I was received loan of Rs.89000 from Fullerton India on July,2009. At that time they didn't explain insurance amount and they have been charged Rs.7000 without any communication. Before that they said only charged for processing fee but they claimed Rs.7000 for insurance .
At May-10, I want to close my loan account and register at Customer Care and also directly visit at branch for 5 times but they hesitate to close and delayed for one month for closing my account and charged day by day interest when I closed on my account.

Now I payed all loan balance amount with preclose charges on last month but they have been charged Rs.3521 through ECS on 5-7-10 and I made a compliant through Customer Care. They told it will be payed after 25th of this month.

They charged Rs.3521 after my loan closing because of this my HDFC Bank loan accout ECS has been bounced and they charged Rs.225+Rs.450 as banking procedure.

I very much worried about Fullerton India services and they won't bother after getting loan from branch. Branch people's have very poor service and I never before this kind of experiance. Please advice how can I make legal compliant...

Dear all,

I, Vijay, is a PL Customer of Fullerton india.I have taken loan from this company. My complaint is centrally focusing on Behaviour and service of Company personnel. My loan was approved on 10 jan 2008 and got my Cheque on 7.30p.m 21.01.2008. I was confirmed by RO that Cheque amount would deduct only processing Charges. But when i got cheque they have deducted many thing which amounted to Rs2700.00. instead of this They have not provided me schedule of my loan till date. Every time i call to RO he just not pick my call and when he receive my call just not provide me satisfactory answer.

The Whole Branch Employees are alike. from Gatekeeper to Branch Manager. Every time they have a excuse ready to defend them and leave customer empety handed.

I also wrote customer care and log on to thier site where big big promises were witten on homepage and lodge many complaint but not even a single mail, call regarding my complaint .At the end i decided to take a loan from open market and get rid from Fullerton india PL.

Hope You people out there would learn a lesson from me.

मेरे द्वारा आपकी कम्‍पनी से जनवरी 2009 में 70000 रू. का पर्सनल लॉन लिया गया था । अब तक मै 27 किश्‍तो में 74331 रू. भर चूंका हूं । अब मैं अपना account close कराना चाहता हूं । आपकी बांसवाडा शाखा जिसका कि ब्रान्‍च नम्‍बर 1165, RMM-BAN-Banswara है से सम्‍पर्क करने पर बताया कि मूझे account close करने पर ओर 46894 रू. जमा करवाने पर account close होगा । ब्‍याज की गणना करने पर पता चला कि ये ब्‍याज 49% से भी अधिक हो रहा है । आपकी कम्‍पनी की ब्‍याज रेट क्‍या है ये तो मूझे मालूम नही पर इतना जरूर है कि लिया जाने वाला ब्‍याज भारत की किसी भी प्राईवेट के्डिट लिमी. से कही अधिक ज्‍यादा है । क़पया ब्‍याज की गणना पुन: करे ताकि बकाया पेमेन्‍ट जमा किया जा सके ।

Hi All,

This is regarding the loan amount which i have applied in the month of November 2013

I have applied for the amount of RS 118770 but the total net disbursal amount which i have got is RS 108862.
The day when i received net disbursal amount from the bank i have called bank people and informed that their is huge RS 9908 is missing in my account. But they have informed that whenever i will pre close the account they will return the remaining amount to my account.

Now the thing is that i want to pre close the loan amount and i have contacted to the bank executive and informed that i need to get the remaining amount RS 9908. But now they are saying we cannot return the amount.

And the worst part is that monthly EMI 4574 i was paying from 7 months it means ( 7*4574=32018 ) total 32018 i have paid as on June 2014. But when i planned to close the loan amount they have informed me to pay 121000 (including prepayment charges). I dont know what kind of calculations they have.


And one more thing in agreement for Prepayment charges they have mentioned only 5% of the principle loan amount which i have to pay but now they are saying we need to pay 7% for prepayment charge. I don&#039;t know the reason why they have changed with out intimating the customer. This is not at all fare enough because in documents they have clearly mentioned about Prepayment charges.

