repaid and cleared all outstanding amount in 2009. Fullerton changed the office not i. whose responsibility is it to inform? third no person from your side contacted. forth no written communication was done by your company regarding change of address or informing that you were written off loan.Allow me to know the person of contact for this, so as to know the process further. kindly look into the matter.Sir, Your company has wronged a cibil concious person for no fault of his.Still even after this, I found out your address and deposited the full amount without any discount with interset and prepayment charges.Sir now it is time to make amends. Please update cibil with no loan outstanding status and also take back the write off status as prima facie you did not inform the change of address and you had no cheques and nobody contacted me and on top of it give misinformation about my status to cibil

                              With due respect, I rishu Vyas, submit that i had taken aloan of Rs,150,000 from fullerton. To me this was a personal loan,but in cibil you have shown it as business loan.
                              Also I had been paying the installments regularly every month. But since JANUARY 2011 NO BODY CAME FOR COLLECTION. Nobody contacted me, though i was at the same address. After 2-3 months I went to your office in Mohalli but the Office had changed. Now I did not know where to submit. Then in June I Came to know that you had written off the loan.




                              i Mr. Yogesh Deshpande, pune took business loan from your company in February 2007. Account no.:[protected] sanction amt:2,00,000/-, where my mother was 1st applicant and i was co-aaplicant. Due to

                                This is to kindly inform you that i took personel loan from FULLERTON CREDIT INDIA LTD,
                                from their airoli branch at the year 2007( having loan no [protected]) i already paid 50% of amount through EMI...
                                remaining i want to settle down...

                                it is also communicated for 11000 Rs as settlement amount, as decided i spoken with the bank as well as third party
                                collector of the bank (i.e. HP SOLUTION, GHATKOPER(E) having landline no 022/[protected]
                                i ask them i will pay you the amount as on 11 the july 2012.. but they refuse for it and trying to harass me as well as my family
                                by sending their executive at my home and abusing to them doing calls so many times from the no 022/64553632 and the mobile no also (for security reason i m not mentioning the cell no) you can check recording from this nos on 29-05/2012 between 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm

                                please help me what can i do for this....

                                  My Name is P VIJAY KUMAR from Hyderabad. This is the complaint against Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., I have taken a loan in the Year 2008(Aug) from Fullerton (Branch Mettuguda, Hyderabad). Loan Account Number is [protected] for Rs.25000. EMI agreed was for 1726 for 21 months. I have paid the EMI's on time till March 2010. Again in the month of May i have visited directly to the Malakpet Branch to foreclose my loan account. Branch manager along with B.Gautham(Fullerton Employee id 132283) has asked me to pay a lump-sum of Cash 8000 for Full and Final Settlement (Foreclosure amount) and i have paid and took the receipt 3010312.

                                  When i asked for NOC on the same day manager of Malakpet branch and Mr. B. Gautham has said i will be receiving it in next 15 days. After that i have been to Bangalore and after fully trusting the Fullerton i even forgot to bother about the NOC for Rs.25000 (Twenty five thousand only).

                                  Since 2010 May no one contacted me and even for time being i forgot the details of the loan. Having said, i am getting the harassment calls from telecallers asking me to pay an 10000 rupees for closure of the account. I was really surprised and shock to see the treatment from Fullerton India.

                                  When i checked with the Customer care they advised me to go to the Tirumalagiri branch. On May 22,2012 i even visited the branch and they asked me to pay the remaining amount, i told them clearly that i have closed the account and showed the receipt. Mr.B Gautam (Employee of Fullerton) has clearly mentioned on the 8000 rupees receipt back of it that this is for Foreclosure amount and he also given his mobile number on it. Tirumalagiri branch officials even called him and Mr Gautham has once again confirmed that he only has took for foreclosure and in front of the manager.

                                  After checking the same with Mr Gautham again Tirumalagiri branch manager officials has asked me to check with Customer care on this.

                                  This clearly shows they have cheated against me and took excess money from me and they are also harassing me and disturbing with the calls.

                                  When I intimated all these to their Head Office through email those people don’t even bothered to give response.

