My Name is Shravan Chada.This is the second contact to Fullerton through this web portal. I am greatly disappointed with the kind of reception given by the Agent, Raju from SR Nagar Branch, Hyd, who has got this loan processed for me. I have opted to apply for this loan based on the false promises made by the agent saying that the EMI that has been deducted in the month of May, on 05th , will be refunded to me in the form of a cheque by 18th of May. This did not happen till date. When I've called the agent to check the status, he was very rude to me saying that the process takes time and has never returned my calls on time. He always kept avoiding my calls with lame excuses and sometimes by saying that it takes time to get that processed. I am greatly disappointed with the latest conversation that I had with Raju, over his phone on 03rd June. He said that I am bothering him by asking about the status every now and then, and he said that he is unable to handle this. He said that I am killing him by calling him. When the agent is incapable of handling the customers, he doesn't deserve to be in that role. This industry is all about customer service. I am never treated well when I've been to the SR Nagar Branch. The agent always makes me wait for 30-45 minutes and 1 hour for the work to be done, whatsoever. The treatment has changed before and after I've applied for the loan. I am very serious about all these instances, and I expect somebody from the senior management to call me and address my concerns. And finally I would not refer another friend or a colleague of mine, to Fullerton for any deal. The impression that the Agent Raju, has given to me about Fullerton is that, FICCL is all about False Promises and the agents in that take advantage of the customer's needs. Fullerton-Personal Loan — Consumer Service of Fullerton india
Dear all,I, Vijay, is a PL Customer of Fullerton india.I have taken loan from this company. My complaint is centrally focusing on Behaviour and service of Company personnel. My loan was approved on 10 jan 2008 and got my Cheque on 7.30p.m 21.01.2008. I was confirmed by RO that Cheque amount would deduct only processing Charges. But when i got cheque they have deducted many thing which amounted to Rs2700.00. instead of this They have not provided me schedule of my loan till date. Every time i call to RO he just not pick my call and when he receive my call just not provide me satisfactory answer.
The Whole Branch Employees are alike. from Gatekeeper to Branch Manager. Every time they have a excuse ready to defend them and leave customer empety handed.
I also wrote customer care and log on to thier site where big big promises were witten on homepage and lodge many complaint but not even a single mail, call regarding my complaint .At the end i decided to take a loan from open market and get rid from Fullerton india PL.
Hope You people out there would learn a lesson from me.