I totally lost a huge amount in a span of 8 months by taking personal loan from this bank. I never trust this bank and i never encourage others to take a loan from this bank. Please think before you a take a loan from this bank later on you will be in trouble. They just make customers fool and they keep cauliflowers in ears later on.

I hope government need to look this kind of issues how the fraud is going on in this bank.

    1.I got a loan (vide No:[protected]) from your Fullerton india credit imited in the month of may thro AXIS Bank cheque of Rs.70984/- vide ch.No:249928 after a week long verification of documents & enquired with my presence in your office also. [Ref.Mr.Kaliyamoorthy]. The same cheque got credit in my account dt 16.06.2010.

    2.As informed by your Rep Mr.kaliyamoorthy EMI will got debit in your a/c 5th every month since you are furnished & given all the details which was required by our kind office.

    3.Due to your improper & inability to update the records for making ECS i didn't got a debit of my first EMI within the scheduled date (i.e 5th Jul'10) .

    4.I called your rep Mr.Kaliyamoorthy on that evening (i.e 5th July) told that the matter & he requested for making the payment of First EMI by cash.So i remitt the same thro my friend to your office on 06.07.2010 & obtained the receipt ( Pls refer the attachment) .

    5.Due to all of your neglience the same First EMI Got debit in my a/c on 15.07.2010 thro ECS ( pls refer the attachment).

    My queries:


    1.Why should you take a so long period for making a ECS eventhough i had given all the documents properly without gothrough even a single page which was i signed for get a loan?

    2.Suppose to be the cheque got bounced definately my banker debit a BC in my account ?

    3.If so , your kind office could bear the charges?, since it is fully your responsibility eventhough i made payment by cash as requested by you.

    4.Finally i comes to conclusion of when will i get the refund (i.e Excess of EMI Recovered from me)?


    Hope your kind office must avoid the same mistakes in future not only for me & all your customers since we lost our valuable time & business.

      But no one In Collection & NOC Department Taking it Seriously.Specialy Miss Bhawna In Collection Department She is not able to close my Loan.due to this NOC Department Fail to release the NOC against loan.even they are tourturing me also.

          It’s been 3 months I haven't received my Insurance & processing fee document
          (Sampurna suraksh). I have paid Rs. 13000 for Insurance cover & processing fee, but I
          have only received
          the Health insurance and the amount is -1375.

          I have consulted (Suchita)from Andheri brach. She told me that she will call me back as soon as possible & solve
          my problem but there is no response as yet.
          she had given me a number for an executive of Icici Lombard.
          From there I was told that all documents come together. But I have think I
          have no proof of documents saying I have paid Rs. 13000. For processing fees & insurance charges etc.

          I have called several times at the Andheri branch, but no
          one’s getting back, after several attempts some executive (Manisha)took
          the call and said that she is not the right person, she took my Name
          and told that she will inform you. No one has come
          back yet....

          If the documents are not received as soon as, I’ll stop paying my instalment & I’ll not responsible for any charges.

          Because of Fullerton india Banks unprofessional behaviour , I am
          suffering a lot.

          Is this the type of service Fullerton India bank provides to the
          customers.

