Fullerton India Credit Complaints & Reviews

I was received loan of Rs.89000 from Fullerton India on July,2009. At that time they didn't explain insurance amount and they have been charged Rs.7000 without any communication. Before that they said only charged for processing fee but they claimed Rs.7000 for insurance .
At May-10, I want to close my loan account and register at Customer Care and also directly visit at branch for 5 times but they hesitate to close and delayed...

1.I got a loan (vide No:[protected]) from your Fullerton india credit imited in the month of may thro AXIS Bank cheque of Rs.70984/- vide ch.No:249928 after a week long verification of documents & enquired with my presence in your office also. [Ref.Mr.Kaliyamoorthy]. The same cheque got credit in my account dt 16.06.2010.

2.As informed by your Rep Mr.kaliyamoorthy EMI will got debit in your a/c 5th every month...