                                  I am also a victim of fullerton India I had taken a bike on my wife name from moosaram bagh hero honda showroom LOAN NO: [protected]on 2010 apr, the executive told me to pay 28500/- instead of 22000/- when we asked why like this means he said that the remaining amount will add on last three installment, we agreed and we paid but that fellow give us only 22000/- receipt and informed us that internal systematically remaning three installment is updated and we have to pay only for fifteen months and we paid same for fifteen months and waiting for NOC at home but after completition of 8 months our NOC not came to us but one of the unemployeed broker/hawker called us and said that our bike loan amount is pending when we reach him he asked 16000/- for payment when we informed him we already paid he said that no no ur defaulter as per fullerton india so you have to pay, then suddenly we reach to the tirmulgheery office which is very far from our home when we reach there one of the person said that there is no manager available for concern please come on monday when we again reach on monday he said that manager is busy u first take a statement from toll free number and tehn reach to us suddenly i called to toll free and get the statement on my Gmail account on 1 june 2012 again i went to tirmulgherry by taking a leave from officce but again no manager or concern person availbale there, then i told to the reception that kindly call me when the manager will free for us and i leave from there but i did not get any call from the fullerton india company but some sikh minority boys had stop me at chaderghat to nampally road and take my bike keys when i urgue about this with the sikh boys they show me a knife and said that get out from here and if i want my bike come to our boss one MR. Ranjeet @ [protected]another Sikh man when there take me to him he said that paid the money and take the bike otherwise go from here while iam talking with them one sikh boy ran away with my bike when i turn back total gang of this fellow ran away without any information to me, i went to tirmulgherry and said that there gang is talking my bike they said yes there are our mans only. i told the brief incident to MR. Nipun who is the responsible person at tirmulgherry but he said paid 17550/- and take the bike otherwise i will lost my bike, i request him and said that already i paid the installment at showroom premises only but he said that he dont no about that, As i want my bike i paid the full amount and tookout my bike from the clutches of the fullerton india when i check the petrol in my bike total 600/- petrol is already stolen from my bike and my gadgets are in my front packets also gone with mirrors, when i report about this to the moosarambagh CSO Mr. Sri Rang Kantale he said that he is not answerable about this, PLEASE FRIENDS DONT GO TO FULLERTON INDIA IN FUTURE
                                  Hi Vijay Kumar, you're not the only here. I have also had a loan from Fullerton Malakpet branch and the same way I have made my settlement with the bank on a condition that I would receive the settlement letter within a week or two. To no surprise, I didn't receive the letter and I'm receiving abusive calls from their people forcing me to pay the amount again. I have however agreed to pay the amount but on a condition that I receive apologies from everyone who misbehaved!
                                  Hi. My name is Ashwin. I am not a Fullerton customer, neither have i taken any loans from this company any point in time in my life. But offlate i have been getting calls saying i have taken a loan back in 2009 and 11 instalments are pending. These **** are not giving a loan number, no correct date of birth and even the name is not fully correct. Randomly take people phone numbers and house address and harass them to the core. The language they spoke was very very abusive. When you ask the vital information of the loan, they start threatening you that they will take legal action against and cut the call. I have already reported this Fullerton India about this. But i am not sure how far they will take it seriously. I have asked for a mail for the conversation that had happened but still i have not got it yet. Spoke to Swetha, Service Manager, Escalation Department, Hyderabad. (Toll free no:[protected]. Hoping to receive mail soon. I know people who have taken loan are getting calls, but i dint take any loans and i am not even sure why i am getting such nuisance calls.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Actually when I apply for my loan the duration of my EMI was 3 yrs but right now I got a welcome call and found it is 4 yrs EMI period and Interest rate 25.44%. It's not acceptable form because it'll be very costly for me. So, plz. requested to you to correct my duration period (3 years) & Interest Rate (16%) which I offer at the time of apply.

                                      I also face the problems like tenure, interest rate & other which is created by the executive of Fullerton India Mr. Vikash Malakar .

                                      The lot of reason are facing regarding this loan below:

                                      The Executive Mr. Mikash Malakaar told me the loan duration will 3 years and interest will be 16% but in welcome call it'll be for 4 years and interest 25.44%.
                                      The offer me Rs.1,81,842 loan but i got only Rs. 1,74,950 where is Rs. 6892 ???
                                      They sign from me the document but at the time of sign, noting was mention in document abt the amount, interest and duration. I aware the amount when i got the cheque.
                                      I already complaint about this matter lot of time but no solution from the bank side, they provide me some contact number to talk but still i call there again again no any number is working.
                                      I already complaint on these provided emails: [protected]@fullertonindia.com and [protected]@fullertonindia.com.

                                      I m very upset sir abt the EMI process So, requested to you help me to make my problem error free.

                                      I Would just the confirm the main points which have discussed on today's call with the Service Delivery Manager Fullerton India Pvt Ltd.

                                      I would like to query the Tenure period of my Loan taken here was 48 months as per my knowledge and agreement. Whereas, People from Fullerton is advising me to go for settlement letter and the balance of amount in 5 EMI as 10, 000/- to 12, 500 /- PM. Advising me that, CIBIL Score will increase and loan will also close in short term with fully paid. Also, i have paid till now 31 months as per my knowledge worth of Rs.67332/- why dont you give me a proper feedback on this.?????????????

                                      As per knowledge with CIBIL, If any person fail to pay the debts in particular time will occur in CIBIL as "defaulter list", this will be closed once the outstanding amount is closed and balance of amount paid with regular payment on period of time mentioned the CIBIL will automatically remove the defaulter list into Normalise till the loan is being closed further.

                                      Whereas, People from Fullerton have charged me Cheque Bounce Charges, Loan taken charges, Late payment Charges etc..( If any left out from bank). In Statement, it is mentioned as " other reason" need an Explanation nor to activate my ECS Again after these payments.
                                      ( WHY COLLECTION PEOPLE COMING HOME AND SEARCHING ME FOR THIS EMI I AM NOT AT ALL ABSCOUNDED -WANT MY ECS PAYMENT AGAIN ).

                                      I am not at all satisfied with your services i have taken only 45000/- loan and only person in INDIA paying interest of 71676 /- as mentioned. If this kind of cheating happening further,

                                        I am Paresh Patil, my loan no [protected], i had taken loan for my bike in 2012. I have paid all installment and interest amount in the month of Jan 2012 but still not updated in the system. I have visited many times in the andheri office but the customer care assures me that they will update. They holding my bike papers and showing a outstanding amount in my name which is not my fault but the customer representative fault who left the organisation and left the duplicate copy of my receipt in his draw which resulted in harassment of me.

                                        By should i bare such harrassment of going to andheri again and again, if i did not had the money then will they understand, they did charge lot of interest and even i paid that but still they are not releasing my paper. I am going to lodge police compliant against fullerton today. I request Mr. Shantanu Mishra to please look into the matter, my contact no is [protected] and my receipt no 5528279