              My Name is Shravan Chada.This is the second contact to Fullerton through this web portal. I am greatly disappointed with the kind of reception given by the Agent, Raju from SR Nagar Branch, Hyd, who has got this loan processed for me. I have opted to apply for this loan based on the false promises made by the agent saying that the EMI that has been deducted in the month of May, on 05th , will be refunded to me in the form of a cheque by 18th of May. This did not happen till date. When I've called the agent to check the status, he was very rude to me saying that the process takes time and has never returned my calls on time. He always kept avoiding my calls with lame excuses and sometimes by saying that it takes time to get that processed. I am greatly disappointed with the latest conversation that I had with Raju, over his phone on 03rd June. He said that I am bothering him by asking about the status every now and then, and he said that he is unable to handle this. He said that I am killing him by calling him. When the agent is incapable of handling the customers, he doesn't deserve to be in that role. This industry is all about customer service. I am never treated well when I've been to the SR Nagar Branch. The agent always makes me wait for 30-45 minutes and 1 hour for the work to be done, whatsoever. The treatment has changed before and after I've applied for the loan. I am very serious about all these instances, and I expect somebody from the senior management to call me and address my concerns. And finally I would not refer another friend or a colleague of mine, to Fullerton for any deal. The impression that the Agent Raju, has given to me about Fullerton is that, FICCL is all about False Promises and the agents in that take advantage of the customer's needs.               S, I do agree with you actually this is my last month payment 3 yrs back I took loan but this is very high comparatively with others and procesing fee also they took around 7, 000.I applied fr the same amount in HDFC my EMi is 2536 and with any processing fee rs where as fullerton is 3652. I really feel this is waste and ppl plz dont go with these kind of loans.
              And the worst part is they ill always remond me for EMI but till now i didnt get my loan papers I hope they will give atlest by next month as Im done with it.

                I am k.siromani.I have taken a personal loan from the fullrton india Eluru branch(code:1218) an year ago. I have taken the loan when I worked as a teacher in a school. their agent Giri Prasad (Eluru Pariwar branch) has guided me in taking the loan. After six months I suffered Arthritis. As a result, the doctors suggested me not to work and take an year rest. For that reason, I was not able to pay the suggested amount in time. From that month onwards, agent Satish, Used to come and harrase me to pay the money. My husband is Senior auditor(govt. of A.P), he goes to camps every now and then. Although we are not able to pay the money at given time,we are paying the penalty to the company. On 17-05-10 six agents satish,ravi,giri prasad, and three unknown persons stood in front of my house right from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and harrassed us infront of public using badwords and abusing me and my husband. They shut the gates of my house and didn't let us to go anywhere demanding us to pay the money. we asked 10 days time but the didn't listen to us. They showed no respect and used nasty slangs. As we went to the police station they already gave a complaint against me telling that iv'e scolded them. The police called us and asked us about their complaint. We have never expected such behaviour from their agents. Please take serious action on them. We have self respect so we will clear the full amount shortly.                 I had taken a loan of 72k from this bank and i paid 90k. later i lost the the job i requested these guys to reduce the interest so that i can pay the principal but they are not ready to do that. and they started calling me at night times and weekends. so i changed my number, some how they found my office phone number now they are started calling to my office and my HR told me if she receive the call again they will HAVE TO THINK ABOUT MY JOB. can any one please help me. this is my new job i dont want to loose this.

                  With reference to my previous complaint, Again I talk to Fullerton india person Mr. Ajay Gaur contact no. [protected], he commited me that by mistake the amount was collected twice from me in the month of April 2010 and he committed that I dont required to pay EMI of Month MAY 2010 they will adjust the EMI which is collected twice. BUT again the cheque is returned from my bank account on dated 5th May 2010 and 12th May 2010 two times and I was charged penalty of Rs 221/- twice in the same month.
                  Now tell me what type of complaints can be solved by www.consumercomplaints.in
                  My record becomes so much destructive due to the Fullerton india.

                  Should I take any legal action? should I send legal notice to Fullerton India Nagpur, that I will not pay any Single EMI from now and I will stop the payments of all the cheques given to Fullerton???

                  Wrong Commitment
                  I am Existing customer of personal loan from fullerton india, Loan account no.[protected]. At the time of taking loan fullerton india person commited me to give top up loan after 6 months, after 6 months they told me as per policy we will provide you top up after 9 months. and after 9 months they told that I am not capable of taking top up loan, but they are lie, as I am now at the better stage than I was before 9 months also I have cleared all the 9 months EMI without any bounce.

