I have taken a PL with fullerton india, my loan A/c # is [protected], and the EMI is 6126 from perambur branch, Chennai in September 2010, and while taking the loan i have given them ECS from my SCB bank account and also given my five cheques for ECS, but they are not deducting the money thru ECS and they are asking me to come and pay the money in the branch or the executive will come and collect the money.
On september 2010, fullerton executive salamon promises, if ecs not deducted on a month, my collection department will collect the money, its a free service.
First month onwards, ECS not deducted, then collection department person was collected money on collection person's won date(its always late).
On December 2011, collection person asks to me, lot of late payments in ur account, i[censored] need to cancel late payment u only pay 550 for this time it reverse all late payments. i was paid 550, but not cancelled my late payments.
I was reapply ECS, it was working on April 2012, it's working fine upto june 2012. In July 2012, collection department was asking me to pay via cash, ur this month ecs not deducted, this is fullerton technical problem.
I was paid my emi on 07-07-12, but my statements shows my payment date 14-07-12, and added Penalty Charged 250.

"We reference to your email dated 12-July-12 regarding EMI, we would like to inform you that due to some technical issue, loans were marked as local collection for the month of July-2012. The EMI from August-2012 will be centrally banked."
i ask why u mark penalty charge, here fullerton reply
"You must be aware if payment not made on due date attracts financial charges, hence you have been levied with penalty charges for delay in payment.
Though we value and appreciate your business with us, unfortunately your current request cannot be accepted. We regret our inability to comply"
My concern is i when i have given the ECS its their responsibility to take the money thru ECS which they are not doing, i called up the customer service and the branch manager as well but there was no proper response from them, again i called up the customer service and they said they would get back to me but till now there's no call from them. i am worried that my credit rating would go down, My request is to take the necessary action against the concern department in the bank and do the needful.

Please help me out in this, i am not able to pay so much of interest, even the amount if i calculate it comes more than twice the amount i have taken, even the person who has worked in this loan he has made lot of fraud and the bank itself terminated him, later on i contacted the customer care they have transferred this call to some branch but they are refusing what ever even i ask, the person told me it will be 16% and it was 23% even i requested the manager to reduce the interest, but the employes from the bank they say that we cannot do anything it was not our mistaken it was the mistake from the person who took care of this file, so they are demanding me, please help me out i am not able to pay so much of amount. even it is not a reduce-able interest also its a flat interest later after paying the 1st emi i came to know, even have not even sent me any details for the loan.