                  Due to this I have bounced my 10th EMI and the Fullerton India collection person has collected that EMI cash from me with penalty of Rs.247/-, and again in the same month on 17/04/2010 that EMI is cleared from my bank account. means fullerton has collected double EMI in April 2010 with penalty.

                  I am completly frustated with their wrong commitment and hopeless service. I want to quit from Fullerton and want settlement in easy EMI's regarding this otherwise I will not be able to pay the further EMI's of Fullerton India

                  Hi Sir,

                  Im Deepa Priyadharshini working in TCS for past 3 years.

                  I applied for a personal loan in your bank. I submited my documents to Mr.Murugadoss (91-[protected]) on 3rd June 2010.

                  I never received any verification calls for next few days. only by monday, i completed my home / personal /office verification.

                  Today, Murugadoss is saying that only 1 lakh is approved for me for the 36 months.

                  my monthly salary is 28, 000 - 30, 000. i have submitted all documents proper.

                  Murugadoss promised loan amount of 4 lak. but now, your bank is providing only 1 lak.

                  i gave a commitment of 2.5 Lak to another person because of your bank personn 's commitment.

                  i dont understand if my eligibility is so low even after me providing all docs(including form 16, 4 months bank statement, 3 month payslips), completing all verifications pucca and waiting for 3-4 days even after submitting documents.

                  I need atleast 2.5 lakhs. I cant go to another bank now at the last moment.

                  i have given commitment of 2.5 lak to a person on coming friday. Loan is urgent and im helpless now because of your bank person's commitment

                  I need a solution immediately to this.

                  The guy is not pickng up call . He is not providing right status. i have waited for long to hear this bad news of 1 lak.

                  Im holding 4 credit cards - ICICI, SBI, HDFC & Standard Chartered. This is my first relationship with your bank & im totally disappointed with your bank and your persons.

                  I hope atleast you will help me to get a proper solution.

                    I have requested to foreclosure my personal loan in ( 55, Ground Floor, Krishna Tower, Neelam-Bata Road, Faridabad , Branch Code: 0118) Branch because of I am going US on 15 May 2010 behalf company for 4 year. I will be unable to maintain my bank account and loan also.

                    I have already talked with branch but they are not serious to close my loan.

                    Please take any action for it before 15 May 11, 2010 after that I will not responsible for loan.

                    i am also complaining in consumer court for further action.

                    Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd — preclosure of loan

                    I am sathish and received loan amount Rs 51000 . four EMIs closed so far, I want to foreclose the loan. because,I will be going to abroad for the job and settle there by A ug 30th. so, I can maintain the loan and EMI as well from there. when I contacted toll free I was told to contact local branch. At local branch, there is no goodresponse

                      Hi.. My name is Shafeeq Raja S, and i had taken a loan with fullerton india for an amount of 50000. But actual amount recieved is something aroung 45000 only. When asked, they said that it is been detucted for some insurance, which i was not asked for, and left as it is. The EMI for my loan is 2472 per month for total of 36 months. My first EMI date was on[protected] and my a/c had sufficiant balance on that date. All of a sudden i recieved a call from the collection on[protected] stating that my EMI was not cleared due to in sufficiant fund in my account which is absoultely wrong. I have a bank statement as a proof that i had sufficiant balance on that date and no cheque or EMI was hit in my a/c. Then i was been forced to pay through local collection which i did. My second EMI went through normally from my a/c, i.e, on[protected]. Again the problem started from the third EMI. My 3rd EMI which was suppose to go through on[protected] didn't went through stating that, there is some problem in ECS form. I started getting n no. of calls from collection asking to pay the EMI. Then again i was forced to pay through local collection. Same continued for the next month also that is on[protected], again i started getting calls from collection and again i forced to pay through local collection. Then same trend continued for all the rest of the months also. Till now the same is not been resolved. I clearly told them that i wil not pay through local collection, and i have sufficiant balance in my a/c and asked them to debit it from my a/c. But they never listen to me, they started abusing me over the phone, for whcih i logged a complaint also with the local police station. When i raised a complaint with fullerton with regards to this, they came back with the written confirmation that the problem is been solved. But till date the problem is not been solved and i have been receving calls from collection people till now. Please help me in this regards..

                        dear sir/madam,

                        i have taken a personal loan from above mentioned company in[protected] financial year. i'm submitting my installments on the proper time. in month of april 2010 i did not have sufficient balance in my bank for the same and i gave them my installment in cash by receipt no. 3002702 to their collection agent mr. brijesh gandhi whose employee no 130608 branc code 251 on 13/04/2010. after that i got dedction for the same amount from my co-operative bank's a/c on 19/04/2010. when i got this from my bank on the 21/04/2010 i visited the branch but they didn't reply me properly and i called their help line no[protected], they gave me two complaint nos they are as 1) ic-04emi-030213 and 2) ic-04emi-370006, and told that you will get response in next 48 hrs from their higher authorities this happaned on 21/04/2010. till the date i didn;t get any information on my this query and the limit is there i still didn't get any call from the company for twice deduction of the same, and now i'm confused what to do for the same. to avoid some confusion i made this complaint.

                            We have submitted your PF claim to Mumbai RPFC on 11-March-2010. TAT depends on RPFC and we have no control over the same but typically post submission it takes 4-5 months to settle the claim.

                              I have been working with intellect support pvt ltd for fullerton india ltd.(NBFC) from june-2007 to april 2008.From may 2008 i joined fullerton india ltd on regular pay role. Contribution of provident fund for the tenure with intellect support was not transfered my new pf account. My PF account number. was DL/29430

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      This is regarding my PF No. MH/48037/14717 and the emp code is 115587 of Fullerton India Credit co Ltd. I was resign on 20th july, my company submit my PF claim on 11-Jan-2010 to PF commissioner office at mumbai. They given me mail confirmation for the same. from the date of submit today is 23/Mar/2010 mines 2 and half month is going down, but the still my PF amount is not recevie to me. I try to call many times on tel phone no.[protected] BUT didn't received any response. Kindly do the needful, I need that money for my Wife's hospital expenses.
                                      I truly very thanks if it is done before this month end........

                                        Dear Concerned,

                                        I would like to inform to all of you that i had taken a loan of Rs. 40,000/- from Fullerton India Branch Jessore Road, Kolkata in the month of March,2009 . The branch manager & the sales personnel totally misguided me & didnot disclose the details regarding the repayment Schedule for the same. When i asked for it they said that it will be sent to me along with the Loan Cheque. But i didnot receive the same at the time of receipt of the Loan cheque. When i enquired with the sales personnel Mr. Ujjawal Goswami, he said that it will be mailed to me within a week. Moreover the Loan Cheque was of amount 37,999/-. They had deducted such a huge amount as processing fee & other charges. I had paid the EMI of Rs.2167/- for the six months without receiving the repayment schedule. i had rigrously followed for the repayment schedule to the branch but they didnot bother to send me the same. This EMI was deducted from my account on 5th of every month. After paying 6 EMI's, i called to the person directly and said that if i dont receive the schedule by 6th of Sep,09, i will be forced to stop the EMI. Then on 7th he mailed the repayment schedule seeing which i was totally shocked that i had an outstanding of 39,854/- even after payment of 6 EMI's. I talked with the Branch manger but he didnot respond well. I asked him to close the laon and tell me the final amount to be paid. But for the past seven months i have not received any response from their side. Few days back some persons came to settle the amount with me & i also agrred on the same. But they are not returing me the required document which i gave at the time of taking the loan. Further after understanding with them they are presenting my PDC's which has got bounced. I am being harrased by these people. Kindly help me out of this.
